My dad has bought 4 vehicles from MBNWA and always told me to go there first. I bought a GL through Craigslist. A couple of months later i was looking for a lower cost car and found an incredible C230 at MBNWA. I was treated excellent, got a great deal, and the atmosphere is unbeatable especially compared to other car dealerships. I have had my GL services there since and they take great care of vehicles you own regardless of where you bought them. Ill definitely choose MBNWA for our next vehicles, you can keep craiglist!

Hey guys, Tim Wilson here. Just wanted to write to say what a FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE I just had with the Service Department and my ’14 ML63 AMG. The Coolant Level was low so I swung by and the team took me right in (without an appointment), topped off the coolant, topped off the tires, did a quick systems check, washed the car and sent me on my way. All in 35 minutes. UNREAL! Eric in service was extremely accommodating and catered to my every need. FIRST CLASS service all the way around by MBofNWA. Best in Class. Shout out to Sales Manager Josh Guest as well. He even followed up with me a couple of hours after!

NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER take your car to mercedes benz bentonville. They will con you for your money. $765 for oil change and air filter. They didn't even complete the full "service." Then they wanted $1000 for "leaking differential" - there was no leak. $500 to replace "rotting sway" bar - no rot just need tightened. All justified by a performance auto shop and my own viewing. DO NOT GO THERE. They will not give your money back. But you can go through a small claims attorney to do so.

I would suggest doing research before buying from this dealership. One we all know dealerships are not always honest. But in this case it’s been proven. This dealership was just sued for their shady practices. In which they were found guilty and ordered to pay 4.8+ million in penalties/damages. I recommend one getting your car inspected before purchasing from here. Or just not driving up to this dealership at all. Looks like they have shown us that the dealership stereotype is true. Try to scam anyone they can to see what they can get away with. I recommend do not buy from here.

The salesman who was working with us was lacking any personality and was completely rude to us. He didn't respond when we thanked him on our way out the door for helping us, or so much as acknowledge our presence. It was close to closing time and no one was there to detail the car, so we took it home with the promise they would clean it when we came back through. We brought the car back a week later to have it cleaned, picked it up after an hour and barely anything had been done, if anything at all. I will say though, that the other people were nice and welcoming. Also, we were pleasantly surprised with the 'Benz Box' we received in the mail from MBofNWA at Christmas time filled with gifts. With that said, I would really have to think about buying another vehicle from them when we're looking to upgrade in a few years.

This luxury car dealership highly mislead me into driving for over an hour to bring my car to their service dept to fix what they told me on the phone would be a minor problem my car was having. After sitting in their extremely comfortable customer lounge for 3 hours, they brought my car back to the sally-port unrepaired. Service writer said they would need my car to be dropped off when it could be left with them for an unknown amount of time to allow them to diagnose the problem. Out of frustration, I "diagnosed" it myself, fixing my problem by replacing a 20 cent fuse.

We LOVED our experience purchasing a car at MB of NWA. We were rather unfamiliar with the vehicle we came in to see and frankly were leaning towards another brand. After meeting Terry Fabbri and the great team there who did an awesome job educating us on the brand and the ML 350 specifically we didn't turn back. We bought a certified pre-owned vehicle that looks and drives just like new! They were knowledgeable, friendly and fast. We got a great deal with virtually no haggling - which was so nice and reaffirmed our belief that we were dealing with true professionals. I sent a message online of exactly what car I wanted and what I’d like to get out of my Mercedes trade in ad I didn’t want to waste anyone’s time. They pushed hard to get me in and taked about how they value my business. Then I was completely shocked to say they offered me half of low book value for my Mercedes (which is in excellent shape with already calculated in higher mileage) and then they wouldn’t discount theirs one penny! In this incredibly competitive market I was shocked they didn’t want my business at all. Fortunately I went to their rival car company and got a good amount more than low book for my trade and a lower price on a very nice used Mercedes. In the end I’m happy but so disappointed in this dealer that simply didn’t want my business although their showroom was empty and sales people were waiting around outside for the new customer that might show up.

I wish I could give this review a negative rating. After purchasing a car from this dealership it was towed to MB from Fort Smith AR for a problem that was clearly not the battery Because the lights would come on and everything electrical worked except when you put the key in and turn it, nothing would happen (Temporary EIS failure). I'm not a mechanic for MB and don't claim to be. But I'm very smart and very mechanically inclined. Basically I'm saying why would a "LICENSED" MB mechanic replace the battery, and charge us $500 mind you, for something that clearly wasn't at fault? I'll tell you. Because they didn't want to be responsible for replacing the parts for an EIS failure ($1650). So what did they do? They waited. And sure enough just 5 months after the warranty expires the EIS goes out completely and we are stuck fixing the car. After having our insurance company tow the car back to MB of Bentonville they proceeded to tell us that there was nothing they could do to help us because that particular issue was never diagnosed while it was under warranty. I agreed and told them that I would be replacing the part myself because I simply couldn't afford to pay for their service. He offered me 10% off. HAHA Ok so after doing my own research I found a used EIS in CA for $80. Great deal. Now all I have to do is have it programmed by someone with the knowledge and equipment. Because as I said before, I'm not an MB Mechanic. After finding the part I called MB of Bentonville back and asked how much they would charge me to program the part to my car. Eric replied that their techs said they wouldn't touch it because they didn't want to be liable". Ok I know this is an anti-theft part but. The DAMN car was bought there and they know who the owners are!!!!! Are you kidding me? So now, frustrated and fed-up. I called MB of Tulsa and they said " no problem. We can do that for $450" Now I have to find a trailer, load the car up and haul it to Tulsa. I took a day off work and that's just what I did. With no help from anyone at the dealership. Well I take that back. I was sweating my ass off and got a phone call that I had to take and three guys came out but promptly went back inside when they saw I was on the phone, never to return. Moral of this story is that once the sale is made that's not the last dollar you'll be spending at this dealership. DOCUMENT EVERYTHING VERY METICULOUSLY. If you have an issue that's intermittent then get a video of it when it happens or you will get NO help from the service department here! Worthless..........

I have dealt with MB NWA since the dealership relocated to Moberly Lane and the service personnel both service writers and shop technicians are very customer oriented. My last purchase was a SLK that was out of the shop and certified , it looked and drove as it did new, that says volumes for the expertise of the techs who certified the car.

Had a scheduled appointment 5/15/2019. Had been quoted a price for service of $319.00. I drove an hour and 15 minutes from the river valley to find that my service quote had grown to almost $1400.00. This wasn’t revealed to me until after I drove 85 miles. Nobody bothered to call me ahead of time to tell me they had made a mistake! I guess they just assumed I would pay it. Very, very poor customer service! Very, very poor communication! Smells of a scam!!! Very disappointed!!! Probably will not do business there again . Also no apology!!!

I was on a cross country road trip when my beloved ml 350 started displaying alerts. I was staying for a few days in Northwest Arkansas (albeit 2 hours from this location) so I looked up the nearest dealer. The reviews I saw here were concerning, but decided to be honest with the service team about my concerns and judge how to proceed by their reactions. I explained to Clint, that the dealerships ratings were causing me some concern and outlined some steps that would make me more comfortable (approving all repairs before work was done and getting costs for diagnosis and labor rates up front.) This was handled beautifully and with great care, so I sat in the waiting area while they ran diagnostics. Clint and the mechanic then walked me back to the service area to physically show me what work needed to be done. Clint then even personally drove me to a nearby mall so I could get some lunch without having to wait for the shuttle driver to return. When we ran into a slight glitch with the programming after the work was completed, they generously offered me a courtesy vehicle to use while they resolved the issue. Remember, I was staying a couple of hours away and had a pet that had to stay alone at my accommodations. Clint knew this and was taking special care to get me what I needed to remain stress free. I returned to find my ml repaired and cleaned. The costs were exactly as stated and approved and I was happily on my way. No more issues on the way to the west coast. I truly feel that my service was of the quality I expect from Mercedes and that the service team (particularly Clint) went above and beyond to address my concerns and make this interaction as painless as possible. Bought a 2014 new loaded vehicle. Short summary: The computer quit on Thanksgiving 2015 in a rural area out of state. I called the dealership for assistance on a question and they blew me off!!!!! They sold me on safety, quality, and that they always take care of their customers. My story may be one in a hundred, but I wouldn't want you to experience this. There were other instances also...(1)told me a tire leak was a result of climate change and we later found that there was actually a nail in the tire. (2)Employee got an attitude when I refused the option to prepay for my A, B, C....services when I purchased the vehicle. I am having nothing but headaches, so proceed with caution!! Great before the deal was done, but nothing to live up to their promise afterwards. Thanks

Never take my car to them again I took my car in for having issue with my engine they told me at first time is timing belt have to be change (this type car have timing chain not belt ) after they replace it they call me about issue on my camshaft need to be change after that call me about couple sensor need to be replace after two week finally told me you car is fixed and ready. When i start up it was same as before and ask them what is this they told me you have to drive it 2000 mile to timing get adjust after and have to pay them 3500$. After that my car have mire issue ( like engine light comes on shaking at speeding having issue with start) i took car back to them after few hours they told me we have tare-down engine and can cost you 20 hours labor and i ask it is going to fix they told me they don't know. I have my car back because look like they try to get rid of me and not try to resolve the problem of curse they have the money and perry much i pay for they miss dingoes Now my car is sitting front of my yard i cant even start up i don't know what they did to it yesterday If you want to those people think again my you loosing money and they bring some long issue after issue to cover they poor job

First, a Mercedes is a nice, good car (for the most part). I have a GL350. Purchased brand new in 2012. Customers need to be aware that to own & maintain a Mercedes will cost VERY much...not hundreds of $--more like in the thousands. My experience on the sales side was positive. Jeff Weatherly was exceptional in his job in sales & Michael Young was another great helpful person in sales (both whom are no longer with MB-NWA. Unfortunate loss for Mercedes in my opinion). Long story short, since purchasing my car, I have had to pay something in addition to just a routine service EVERY.SINGLE.TIME, And EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. there was a problem or a "suggestion" which cost in the thousands. You will never leave without a problem or a simple oil change. There is lots of dishonest, unethical work going on in that building (in Bentonville) which we are experiencing now. They recognize it's against their company policy, but it's also against the law too (regarding our issue). I wish to not go into details at this time about this recent situation as I have not decided if I will take legal action or not. My only advice is don't trust them all or take it to be serviced elsewhere. In regards to my current issue, we have met with managers and most recently with the Asst. Operations Director of the Superior Automotives name Ritchie H. along with the current service manager (at MB) name Ben M. to try to resolve this matter that has happened. To get to my point and tell it like how I see it, Mr. Ritchie is a flake. He talks like he wants to help his customers (us) but he's full of b.s. in which he came up with no real resolution for this problem, left our meeting as if he had something great in mind for us (which he didn't), and simply disappeared leaving Mr. Ben in charge to clean up the mess. Ritchie did not exemplify what a good leader is, especially in the role of his position. However, I can say Ben did a great job in trying his best to come up with some resolutions. He seems to genuinely want to rebuild a positive customer service relationship. I've been with MB since 2012, Ben is a fairly new service manager (in NWA) so he's inheriting all the dishonest work that's been going on for years there. Ben is giving me a little tiny bit of hope back that the trust can possibly be restored but we will see. This problem I'm experiencing is current so I'll let it sit a few more days to see how this will really end. Just know, the Mercedes car is good but will come with a huge on-going price tag...It seems to be a pattern with most of those other people with the 1 star reviews. They are spot on.

A couple of weeks ago, I was driving to work, and through the hustle of my busy day, I forgot to fuel up! I ran out of gas on the side of the road. Before I could even get through my first call for help, a young gentleman in a Mercedes pulled up to see if I needed assistance. Turned out, her worked at the local Mercedes dealership in the Marketing department (not even in sales or service, but still stopped to assist me). He took me to the closest gas station, purchased a small gas can and some fuel, and got me going again in no time. I am so grateful that the "Mercedes Fairy" was looking out for me. I went back this month and purchased my second vehicle from Jeff Weatherly. The management staff remembered me from my last purchase and they and Jeff made me a fantastic deal on a brand new GLK. I recommend Mercedes of NWA 110% for not only their sales, but their overall great service. Don't go to Tulsa to try to get a better deal. They will give you the best deal and best service right here in NWA!

I had a very good experience. I drive 4 hours to purchase a used cls 500. The staff seemed friendly and really did try to make me and my wife feel comfortable while we was there. I research the internet a lot before making my purchase and the vehicle I purchase was the best choice in my option as far as other vehicles around the same year and miles . The vehicle wasn't over price at all . The sales associates I worked with was friendly and knowledgeable . The decision to drive 4 hours was based on the customer service I received over the phone because I called several times and sent several texts. The sales associates was patient with me and attempted to answer all my questions without allowing me to get on his nerves. I only did 4 stars because I haven't really driven the car a lot since the purchase. I will write another review in 3 months, based on the performance of the vehicle but as of right now the car runs and drives GREAT.

We were driving X-country in our RV and had a check engine light come on. Fortunately, for us, we found this business. I can't say enough positive about their service department. We arrived in late afternoon and they took us in immediately, diagnosed the problem, fixed it, updated our software and had us finished before closing time. If I could give a 0 rating for this dealership I definitely would. Brought in my 2013 GL 450 vehicle 53k miles for a scheduled A3 service to the Mercedes Benz of NWA. Rather than complete my A3 service as requested my vehicle was diagnosed immediately with three other issues. 1.) Tire needs to be rept laced because there was a nail By the way the tire was fixed at Norma the tire man for $17 2)Coolant leak detected 3) Front wheel Cup leak. This is for a vehicle that was in great shape prior to the visit. I tried to understand the validity of the diagnoses but eventually agreed. One of the three courtesy cars offered was so filthy , I had to drive out to the car wash to clean it myself. It took over two weeks for the vehicle to be eventually completed and $2500 later, I receive my vehicle only to drive out of the dealership and discover that my vehicle now had an unfamiliar creaking noise , I drove immediately back and was assigned a foreman for a drive. We drove and the noise was replicated, hence I had to leave the vehicle once again. The dealership again kept my vehicle for a week ( now 3 weeks)only to tell me they could not find the problem. At this point I asked to speak to the service manager. She listened politely and promised to get to the root of the matter. Once again I was requested to leave my vehicle for further diagnoses which I did. No call back for four days. I called finally after waiting so long and was told that they were very busy with other vehicles but will get to mine. I just got a call few minutes ago that PERHAPS the issue is my front struts which costs another $2600. This place reeks of crooked deals to rip up hard working people. I will definitely not be using the services of this dealership any longer this dealership any longer and strongly advise others to learn from my experience. My vehicle is now in significant worse shape than when this ordeal started. I have been very patient but this should not be construed otherwise. I will seek other options of redress

The last couple of times I have been here for an oil change I have gotten treated by the staff terribly and appallingly. Not only that but they don’t clean my car like they promised when I bought the car. I emailed them and brought it to there attention to only be told I’m not welcome back. I told them I was repulsed by there workers treating me horribly. So they’re unwilling to take constructive criticism or make things right. At least Tulsa Mercedes meets my needs.

WOW!! That was my experience here at Mercedes-Benz of NWA. Let me elaborate on my WOW experience. It's unbelievable, the incompetence of the individuals that work there. They're all so miserable. I'm sure it's the work conditions as there is so much turn over, never a familiar face. I would recommend another dealer for sure if you want a good deal on a car and if you would like your car serviced or fixed. Poor excuse for a Mercedes dealer. Such a shame!!!

We bought our 2006 E500 with a lot of help from Michael Young about three years ago and we have really enjoyed driving it since then. We have always had a very positive experience each time we have the car in for service. They make us feel welcome and always tell us exactly what they are going to do and how much it will cost before the repairs or servicing is done. They don't try to convince us to have something done if we don't feel comfortable doing it. They usually tell us if it needs to be fixed right away or if it can wait until later. Recently, we had a problem with a gasoline smell in our garage after we parked the car. We called the Service Department and they told us to bring it in right away. They replaced the gas tank within a couple of days and provided a loaner (new 2016) while it was being replaced. We got our car back all clean and shiny with a new gas tank. How's that for great service?

We love our 3rd mercedes but I don't think we'll purchase from this dealer or any other "superior" dealership again. Most of the sales team is cocky and rude. They don't take you seriously until you show them the money. The service department is even worse. True Story. They are also salesmen that quietly compete for service revenue. They charge you for things that should be covered under warranty or put it off until your warranty ends. It's worth $$$ to drive to Fayetteville for alternative service and repair. Lastly, pricing. You can save a 2-4k visiting a dealer 2-4 hours away. This dealer is very talented at standing firm on ripping you off.

Now Mercedes Service departament worst service. They sure like to waste your time I have shown up for service and they have refused to do anything on my car I would say over 90% of the time. So what I will do from now on is I'm going to document who I speak with and double and triple check before my appointment arrives to make sure they will actually service my car. I hope I don't have any more warranty issues that way I don't have to deal with the service dep.

I visited this facility for a humming noise issue for my wife’s car and the issue was mis diagnoised multiple times and i ended up paying around 2000$ out of my pocket for a fix that costed 300$ with my insurance which they did after i complained that the issue is still not gone after multiple visits. He put all my concerns about owning a diesel engine (which I am not familiar with) to rest and said that MB of NWA would help me maintain and service my Sprinter in every way to possibly reach 500K plus miles! The ramifications of poor quality from the service department continue to be frustrating. On my first purchase from this dealer, the service department destroyed my engine during service. The sales team was able to find me a replacement vehicle, but the service challenges remained. On the replacement vehicle, I had to bring the car back for re-work most times after my inspection (when possible) of the service work completed. Errors ranged from improper fuel clamps on fuel filters, to broken interior parts, to CV boots that fell off after replacement. One of the most egregious misses was a rear main seal leak which persisted after multiple rear main replacements. Eventually, the car came out of warranty, and a second dealer confirmed the problem is due to a groove in the crankshaft seal service, rather than the seal. Unfortunately, this repair was not something I could easily review post completion, other that weekly monitoring for leaks. I’ve not had the car serviced at MBNWA for over 2 years, but continue to sort out challenges from poorly performed repairs during recent months. 1) I was unable to adjust the parking brake. The root cause was a right rear parking brake cable not engaged at the shoe mechanism. MBNWA had RnR’d the right wheel rear bearing. 2) When I replaced the starter, I found the starter heat shield missing. Particularly frustrating because it is NLA on the EPC last time I checked 3) When the vehicle was CPO’d, the service manager replaced the left front steering spindle with a unit with 100k miles to solve a bearing noise. I had to replace that bearing recently (which is what should have been done on the first go around) 4) I found the A-Pillar coverings to be poorly installed when replacing the windshield (the windshield had previously been replaced by MBNWA because it was broken during service). On the left A-pillar cover, the safety strap was no tengaged. The right A-pillar cover was missing two clips Pride in workmanship and attention to detail in the service department are disappointing. On the positive side, my experience with the parts team has been outstanding.

The service center is great, I’ve never had a problem. But when it comes to the sales side they seem prejudge you. If they don’t think you will buy they will ignore which is unfortunate for them. The service center is 5 stars but the sales side is a 2. Shop there but buy elsewhere. But at least the place looks nice.
