My car has been at your repair shop for 15 days now and no one has called me to let me know about the process that is going on with my car. I have called and I have been to the repair shop and all they say is ,we will call tomorrow and let you know how it’s going but no one never calls. I bought my car there and I’m sure they made a good profit on it and now that I’m having an issue with it no one seems to care

The original concern was made by my dad over the phone. I was told to come by the shop and to have my key reset. When I got there, the attendant looked bored or that I was troubling him by asking him to do his job. He told me my account didn't exist in the system. Luckily a more helpful person came to assist and remember my dad's name and know what I was talking bout. He was about to pull up the account. The less helpful person suddenly remembers my account too. I explain again, that I need a new key for my jeep and to have it programed. Apparently they told my dad he needed to scheduled to have it done, but he never told me this. The unhelpful one then begins to explain to me that when they take me old key and reprogram the new keys for the car, my old keys won't work.... as if.. I wouldn't know this.... I'm not sure if it's because I'm a girl... or because I look young... I asked if we can go ahead and make this schedule and I set it up. On the day of getting the car taken car of, I ask my dad to go in, since they seem to have an issue with me so much last time. He said he has no problem at all when he went in there, so all I can assume it is either my age or gender. I personally would not go back to this location again as they seem to have a problem with me. I'll be taking my vehicle elsewhere as soon as I can.

Paid 1,000.00 down in September 2018 and in October tags went out. I couldn't get the tags in Tecaa cause no title which the trick had leans that I was unaware about. I have called multiple times and promised a call back and never recieved one. I'm upset cause I had to pay November and December payment along with full coverage insurance for both months for a truck I cant get legal. Very frustration news and very dissatisfied with this business.

I drove 3 hours each way to get a new Pacifica Hybrid at Southwest, and I would do it again. With my last two cars, I wasted so much time sitting down with different dealers where I live to get to a fair price. With Southwest, I paid the price they listed on their site with no hassle. (I did confirm over the phone that I qualified for all incentives.) I got $500 or so less on my trade in than what other dealers had offered, BUT they also charged over $500 less in miscellaneous fees than on my last two cars, so it was a wash. ($129 @ SW vs. $630 and $677 elsewhere.) Staff was knowledgeable and friendly, and closing was quick.

The service writer acted as if he had better things to do and did not write down my conserns and as i was trying to explain the issue I was interrupted with ok we will call you. With that being said I was contacted later that day with an update. Upon arriving to pick up vehicle from dealership they couldn’t find my key they had not been notified that I was coming to pick it up and there was no paperwork ready
