Took my truck to get a simple diagnostics and did not hear anything for 3 days after calling and waiting to get called back I get a call saying they wrecked my truck. They had ready sent it to the collision center saying they would take care of everything but the collision center didn't even do a good job I still have scratches across my bumper the rebooked up my lights wrong and the paint job is a total joke. What it looks like they did was just buff out the paint and clear coat it. I still have spots of rust on the rear fender even though they say they were going to repaint the whole rear fender. All this over a simple diagnostics and nobody took care of my truck they just simply put a band aid on it and passed the buck so to speak. They've lost my business and all my family and friends.

Being new to town I was referred to Gunner Wilkison through a friend and let me just tell you, his customer service was amazing. Not only did he pull out all the stops to make us feel appreciated he was also willing to bend over backwards to help us find the car that we love. The people here are amazing from the front of house to the back of house, they are all so kind and genuine. I will definitely refer people to Gunner in the future.

Was notified(Uconnect) a week ago my truck was ready for the first oil change and there was a recall that showed it would take 30 minutes. I assumed another 30 minutes for the oil change. I made an appointment for the following Tuesday at 9am. I arrived at 8:45 and ended up sitting in the lobby until after 11am. After the first two hours I asked about my truck and the guy came out a couple of times during the next 45 minutes and said they were almost done. The people were nice just not very accommodating. If Lewis wants customers to keep using them for service they should give people waiting more accurate estimates or offer them a vehicle to drive. Especially people who just spent 50k on a vehicle at their dealership.

Oil change was good and for a good price. Over priced me by double for a part they suggested I get. Gave me a list of things that needed repairs including two items I just replaced and were new. Then apparenlty didnt complete my payment so I had to leave work a second day and wait 45 minutes in the lobby just to pay.

I was disappointed with the service and lack of communication. I had set an appointment for 8:00 and had the vehicle there on time. I didn’t receive any communication and finally called after 4:00. I was told that the technician was just checking on the concerns and the parts needed could not be ordered until the next day due to the time. The oil change had not been started yet, either. It was after 5:00 before the vehicle had the oil changed. I was also told that parts for a recall could not be ordered until the next day either, due to the time of day. I was to receive a call yesterday to set up a time for the recall parts to be installed. That did not happen.

The service department was amazing. My brand new vehicle was at the dealer down the road and they claimed my engine was blown and that I abused the car and would not check my vehicle out. They insisted I pay $5600 for a new engine. Had it towed to Lewis. Brandon and Tre did a thorough inspect of the vehicle and found the issue was a bad starter. Lewis will from now on get all of my business and anyone I see looking for a vehicle I will send them here. A home town family owned dealership with pride in customer service.

Service was timely but not inexpensive. Service staff were courteous. Wal-Mart vacuums floorboards for a $30 oil change. Be kind of nice if floorboards were vacuumed when you drop a couple of grand.

I searched high and low for that special gently-used second vehicle that was not only economical and dependable, but had been well-maintained by its previous owner. Turns out it was a harder tasks than I ever expected. That is, until I lucked up on Chad Fett down at Lewis Ford, in Farmington. I told him what we needed, and being a family man himself, he understood completely. It took him a few weeks, but when he found that right truck that fit my family’s needs he called straight away. When I arrived to the lot, he gave me a brief history of the beautiful red truck, its one-owner and then he threw me the keys. Long story short, I left the lot an owner of a very nice find, and confident of my choice. Lewis Ford is a great place to buy a new or used vehicle. Chad is a dedicated salesman.

Warning: This summer, I test drove a car for an hour. When I came back Mr. D...th...M said, the car was sold without blinking an eye. I was ready to buy it so this was unfair. I then asked for my 25.00 gift card for test driving at least...for an employee that had been there for years could not pull it up or get it to work. He never really tried hard enough. Did someone keep it, I guess I'll never know. I didn't need it that bad anyway This was my second bad experience here in a five year time frame. This really topped it! I wasted two hours of my time. He even had me do paperwork before I went for my test drive.

Jason and the mechanic’s in the service department were great when I was in to get my oil changed last Thursday. I was running late for my appointment and expected to be told I’d have to reschedule, but they said they could still do it and they would get it right in. To my surprise they had my oil changed and tires rotated in less than half an hour. I was very pleased with their service.

My heat wasnt working on my Jeep Cherokee. I took it in yesterday morning after making an appointment. They called and said i needed a new radiator and oil cooler. I said ok. The service guy said it couldn’t get done til today around 4pm because they had to order parts. Never once offered me a loaner vehicle. I had someone take me home yesterday from work and to work this morning. After work today someone dropped me off around 3:45. I walked up and he said oh it’s going to be closer to 6pm. I said I would wait since I had been dropped off and had no way of getting home. 5:45 nothing. 6 nothing. 6:15 nothing. Finally at 6:45 a sales guy who had seen me sitting for 3 hours asked if I would like a loaner. I asked if it still wasn’t done and they said it was taking longer than he thought. So they pulled the loaner around and then they service guy said it was done. I sat there for over three hours with no one telling me anything. They never offered me a loaner for a day and a half. Terrible. Will NEVER go back.

They did a very good job on repairing the recall codes that I had. Because of a small misunderstanding on my part, I was moved to the front of the line for repairs. This was due to me having a service dog. They made the only two offers they could and not discriminate that fact. There first suggestion set me off. I was not willing to hear anything else. For this I offer my sincerest apology. At any rate they were very professional and I was wrong. Again thank you for the quick service and willingness to continue to work with me.

I did not have a good experience with the service department. I came in to have my starter replaced and my crankshaft replaced as well. I had to wait over a week (from the time of my first appointment) to get my vehicle repaired due a like of communication, availability of technicians, and just an overall lack of a sense of urgency. The service department initially did not want to offer me a loaner vehicle, but did offer me a rent-a-day for a higher rate than what I was currently paying for the one I was using. Eventually they did offer pay for 3 days of my rent-a-car service but ultimately offered me a loaner car from the dealership once they realized it was going to be a lengthy repair. After I received my vehicle from the shop, I had issues right away upon receipt. My blinker did not work correctly after the technician worked on my starter, my engine light came on almost immediately, and they did not replace panels under my steering wheel correctly. I did return the next day to have my blinker fixed, but I did not report the other issues because I honestly could not afford spending more time at the service department to repair the issues. I understand that my Jeep is not the nicest vehicle on the road, but I would like to actually feel a little bit valued as a customer considering the amount of money that I spent there. I am currently in the market for purchasing a new Jeep, but I can confidently say that purchase will not happen at Lewis due to the poor service I experienced. Update: attempted to call, per the instructions from the owner. I was passed around between two operators who acted like they didn't know what I was talking about. Ultimately they told me that they were trying to transfer me to the service department, but they weren't answering and that I could leave a message. I declined because is very indicative of the issues I experienced when my car was being serviced. I don't know what the purpose of me calling was, but it just caused more frustration.

I called 582-6296 to schedule an appointment but reached a voicemail which told me to call 582-6232 for immediate needs. I also reached a voicemail and I left a message to be called and at the time I am writing this over 30 hours later I have never been called. I drove on the Lewis anyway. The checkin at the express service was very slow. I gave the man a coupon printed from Lewis website. He acted like he had never seen one before. He tried to tell me it did not include rotation so I had him read the coupon to prove to him it did. It took 1 hour and 45 minutes to get an oil change and rotation. Checkout process was slow. Poor waiting area compared to the competitors.

I dropped my Jeep off at 8:30 a.m. for a 10a appointment and was told the Jeep would be ready late afternoon. I did not receive a call mid day on an ETA so I called and left a message at 2p. No return call, so I showed up at 4:45 in person to see if my Jeep was ready. The good news is that it was ready but there were 4 other things that needed to be completed on my Jeep (optional) that were not offered to me until I showed up to pick up my Jeep. I had to have the Jeep for the weekend (I was leaving the next day) so I could not leave the Jeep for another day for the work to be completed. I did have a "loaner" but did not want to take the "loaner" out of town. So I now have to bring the Jeep back in or wait another 6 months for my next service... The service was fine, but better communication and proactiveness would get you a five star.
