I have been looking for a new vehicle for at least the last 6 months. I tried several dealerships out of town and none of them even came close to the service, care, hospitality, and friendliness of Mark Martin Kia and Ford! From the moment that I submitted a request for more information online they were prompt and extremely nice! I submitted the request on Tuesday afternoon at 5 pm and within 24 hours I was in the car I wanted and beyond happy about the very affordable payment. While everyone there was so friendly and professional, Mike Arnold really went out of his way to make sure that I had exactly what I wanted. The young man sales person was nice. The manager no. Never introduced himself. Took my car for ride. Did not ask me. Never smiled. Coming in or going out he did not acknowledge me. Went to his office to crunch numbers. He came back to say what. He would give for my car and then left. Maybe he was having a bad day. He lost the young man a customer.

Service dept is a scam. Charged me 100 bucks to identify a problem then told me it was over $300 to fix it even though I still have a full warranty on my vechile. Crooked bunch of scammers. I used to like this place but will never use them again. I bought my vehicle there but they lost a customer with this move

The staff here are always friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and work as quickly as possible to eliviate wait times. If you're there to get your vehicle serviced they offer a very comfortable waiting area complete with complimentary coffee or soda. I had a 1:30 appointment last week. I got there about 20 minutes early. I should have been there until about 2:00. I was in my car and back on the road by 1:30. The KIA, Ford, and Ash Flat Chevrolet are all just wonderful.
