I needed to get back to work as soon as possible but after getting there early we were there till almost noon because only one person was available to help us because He was so busy. We purchased a used vehicle for our son. The most pleasant and fastest buying experience we have ever had at a dealership. Ike was our salesman and was very informative. If we are ever in the market for ourselves, we would go back and ask for him. Our experience in the past with Orr wasn't great, but this one was better. The only issue was the car we purchased has remote start, but the key fob they gave us, yes only one, is busted. How are you supposed to know if it even works without it? I understand it is a used vehicle, but customer service should extend even after the sale of the car purchase. I bet had we purchased an $80,000 Cadillac, the dealership would have resolved this quickly. Guess it's all about the money and what you purchase.

When I encountered a malfunction with my rear window, the service department was professional and quick to find the issue. I had called AAA out twice on weekend to start my car. Monday, I told the service department I needed a new battery. I filled out my information and waited approximately 30 to 45 minutes when the representative told me I needed a new battery. (duh!) Another 30+ minutes and almost $300 I had a new battery. (I was charged to confirm I needed a battery.) While I really have had excellent service from ORR in the past, I was not very happy about this experience.

You took my money for a diagnostic test on my vehicle, which is fine. You need to get paid for the work that you did, but a test that I did at home resulted in the exact same results that you received, only took me 5 minutes when you took over 2 hours to complete. You also charged me extra for the second hour saying you needed to do a more detailed analysis. Your service department and you both need to stop stealing from your customers and start being honest with them. Because you have done this, not only will I never bring my truck back to you for repairs, I will never buy a vehicle from you.

The salesman was ok. But when it come to the financing the guy tried to pull numbers over my head.. the salesman had informed me my payment was going to be a few dollars over 600. Which I assumed 4 or 5. Come to.find out it was 650 before we even added any extended warranties. When it was all said and done the wanted to make my payments 800 dollars. Which I was buying a pre owned. If I wanted to pay that much I would have just bought new and saved the hastle. We worked around it and came to a deal. Then it come down time to get the truck the financing said they would give me two keys. Go out and ask the salesman about it he then informs me that "oh the last people didn't give 2 keys." Well ok then last thing is that they would mail me a check for my tags which I financed into the total amount. It has been 3 weeks and no check.. I've tried to contact the salesman no reply.... Been an interesting time.... will more than likely just save my time and go to the GMC dealer instead which I should have done.

Had problems with rear axle which after researching found out my truck was hit on backside before I bought it. They replaced rear axle,seal and bearing then did a alignment and I did not have to pay. Probably the worst experience i’ve had after buying a vehicle. My truck broke down the second day we had it.Had to be towed back to the dealer. Picked the truck up the next day and another problem came up. ( cruise control didnt work). Had to drive it back to be addressed. I wanted to just trade it back for another truck that cost @10k more than what we paid for the one we got. They said no. The dealer never offered a loaner car. The dealer never called me I had to call them to see what was happening to fix it. Our saleslady is always too busy to help after the sale. I bought the truck 10 days ago and its just now fixed. The good news is i dont have to buy another thing from Orr chevy. The bad news is i bought a truck from Orr chevy. Lesson learned.

Just got a new 2019 car from here I must say our salesman Tommy was outstanding we spent a lot of time there but he made it comfortable for us and kept us busy so we didn't notice!!! Thank you tommy!!! The reason I gave 3 stars was due to Santiago the finance specialist he talked to me like I was not intelligent and lied to me through the whole process... i walked in there already being preapproved through my credit union with a really good interest rate but of course they wanted me to use their banks and came back with an interest rate out of question when we were about to walk out then the interest rate changed lol typical he told me and my husband that we had 45 days till our first payment then when he did the paper work only put 30 days when I called him on it after getting my first bill in the mail he told me there wasn't anything he could do now that the loan went through and that I had 15 day no penalty to pay it late.. now i must say I have very good credit and didn't get it by paying my payments late... I also called on my trade in and they shorted the pay off 86 bucks when I asked him about that he told me they would be over nighting the payment but my problem is that I had to check up on that and if I didn't I would of had a late payment with my car that I traded in... over all I might buy another car from them due to the awesome salesman I had but will not be doing business with Santiago ever again

The moment I walked in j felt great and looking forward to checking out what they have to offer me. I went to there website for days till I finally called them and set up an apt .and once I walked in a man introduced me to a sales rep. Let me Just say they are well trained and would like your business. Problem with that is after I find out the type of vehicle I was interested in running my credit over. He then came back with a lot higher number then I was willing to let go of each month. Mind you I have 100 % on tine payments and a 700 score so my dti is past 30 so that mint be it. I go on I discussed this with them I said give me your best first I don't want my credit being ran 10 times. So back to it I said sorry I was not interested in that prices and he knocked off a little and I said unless you knocked off a lot more than that I'm out of here so he left and come back said what about this price. And I said no we played this game for 3 hours. I told them I was not interested (instead of me walking out I stayed like a fool) he says wait trying to force me in to a buy that he can clearly see I can't afford. So I walk outside and nearly chases me outside, worried I would leave I guess. And says I have a new offer for you I told him I was heading out and think you for your hard work on finding a better price. He said wait I'll get my manager he can give you a better price then me. And me not wanting to be **** I wait and they ask what would your price be to put you in to this ride. I was tired and getting cranky up set and my patience was running low. I gave them a number and they come back with that agreement but it did not have my sales taxes or my title . So I said what the heck you know I wanted that . He said but this is the only way to get you the price you want so then I learned later they even took out the GAP the one main thing that every driver should have not mattered what. So as I am signing the papers , felling pretty bad I did not want to waste there hard work and leave with my old ride. I took there offer and was sick for 2 days after. I will never trust another dealership again. Oh and once I get home and load my emails I learned that they ran my credit 9 times though and each time a bank would pull a report making it hit 2 times so now 9 different places hit x2 my low inquiries went up (looking good) to your count is too high with a note please don't apply for credit so close to each other . So thank you for another excellent time . I can't return the vehicle that would ruin it even more. If it were not for family talking me out of it I would have done it.

Was told 59,100 for a truck yesterday plus 7000 being upside down on trade so I said no to about 67,000 Called me today and offered it for 60190 with sales tax paid I came there and stayed 1.5 hrs to get to finance and after signing almost all paperwork he said I was financing 68,000????????????????????? I said What? So dude that does the deal which is a rude rude mean person comes in and explains why They financed the sales tax, not paid it that they said they would do, didn’t use GMAC which I told them to do!!!!! Then added my trades difference which equaled 68,000 He got his calculator out and acted like I was stupid! Kept adding and adding which came out to be $1000 higher today than yesterday! Yes if I bought it yesterday I would have saved $1000! Kind of backwards business! I asked the salesman 10 times if everything was included before I went and he assured me 10 times finance would be 60190 which was a lie I think this place lies to get you to finance and once your already there most people just take the deal! A scam !! Worse place ever!!!!!! Finance guy was awesome though!

Update: I was approved for the vehicle, before I was even approved. So now, after a month of having the vehicle, I am having to bring it back because “suddenly” the bank won’t approve me. A month! I’m a mother of a terminally ill child that has to go up to 3 hours away for her doctors appointments and now I no longer have a vehicle to do so. If I wouldn’t have been approved in the beginning, I wouldn’t be in this position now. Yes, they staff was very friendly, but I’d rather deal with an honest jerk than someone who is just going to take my means of transportation away after a month. The staff was amazing! Every other dealership I’ve been into have been so rude. But Orr was amazing! I’ll send everyone I know looking for a car to them! I’ll even go there for my next car purchase! They even got me an amazing deal! I definitely recommend going to Orr if you’re looking to purchase a vehicle!

DO NOT buy a vehicle from Orr. I have had so many problems. I had heard of Orr before and never heard anybody having any issues like these, but I’ve gotten nowhere with them so I feel like I should let everybody know how terrible they are to do business with. I’ve worked in customer service for the past five years. I know things happen. What I have experienced with Orr goes far beyond that. I purchased my mini cooper from them June 23rd. Since then, I have made numerous trips down to Orr’s office to get things done that they should have handled. I was pulled over because they didn’t give me temporary tags for my new vehicle. I had to get extension temporary tags because they didn’t have my paperwork done. I had to contact the loan company myself to get my payments set up because they had no record of my loan through Orr. I was only JUST able to finally get my vehicle registered this past Friday, August 17th. Orr did not get me my registration paperwork within 30 days so I had to pay late fees on top of my registration fees —over an additional $120. On top of that, I received a letter in the mail from the state telling me I could be arrested because I was driving an unregistered vehicle all because Orr didn’t do their job. This was my last straw. I went down there Saturday and asked to speak with a manager. He met with me, I explained my frustration, he apologized, and told me that they would absolutely write me a check for these late fees that were not my fault and it would be ready for me on Monday to come pick up. Right now it’s Wednesday and I still don’t have my check. They have lied to me, ignored me, and could have gotten me thrown in jail for their negligence. We’ve had the Traverse for about a month and have no issues to report. The salesman was open and upfront; they were willing to negotiate even though they had posted prices. And they were willing to install a class 3 hitch so the Traverse could do what I needed. Overall, it was a stress free experience and I appreciate how they actually listened to what we were saying. This is the first ever negative review I have posted but I am really disappointed in the overall customer service experience. We purchased a used vehicle for $44K and it only had one key fob. The initial experience was good, friendly and attentive, paperwork and financing were handled well. When asked about the key we were told that a lot of used cars come in with only one key fob and if they replaced them all they couldn't pay their staff. I get it when it comes to a used car that you are going to sell for $10k-$15k or send to auction. On a $44k vehicle I dont think it is too much to ask for a second key fob. The fact that I was fed that BS line and they are willing to lose a customer over it is severely disappointing. It is a nice vehicle and like I said, the initial service was good but don't be fooled as they are 100% there for themselves and not you as the customer. Be on your toes when it comes to the little things.

SAgteedFirst of all love the car. The Salesman Shawn was very helpful he understood it was gift for my wife and really went the extra mile in helping me get this car staying late after closing. The reason I only gave 3 stars is because I haven't received the second key fob for the vehicle yet. I made the purchase at closing and was told it was locked up in another person's office. That was totally understandable since it was late. The next day I texted Shawn and asked about the key fob and still no luck I texted 2 more times over 1st week after the sale and was told after the last text "if we find it I will let you know". At the time of this review I still have received any information about the key fob. No service after the sale is really bad experience but I still give them 3 stars because the car is really nice. Update on May 13th was contacted by salesman and will have key fob on May 21st. Will update when and if fob is ready on agreed date and time. Update May 23rd agreed date and service was met. Really pleased it all went as planned.

I purchased a beautiful used Denali Yukon. The sales staff worked with me on getting the deal done. Part of the deal was getting a few scratches and paint chips repaired. The repair job is horrible! Wrong color and paint chips look worse than before they attempted to repair. My sale person was in a meeting when I picked up my suv. I text him pics and told him I expected better quality. I’ve herd nothing back.

Overall good experience. Mack was great to work with and easy to talk to. Taking one star off because the truck had two bad tires that I had to replace and they had said were good. Also the tire sensors were backwards and I had to get that fixed as well. Taking a second star off because they didn't change the oil. It was at 50%.

Mark Curlett came out and asked if he could be of service, introduced himself and told us he had a couple of 2018 models on the lot. He showed us those then showed us the 2019 models, which we were not interested in; We thought! We purchased a 2019 ST5, a couple of days later. Mark was patient, professional and helpful. He spent a great deal of time showing us the accessories on the new vehicle. Excellent service. In fact, we received excellent service from the staff at Orr. Mark, Chris, Morgan and Richard.
