We own our second Lexus after purchasing Mercedes Benz for over thirty years. My wife would not go back to a Mercedes after driving a Lexus for the past four years. When she takes her car for service Parker put’s her into a Lexus and she’s on her way. Great cars, great sales people and great service is the only way to go!

The worst Lexus service ever.. and a disrespectful staff.. Yesterday I went to Parker Lexus Service Department for an oil change for my 2008 Lexus ES 350. I got a quote of $85 for full synthetic oil change. Also I told “I hear whirring noise from tire. Can you check it as well?”. Service consultant told me “we will check it and give you a price before fixing it”. I went to the same dealer today as I scheduled to drop of my car. Another service consultant was helping me. He said “oil change is $119+tax and $75 to check what’s going on with tire.” I said “It is not what I have been told yesterday. Last time I also paid about $75 for oil change”. I was about leaving the site with their shuttle while we were talking this and I decided take my car out from there. Later, I checked their website and it states there full synthetic oil change is $69. I took my car back to the service and talked to Service Director this time. I showed their own website and told what happened with saying “there are 3 different price is here and we are coming based on what we see in your official website. Obviously these are your commercials.” He said “I will have them remove it from there.”. He accused me with abusing it (the commercial) and turned to his worker and said “You will give service his car last time. From now on he will take his car another place.” While I was expecting to solve the problem with the Service Director, he simply kicked me out from the store. His attitude was very disrespectful and I feel offended. No customer should be treated this way and no service provider has right to act like this, very unprofessional. They do not deserve giving service to Lexus customers..

We drove from Nashville to Little Rock to purchase our BMW SUV from Parker Lexus, and would do it again in a heartbeat! I wanted an X3 with all the bells and whistles, low miles, one owner, great price and found all of that and MUCH more. Rhonda Price was our sales associate and she was phenomenal, absolutely the best car buying experience we've ever had! After making the deal over the telephone, we took off early on a Saturday morning. Upon arrival our new to us BMW was sitting in their garage ready to go. We were in and out in 30 minutes and heading back to Nashville, after I received my rose and bottle of wine. (Never got those before when buying a car) Thank you Rhonda for your courteous and professional demeanor. Wish their were dealerships like this around us, but that's okay, we'll just go back to Parker Lexus in Little Rock!

Several weeks ago I started looking for a new car and thought about getting a new brand after 10 years of driving Lexuses, but had to get the RC 350 because it's fun, luxurious and I knew I couldn't get better service anywhere.

I live 2 hours away, so I recently tried to contact Parker Lexus to schedule a test drice and several days later I have yet to get a salesman to call me back. I called and left messages and every time I did I was told the sales department was busy. I then decided to try my luck with contacting them online. A few hours after I sent my information in, I received an auto response from a Lacie saying to contact her with any specific questions I had. I responded to this email with my questions and still haven't received a response from an actual person. This is the worst customer service I've ever received from a car dealership and I definitely will not be using them in the future.

I can not say enough great things about Parker Lexus. Friday 02/12/16 while on our way to purchase our CPO RX350 my wife and I were evolved in a rear-end collision 70+ miles from and 80 plus miles from the dealership. My wife was taken to the hospital as a precautionary measure. We were with out our vehicle and no rental company where we were at. After she was released I called my salesman Jamie Pinckard explained our situation and asked what he could do to help us out. He explained they were short handed the day, and didn't have anyone available that could pick us up. After a bit back and forth Jamie said he could bring the vehicle to us after they closed. I agreed and we waited his arrival. Needless to say it was a long day but Jamie and Parker Lexus went above and beyond. Our CPO RX350 was perfect, full of fuel, and everything we were hoping for. I was always treated with respect and kindness. Jamie knew the cars inside and out. 2 years ago I leased my first Lexus ES350 at Parker Lexus in Little Rock, AR and to be honest I think I got the very best deal. No gimmicks or tricks played by this dealer. Why I am saying this is, I moved to Chicago area recently and I leased another Lexus here. I did not get that kind of a deal here when compared to the deal of my first Lexus at Parker Lexus.

My wife purchased a pre owned lexus from here and we get 2 yrs free oil change. So she goes up there and they wont give her a courtesy car because she wont go with their recommendations of silly stuff like changing a/c air filter. I take it up yesterday for oil change and they tell me I need an "engine" air filter and a/c air filter and it will cost me 108 bucks. Of course I tell them no because these 2 filters only cost 30 bucks and a child could install them. Then a few minutes pass by and they come to a lady sitting near me with her "engine" air filter showing her with a doom and gloom attitude that she really needs to change it and the a/c filter for 108 bucks and she told them to do it but she wasnt expecting to spend that kind of money today....!!!!BEWARE!!!! they will do everything they can to take advantage of you especially if you are female. just because it's a high end brand they think you will pay them big money for small issues and I promise you that they will find something wrong with your vehicle..you've been warned...oh and since I didnt buy into them they didnt fix my tire pressure or warning

Gentry was exceptionally attentive to our interests and needs. HIs knowledge of Lexus vehicles is only exceeded by his courteousness and professionalism. Everyone who purchases a car believes they "got a good deal." But, very few enjoy the process or consider the salesman their friend. Gentry breaks all those stereotypes. He never pushed us to make a decision. Of course, he got us a good deal, but as we were closing on our first purchase, he made a statement that probably many salesmen make. He told us to call him if we had any questions about the car. My wife and I took him up on that promise several times over several months. Not only did he take our calls and answer our questions, he was genuinely interested in us as "his customers." He has treated us like that for 5 years. That's why we became friends. I wouldn't buy a car from any other salesman!

Buying a car can be a hassle along with stressful but from the first contact 4 months ago, to the test drive to then customizing my new AWD hybrid, my salesperson Stephen kept me in the loop as well as got me the deal that I wanted. In less than 3 hours from start to finish, I finally have the car I wanted. Patience does pay if you plan on wanting a specialized Lexus but it was worth the wait. My only recommendation as this is the second car I have purchased from a Parker dealership is to modernize your offices. For those in their 30’s and even 40’s, the all wood, all business suit look is a little uptight and 1990’s as well. People go for the brand but also want to feel comfortable. Sales can look as professional in a nice, dri-fit polo in 100 degree temps as they do in long sleeve dress shirts. I would highly recommend Parker Lexus!

Their price was significantly under what my options were in Memphis or Nashville, I called Parker to compare with Memphis. I ended up driving from Memphis to Little Rock because the experience, price, and selection was so much more appealing than in Memphis. 2 1/2 hour drive was so worth it, I'd do it again.

When I wanted to buy a 2011 LEXUS , husband and I checked in Shreveport, La, Baton Rouge, La and Jackson, Ms. My husband called Parker Lexus and ask for a salesman. We were lucky that he was connected to Rick Wright. They more or less made the deal over the phone. Parker Lexus gave us the best deal over the other three dealerships. We live in Louisiana and it is a three hour drive to Parker Lexus, but it was all worth it. When we got to the dealership my car was still on the transport truck, so it had to be serviced. Everyone at Parker Lexus IS very friendly and helpful. The only time that I had to go there for any type of was to buy a new remote for my car. That was only because my dog chewed it ! My next Lexus will come from Rick Wright at Parker Lexus.

Wait time is way too long & the prices much too high. They make it seem high class in there so they can charge $120 per hour on labor. Go to any other mechanic or even a Toyota dealership & you'll get the same parts but a cheaper price because of the difference in labor costs. An oil change using Lexus oil at Toyota is $50, at Parker Lexus that same oil change is $180.
