BJ Henry was awesome! Most care free car buying experience of my life. I live in Memphis TN and found a car online that I wanted to get my wife. Without ever even driving to Little Rock we did the whole exchange while I was at work over the phone and text. BJ sent me multiple photos,videos, info. Without any hassling! Any thing I needed he assisted. Not only that, but when we were ready to see the car, THEY DROVE IT TO MY HOUSE! let’s us look, dropped it off, signed paper work and then drove our trade in back to Little Rock. It was as easy as that! I wish more dealerships treated their customers this way. Would defiantly recommend, and do business with them again.

I had the dealership service my gl550, because where else would you trust to take care of your Mercedes? After a month, I finally got my car back, and the wheel fell off on the freeway!! They forgot to tighten the lug nuts! They ruined my brand new custom wheels, not to mention nearly killing me and my husband and the other things that they broke and lost (the drivers side mirror, the steering column, my floor mats) . They did replace the wheels with something they determined were "close enough", but I thought they were hideous. So, they had the new wheels painted. The paint is peeling and blistering now, 3 months later. And, they had promised that if anything went wrong with that wheel for the next year, they would take care of it. They LIED! Shortly after leaving the dealership the second time, the strut on that wheel went bad and they refuse to fix it. If you take your car there, you can expect it to take at least a month to fix, they WILL break something else, and never, ever deal with Kym. She is scatter brained and doesn't know anything about your car.

Very poor service. I had a appointment. I dropped off my car at 7:30am, when I returned at 4pm my car had not been touched. I was told they ran out of time. I made another appointment and was there 30 minutes early. I was then told they didn't have the part. So I was given a car wash and told they would call me when it come in that it was on back order. Very poor service. They could really take a few lessons from the Mercedes Benz in Texas. Very unprofessional and I'm very dissatisfied.

I have called the service department of this dealership with questions four times. Not once was I able to talk to someone who could answer my questions (I tried twice with questions about windshield replacement and twice with questions about Sirius installation). I l left messages asking for a return call at least two of those times, and never received a call. I also asked for a call via their pop-up chat service, and never received one. Since I couldn't get through on the phone I visited the dealership. The service clerk was rude, and after spending 20 minutes there I still never got an answer to a simple question. I won't keep my GLK long as I will not visit that dealership if I don't have to. And I certainly will never buy another Mercedes as long as I live in Little Rock.

This by far was the hardest and most fun I have had choosing my new purchase. I am military and prior to me leaving for my last deployment I knew I wanted to make a purchase but I hadn't settled on what I wanted exactly. Over the 6 month tour overseas I decided on what I thought was the car I wanted. Jerrold browning quickly let me know that I was surely mistaken. Everything went very well. I have owned the same model 2 vehicles ago so the learning curve was very short. This was my 24th MB since 1963. The sales person has served my family before, so I asked for her when contacted MB of LR. I have only one observation regarding the vehicle; it seems to require constant correction in steering. Regardless of the mode selected . I have not shared this with MB of LR. 'm making a trip to Key West at the end of this month and will observe closely T .he vehicle replaced was a BMW X5 . I didn't care for the ride.

Subpar service department all around. Had my car for a week with no communication, I had to call to find out a status of my vehicle . I wasn't offered a loaner car or an explanation as to why my car was there for 6 days. I was considering upgrading but I will never do business with this location again.

A rodent got into my garage kept car during the winter. With bait he died outside the car, but he had pooped (just pelets) and urinated in the cabin. I had the car detail cleaned at Splash Carwash. It was better. Then they said I needed to find a detailer with an "extractor" for best results. I called Mercedes Benz of Little Rock, asked for service, and was told their detailer (off-site) had the equipment. $199 for inside & outside, or $99 for just inside. I asked if I could bring it over, they said yes, and I pulled in the covered area. The service person started to write up the work for an inside clean. Here's where the situation turned ugly for me. I asked if the work was guaranteed, service person said certainly. Then I said, "I am going to put this on a credit card, and if the smell is not gone, I will contest the charge until the smell is gone". Some man in an office behind the service writers heard me and immediately came out to say they could NOT guarantee the work. But could take my money. Then some story about a man with Crawfish juice, carpet had to be replaced, seats removed, thousands of dollars. At this point I left the dealership. I did go over on my own to the "Showroom Ready" outside contractor, explained the issue, and made an appointment. No problem. Then I called back to see if they could do the car on Wednesday instead of Friday, and got the "manager". Explained the situation again, he said there was a $500 Hazardous Waste" charge for blood, vomit, urine, feces or any bodily fluid removal. And I asked him point blank, if you just don't want to try to clean the car, just say so. He said "I won't clean your car, do you want to talk to the owner?" I said no. I called Stanley Steemer and smell is gone. Very sour taste for previously first class dealership & great service. Steve, MB manager called (too little too late) and said he would have it done at no charge, guess he is not aware of Showroom Ready's HAZARDOUS WASTE FEE POLICY. Sometimes life just sucks.

Had an electrical problem issue and the dealership did a good job repairing it and coordinating with the warranty company. Only issue I had was with timing. No appointments were available for 6 days so I had to make due during that time while I wait, and when my 730am appointment day arrived I took the car in. At 530 that night I received the only call of the day to be told my car had not been looked at yet so they needed another day. At the end of the second day, only got an update when I called. A customer portal where customers can check for progress updates would be a good addition. But until then, proactive communication would be nice.

The sale was ok, but when I went back later(after a trade for another new car) to get a partial refund on the service contract I was told "you got what you payed for" exact words by the finance guy. So if you do buy , don't buy the prepaid service contract . We got a higher vehicle and since wife is finishing up her masters, didn't buy the big third row SUV. We had an ml350, needed more room for the grandkids . But had plans on buying it after she was out of school. Wow, glad I see how the device is when you aren't paying msrp for their car! The level and tone of voice from the finance guy was very rude and unnecessary. I called ahead and was told that sure there was a partial refund and thought wow, pretty cool! But then to make the trip and get a different answer, yep let down . Won't be back. The old adage a satisfied customer may tell 10 people but an unsatisfied customer tells everyone is true! I plan on following it .UPDATE!!!!!! it took me awhile to get back on here, but it was less than half an hour that I received a call from Kevin, the general manager. He was very apologetic and and wanted me to know he values his customers! It was so good to get a call from Kevin, I was actually in the middle of buying my granddaughter a new computer for school and had to call him back . He explained everything to my understanding and he was exactly how he was when I met him just over two years ago upon our purchase( which was very kind). Barrett, contacted me as well, he was our salesman. They were having a meeting when I visited, and I didn't see them or I know I would not have left upset . The Good Lord saved me over 20 years ago and I hate feeling ill toward anyone! Thanks again for your kind words Kevin and Barrett !

If you need a new vehicle go to Mercedes-Benz of Little Rock and ask for BJ Henry. We purchased a Jeep Wrangler for our son last month from BJ. After looking at the Jeep and talking to BJ we weren’t quite ready to make the purchase. There were a couple more we wanted to look at. The next day we made our decision to return to Mercedes of Little Rock, where BJ had given us his cell phone number. I called him and he advised he was off work that day but if we could give him about an hour he would be there. Sure enough BJ came in on his day off to make sure we were taken care of. Today we returned and purchased another new vehicle from BJ. Both times I have been so impressed with how professional BJ has been. He will make you feel like family or your best friend. He doesn’t pressure you he just explains everything in a way and talks to you the way someone you’ve known for years would. This dealership will now be our first and last stop for any vehicles we need as long as BJ is around.

From the other reviews it seems like I had the wrong sales associate. I was on the fence between a Mercedes and another brand but after being treated so poorly by the female sales associate my decision was made very clear. I have lived in many states and bought several vehicles and have never been treated as if I "couldn't afford" one. This is what ruins the brand for many people honestly. It is really funny how I easily afforded that 2016 Audi in my garage, isn't it?

Made a Thursday 3:00 PM appt. on the internet via their website for my C-Class assuming I would be done with classes then. But luck would have it I was able to show up much earlier. But when I arrived at the service entrance and drove my C300 inside the service bay/garage no one came to meet me as I stood next to my car. So I figured, OK Its 12:45 and my appt. was for 3:00 PM. I’ll sit in the customer lounge. I would assume a customer service rep will ask about the C300 parked in the bay. As time went on I saw that other Mercedes-Benz customers were not able to drive in the bay due to my car in the way. So I took notice of this and went to my car, started it up and pulled forward so other cars could come into the bay. And yet no one from the Service Dept. approached me about my visit. To clarify, when I made the appointment on their website, I was assigned a “personalized customer care representative”. So when I showed up at the dealership 2 1/2 hours early I didn’t see Marco, my rep. I figured he was at lunch. By 2:45 PM I figured something was amiss. Where’s Marco (insert joke here) Polo! Well it turns out, Marco called in sick that day and I sat in the customer lounge for two hours before I was approached by Jim and he was wondering what I was there for. When I told him I had a 3 o clock appointment and that I was expecting Marco to assist me he was taken back that no one inquired about my C Class parked in the customer service bay for over 2 hours. So Jim immediately took control and helped me. As we went to my vehicle to do the write up, someone had done up a Repair Order on my C Class and had a service tag/ticket on the windshield/dash. The only problem was that someone in the service department thought my C Class was an E Class and wrote up a repair order that was another customers car. OK, I suppose I could of been more assertive and asked the folks in the service department to assist me once I pulled up, but it seemed to me that the website appointed Marco as my personal representative and I could only deal with him. Hey, it’s my first Mercedes-Benz. So I don’t what protocols this dealership in Little Rock has? I figured if Marco has been assigned to be my point of contact. Then I can only deal with him, maybe that’s why no one came to help me when I pulled up? Still, I am happy with Jim taking the initiative and helping me and the guys in the back (mechanics) to get me straightened out and back on the road. So my 1st impression of Mercedes-Benz of Little Rock is going to be 3 out of 5 stars. I’m really happy to be part of the Mercedes-Benz family and I look forward to having another opportunity to have this establishment take care of my pride and joy. Let’s hope for a better outcome. I’m sure it will be.

If I could leave less than a 1 on this review, I would. This is absolutely the WORST service of any business, in any industry I have ever dealt with. They absolutely have ZERO concern for their customers. I have been trying to call them for over an hour and every number listed goes to voicemail. I am not sure how a company expects to do business when they don't even answer the phone. Or return calls. They have had our vehicle for almost six weeks. Every time we pick it up, something else is wrong and it is all interconnected to the same problem. They will go nearly a week without any calls or updated. We have escalated to a service manager who promised to take care of the problem himself and return a call to us the next day with answers. Guess what.... We never heard back from him at all . We would go somewhere else, except it is under warranty. I would highly recommend that you do NOT buy a Mercedes but if you do, do not buy from this dealership . If you have to deal with this dealership, do not let them assign Marco as your service advisor. He has terrible communication skills and does not care about you as a customer at all. They have now had our vehicle again for a week and we rented a car . It was promised to be complete by 9am today, but surprise.... After we returned our rental, we are told there is still a problem and they put another car in front of ours and told us they could get our car in on Tuesday. Total ridiculous situation. BEWARE. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LOCATION.

Wife took E550 in for oil change. Told her she needed a battery “soon”. So, I figure they were looking for a service call to replace the battery when she got stranded out of town. Upon my inspection of their work I noted a large mouse nest next to the battery. They did not mention it. They left the positive battery tang open & exposed. Also there was oil and oily hand prints on the engine cover. Piss poor job for a luxury car service center. Can’t believe they left the mouse nest to catch fire. Lucky it did not. Will not use service there again. Looked like a farm tractor shop worked on it. Too bad I can’t add a picture of the mouse nest. That is all. Carry on.

Horrible service department. Nobody picks up phone or return phone calls. I purchased my MB in Dallas, Tx. Moved to the Little Rock area and this is the worst service I’ve ever experienced with any car. Barely had my car for 2 years and it’s already giving me issues. Car’s engine stopped working while I was driving multiple times yet service dept don’t know what’s wrong with the vehicle. I mean come on!! I’ve never had a car give me so much issues like a Mercedes. You’re better off driving a Honda or Toyota. DO NOT PURCHASE A MERCEDES. Waste of money! Not a safe vehicle to use.

Sales experience was "ok" but they still couldn't meet our needs so we purchased a MB at MB of Dallas, TX sight unseen (best service ever in Dallas from any car dealer in 30 years). Had to bring the car in for service to MB of Little Rock - let me just say what a horrendous experience so far. Not to go into much detail but it is clear that the service department has zero interest in customer service. We did make note of the employee names who were bad mouthing customers (we overheard them making inappropriate comments about customers) and will be sending a letter to MB directly detailing our observations and experience. The good news is we are moving to a large metro area where there is competition and multiple MB dealerships vs dealing with the only dealer in town who has a poor attitude. And on a side note - the car is still not fixed! Do not recommend MB of Little Rock.

They have dealt poorly on our behalf. When we initially took possession of the car we had trouble with the title and now that its time to renew the tags, we have been trying to work with them for nearly a month to get our title straight with the DMV and they keep putting us off and passing blame. I have never had so much trouble getting any one to do anything. Even speaking with Kevin, the general manager and he told my husband and myself that if we get a ticket for expired tags to just bring the ticket in and he will pay it. Who do you know would encourage you to break the law, plus the ticket goes on the driving record with a chance to increase the insurance. This has been the worst experience ever. I will not refer anyone to endure this type of treatment. RIDICULOUS!!!!

After the sale, a problem was discovered that required the original manufacturer to correct. Mercedes Benz of Little Rock, could have said it was my problem to deal with, but choose to take the high road and contacted the service department of the original manufacturer, and both scheduled and paid for the repair. I'm of the generation that finds a car on the internet, buys it over the phone, and has it shipped without seeing it in person. Took a few days to work out a price, but everything else about the sale was fantastic. Order support was great (over-nighted everything and included return envelope), car was exactly how it was represented, came clean inside and out and with a full tank of gas, and Dale had great communication throughout the process. Overall I would buy another car from this dealership, and all things being equal, would prefer them since they have earned my trust. (They also did not solicit this review, which I was especially happy about.)
