Multiple air bag issues resulting in having to get a rental car each time. All covered by warranty. Most recently- when rental car was returned they charged me for a “dirty” car. They said all floors had to be vacuumed prior to return and that we had signed a form saying so. This was NOT reviewed with us when we got the car. We asked to speak with the manager. He said the same thing and also ended up pointing his finger at me. Saying he was no longer speaking with me or my husband because we were yelling (we weren’t). He walked away from the conversation and said to the guys at the desk “charge their card”. I left crying. This is not the only time we have had to speak with someone regarding customer service there. Jordan, at the service desk, has also given us issues in the past. He has been rude when I have called regarding issues with the car. Right after I got the car, the key fob would not work and he told me to go to Walmart and get a battery and it was not a service department issue. We feel so strongly about the customer service here that we have chosen to trade our vehicle and never go back to Nissan again.

The visit was great. I like 15 to 20 mins away from McClarty Nissan. I don't get off work till 5 everyday. The service department closes at 6. I have been in need of an oil change for a little while. Jordan was so nice enough to give me to 5:30 to get my oil change. Thank the Lord I pulled in right at 5:30. I was able to get my oil change. It meant so much that he would try to do anything in his power to get my oil change. There are several places I could go in malvern to get my oil change but I go to Nissan in Benton. To begin, I made an appointment almost a week in advance to avoid a excessive wait time. When I got there I was told it would be a two hour wait. I ended up waiting 3 hours for an oil change and for my car to be “detailed” . my car was not cleaned there was dust, visible dirt that had not been cleaned and even leaves still in my cup holder. The only thing they did was wash the car & vacuum. I had a pleasant experience buying the vehicle but I doubt I’ll ever be back for any service from here..I’m still livid about the fact I waited an extra hour for my car to be cleaned and it wasn’t even touched

My wife and I were on our way home from after a week in Nashville. Just outside of Little Rock we noticed that the AC was not cooling down. With the heat index @110 we wasn't going to drive to Dallas without AC. After stopping and adding coolant to the system just stopped working. Googled Nissan dealerships and McLarty was 4 miles down the road. To find a dealership service department open at 2 pm on a Saturday was a blessing. After a couple of hours we were informed that our car was good to go with a fresh wash. We were ready to pay but was pleasantly surprised when we were told it was under warranty. Not happy with my experience. The salesman we dealt with was nice, but the sales manager was a bit rude and he acted like we something he had to just deal with. I had a couple of issues with a used car. One buying a car with the air dam being zip tied up hold the bumper on, and the manager not wanting to fix it, a dent in the rear bumper, which we are now paying Mclarty shop to fix, and having to go purchase a second key fob! We went out there with plans to buy new car, instead, we bought a used one off the lot and now it's in the shop, and my wife is driving my car to work! My wife's not a happy camper! Which makes me not a person to be around! If only your sales manager was just a little more pleasant!

The webite stated that if you are a customer you can rent a car for so much per day. I called ahead of time letting them know i was going to get work done and wanted to rent a car. They said its fine, come in and we will take care of you. When i get in, they are saying they cant rent me a car for some reason. Actually they said they do not rent cars, so i guess you all meed to update your website. Didn’t get the recommended work done to my car because i had other plans thinking i was going to be able to rent a car.

Went in for oil change and tire rotation. Staff greeted me and got my car in to get serviced. Ask for Jordan. He’s a great guy and does a great job answering any questions or concerns you may have. The shuttle service is convenient and Gregory did an awesome job taking me to and from the dealership. Overall great experience!
