I had the worst experience ever at Lewis automotive used cars in Fayetteville. I bought a car over a year ago and the title has been messed up I couldn't even keep insurance on it. They finally fix it and I have to drive 2 hours bc I moved, to sign papers. They tried charging me 1000.00 more than I financed a year ago, they are making me pay my sales tax all over again. I put a dent on it in the year I've had it and they tried charging me extra for it. Mind you it's the same car!!! I've never been late on a payment ever. And of course they have me stuck bc I need the car. Once this is paid for I will never ever buy a vehicle from Lewis automotive again. Oh and Toby is the worst salesman ever. He is so cocky arrogant and rude. Never ever again

They said they were going to give me a asc vehicle protection plan for free and charged me 2300 extra they told me I was financing 11,512 and when it hit my credit report it was 13850. And I asked twice "this doesn't cost any extra?"

Service was terrible and sales very under staffed. And the employees you did see wouldnt even say hello. Had appointment with sales,and salesperson was 45 mins late and then strung out between other customers. Lot is an unorganized cluster. Chaos.
