******I originally gave one star, and that was mainly for the poor service I received. I have edited my opinion since John, from ORR, reached out and apologized by phone. We spent 20 minutes discussing my issue and, together, we got the issue resolved. I will give them another chance to make the poor customer service better!! ******* I Recently took my car in to be serviced because is suddenly started making an odd whining/whistling noise and idling rough. It started suddenly while I was driving down the road. I had just gotten back to town from a 3 hour trip. I googled the symptoms and it said my PCV valve cover needed replaced. I took the car to the same place I purchased it less than a year ago. ORR Auto Mall Russellville. ( The ASE Certified mechanics informed me that I needed a new alternator and a tensioner belt. ) No mention of a PCV valve cover. I sent the link, to my salesman, of where I had googled my cars symptoms and asked him to share with the mechanics. I also told him that the information I was sending to him was the exact same symptoms my car exhibited. And that it recommended that PCV valve cover be replaced. He said he would pass it along to the mechanics. When I went to the shop to pick up my car, the person that wrote up my car earlier that day would not even look at me. The gentleman that did speak to me, ushered me to the cashier so that I could pay the agreed upon diagnostic fee of $115 plus tax. He never explained anything to me. Not one word was said about my car. Now... If they had replaced the PCV cover, it would have been covered under my lifetime power train warranty. Instead, they wanted $1000 for parts that were not needed. I HAD THE PCV VALVE COVER REPLACED FOR $100, PARTS AND LABOR, AND MY CAR IS FIXED. NO MORE ENGINE LIGHT. Now I told you all that to say this. I felt like I was just an old lady that was about to get taken for a ride by another crooked mechanic. I've always heard them called, a male chauvinist. And just because they offer you a FREE LIFETIME POWER TRAIN WARRANTY, doesn't mean they will honor it!!!!!

All around wonderful! We worked with Chris W. and he was awesome alone. but ass a whole the ORR team is great. Everyone there is very helpful to make sure that you are not only getting a great car but you are getting something that works for you and your family. Chris worked with us for a couple weeks until we found something that was the best fit. Never was he pushy to make a sale, or impatient with all our questions. Currently my Father-in-law is looking there for a new car. I would send anyone there- I know we will return when its time for my husband to get a new one. Thank you ORR, and thank you, Chris!

Made an appointment 2 weeks ago to have my windshield cameras re-calibrated. After a 2 week wait for the appointment, I get there, wait over an hour and they inform me that they can't do the work without an estimate and they couldn't do that without a W9 but they would not give the insurance company a W9. My insurance company called to request one and they then inform them that they do not have the equipment to do this work anyway. Huge waste of time, I will do everything to avoid having to use ORR in the future.

We really like the vehicle we bought there. But it come with a service plan you have not been pleased with the service department at all. We asked them to check brakes they said they were 50% wore. Got home my husband change the brakes and they fell apart in his hand they were wore out. We were fixing to go on a long trip so glad he double-checked. The lug nuts were put on so tight that a couple bolts Twisted off. Not to pleased.

Salesmen get it done! After that you are screwed. The service department is flat out incompetent. I've worked on cars my whole life. These guys are moronic. I took a car in 2 days after purchase. I said tire has a knot in it. They told me I was crazy. Took it to a redneck tire shop. Changed the tire problem solved. I then took the car for brake job 1 week later. The brake pad fell off in 3 pieces. I didnt want to cancel warranty. I called and was told I was lying. My wife's aunt had her oil changed and when she got home black stain in the yard. I looked and it was a loose oil filter. I was promised warranty which is useless unless you let them fix(break) your car. The sales guys are cool. They will get you in a car. Just know you will work on it yourself or you will get garbage over priced work done. They have faith in their mechanics. I have a 15 year old son, who for sure, does better work.

Dropped my credit score 100 points then told me I didn't qualify yeah because you let everyone run my credit as hard hits even though you ran it yourself. Losers would never use this place again. Also they like to respond to you commitments on here and they are annoying if I could give them zero stars I would. Flap off mate.

Called the day before and confirmed availability of at least 3 vehicles as well as prices listed. Was very clear with the Finance manager, Happy, what range we could spend and that we would be driving 4 hours. He was very helpful on the phone. Drove 4 hours to get there only to be told that due to a computer glitch, the prices on the vehicles were completely not correct. They refused to honor the prices that are still currently posted online. I understand computer issues, but as a finance manager, he should have known when quoting the prices the day before how off some of the prices were. One car was 4000 more than listed and severely overpriced for the condition of the vehicle. Incredibly bad experience. Do not trust their website nor what they tell you via phone! Wasted day and disappointment! Bad business!

Service department: I called last summer to find out if they had a tire for my Jeep Patriot. They never returned my phone call. (I ended up going to Goodyear the next day and getting in and out within an hour) Last week I called to get an appointment scheduled to get my Jeep Patriot fixed. It currently has an airbag recall. Kind of an important thing to fix, especially with an infant in my car. Almost a week later, and I don’t get a call back. I thought “well maybe if I Review them on FB, I’ll actually get some help?” But figured I’d try and call again first. So I call and ask to speak to a service manager. After being on hold for a while, “Jamie” answers the phone. Says “this is Jamie”, I say “hello I was calling..” And he says “hello?” And then hangs up. Either he couldn’t hear me, or just decided to hang up? Regardless, he hung up in less than 10 seconds and I still never got a call back. Honestly, I don’t even care to work with this dealership or service department. If they don’t have the professionalism to return a phone call, about something as Serious as a car recall... why in the heck would I trust that they’d even fix my airbag properly to ensure my family is safe in my car?! Definitely going to have to find a dealership in conway or Clarksville to fix it. Sad.

Poor customer service. I called to inquire about a used vehicle on a Saturday at about 10 am. I spoke with a salesman, who advised that the vehicle was still available and that he'd text some photos. He took my name and number. I told him that I'd be there at about 1 pm for a test drive. He didn't send photos. We made the 1.5 hour drive, only to find that the vehicle had been sold in the morning. No hard feelings about selling it -- it's first come, first served. I do believe that the salesman should have called or texted to advise that the vehicle was no longer available.

Slow. I had an appointment for an oil change, an hour and a half later they finally finished. Then i waited another 10 minutes for the paperwork so i could finally pay. This is the second time I have had slow service and the second time I have been here. The price was reasonable but I bought 2 cars from the Ford place and the first oil change was free. $30,000 for a truck and nothing. Great sales staff (have purchased 4 cars from Clint H. at preowned) but service after is awful. If it wouldn't void my warranty I would definitely find somewhere else to get my truck serviced. I learned my lesson. Total of almost 6 hours total of my life I can't get back for an oil change and a key programmed.

I really wish I could give split reviews. The sales department is good. The service department is worse than horrid. We have an '18 Rogue that has had numerous issues and been in for repair repeatedly. From the car braking on its own with nothing around it, to the screen going out and having to have TWO radio replacements, a horrible creaking noise, the hatch opening and not closing, the hatch opening on its own, the radio coming on after the car has been turned off an unoccupied. The service department is mediocre at timely service and making sure issues are fixed. At this point I'm so far past being done with this SUV and the service department. Also, I was told by a service writer that "when my car was braking on its own they thought it was because of my radio going out because that's where the notification sound plays through" which was totally incorrect as SEVERAL have had the same issue as me. Conveniently, a field engineer came to look at another car and looked at mine in the process. I was informed that there will be a recall issued and that mine was fixed ahead of that. I have given ample opportunity and continue to feel like issues get swept under the rug. If you want a good sales team go here, if you want good service after the sale avoid it at all cost like we should have.

It was a great experience. They had the exact car my wife wanted on the lot and it was a very painless process to drive off the lot with it. Nice little touches included the detailing of the car and filling the gas tank up as we finished up the paperwork. I have been a fan of Hyundais for over 10 years since we bought our first two brand new 10 years ago. Those cars prove to be absolutely reliable with just a few small issues talent care of by their wonderful warranties. My wife and I agreed that we would buy nothing else but a Hyundai. I have had nothing but bad experiences at this crappy dealership. They all act like you are beneath them. They are NOT interested in you unless you are signing a contract. The service department messed up my car after working on the transmission that it sounded like the clank of metal on a flag pole. Not to mention they had my car for 6 weeks! Took it back and they said and acted like there was nothing wrong, this car btw was only 3 years old, with only 30,100 miles. I had to take it in on a recall, otherwise I would have done the job myself and done it better by watching YouTube. Went in there today and well, l need to stop now, before I get foul.

Then someone is suppose to win his and hers or $100,000 cash but you never hear of anyone winning that. Normally all you get is a basketball, fake smartwatch, $2 bill, or scratch off. No one ever wins the big prizes. It's a scam to just get you into their dealership. Some sales men have great potential if they would honor the deals or games pieces mailed out. They really don't deserve a one star.

I purchased a 2012 Nissan rogue 3 years ago. It was precertified preowned. Which i was told would have 100,000 mile warranty over what was on the odometer ....well the papers "accidently got filled out wrong" I was assured it would be upheld by the manager and my sales man. Up until time to fix it. After having it in the shop 3 times for the same thing telling me it wasn't covered even though papers says it was. I had to then take a man. My father in to get them to listen. They do not listen to women why because they feel women don't know much about cars. But seeing as though I have been a single mom for 15 years and done my own bills minor repairs oh yeah and make this car payment on time every month I feel they whole place needs to learn that women are just as capable to know what's going on with a car than a man since I'm the one that drives it day in and day out. I was very disappointed. Also considering the same check engine light is back on that I've paid a total of 700 to fix and was assured it was fixed....it wasn't from day one. Don't feel I was treated properly and I will not come back for business I'll search elsewhere. I've got my last 2 vehicles there but I promise the next won't be....how might u even begin to fix this?? U can't I talked to everyone there. But let me know if by some miracle it can happen. Drove 2 hours to cancel my extended warranty got to the dealership had to wait an hour then when I got in to see the finance manager (Bobby) he stated that he was not going to cancel it calling me a liar he also stated that he would repo my truck and that it was not my truck I explained to him just cancel my warranty well he excaladed the situation by yelling and calling me liar so I went to get my wife to try and de escalate the situation when I came back in I was ambushed by eight to ten people saying I need to leave or they will call the cops this was from the owner all the way to sales people I stated I was here to cancel my warranty after several threats from all eight to ten guys the finance manager finally pulled us into his office while all the other associates we're cursing and yelling at myself and my disabled veteran wife we got everything signed and left. I will never do business with orr period and Ill make sure to spread the word and let everyone know how they treat customers very unprofessional

I am livid! This place has had my car for almost 2 years! We call and even go up there to check on it. They would NEVER return our phone calls. Three times they couldn’t even find our car! 3 times!!! They had no idea who we were and told us they couldn’t find our car. Even insisted we had the wrong auto shop. THREE TIMES!!! Yesterday when they finally did call us back they told us “it’s to old we don’t know what else to do” exact words! It’s not that old!!! After two years and $600 you tell me this! I demand my money back! I don’t even want the car anymore I’m so livid! When We asked to speak to the head manager I was told to leave my number and he would call me back. So I was like ok, maybe they will do something to fix this. Nope. No one has called us back. This is outrageous that you took my hard earn $600 (and time) to tell me it was fixed just for me to arrive and it still be broke! TWICE!! Twice I go up there, pay, for them to tell us it’s not running! Shouldn’t it be running when you tell me it is ready and I give you over $600?!! Now months later there is nothing you can do?! Sounds fishy. I will never take another vehicle there. And I will no longer recommend to my friends/family. I will be reporting to the better business bureau and leaving social media reviews! I will also be emailing ch. 7s “7 on your side”!!

They need more loaner vehicles. My car had a popping noise in the front and there was no timeline for when the repairs would be complete. When I scheduled the appointment they said it was a 4 MONTH WAIT for a loner.. unacceptable
