I recently bought a QX60 from Infiniti of Central Arkansas! My buying experience started with stopping by the dealership after hours then scouring the internet to browse pictures of cars I liked. We finally made the call to the dealership and were put in contact with WILLIAM HYDEN. I can assure you I would have saved a lot of time if I would have just contacted William first. He was attentive, never pushy and never undermined me in my “wants” in a car. From our first contact with William until we purchased was less than 24 hours! I should note we made a last minute trip to the dealership and our 2 1/2 year old was with us. Not ideal when purchasing a car but Infiniti of Central Arkansas had a kids play area... my child chose a couple of puzzles and played in William’s office while we discussed a deal. I had the guys at their service department inspect my vehicle prior to pruchsing it at a different dealership. They spotted a few minor issues (tires needed to be replaced, and a few routine maintenance issues had to be handled) which allowed me to feel more confortable with the purchase. I had them do routine mainteance and purchased a new set of tires from them. The service staff was pleasant and I decided that I would be coming to them for all my service needs. I was given a quote from them for brake work. I wasn't too thrilled about the price so I decided to make some calls to see if anyone could do better. Despite the fact that everyone I called quoted me a better price, I decided to go to the dealership thinking they would get the job done right. I was wrong. I drove the car home and noticed that it made a terribel grinding sound. Not knowing what that was I decided to have it towed to the dealership. I was informed that one of their techs bent a dust shield. They said they bent it back and its was good to go. When parked my car later that evening I notice that somehow they managed to fully disable my parking break. Back to the dealership it went. about a month later I went to the drive tru at a local restaurant and noced that there was a faint grinding sound again. I called them up, I was told that it was likely the brake sheild that it was no problem to drive it and that they would have the service manager contact me. Nothing. ... I called again a few weeks later and left a message. I contacted them through social media. The service manager called me after regular business hours when I was unable to speak. I asked for a call back during regular business hours. He agreed and forgot about me. I called and I was told the service manager was the only one that could approve the replacement of the brake shields. I was also told he was out of town and would call me the following week. -- nothign. Contacted them through social media. Again I was told the service manager was the only one that could approve my request. -- again (different week) he was out until the following week. Now because it was months ago they seem to be denying its their issue. I regret not having the brakes serviced at a different shop for less money. Silly me for expecting the dealership to properly service the brand they sell * Update 1: I contacted them prior to this review. I am still waiting for a call back.

Today I visited for an oil change and was promptly met by Natalie before I even put my car in park. She greeted me with a big smile, asked me how my morning was going followed by my name and what I’m having done today. She then led me inside, opened the door and showed me around the new dealership. Beautiful! She kept me updated on the status of my car while it was being serviced. While sitting in the waiting area I saw many familiar faces and they all acknowledged me and asked if I needed anything from water, coffee, donuts etc. Ken (my go to salesman) always remembers me by name and speaks with me. I was excited to have an infinity dealership so close, however. I had several issues with flats. The first time they said tire was ruined. I replaced it no question, second time they told me tires we showing tread and needed replaced , I doubted it but replaced them. Had a flat one month later and they told me not fixable and that particular tire didn’t have road hazard. I told them no, took it down the road and. Tire town said it was a small nail and fixed it. The dealership straight up lied to me about the tires. I am so disappointed in the service department.

I have never had service like this from any other dealer. I didn't even buy my car from here but I promise if/when I buy another car-I will go to them! I had a recall service issue with my car's A/C and they were beyond helpful with taking care of me! While they repaired my car they made sure I had a vehicle to drive. We thought the problem was fixed but it wasn't and I couldn't get away from work to take it to them so they came and got it from my office and left me another loaner. They repaired my car TWICE faster than any place I've ever been. Afterwards-they called to make sure everything was still ok with the car. Outstanding customer service. Just outstanding. I’m just gonna to put it out there that I bought a brand new 2019 Infiniti QX80 from Everett. Sales team was great. Love Infiniti. Love this car. The one star is for the service department. Around 2-3000 miles it started making a terrible “whirring noise” while driving down the road - on what became a very regular basis. This really took the awesomeness right OUT of owning a brand new Infiniti. It is literally embarrassing to pull up to an intersection and have your brand new car sound like a JET ENGINE is taking off. I take my car to Everett Infiniti and they tell me quote “it is performing as it was disigned to perform”. Ummmm. You can’t spell designed. It makes me a little worried that maybe you can’t understand vehicles. I have multiple videos of the problem and shared with the dealership. The Nissan dealership in my city immediately diagnoses it as a bad fan clutch. However Everett Infiniti refuses to acknowledge a problem and sends me away after six days of having my car. While it was there I also ask them to go ahead and change the oil and rotate the tires because that is coming due. Yet when I pick up my car they haven’t done it and want me to wait to have it done! Mind you, it is a six hour round trip drive to get my car there and I have had to take off a whole day of work to do this (twice now). I don’t have time to wait! I have kids to pick up from school and will barely make it back as is!!! You couldn’t have done that in the six days you had it????! Not to mention, my brand new car NOW has cat paw prints and cat claw scratches all over its hood from being there for six days. I pick up my car and immediately and without leaving the dealership my car is doing the same problematic thing - driving out of lot and then I realize the damaged hood. Call them and get a nice person on the phone who refers me to someone else. We play phone tag for a day and then I never get another call back. I even gave them videos of the problem. I’m so disappointed in Infiniti. So disappointed in Everett. It’s stinks to have a brand new car with a problem. Takes the joy right out of it. And...this is sadly not my first rodeo. Apparently I need to be taught more than once. My last car was an Infiniti. Despite that the catalytic converters on that car went out just over the federal warranty was more than disappointing. But i was still willing to give Infiniti another chance. I’m sick. This is marketed and priced as a luxury vehicle. It should perform like one.
