Service tech was rude, rushed me off the phone without getting details. Sales staff were dishonest; B. Milford promised multiple times to provide a code to the door pad on the vehicle I purchased from HIM. Never provided it. Last time I had my vehicle there he said it would be done; then text( never speaks by phone or in person) stating I would owe $110 for a service charge to get a code that should have came with the vehicle. He doesn’t have time to deal with customers.

RE: BODY SHOP After our son had his first accident after only being at college in Arkadelphia 3 weeks, we were referred to Southwest's Body Shop by a local friend there. Spoke to David at the shop (via phone only) who was amazing to work with. Felt very comfortable up front as he provided us with directions and information about dropping off the car. David provided updates along the way and was right on time with the delivery date. Much quicker than we expected. The car looks and runs great. Really appreciate the level of quality service he and his crew provided, especially with us parents being 4 hours away. Highly recommend Southwest's Body Shop!

This was one of the best small town dealers I have encountered. We were on a road trip pulling a horses across the country, and had a problem right outside of the town. The Southwest Ford team was more than accommodating by helping us find the part we needed, and even worked on the change on the side of their warehouse so our horses could stay on the trailer. The focus model my family owns 2 of are worst cars ever!!! They will cause people to be killed!!! Totally unsafe! And while visiting during a recall on the door my mother fell face forward over a rug? This resulted in 2 fractures a dislocated finger and a concussion. Only to find out another person fell the same week entering the establishment. Wondering if that person was there for recall too???

They don't offer all of the discounts of the big city dealerships, but they set appointments for oil changes and you won't be waiting all day for your vehicle to be serviced. Comfortable waiting area with the days newspaper and the TV set to a news channel so you can update your brain while you wait. Several other dealership lines are located together.

My son broke down in his Ford truck and was 50 miles from home. His truck is still under warranty. No one at Gildner would even take a look at his truck, they said they were too busy and he didn't have an appointment. We had to spend $300 to tow the truck to another dealer. I've been to Ford dealerships all over the country and have never been treated like that. Terrible customer service and NO we will never do business here. We own three Ford trucks. Riser Ford in Hot Springs got him right in WITHOUT an appointment and will have him on the road again tomorrow. Thank you Riser Ford. That's how you treat a stranded Ford customer.

They found shade for my horses, a part for my truck, and let me borrow a vehicle to get more supplies for my animals. Got us on our way back to Texas in under 3 hours, which is a minor miracle.
