Recently purchased Nissan Altima from Orr. The sales people were great. But it seems that it always takes to long to go through the sales process. I was disappointed that the agreed out the door price ended up being $500 more because of glitch in their accounting process. I am sure they would not have liked it if I had paid them $500 less than what we had agreed to! I wish too that these dealers would not try to push their high priced extended warranty. Don't they have any faith in the build quality of the vehicles they sell? Finally, the Orr's website for the Russellville location lists vehicles they do not have at that location. That is very confusing for potential buyers.

They took me for a ride. i got a used jeep from them and had a 90 day warranty. I started having trouble with it so i took it back to them and they kept telling me little things to try but never would fix it and 3 days after the warranty went out the transmission went out so i went back to them they told me they never had a record of be being there with a problem. they kept telling me i had bad gas in the car or it just needed a tune up and that was not part of there warranty. i was there 3 times in 2 weeks but they had no memory of me being there. it is not a good car dealer. people started telling all kind of horror stories about them i would never get a vehicle from them again.

I traded in a 2014 Dodge Charger for a 2017 charger and I have ZERO COMPLAINTS! Joey took care of me and he was exceptional! He got me low monthly payments, he was very honest and he made sure I got exactly what I wanted/needed. If you're needing a car this is definitely the place to get it, couldn't have asked for better service!! Ask for Joey!!

Do not waste your time and money with this dealership! I was with my mother when she bought a “new” car that had set on their lot for a year. The new year-model of the car was out when she bought her one year old car. She traded in her old car which she owed $4,000 on. They sold her this one year old car for the near MSRP (sticker) price at $25,000. You could find the same “new” one year old car sold at other dealerships in the area for $20,000 after rebates and incentives. The dealer told my mom that Nissan doesn’t do rebates, which was a lie. She tried to get them to pay off her car and the dealer told her they wouldn’t because they were giving the car to her for such a good price. They just added that $4,000 to her loan on the “new” one year old car. Her entire loan amount is $29,000 for a car that is now worth less that $19,000. Nissans cars have some of the worst depreciating values of any vehicles you can buy. I also have a friend who went to Orr Nissan to trade in her old car. She owed around $4,000. She isn’t a car person and doesn’t know very much about them. They had her buy a base trim Nissan Versa for $24,000. The car has no power door locks or power windows. She had buyers remorse after her friends showed her much she overpaid for a car that she was persuaded into buying that has no options other than the ones mandated by the government. She called the dealer to ask if she could get something else. Unlike other dealerships in the area they don’t do any kind of satisfaction guarantee and they promptly refused her request. It is absolutely mind boggling how this place scams people who don’t know anything about car buying or the unethical car sales practices of this dealership.

Went here about a month ago to get a part fixed that was recalled on my 2009 nissan Altima and my car battery suddenly decides to start dying even though I know my battery is only a year or so old. I went to get it replaced at a different car shop and they told me I had a 2006 battery in my car....its 2017. Sooo someone at that dealership switched the batteries in my car because that is the only time anyone has had access to it, and I was having no problems with my car until after I took it there. So probably wouldn't go here if you don't want to chance your car battery getting stolen...and it was my husband Tyler Emerson that brought it in not me and that's not my last name anymore that's just what this Google account associates it with

Drove 2 hours to cancel my extended warranty got to the dealership had to wait an hour then when I got in to see the finance manager (Bobby) he stated that he was not going to cancel it calling me a liar he also stated that he would repo my truck and that it was not my truck I explained to him just cancel my warranty well he excaladed the situation by yelling and calling me liar so I went to get my wife to try and de escalate the situation when I came back in I was ambushed by eight to ten people saying I need to leave or they will call the cops this was from the owner all the way to sales people I stated I was here to cancel my warranty after several threats from all eight to ten guys the finance manager finally pulled us into his office while all the other associates we're cursing and yelling at myself and my disabled veteran wife we got everything signed and left. I will never do business with orr period and Ill make sure to spread the word and let everyone know how they treat customers to unprofessional

This is our 3rd vehicle we purchased from this dealership, although it's the first since it has become Orr Motors. Our experience has always been good. Since the beginning we have had 2 exceptional salesmen, Clint Hartley and Carey Reddel. Carey has taken care of us with our last 2 trucks '14 & '17 Frontier SV 4x4. The only reason we traded up was because of the lifetime power-train warranty. Which our 2014 didn't have. Payments weren't much different. It was a good decision and really enjoy our truck.
