Just stopped by to see my buddy David Arnold on my day off. To be truthfully I also really wanted to see the new Jag Electric car/SUV it's very cool. Shout out to David when I got there he was prepping a brand new car for a customer and diligently going over the different functionalities oh I forgot to add there was torrential down pour and he was standing in the rain with an umbrella. He must have been out there 15 minutes just answering questions and setting up presets. Let me tell you landrovers have have tons of features and he was just patiently waiting hand and foot. Great customer service. Regardless of the fact I know David it was obvious he was taking the time to wait on his customer that the customer deserves I just might have picked up on it more than the average person because of the fact I know him. For a luxury car Jag, Land Rover, or VW go see David

I had a great and professional experience with my Land Rover service specialist, Greg Tipton. I initially had my 2011 LR4 in for oil and filter, with 4-wheel alignment. While servicing auto, a timing chain issue was discovered by Greg and his team. Greg provided loaner auto, contacted and worked with my warranty company....Then delivered the auto fully repaired and serviced days before expected! Greg and Land Rover team are top notch!

id give these absolute clowns 0 stars if i could after the nightmare I've encountered. So here goes im the owner of a 2010 Range Rover sport supercharged, my wife got the worn brakes message on so we took it in for it to have the pads replaced and a service whilst there this is where the nightmare starts. The loaner car we got looked like someone had been mudding in it and when the wife went to pick vehicle up she got 5 miles down the road and transmission light comes on car goes into limp mode turns out they had not put any transmission fluid in it. Greg said they couldn't get wheels off for service so charged me 12 dollars each for 15 lug nuts turns out they put chrome lug nuts on my back rims(black ones on previously) and failed to put a lug nut on one of the wheels so the lug nut was missing which could have been catastrophic if the wheel had came loose. These halfwits obviously had not checked or knew they hadn't put it on. I then discover that the service was not done properly and the drive belt was missed off all told id paid 2800 dollars for this absolute level of incompetence. So after taking it back for a 2nd time we get an hour from dealership and check engine light comes on system too lean error codes. Call dealership and they say that ill be charged if it wasn't their doing even though there was nothing wrong with vehicle before it arrived at dealer. I never expect this kind of backward inbred attitude and mentality from a dealership of prestige vehicles. These have now refused to fix their errors and im 2800 out of pocket and my vehicle needs fixed elsewhere. If you have a jag or LR stay well clear of these absolute robbing useless people your car will come out worse than it went in Shame on you you do the good name of Jag/LR an absolute dis service

Worst service department that I’ve ever encountered. I’ve had 6 parts replaced in the 18 months since I bought my brand new Land Rover. During the last dealership visit they scratched my car all the way down the passenger side and have promised to fix it twice and still waiting. Terrible product with even worst service department. Owens-Murphy Land Rover was responsive about finding me a time to get my car in for service even though my car was purchased in Dallas (I will NEVER purchase from Land Rover of Dallas again!!) and it was the day after Christmas. The sales staff is great when you are buying, after that you might as well be invisible. I was given the wrong wheel lock keys when I purchased my vehicle. I had a flat and had to have my vehicle towed to LR to Owens Murphy so they could get the wheel off. I was told that they would then send me the key in the mail in 3 to 4 days, that was 10 weeks ago. Repeated messages to the service manager have been left with no response and my husband called our salesman to try to get something done and he too never returned a call. Service is sub par and we wish we would have bought elsewhere.

My wife really wanted an evoque, so I found her one at Owen's Murphy was going to go look at it, and it was sold the wife was heart broken, because I told her I found her dream car. A few days later I already forgot about the sold evoque, and a different salesman called regarding an Evoque. I asked what the color was and he said maroon, I said that's ok we do not want a maroon vehicle, the salesman insisted we come and just look at it before we made a decision on the color. This salesman I wish I could remember his name, he was one of the most professional respectful salesmen I have ever dealt with, he was very knowledgeable about the Evoque , he did not talk over us or down to us, he really made my wife and I feel really important, and not just a commission check. I have been a customer with Land Rover Little Rock since 2003 I am currently driving my 3rd Land Rover I had the same service rep for almost 10 yrs she was great My vehicle is currently being serviced it was only suppose to be there for a day since dropping it off they have busted my Radiator neglected to tell me no one has communicated with me so I stopped in to learn it would not be ready due to them busting my Radiator had to hitch a ride back and forth to work for a week they had no loaner then go pick up my vehicle after paying almost 2grand and my check engine light pop on as well as my suspension light soon as I get down the road I take it back they finally give me a loaner that the inside is covered in dog hair windows covered in dog slobber it’s been now 2days and no one has yet to contact me on what the problem is So wish me Luck on the out come

Service area is severely lacking. 6 hours for "detail" clean my Land Rover, wasn't inspected by the 3rd party detailers or service representative, before they returned it. Had to be redone due to window ledges not being touched, leafs still in the back behind the 3rd seat. Driver side window had scratch marks now embedded in to the glass which they claim they didn't do. (Looks like a large sticker residue but it is scratched in to the glass). A separate service associate informed me of the check engine light was on. (Wasn't on when I parked it originally). Detail $217.00 = satisfaction 20% Bought a new key fob and tried to have it programmed. Service tech tried to hand it off as completed but when I tried it, the key fob would not work but the key did. (Came precut to the dealership). Had to have it redone and they couldn't get it working and told me I would have to drop the new key fob and Land Rover off for 1-3 days for them to see what is going on and then quote me a price to fix. No loaner vehicle was available for at least 4 weeks. Key Fob + programming $500+ = Satisfaction 0% The only satisfactory aspect of my whole experience was they allowed their shuttle driver to drop me off and pick me up to get lunch. I would rather have my Land Rover towed to Dallas or Kansas City before having another experience like this again! Also, the dealership and 3rd party deatailer refuse to claim responsibility for the damaged driver window. They did not inspect the vehicle with me before accepting the vehicle for service. Total satisfaction of this whole ordeal using a vacation day from work is "NEVER AGAIN"

I took it to Austin Brothers, and all four tires were significantly below the recommended psi. They took care of it. However, I expected that to be part of the inspection. Not a complaint. Just FYI.

Brought my Jaguar to this dealership for service never ever ever again. The technicians and staff are amongst the worst I've ever encountered who deal with high end prestige vehicles. Left the oil cap off my car after service which whilst on the drive home it subsequently went missing. I got warning after warning for low tyre pressure and oil pressure. Took the vehicle to a different shop and got the service i desired. These people charge astronomical prices for very very poor service absolutely no refund offered when i called

Need more service workers. It's been a month since I've been scheduled and just got a call that Appointment will be delayed for another two weeks for service. Many of my counterparts who own LR's and RR's have mentioned that this is a normal event and are reconsidering their next purchase due to the fact they are the only dealership in the state. I have been told numerous times that the problems were corrected, only to later discover, the problems/issues are still occurring post pick-up. I purchased the paint/exterior and interior protection coverage on a new Range Rover Velar. I took the car in and had it evaluated and was told that it needed to be waxed and for me to bring the car back and have it done. This was supposed to be completed by the staff at Owens Murphy… A simple wax job. When I called to find out if the car was ready, I was then notified that waxing the car was not covered under the protection plan that I purchased. So, in addition to being told multiple inaccuracies, the problem was never corrected. My “coolant low” light comes on all the time and I’m told that it should be a recall issue sooner or later and they had corrected the problem. Not even 10 minutes after pick-up, the light goes off again. My electrical was supposed to be repaired and never was....the control center locks up constantly and shows no images on the screen. This started happening immediately following my initial purchase, throughout the warranty period...was never corrected. I have multiple videos and pictures to substantiate my claims. Very disappointing!

Had reasonably good experience. Reported 2 problems with my 2014 RR Sport. One which they fixed. The other was a vibrating noise at low speeds, mostly when accelerating. Bought car new, so definitely know when it’s making a new weird noise. They said that the noise was in “the acceptable level” ??? My 9 year old step daughter is like “What’s that noise?” My 23 year old daughter asks “What’s that noise?” Service guys were all very nice. Prolly take to another dealer and have them check it out at some point.

Was told the oil change would take 1-1.5 hours. It took over 3 and when they brought the car out of the shop after the “oil change” they realized the car had no oil in it. They then poured 7 quartz into the car while in the parking lot. The steering wheel had oil all over it. Not the best experience I’ve had with Land Rover dealerships

I was to by the lady that scheduled my oil change I could have a loaner car during the time my car was in service but when I got there I was told I couldn’t because they didn’t do that because of the insurance so needless to say I had to stay there for about an hour and half waiting. This was my first time there, the other dealership I had gone to provided me with a loaner car and pretty sure it was on the weekend too. So this was very displeasing, I liked the location and is closer to where I live. Still iffy on returning for this reason, can only look at same cars for so long

If I had it to do over again I wouldn’t buy anything here. I feel like they just wanted your money and a good rating. I have had my car for 4 months, it’s been on the shop 3 times!! I think that’s ridiculous!
