Disappointed. Spend over 500.00 and still have the problem that I bought the car in for. I paid for a oil change and my fuilds was was not checked. I found this out when I try to clean my windshield a week later and had no fuilds.

While vacatiioning, i was driving from Hot Springs, AR to Branson, MO and a warning light came on in my Jaguar XJL. Owens Murphy Jaguar in Little Rock, AR was the nearest dealership. I had my car towed to Owen Murphy. What a wonderful experience. GOD gave me lemons and then used them to make lemonade. I am compelled to share this experience with the world. The entire team went above and beyond what was expected. An extra special shout out to Ashlea, our Advisor and to Matthew, our Technician. I have to say they are good people there. I took my car in for some repair. They accidentally cracked my windshield during the test drive. They replaced it no charge. But my rain sensing wipers wouldn't work anymore. They replaced the sensor three times but still had issues. So the replaced the windshield again and sensor. Still had an issue with the sensor so they cleaned it. But unfortunately it still does not work. I gave 3 stars instead of 5 because of the sensor. But they gave me no hassle. Super nice. Didn't try to screw me over in any way. Good peoples

Scheduled a recall maintenance 7-10 days out, half the recall was completed day of service, and was advised I’d have to come back again later because one of the parts wasn’t in and would take 3 days to get there. Seems the advance notice would have been ample time to order needed parts. Was told they weren’t sure if mine would need one or both parts, but seems the VIN on file should have told them that before I brought it in? People were kind and helpful, but now I have another hour drive there and back and who knows how long at the shop on another day off. Hoping for better organization next visit.

Had a great experience buying my Jaguar XF from this place. I have bought dozens of new cars in my life at many dealerships. So I have some idea of how a dealership should be run. I was very impressed with this place. The sales manager (Matt) actually took me on my test drive. Which was a plus. I met the service manager and they spent time with me making sure I understood the electronics in my car before I drove away. They even had good coffee and Macadamia Cookies while I waited. I would highly recommend this dealership!

The repairs so far appear to have been done well, however; the issue is I scheduled my vehicle repair on a day when they would provide a loaner; so I took my car in Thursday morning and got the loaner. At the end of Thursday I had no info about the repair. All day Friday and I received no information about the repair. All day Monday no info. I called at the end of the day Monday and my advisor wasn’t available. I left a message and did not get a return call so I asked for someone else and was told that parts had been ordered. All day Tuesday no further info. Then Wednesday morning I get a call from the original advisor saying the parts have been installed but I need additional service. I authorize the service and the next day I get a call stating my vehicle is ready. I would have greatly appreciated a daily update about the progress of the repair. I’m assuming since I had a loaner vehicle, it wasn’t important to contact me daily.

We had to have our XE towed here after getting bad gas on the first day of our Spring Break. The employees in the service department were a bright spot in a pretty bad situation. Everyone was kind and friendly and really seemed genuinely concerned about our plight. I can’t recommend these folks enough. Truly exceptional service.

The dealership broke a piece on my car while doing repairs and then wanted to charge to fix the piece they actually damaged. Unbelievable! Butch did not step in until I complained and ask to see him. He never came out to see me but did waive the charge. Should never had got that far

Need more diversity!! African Americans are treated unfairly when it comes to service due to race, I have a service warranty on my vehicle I asked the advisor to check my brakes and examine my vehicle for any issues that need to be addressed he stated that if there any repairs that needed to be done it will be taken care of my vehicle sat for 4-days and without being diagnosed about any issues plus I had to catch rides because I was not offered a vehicle to drive for my inconvience, please.go.somewhere else if you are a person of color

I purchase the car from Owens Murphy. I was highly dissatisfied with the service department customer service.Taylor was dishonest about the service that was done to my son's car. My son Imani and my husband Lawrence left Imani's car at the dealership on 3/5/19 for a diagnostic that my husband was later told was not performed , about 2 hours later she called for them to come get the car and my husband ask how did the diagnostic go and she told them that everything looked fine to her expect that the water pumped needed to be fixed which is why we took the car to them in the first. Prior to leaving the car she asked to see the paperwork from Parker Lexus for the diagnostic. Son and my husband on 3/6/19 went to drop his car off as soon as they opened 7:30. Taylor told them it's a 5 hour job she could not tell us if it would take longer then 5 hours. After 5 hours without a call my husband and son went back up to the dealership to see if it was done or not and Taylor told them because it's not a German car the job is going to take longer because the technicians are not trained to service non German cars.They keep the car over night until 3/7/19 around noon. We were never offered a courtesy vehicle.That night my son checked the coolant level of his car and it was none in there. My husband called the next day to tell them it was no coolant in the car they sent Frank out to put coolant in the car which he over filled .

I had to go Little Rock Jaguar just because there are no other option, if you live in Little Rock. I complain to Jaguar how they do service the car. Other then fixing the problem they refuse to service my car. NOTE: I was very surprise by looking at the reviews rating and then I realized most of the rating are fake. They have only 5 or 1 Nothing between (except 1) and if you analyze the review you can tell all the reviewer has only 1 review done and that IS ONLY 5* FOR LITTLE ROCK JAGUAR hahha

Purchased a 2014 Toyota Camry Hybrid from this dealership. It had a clean carfax and drived nice. When we got it home we tried to pair our iphone with the system and enter voice commands, but had no luck and is first time I have ever had this option an a car I have owned, so took to the Toyota closest dealership as the service tech said to bring it by nd he would do it no charge. He tried and tried and could not do it. Said the bluetooth and voice commands have a serious problem. We called Owens Murphy to ask them to fix this issue, they said we bought the car "AS IS - NO WARRANTY" so guess we are now stuck with getting this repaired at our own expense. Wish they had told this to us before purchasing the car...
