My air compressor went out in my car and not at a good time. It’s summer time and hitting over 90 plus daily. The staff was friendly from beginning unit the end. I took my New car for its 5000 miles service and I told them the driver side mirror vibrates when your driving and they didn’t rotate the tires and the mirror still vibrates also I had an appointment at 4;15 -4:30 and I didn’t get out till 6:00pm and all they did was change the oil and filter

Terrible communication. Terrible customer service. No sense of urgency. Serviced my 2010 Nissan Pathfinder here. I made an appointment with the dealership for an oil change and requested they service the Vehicle Driving Control (VDC) for it had been malfunctioning. At the time I was told it would take them till the following morning to service the car seeing it was a late afternoon appointment. “No worries, as long as I can have the vehicle back by the end of the day tomorrow.” The mechanic assured me this was no issue. The following day, I had not received a call from the mechanic come early afternoon so I called and asked the status of the vehicle. I was told the car was next in line and I should hear from them by the end of the day... didn’t hear from them for another two days. I made multiple phone calls along with voice messages and still no word from the mechanic. Appointment scheduled for Tuesday afternoon, didn’t receive the vehicle back until Friday afternoon along with a $800 bill for two sensors and a battery cable. Will not be back and do not recommend to anyone who is in need of a “quick fix”.

This is on their device department. I waited 3 hours and 40 minutes for a simple oil change and when they finally finished he said "your car's outside". I asked where and he had no idea where they put my car told me to just go outside and click my keys until I found it. I was lucky one of the mechanics saw me and helped me. Not professional.

Oh my gosh! I didn’t realize that buying a car could actually be like this. It’s always been stressful and I’ve always felt like dealerships pull one over on me. NOT THIS TIME!!!! From the moment I got out of my car, it was a great experience. My salesman was Jonathan Summons- he was great. Very knowledgeable, very pleasant, and very helpful! But, the staff made up for it by making us customers feel comfortable and giving us regular updates about our vehicles. They even offer us a chicken dinner from Popeyes. I recently took 2 young ladies car shopping. We visited several dealerships in a two week span. Our last dealership was McLarty Nissan in Little Rock. We meet a young gentleman named Kaleb Harrison. I explained to him what we were looking for based on the financial status of the 2 college students: a car fairly new, few miles, $10,000 or less, good miles per gallon and in good condition. Kaleb immediately went to work and took into consideration all our needs. We visited with him 3 times before we purchased the cars. He was very patient with us. He has excellent customer service skills. He was very direct and soft spoken. God blessed and both ladies drove off the lot what they wanted! Praise God for the blessing! I bought a 2017 Malibu from there and took it in for 10,000 mile service. My appt was at 130 but had to wait. Meanwhile others were coming in getting their cars serviced after me but leaving hours before me. I waited on someone from the finance dept to find out about my warranties for 30 mins. I left because no one came out to help me except the receptionist to ask you still haven't seen anyone. I also left a message for the finance dept and it's been weeks still no answer.

I’m new to the area and I drive a Ford but took my car to McLarty Nissan for an oil change because it’s closer to where I work. Rob, in the Service Center, was fantastic to work with! When I first brought my car in, I raised some concerns about issues I was experiencing. He did some research and reminded me that my car is still under warranty. He then recommended that I visit McLarty Ford in North LR to get my concerns addressed (rather than asking me to pay out of pocket for the Services). Throughout the process, Rob was professional and attentive, he made sure that the oil change was performed well, and he was transparent in the options that were going to be best for me as the customer. I think that my wait time was a little long with me having an appointment. I would have been okay with my wait time, if I was a walk-in, but I had an appointment. My appointment was 0900, I arrived at 0845, my vehicle was not ready until 10:30am. This is the only complaint, I have. Mike, the older gentlemen that assisted me was great. When, I first pulled up, the first thing he asked was, " How can, I bless you on today"? Customer service is a big deal to me, especially since, I work in a customer service profession.

Tired of the dealership run-a-round? Exhausted with Service Advisors who drone emotionless word tracks to cover up sloppy performance? I took my Nissan Altima to McLarty Nissan on Colonel Glenn today because my car had an episode (lost power while driving, warning lights flashing, etc.). I am from Washington D.C. Passing through to Dallas. It was late in the day, no appointment, and I had my dog with me. It was boiling hot. An advisor named Mike (sorry, Sir, I can't remember your last name) greeted me immediately, had me drive inside the shade of the Service building, listened patiently to my panicked explanations, calmed me down, and said, "No problem, we got you covered." He had my vehicle in the shop within a few minutes, where the tech spent over an hour diagnosing my car's stalling. (Turned out to be inconsequential, very minor even though it shut my car down at a stoplight and scared me to death.). The Tech ran a series of tests, and it turned out to be a leaf in my air filter. I was charged NOTHING and on my way to Dallas. Wonderful folks, waiting room was amazing, clean and well lighted, very comfortable. Changed my opinion of car dealership Service Departments..

No one knows how to communicate. I was told two hours for an oil change, and it took way longer than that. As I was leaving (after calling someone to come pick me up), I see my car being parked. I asked the guy driving it if it was ready, and he just stared at me like I was bothering him. I asked again if my car was ready and he just continued to stare at me and walked away without answering me. Finally got a quote for my part, and it was OUTRAGEOUS! I took it to another place where they quoted half the price of what Nissan was going to charge me. After this experience & what my parents went through when they purchased their car at this location (completely screwed them over and gave them a different car than what was promised), I will never bring my business back to this place.

I’ve had a Nissan before and loved my little Rogue. I ended up trading it in for a Ford Fusion which was the worst car buying decision I’d ever made. Long story short, I had been longing to go back to Nissan. Got a pre approved offer with Capitol One, but Leo (I think that’s his name), Garry Rodgers, and Mike Gonzalez made my purchase the best ever experience I’ve had. Leo even got me Nissan Financing at a lower interest rate. Garry walked me through all the bells and whistles of the vehicle (he was super nice and professional) and Mike made the paperwork signing process easy. All and all, I would recommend them to my friends and family. I’m so glad I made the decision to go with McLarty!

Our salesman Matthew Dodd is the only reason we purchased our vehicle at McLarty. We had negotiated our entire deal and got there to sign papers and pick up vehicle when Leon decided he preferred to sell us a different vehicle and we walked out. Leon ruined our entire experience by pretending we had not already completed our negotiations. If it had not been for the exceptional customer service from Matthew we would not have purchased our vehicle there at all. Because of Leon we cannot recommend your dealership to others.

Long story short, Mclarty Nissan went the extra mile. My old car broke down and I was having to sleep on my cousins floor away from my family so I could keep my job and make it to work. They went and got the car from another one of their lots bc the sales manager at the other lot didn't wanna stay open 15 min late bc he wanted to get home and he clearly didn't want to make a sale due to me getting off work late. The sales men and sales manager at Mclarty Nissan were not pushy and actually listened to my needs. They even let me have the car so I could make it to work before the deal was even final.. I'd give them 10 stars if I could and I am greatly appreciative of the sales men Jonathan and Tim and also a shoutout to the sales manager Shawn. You guys helped me out more than you know and I'll be forever grateful.

Bought 2018 Frontier, the price listed online wasn't the amount the vehicle sold for, $2000 more. I ask the sale manager (Erik) to correct this, we spoke Friday and I was instructed he would be in touch Monday. Haven't heard one word. Avoid this dealership. I asked what was recalled and I was told it was an harness. And don’t worry it. It’s fixed now. I was also told I was given a discount for my wait. My bill was 83.24. I had the same service performed 3 months ago and my bill was 82.09. What was the discount?

I have had horrible experiences with dealerships. I went to McClarty Nissan in hopes they were different--especially after the sale. Without going into a lot of detail, my transmission went out while under warranty and a situation I thought would be stressful---was actually not so bad. We left and stopped by McLarty Nissan and spoke to James Forrester. We has very helpful and not pushy like some salesman. We looked at several vehicles and finally found the perfect one. A 2017 Rouge practically brand new with all of the bells and whistles and only 5,000 miles. We paid almost $9,000 less then buying a brand new one. I highly recommend everyone go their. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change for 11:30 am 04/29/19. I asked if today was a good day to do this before making the appointment & this time was given. I arrived about 11:35. I stated that I needed an oil change & tires rotated and that the alerts for oil change & tire maintenance were on. At about 1:08 pm I inquired about the expected completion time & was told there were 2 cars ahead of me. I informed the associate that I was going to lunch. I received a call at 2:14 pm while at lunch asking if I was wanting an oil change, to which I responded yes. The associate said that would take about 30 minutes. I returned at 2:30 pm & was told they were working on it now. I checked out at 3:04 pm. The associate said I was not being charged for the oil change since she forgot it. I understand delays, however, if I had been told that what I expected to be Express service was going to be a 3 1/2 hour event, I could have made arrangements for drop off or requested shuttle service, which was not offered. I live within 3 miles of the dealership. My last visit for service also was problematic, requiring a return visit to resolve the issue.

Arrived at 1130 am for a noon appointment to have oil changed and a tire replacement. While there, another tire was going to be bad. Opted in to replace that tire as well. Opted in for alignment with the tire changes. At about 1 pm, was told the shocks were bad on the vehicle (2018 Nissan Rogue, 30,000 miles). Service rep said she would let me know if it was covered, but then went to lunch. An hour later, I went back and asked what was going on with my car, they said the shocks weren’t bad. At 345 I finally was done. Was told I had clay built up on the wheel and it messed with the alignment (I’m from Iowa, no clay up here) the shop Foreman then told me it was from the salt on the roads. The alignment wasn’t done because the machine broke down. So for an oil change and two tire changes I was there for over 4 hours and a $415 bill. I did not feel safe with driving the vehicle so I immediately went to Mclarty Nissan of Benton to do a safety check. I will return to the Benton location but will never go back to Mclarty Nissan of Little Rock.

Purchased vehicle this afternoon. Chris in the sales department was great. Very nice, very informative, professional, polite, fair and friendly. The Finance representative is the reason why this is not a 5 start review. Despite being preapproved with great credit, I declined the optionally extended warranty. Many of the features are already included in my insurance and I did not find the other features worth the initial price offered. From that moment on, he was borderline rude and insulting. Mentioned we were crazy for not doing it. Told me I was riding into the sunset without a pistol. When everything was signed not so much as a handshake was offered. Really left me with a bad feeling and impression after what was before that the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Did not leave feeling appreciated as a customer despite the money I just spent with the company.

The price written on the car was not the same price written in the contract and they added a bigger warranty package than I asked for then just ran me around in circles when trying to get this fixed. They deserve 0 stars but didn't give me that option. I would not choose this place when looking for a vehicle. Purchasing the vehicle took less than an hour but we were stuck at the dealership all day waiting on service to install floor mats and a "detail". After waiting hours and having to tell the salesman we were fixing to take a paper shredder to the contract they finally brought our armada around. Guess what , no detail. Salesman called the following Monday to apologize and to tell us he was going to put it in the computer for our first oil change to be free to make up for it. Let's fast forward to this weekend.. took armada in for oil change. Found out everyone's first oil change is free! When getting in vehicle to leave someone else's dirty cup of coffee was in my vehicle. Not happy at this point. Thinking I'm done with McClarty, my husband checks oil when we get home and the oil is not even touching the dip stick. Called dealership back.. they want us to travel 61 miles back to them so they can "fix it". Sorry folks you had your chance. Armadas dont get 5 qts of oil

I arrived for my appointment and discovered that Service Dept was short-handed. An oil change and tire rotation took 2hrs & 20 minutes. Even though they were a man short that day, they promised half that time. 15 more minutes became 50 5 more minutes became 25. Previous trips for simple maintenance were all at least 90 minutes. Dropping off at an out of the way location is not convenient but neither is waiting long periods for simple maintenance. This begs the question of going elsewhere. For service at the dealer to be used, Such delays MUST be improved!!!

Hi, I would like to file a formal complaint against the service department due to issues that took place on 07/19. I went to McLarty Nissan on Colonel Glen in Little Rock Arkansas to have my oil changed and tire rotated. I arrived at 0726 and did not leave until 0930. I was given my paperwork for the services that were done and my receipt. As I left the dealership, I noticed that the maintenance notifications for oil and tire were still on, and the sticker that tells me when to come back in for my next oil change was incorrect. It makes me uncomfortable because I am not sure if the service team actually completed the services that were needed for my vehicle. I called and spoke with Mike and Mike indicated that "there is a new technician that has not been resetting the codes for the computers and I'll compensate you and give you a discount or a free oil change. Please bring your car back and we will get you taken care of." I came back to McLarty Nissan on 07/19 at 5 pm and the service advisor told me that all he did was reset the car's computer and gave me a new sticker -- no one checked to ensure that the oil change and tire rotation was completed. Mike then comes to the car and tells me to always ask for him and gave me a card with his name on it and written on the back was a free oil change that he said would be honored the next time I come in. Yesterday evening as I was cleaning out my car, I noted that someone from McLarty Nissan had been through my glove box and taken the paperwork specific to my car out and had read through this information and then stuffed my car contract information between the center console and the passenger's seat. At this point, I am furious with McLarty Nissan and the treatment that I have received the last several times that I have been in for car service and I would like a formal response from someone at the dealership with this matter. I am uncomfortable with dealing with anyone from McLarty Nissan and I do not understand why a dealership that I purchased this vehicle from would treat me in such a manner.

“Ebay” worked hard for my business and actually listened to what I was asking for. We showed up at closing time the first day and he was driving off the lot. He stopped and showed us around and gave us all the time we needed . I came with specific parameters and not so good credit and he was able to find what we needed and get us to where we needed to be. The finance guy worked for me as well and was extremely helpful. I was very pleasantly surprised with my experience with Michael in finance. I have purchased quite a few vehicles over the years and I have never been able to say that before. I bought a used vehicle and even though we didn’t discuss it in the deal they put new tires on the car for us. Knowing that my daughter is going out of town to college it meant a lot to know they were checking the car out top to bottom. The only hiccup we had was a tire pressure sensor was bad when they put the new tires on it and it took an extra week to get the car. Since my daughter was going to be in school already they delivered the vehicle to her in Jonesboro. These people are number one. I highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle go see EBAY.

Purchased a 2019 Nissan Rogue SV on Saturday April 6, 2019. James Forrester was our salesman. He couldn’t have been more helpful and kind, didn’t hide anything regarding pricing. Very easy going & laid back. Best car salesman I’ve ever dealt with when buying a car. This was my first time buying at McLarty, and will certainly try and purchase again the future! I will definitely spread the word about the dealership, as well as how great Mr. James was. He was kind enough to allow us to leave our other car on the lot overnight, so my mom wouldn’t have to drive in the heavy rain. We got there around 1PM, and we were out by 3:40PM. Not a bad amount of time from test drive to getting the keys. Longest we waited was when we were waiting to meet with the Finance Manager, but that was probably 15-20 minutes, tops. The Finance Manager, Mr. Gonzales, was very easy to deal with, too... no pressuring to buy a service contract or anything.. I did anyway! It began pouring down rain just as I was getting the keys, but Mr. James had the Rogue parked under a big tent for us, so that helped a bunch. Thanks again for everything guys, and to everyone else, do your car shopping with them online, that way you’ll get to deal with Mr. James and their internet sales guys, where it’s much quieter (like a library), and laid back. I much appreciate all y’all did, and I absolutely love my new Rogue!

I know 100% that things that were listed on my invoice/bill that I paid for was not even done...I'm afraid to know if my oil even got changed. When I first got my vehicle, I really liked going for their service. Not anymore. the past 3 times I have been it has steadily gone down hill, not to mention the other appointments I've canceled because I have showed up and the worker tells me I have a 2-3 hour wait even tho I had an appointment.
