On the website it says that all three rows have head air bags but when i got there they say that only the first 2 do, then they tried to make me an offer. If you are thinking about buying a car from them call first to make sure that the website is accurate. I wasted 2 hours going there and back with false information hoping to buy a car.

John Yong at the service desk went above and beyond to keep me informed about the progress and needs for my Altima. When I get my car back every this was fine. I only have 2 issues with my returned car. I have my drivers seat set just the way I like it. When returned my seat had been adjusted in multiple ways, up and tilted, and uncomfortable to ME. The second item was noticed when a warning light came on while I was driving. All of my tires had air added and ALL 4 tires had 61psi +. Even I know that is way too much air. The tires should be 34-36 psi each. By the time I was able to take it back for the shop to fix the problem, the shop was closed. So I stopped by my local WalMart service department to have the pressure corrected. The personnel in the shop SHOULD know the ins and outs of my car. I take it there regularly. But the over all service was satisfactory. If it were not for John Young and his superior service I would have went some where else to service my car. John is a gem at Orr Nissan.

Since they've changed ownership, I would suggest avoiding. Charged us more than what was on the tag for a barebones base model vehicle, and didn't find out until tagging and paying taxes. Then tried to charge my daughter $88 for her first "free" oil change. Not customer-oriented or professional at all after the sale.

Ricky has always been very helpful in the service department when I needed repair. It's a shame the sales side isn't as competitive with their prices. From what I understand from other salesmen, Orr Nissan doesn't go after the big Nissan bonuses if they sell X number of cars per month, so they won't sell below cost. Great service department though.

Orr Nissan is the only dealer I choose to do my car shopping with. The level of service both during the sale and after are great! If you ever need servicing done, their wait room always has fresh coffee and donuts. There’s a car wash available, when they’re open, to run your ride through. The salespeople have never been pushy anytime I visit, and if they don’t have what I’m looking for, I’ve had them bring it in from other lots.

Worse truck buying experience in 20 yrs of buying,I bought 2016 Nissan frontier and after 3hrs waiting on them,they finally got everything together,after I signed they we're done,I noticed tail light out on way home they wouldn't even fix it.long story made short, there service and customer service is horrible.I was so disgusted with it I sold my truck just so I didn't have to deal with them.spend the extra couple of thousand and go somewhere else with proven customer service.

This place is the shittiest. I would not recommend this place to no one. We had our truck a week and 2 days and they will not fix our split truck bed and we are still under warranty. We also are buying a totalled truck that they failed to tell us was wrecked. I had a friend that was going to come buy a truck from them but after learning what they did to us he changed his mind. I had the pleasure of encountering Heather Snow during my random day of car searching. She was truly amazing. Not pushy at all. She was kind in showing us a variety of vehicles as I was completely undecided on what I was wanting. DO NOT BUY HERE! They sold me a vehicle that had issues. They clearly knew it did. Couldn't fix them, but kept the vehicle for 6 weeks. Then told me they would give me what I paid on a different trade in, until it came to do the paperwork. They repeatedly lied and refused to do the right thing. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Brought a 2015 nissan alitma in for an oil change and a check engine light. They told me it would no longer start and told me it had 2800 dollars worth of electrical damage. If i did not fix it there i would need to get it towed. So when i got there to tow it, it started just fine ( they lied to get me to fix it there) I took it to another shop that fixed it for 300 and said that they lied about the amount of repairs it needed!! Will never do buisness with ORR again!!!

After having my 2014 Nissan Sentra diagnosed as needing a condenser and a compressor for the A/C, we were told the total would be $1,600. At first we were told it could all be done in payments. Then a few days later we were told we would owe $360 as a down payment and the rest could be done in payments. Then the next day it turned out to be $360 was needed and another $700 when the car was fixed before we could pick it up. After that, $55/month for 12 months would be owed. When I told Bruce we couldn't swing that and would have to find some other place he then informed me that there were other options for after market parts they could use that would be considerably cheaper but Orr Nissan did not like offering that as an option for their customers. Ok, fine. I ask to pay the $165 for the diagnostics test and get the keys and it took them 30 minutes to locate the keys and the car. I drive the car home only to find that our car is now COVERED in ants. They have nested up in the rubber seals of the doors, are running throughout the inside and out, and I am LIVID! It sat on their lot for 2 weeks while the test was ran, they contacted us about the results, we put together what money we thought was needed, and then not only to be told the payments were not at all what we were expecting but now the car is covered in ants is ridiculous. I plan on calling them Monday to inform them of all this but until then I wanted others to be aware...

And when we’ve needed service, Bruce and Roy in the Service Department have always completed our service and repair requests in a manner that inspires comfort and confidence in both the reliability of your vehicle and the care you can expect to receive. I would recommend this dealership to all persons seeking either a new vehicle or repairs to their current Nissan. And if you ever experience any issues, Kendall will work with you to resolve those with a professional, friendly, and courteous touch.

Just bought a Murano, the car is nice, but the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. After the sale, the sales manager doesn't even come out and introduce him/herself to at least say thank you for purchasing a car with us, still don't know their name.They bring the car around for delivery and there is mud in all four wheel wells. When I mentioned it, they did take it around and cleaned most of it off. Then they have only one FOB, now I have to come back a week later and bring the car in so they can program another one. By the way, the entity that programs the FOB only comes once a week. To top it off, I get down the road and all four tires are 3-4 psi low. You would think that as a dealership, they would at least have some sort of checklist before delivering a vehicle to a customer. I will not be recommending this dealership to any of my friends or co-workers. If I would have known how this dealership operates, I would have taken my business elsewhere.

Never in my life have I ever been charged $67.00 for an oil change because my vehicle requires synthetic oil. The service rep, ( and he knows who he is) assured me that there was a misunderstanding, and that he would " rather lose $20 than to lose a customer." LIES......he called us only to get us back over there and still charged us $67.00. It's obvious that you all have to LIE and DECEIVE to stay in business. I warn all MARINES, SAILORS, ARMY, AIR FORCE , VETERANS, ACTIVE AND RESERVIST TO STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM ORR NISSAN. You risk your lives to Serve and Protect, while these people make their living SCAMMING AND SCREWING OVER THE CUSTOMER. I hope that extra $20.00 helped you my brother. Didn't buy car here, I'm from Texas, but I got a tire rotation and oil change here back in January, was new to Ft Smith and just wanted an actual Nissan dealer to do it. Staff was very friendly and the lobby was very clean and had coffee and donuts. Work was done real fast and they didn't charge much. I like Orr Nissan! The problem is, I have no idea how I got there. Yesterday I tried to get my oil done and wanted to give Orr some business again, I went down to Zero St. and not only did Google Maps on my phone screw up, but I drove up and down that strip and around the Autopark for 20 minutes before I said "screw it" and drove to the nearest Wal-Mart.. Nissan is a major brand, but this dealership is damn impossible to find. Y'all need a huge neon sign or something.

Heather Snow was great. Adam Fields made an offer on my Highlander and low balled me. I visited my credit union and found out I was lied to on Highlander value. Once this was made known to sales manager he took what I had offered to pay. To top it off I was only offered 1 key fob. I confronted the sales manager he reluctantly had me come back to receive another key fob the next day. He told me he had laid down for me. ??? I am enjoying my vehicle but I feel like we were treated like idiots. I will have a hard time coming back to do buisness with this kind of treatment.

Sales staff were very kind, their bosses were not. We could easily see the senior sales only cared to make a buck off us. Philip was an awesome guy. I would have bought a car from him if his boss had let him cut us a deal. As it was, we drove 3 hours to get there only to find the price was $500 higher than it was listed online the day before. The boss insisted it hadn't changed. No deal.

I very discussed with the service department. I discussed with management can’t have a straight answer. Make promises that they don’t keep. You can be waiting all day on a call that never comes. Snooty, unreliable , Poor customer service! These people know who they are at Orr Nissan.

Maintenance charges way to much for repairs. They charged for a new part and did not even put it on had to take it back and make them do it right. If the shop rips you off that bad then it would prolly be worse buying a car from them.. $900 for a window that would not roll up, and a rear door stuck shut. One week later door was back stuck.
