Jessica in the service department always does a great job keeping me informed when my vehicle is in the shop. My Q5 was recently in for a major repair job that took a rather long period of time, and Jessica, as well as the rest of the service team, did a good job trying to make sure I informed and was as satisfied as possible under the circumstances. If the decision were based solely on their efforts and service, I’d be an Audi customer for life.

I assume the process is simple & fair, if you are trading in a car like the ones they sale. If not, you better go to Landers or some place else because you want get a fair deal with parker audi. They discount the vehicle they are selling $2,000 because it's not selling, but cut the trade amount $2,000 to make up the difference (but swears that's all your trade is worth, funny only to that 1 car lot out of 4 others). So how is that fair to the new buyer? HMMM it's not. Average customers parker audi isn't for you!

I bought an Audi Q3 last year and I am extremely happy with it . Stability while driving , smooth drive , silent comfortable cabin . Today I tried it on snow . I have a very steep street and driveway and it performed amazing . I was able to go up on the street and on the driveway and put it in the garage . My first service was free and great . I just can't stand theses people! The service department is horrible!! It will be nice to get rid of my A8 just to not have to deal with them! Just a bunch of snooty people that act like they are doing you a big favor. Who expects to wait weeks to get an oil change? Twice I dropped it for an oil change in the early morning with an appointment, and they never got to it! And could not have cared less! It's an oil change! And you can't get it done in a day?! When people ask me about my car I tell them do not buy an Audi due to the people at Parker. I cannot believe Audi lets them get away with this tiny car lot that sends cars to the Cadillac place across the street for service.

Athough we have only had two interactions with the service department 10k and 20k services, they have both been abysmal. Both instances started with us making an appointment. Appointments take about 1 month to make. When you make the appointment they will ask if you need a loaner car. (Actually I think you only get the loaner option if you purchased your car from Parker Audi.) On our first service appointment we took the loaner car. We had a 9 am appointment so we figured we would do some shopping, run a few errands, have some lunch then pick up the Q7 and go home (we live 45 min away with no traffic- during peak time it takes around an hour and a half). Our car ended up being done at 5pm so not only was the whole day blown, but we got to drive home in rush hour traffic. When we asked why it took so long for the 10k service we were told that other “emergency” jobs took priority. They also explained that when you take the loaner your car becomes low priority regardless of your appointment and their goal is to have it done by the end of the day. Needless to say I was not happy but I took a “things–happen” approach and let it slide. Our next contact with Parker Audi service was for the 20k scheduled service. Since we knew that loaner car acceptance puts you at the back of the line regardless of your appointment, we made the appointment (a month out) for 9:45 am and said we would opt to wait. Once my wife arrived, however, she was told to expect two and a half hours, maybe more. She told them that was not acceptable and explained that the whole reason for opting to wait was so the vehicle would be serviced at the appointment time. My wife asked for a loaner car and was told there were no more service loaners available. I told her leave and that we would find another place to have the car serviced. On her way out Tarik saw her and attempted to make things right by offering her one of the sales demo cars, so we gave them another chance. Due to a commitment which required being home before 6:30 PM, she asked for a pick-up time, and were told that they couldn’t guarantee anything, so we opted to pick up the Q7 the following morning. At 8:12 the next morning we got a text saying that they have completed the 20k service, but found a recall that required a software upgrade and the tires still needed to be rotated. was told ready @ be 10:45. At this point I called Tarik and explained why this was completely unacceptable and that if they could not explain how the experience would be better in the future that we would not be returning for sales or service. When my wife returned to pick up the car the service department did not offer any apologies’ just a bill for a little over $900.00. $400.00 of the $900 that was for the prepaid service for the next 2 service intervals -30K and 40K. We told them that based on our experience we were not interested in coming back, and that we would not be interested in the prepaid service. At this point we did get an apology followed by a lot of excuses. The next day I get a text from Parker services saying “Hi this is Jessica just following up to make sure your service visit was truly exceptional”. My response was “I think we both know it was not exceptional and just leave it at that”. Apparently that got their attention. I got a call from Jeremy Davidson, the service manager, within 15 min of my text. I was on another call so it went to voicemail. In the voicemail, Jeremy offered to make sure my next experience was indeed excellent and offered to speak to me and explain how it would be better. I called back and got Jessica just before noon. I asked for Jeremy and was told he was with a customer. Jessica asked for my name and number. She said Jeremy would call me back as soon as he finished with the customer. At this point I was still considering giving them another chance, I just needed some assurance that it would get better. It has been over 24 hours since the promise to call with no return. I think I am done.

I have been a faithful Parker customer since my first Audi A5 around 8 years ago. I have always been extremely impressed by their personal service, both from Tarik in sales and their service team. I was reminded again of their commitment and dedication when my wife thought she had issues with her A5 on her way to Oklahoma. Ultimately there were just some pebbles trapped in the brake pads, but she was worried to drive. I called Parker and they immediately sent a flatbed to pick her car up (over 100 miles from their location) and a loaner car so that she could make the weekend visit to our daughter and grandkids. That was without a doubt going above and beyond! That, and the fact that they sell the sexiest cars on the road, is a guarantee that I will always return to Parker for my new vehicles.

We are from Texas and negotiated a very reasonable price with Tyler Bulloch on a CPO Audi A4. I was a little nervous not seeing the vehicle before purchase, but Tyler was super helpful and made us feel comfortable and reassured. I purchased a Certified A4 from Parker Audi (sales rep Tyler) about 10 months ago . The process was fast, easy, with no hassle what so ever. I had the car shipped to me in Tampa and it was exactly as described which I appreciated so much. Fast forward to this month.. I was planning on putting new tires on the car but when I went to the tire shop they discovered that the wheel lock tool was missing and they couldn't remove the wheels. I drove over to my local Audi dealership and they found the tool needed but wouldn't remove the wheel locks unless I paid $80. They did give me the wheel lock number if I wanted to order the tool which they wanted $90 for. I called Tyler who understood my concern and put me in touch with the service manager, Jermey and Jessica in service. They understood the challenge this created for me and immediately ordered the wheel lock key and shipped it to me.. This was the right thing to do and I appreciate a company that stands behind their reputation and considers the customers point. Thank you Parker Audi and I guarantee we will be calling when we get our next Audi

I shopped at other dealers and decided on Parker Audi mostly because of the customer experience. Other dealers did not seem to "want" to sell me a car and didn't show much interest in being personable. This is my first Audi after owning other European cars over the years. Seems to be rather hit or miss on who you talk to. Rich is helpful (sales rep) but another fellow looked like he belonged at a pay day loan shop. The biggest complaint we had was a small and seemingly disorganized inventory. On the other hand, they're generally more personable than a your we've found at a Mclarty owned dealer. Would return if we were after an Audi.

I've had Parker Audi perform maintenance on my 2013 A4 for the last couple years. Although the prices are much higher than other Audi mechanics, their work was good. However, during my last visit, I asked only for an oil change and tire rotation. They installed a software update, due to a recall on the water pump, without my consent. Apparently the pump could catch fire if clogged by debris. I had an APR stage 1 tune installed on my ECU that cost me 700 dollars. They erased my tune when they reprogrammed it. It's going to cost $180.00 to have the software reinstalled. I asked Parker Audi to cover the cost since they erased my tune without my consent. They declined to pay, which really isn't that big of deal to me. What did bother me was the was they acted about the whole thing. They implied it was my fault since I had an aftermarket upgrade... I'm almost ready to buy my next Audi. Now I'm not sure what dealer I'll use.

Setup the appointment for Tuesday 8:15am, recieved confirmation right away via email but still stopped in Monday to be sure everything was set for next day, recieved a confirmation call about 10 minutes after I left, confirmed the appointment (which I had also done in the email) Tuesday morning was a busy one for me, had to run out to the military base and back to the dealership by 8:15 but pulled it off, checked in and let them know I would just be walking around the area until I heard what they had found. Noon comes around still no word and at this point I’m sitting in the lobby, seen what the guy I spoke to Yesterday and check my car in today so I asked him if there was any word and he responded I will check with my rep. I was a little puzzled because I thought that was him but no problem, my rep comes out with a did you get my text? No I did not I replied and asked if we could check on the phone number he had, we get to the computer and he confirms they have the right number but there was an issue with their computer system that sends the text... he then explains how they are too busy to get to my car today, 1 tech quit last week, 1 in a car accident etc... and that I should get a rental car at Hertz because they were over booked on their loaner cars. He also explains that I didn’t actually make an appointment online it was just scheduling a drop off so there was no promise they could get to my car same day... Called and Hertz has no cars, enterprise has no cars. No other Audi dealerships in the state he says so the solution is for me to drive back to Wisconsin on Friday with no AC. I wish through out all of those opportunities of “confirming” someone could of said hey, just a heads up we are really overbooked and there is a chance we won’t be able to get to your car, maybe you could try such and such or will call you if we free up but we don’t want to tie up your car or day. I worry that the service manager does not know what is going on or that upper management is not involved enough in this dealership. Audi corporate please help them

Typical irritating, combative car purchasing experience. "We aren't here to make a profit off your trade" was my favorite line - as they offer $5000 less than the NADA trade estimate and refuse to admit to these numbers claiming that is "just a website." I should have know when the salesman told us that people often "test drive at Parker and then go buy their Audi in Dallas." After wasting my morning there and subsequently seeing what the prices are at Dallas dealers (quite a bit less), this was the best advice I have received in quite a while. I think it also speaks to the attitude of the dealership that if you do not purchase your Audi at Parker Audi they will not provide you with a loaner vehicle when you come in for service. There attempt at punishment it seems. (Mercedes of Little Rock offers excellent service no matter where you buy your vehicle from - including complementary loaners). Avoid - unless you like self-empowered retail workers treating you as if they are doing you a favor by selling you a car. Disturbing P.S. - They obtained our payoff amount without our consent and prior to any negotiation or financial discussion.

I'm am beyond disappointed in my service experience. This was my first time bringing my car to Parker Audi and it will be the last. Items were marked completed on my service report that were clearly not performed, therefore I can only assume other items were not truly performed, as well. When I called to express my concern, I was told the items marked completed were auto populated on the report and the remainder of the service was performed, basically, because he says so and it was because my car was serviced so late in the day that everything wasn't completed. Perhaps they should not have marked it completed on my paperwork or called to have me pick up my car of it wasn't done. It would appear that customer service and gaining new business is not a priority at Parker and that their documentation means very little and is entirely questionable.

The first time Parker serviced my Q7 they returned it to me over 2 quarts low on oil. The next time the dealer returned car with bad tires that were to be replaced. They replaced the good tires and rotated the bad to the front. Also at this setvice a 4 wheel alignment was performed except after the alignment they failed to retighten the alignment. The car that was returned was very dangerous. The first time I hit rain the car went sideways. Very close to losing my life. I have taken the Q7 to an out of state dealer as Parker to date has done nothing. So far well over a thousand dollars cost to fix the problems they caused. As a long term Audi customer ( last 3 vehicles), I caution you from doing business with them as my experience has been not only poor but DANGEROUS SERVICE results.

The service department has not been very friendly, we have owned a Q7 for 8 months and during that time it has spent 3-4 weeks in the shop there for the same repeated issue. We have had multiple stories about what was wrong and several story changes. The same parts have been replaced multiple times and always a reason why the warranty will not cover it. Even though we schedule service appointments, our vehicle was pushed back and other cars were worked on in front of our vehicle. My wife is out test driving other vehicles today. Once we finally get it back from the shop there, we are headed to trade it in as quickly as we can, I will never buy Audi again.
