Stay away! Parts department is a total scam at best. $181.00 for an oil change and two filters. Looking online, they charge up to 3 times as much for parts then charge me $70 for labor! I questioned the bill and the manager looked as if I told him his mother eas a hooker! Very rude. You would think after shelling out over 35k for a truck I would have been treated with a courtesy. Will never deal with thus company again. Please take my advise and take your business elsewhere!

Will NEVER do business with these liars again. These crooks told me after overcharging me for a 2009 Nissan Rogue, that the inquiries into my credit score would not affect my score. Now, credit karma shows me that the hard inquires most certainly did too hurt my credit score...even making it drop. Meanwhile, they call to tell me to come trade it in, and get a nice, brand new luscious vehicle of some sort. Fat chance!!! Will never do business with these theives again! You're a crook, Jason Orr.

I bought my truck at Orr Nissan new. It is under warranty (<16000 miles). On the latest service visit for oil change, the technician wrote "funny noise when truck was pulled in to service bay, likely belt or pully." I would have been much happier if that problem would have been addressed and corrected. Instead, I guess it is up to me to schedule another appointment just for that.

The new “event” they have is a scam. Everyone is a “winner” even if it’s not what was on the flyer. The fact they flat lied to us is what makes me disgusted. With that being said, I appriciate the fact when I came in to receive my “prize,” the salesman was straight up honest. If your going to go, find Bo! He is a good man. They have a good service department. The problems have been with the car itself. The Nissan Pathfinder is not well built. Door handle broke making it nearly impossible to get out of the car on the driver's side, squeak develop that we can locate, rear tailgate door lift quit working, the paint shows scratches with the least of touches, had difficulty with the transmission when first purchased. Other than that, it's a very comfortable car with a good ride. I just don't trust the workmanship to last.

Pretty pissed. We traveled to the store after seeing a 2017 Nissan Maxima priced at $22,900 on their website. When we got to the dealership we verified that the price was $22,900....later when we were getting ready to run credit, they upped the price by $1,000...Fair warning, watch what you sign or begin to sign. Their excuse for marking the price up was that "it's a new month, so we had a price increase"

Tried to screw my dad out of 1000.00 bucks. Car was listed as 1995.00. Told my dad they needed papers from the bank. Dad went to get them then another guy test drove car. When dad came back they said he needed a coupon or it would be 2995.00. They left. My grandfather called back and asked about the car and they said it was 1995.00. Crooks.

I asked about a Maxima listed on their site at 5000 dollars above the trade-in value, and at the time I offered 2k cash above the trade in value of the car since other dealerships had offered 2.5k cash above trade in value for similar cars. Jacob, the internet manager, said they would be willing to cut a deal on the car if I came in to take a look. I took time off of work to test drive the car, and again, offered 2k cash above trade in value for the car. They put me with Alan, the internet salesperson, and after the test drive the manager says that the internet price is firm because they needed to pay for the "detail" and to "compensate for the trade in sale discount". This is the most dishonest stealership I have ever seen, and you should not expect to get a deal given the monopoly this company has on Searcy. Go to Texas or Little Rock dealers for more honest prices.

I have 9yrs experience as an automotive repair technician, I already know my car has a bad wheel hub. Took the car in for warranty repair and was told that the noise is coming from the tire. Yeah sure, I believe you... Not. So if you do business at this establishment don't even mess with the portfolio warranty. And get a second opinion on any diagnosis they give you. Gave them two stars because they did get the car in in a reasonable amount of time.

When financing with my bank, the quoted me the sales tax and registration cost on a vehicle I was buying, then told me that the bank would send a separate check for the titling, and added the cost into the amount to be financed. They did not actually pay any of the sales tax. About a month later they contacted me because they couldn’t figure out how to get the title from Florida. They didn’t include my wife’s name on the power of attorney, and told me that they were not equipped to handle out of state electronic titles. I ended up having to contact the DMV in Florida for them and go out of my way to ship it to them. I got nothing but “I don’t knows,” and “that’s not our job.” This is the least together, most unprofessional place that I have ever bought a car from. Visit at your own risk.
