I’ve been a VW customer since before its current owners but definitely since the current owners have I had extraordinary service. I own a ‘13 Tiguan and only recently have had major issues with its age. I’m always able to call Tim or Greg to be taken care of. If it’s something either can’t answer at that time the question is answered by the end of the work day. I cannot say enough about the service I receive. Being a working, single mom their help with my safe transportation means a lot. I won’t go any place else for even my oil changes.

I have called their service department twice this week and left messages with no return call to schedule service. If you do purchase from this company please make sure you DO NOT purchase any additional oil changes or service to be performed at this location. I had such a great time when buying my car! Honestly, I didn't even go in to buy a car, I was getting an oil change on my NEW Volkswagen that i bought less than a year ago! Nathan was my car salesman and he did an incredible job finding a car I didn't even know I wanted and bringing it all the way from Missouri. Nathan was very humorous and kept me laughing. Even though Nathan was my main contact, I can tell that humorous atmosphere extends throughout the entire dealership. My financial manager(I HATE I can't remember the name!) was by far the funniest man I've ever met and he made me feel like I was an actual person and not just a dollar sign. McClarty is the best dealership for making Service appointments and professional trouble shooting and repair service. They fixed problems in 1 visit, that other dealerships in Little Rock couldn't solve and couldn't even troubleshoot after 1 year. McClarty ASKS us if we want to replace items that are functional, but need replacing soon. They never ASSUME anything, which we appreciate. E.g. "Brakes need replacing soon, would you like them done now , or next service?" which I appreciate. They try to save us money, and only replace things that actually need it, versus what other dealerships have done to us. Tim and Greg treat my wife very well ; and always do even more than expected. Very very very poor customer service. It took me weeks to schedule an appointment to get my head lights fixed. I had called multiple times and recieved no call back so I scheduled an appointment online. When I finally got in to have my head lights fixed the customer service man (Timothy) told me to go home, because they couldn’t fit me in when I had scheduled an appointment online. This was not the first time that had happened. Every time I went to Volkswagen they were never prepared and acted like they had no idea of my appointments. While I was there getting my lights fixed I mentioned that my ignition switch was hard to turn and I needed to have it looked at. They didn’t “have time” that day, so the customer service man at the desk told me to come back Monday and he would give me a rental car and have the part ordered. He wrote down some scribble on some paper. I called Monday afternoon before I drove to Sherwood from Conway (because I knew they wouldn’t be prepared for me) and the man stated he had not yet ordered the part. He said would order it while I was in the phone. He also said it would take 7-10 days to come because they had to order it from Germany and never mentioned anything about a rental car. Well that following day, Tuesday, my ignition switch completely went out and I was unable to start my car and leave school. I had to pay $200 to have my car towed to Sherwood because the customer service man didn’t do his job. I will never take my car back to this dealership or give them any sort of business.

Have taken my VW Golf to this location since I purchased it from them in 2001. The service these past few years is outstanding and highly recommend them. Greg and Tim treat me like a VIP and the techs are the best especially Johnny. He sent me a video of all that was wrong with my suspension and could send that to my husband so nothing is lost in translation! The service was AWESOME, initially I took my son's EOS in for an airbag recall. He attends college in Kansas and I had had all four tires replaced before he left Kansas to come home for Christmas and he had told me the car was pulling but I didn't realize how bad until I drove it .
