Just moved to the area and took my F150 in for a service. Not a good experience. The staff was the least friendly I’ve seen and I’ve owned cars for over 40 years. Not typical for a Ford dealer at all. When I picked up the truck they handed me my keys and did not offer to cover the details of their inspection. Just handed me my bill. They basically seemed too busy. One tech scheduled my work, a second checked me in, and a third guy checked my out. I’ll seek another place to service my truck next time.

Booked oil change and tire rotation appointment for Monday at 4pm. Had to cancel on Monday at 3pm due to a water leak at home. Left 2 messages. Got a return call at 445pm. Made another appointment for Tuesday at 4pm. When I arrived, they did not have a record of Monday or Tuesday's appointment. The work they do, however, is excellent, on time, and reasonably priced.

Service brought my car around when it was ready, they handed me my keys and told me to have a good night. Lewis Ford does a great job with maintaining my vehicle. However, my last visit they did not keep me updated on my vehicle’s status. I waited 2.5 hours before I had to go over to service desk and ask about my vehicle. The service had been completed (oil change and tire rotation) but they failed to notify me in a timely manner. I hope a long wait for a routine appointment does not happen again.

Sold me used vehicle that was listed and stated as being in good repair and sound mechanical conditions, then after having check lights cone on and stay had a full inspection performed, with the results being to the opposite and a $2000+ repair tag to go with those results. Would advise having a shop check any used vehicles bought here before buying, and most of the extended warranties they provide do not cover any work that turns out to be needed, just a note for consideration.

I was really pleased with the service. They correctly diagnosed both issues I had suspected. One was for a evap solenoid under warranty. It's not uncommon for some shops to play dumb on this issue because it can be hard to reproduce in the shop. However, they were very honest in the diagnosis and fixed it. Service after the sale is what this team is all about. My 2018 Mustang GT approached its first oil change mileage and I called to get on the schedule for next week knowing that even though I had time now I probably wouldn't be able to get on the schedule this week. Stay away! SCAM ARTISTS!!! Left my Ford Edge 2012 here for 6 weeks and when I finally came to pick it up it was still in pieces...the man who had apparently worked on the vehicle was no longer employed here. Charged $350+ to have them look at the car, say that one part was broken and causing the problems when in reality all they needed to do was unhook an after-market speaker...terrible! Awful to charge this much for such poor quality work. Sad.

The problem is that I work 8-5 just like their mechanic. I do not have time to be without my vehicle again. I took my F-150 to Lewis Ford after receiving two minor re-call notifications by mail. My service appointment was made for the following week which was very reasonable to me. Upon my arrival, I was assisted by Joe in the service department. In addition to the re-call service, I pointed - out a "check engine" dash-display. Joe advised me that my truck was still under the Ford Power Train Warranty and did not infer any additional charges for diagnosis and repair. I received a call very quickly from Joe who advised me of the need for a minor repair and that the part would need to be ordered. The following day, I receive a call that the repair was complete and the truck was ready to be picked-up. I appreciated the customer concern I experienced and will remember Lewis Ford for my future Ford dealings/needs.

Great sales staff when I purchased my car and car is awesome too. This morning I took advantage of the free oil change and the service folks were polite, professional, and punctual. The only issue today with the oil change was the mess. Apparently, the technician spilled a fair amount oil on engine parts that get hot. Very smoky and that unpleasant odor of burning oil. I specifically requested that my tire pressure be adjusted during my service and was surprised to find out that the tire pressure was not adjusted at all. I can understand an oversight, but the Service Representative assured me that the front tires were adjusted to 75 psig and the rear tires to 65 psig. The actual reading for the front was 63.3 psig and the rear was 55.6 psig. This was verified by hand gauge and my on board monitors. Airing up tires on a dual rear axle is not an easy operation and I don’t appreciate my request be ignored. All of my work is performed exclusively at Lewis Ford, but if I cannot trust a simple task being performed while being told by their representative that it was is very disappointing.

I bought my 2014 Ram 1500 back in December of 2018. My headlights, radio and dash all started going in and out around March. When I took it to Lewis Chrysler service they told me they couldn’t find anything wrong with it so I took it to mcCarley In Springdale and they found the issue right away. But couldn’t fix my headlights due to them being aftermarket so they weren’t covered under warranty. So I let them fix my radio and dash and took my truck back to Lewis to have my headlights fix. They changed my bulbs and said they should work now. I have had my truck back for the 3rd time last Monday and they still haven’t fix it because they are working at the time. I am done with Lewis dealerships and I will be picking my truck up on my next day off work and trading it in somewhere else for something that works. My truck has been in the shop more than it’s been on the road and we are paying almost 700 dollars a month for it. My brakes went out while traveling from Central AR to Razorback game. It was 3:30 on Friday afternoon, when I pulled in with brakes smoking and they immediately went to work for me. Friendly, recommended tires and gave me a choice. Seemed to be quicker than last visit. My last dealership ( in Ohio)was more like a doctors office - the car was due back in 6 months or at X number of miles. They sent an automatic email around that time. The six months was up before the miles. Here, miles are up as well as months. I only made an appt. because I was pressing buttons below the steering wheel and a message said my oil was down to a 21% rating. The next time, it was down to 15%.

My vehicle was having issues with misfiring so I took it in to get it serviced and repaired. Firstly, they put my last name as my first name so it was a hassle every time i had to go in there. Alison and Jordan were great to deal with but everyone else I dealt with was a hassle. they ended up diagnosing a water pump leak, oil pan leak and faulty fuel injector the first time which was covered under warranty, so not a big deal; I got it back and the issues were worse than when I brought it in. I brought it back to them the next day and they called me back 4 days later telling me that my spark plugs were bad. I had a horrible experience with the service department being rude, poorly organized and had no care for the customer. I requested a loaner vehicle, to which they said they do not provide courtesy vehicles; came back the second time and a woman was in there asking for a courtesy vehicle to which they kindly provided. I will never go back to Lewis Ford Fayetteville and will never recommend it to anyone.

The guys at the service desk are great and kind, but your service tech's need a good talking to, I have taken my truck up there 3 or 2 times last year and once this month, on one service they bent my running boards you all did make it right and I appreciate that, and then here just recent they didn't latch the air filter back which if I would have kept driving it that way and me living down a dirt road would have eventually did some damage to my motor or censors .

I was looking for a new service home for my 2011 F150. The $39.95 "the works" cost me over $51. The oil change did us 6 quarts, not just 5. But the extra quart doesn't cost $10+. If I hadn't asked if anything came up on "the works" I don't believe that would have said anything. Sadly, I think I'm still looking for a new service home.
