They told me that my timing belt broke, the engine needs to be fixed and it's gonna cost 1250. They took two months to inform me that they can not fix it and the engine has to be changed. Also, they overcharged even if they did nothing. They charged for the parts and labor 1739 USD but my engine was just open and literally nothing in it. Arthur Williams tried to understand nothing and his main intention was to sell a new/used Honda. Such a shame!

I would like to say that George Morris is the worse sale person. My son wanted to buy his first car on his own. So when my son got out the car with his mother. George Morris came over to my son and said come on in and let run your credit to see what you can buy. So my son gave Mr. Morris his info. So my son asked if he could step out and call me his father. While he was talking to me. Mr. Morris ran my son's credit with out even asking him. My son does not have any credit and he just ran his credit with asking. So when I called him and ask why did you(Mr. Morris) ran my sons credit. He told me that my son gave a verbal constant. That is not right. My son should not have ran my son's credit. Because of Mr. George Morris, my son has had his very first bad experience car shopping. So best believe we will not ever going back and yes I will be telling all of our friends and family about how bad the service is.

I was going to give five stars because of what I thought to be two of the most honest and nicest salesman and salesmanager. Boy was I wrong. The salesman Trevor Jines, was very nice and kind throughout the process. Ryan on the other hand lied to my face, repeatedly. And because I am a decent person, I believed him. I didn't get completely ripped off but he still got me for a little, arguing with me that I was wrong when clearly, I was right. Trevor was great, fantastic even. Ryan, not so much. Why must people be so crookful?? Update: 9/27/17 After speaking with a very sweet lady today (because I apparently never signed away the title to my old car which sold only a few short days after I traded) she asked me how everything was going and I informed her that I had been involved in an accident in my new car just a week and a half after buying the vehicle. She was very caring and apologized and spoke with me for over 20 minutes listening to me and talking me through some options because of some technical problems the car is having. I will more than likely return here to deal with Trevor, without Ryan, for the purchase of a new vehicle in the future years; only because of Trevor and Shana. Honda locations everywhere usually have great customer service, but the Jonesboro location goes above and beyond. They did my transmission oil, tire rotation and oil change in 45 min AND fixed my front bumper and did not charge me for the fix due to a previous error. In addition, one of the employees offered everyone waiting some ocean water from Sonic. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful and I never have to wait long to get my car serviced. Thank you for all you do!

Go in for an oil change. Turns out that they have to replace an air bag that is on recall. 2 hrs later they said they don't have a piece do I have to wsit another 2 and a half hours to arrived. Why they even start something they don't have. What a waste of time.

Kinda disappointed in this dealership. I was supposed to trade in my 1997 Chevrolet Malibu for a 2013 MINI Cooper S Coupe (my stepdad called up Ryan to make that appointment to do the trade-in last Friday) and then when I was supposed to be getting the newer car yesterday afternoon, all of a sudden, it's sold to someone else. Trade-in your car at your own risk. Honestly wouldn't recommend. I'm only giving 2 stars because they have other nice cars.

I'd never go back. They did work that may or may not have been necessary, and when I picked up the car there was a corn dog wrapper and stick in the floorboard of the passenger side. Worse, when I examined the receipt, it turns out they did work such as changing the air filters without my authorization. The page said the work was due according to the mileage, but the fact is that work had recently been done there under the previous dealership owner so I never would have authorized it.

See Ryan B.-My wife and I called, emailed, and visited a dozen dealerships in Texas. 6 onsite visits including a 3 hour drive to Austin, TX. Watch out when negotiating a price. Salesman George and I settled on a price of 35550 on a 37990 priced used car. I allowed them to then pull my credit. After that George brought forward the breakdown of the payments and the price of the car was back up to 37990 and he said they can't sell it any less. My advice it's to get the sales manager involved and make sure everyone is on the same page before the credit check. I guess I'll go back to Auto Nation Honda in Memphis where they can afford to make a deal.
I live out of town. They were able to handle all pricing over the phone prior to driving in from out of town. Once I got there everything was prepared and the staff was friendly. Ended up being the best car buying experience I have had.

I had a very bad experience with this honda of Jonesboro, I had my 2011 honda odyssey serviced there. The engine light was on and the traction control light was on, I also picked up an extended warranty on it when I purchased it. The work totalled about 1,400 dollars. They kept my vehicle for a total of three days, today I received a call stating my vehicle was ready. I get there the engine light was still on the check gas cap light was on which has never been on since I purchased the vehicle. I get there around 11 am my point is my vehicle wasn't ready. They get the light off and the gas cap light off, then it comes back on three more times everytime I left it came back on. I take it back up there the general manager comes out and tell me ( we're not going to keep checking this vehicle and not pay for it. Excuse me but I thought that's why it was here to begin with. So pretty much they got paid 1,400 to do nothing. The ring that it needed was covered by honda warranty. This gm so so cruel and rude for no reason I feel like I was good enough for you to take my money I should get the same quality of service as everyone else. It's sad to say in this day and age I wasn't treated as a customer paying for a service I was treated different because of the color of my skin. They didn't service my vehicle properly or professionally, down to the courtesy car wash I had to mention it, all along I'm watching other ppl lol get there tire plugged and get a courtesy wash, but my vehicle has been here for three full days and when i see it it's parked outside dirty even you can tell a mechanic as worked on it. Not good business or service be careful.
We came to Honda of Jonesboro with a short list of 3 vehicles we were considering. Trevor was very helpful (but not pushy). Honda was our first stop so we went on to look at the other two on our list (Toyota RAV4 and Nissan Murano). We were not impressed with either the vehicle or the sales person at either of these locations so we came back to Trevor. He was very helpful with going thru the electronics on the CRV Ex that we purchased (we had owned a CRV before). We have recommended Trevor to several of our friends and will continue to do so.

I thought the place was nice however I was told on the phone one price and that they would fix my key for free. Once my grandf ther and I got there they charged us $ 20.00 more than they quoted and did not fix my key. I was very disappointed.

This was by far the easiest buying experience I have ever went through when purchasing a vehicle. I found the vehicle I was interested in online and contacted the dealership through their website. I got quick responses to all my questions. I was able to negotiate a purchase price and send them copies of information they needed in order to have all forms filled out when I pulled up at dealership to take ownership of the car. I searched for a vehicle for 5 months and this was the dealership that had the vehicle I wanted, worked with me on a fair deal at a price I could afford and was very courteous through the whole process. I highly recommend them for anybody looking for a Honda. Only took 30 minutes from when I showed up to sign paperwork and drive off with vehicle. As a side note, I brought a 4 year old and a 3 year old with me and the people there made the experience even fun for them.
I drove over 2 hours to get there. After dealing with car dealerships for 3 days I treated the salesman (Daren) pretty rude on the phone. He stayed professional and did exactly what I asked of him. Not only did they have the car they had the best price without any haggling. The price they tell you is the price you pay. They did not have any doc fees, processing fee, or any other miscellaneous fees most dealership get you with.They treated us awsome. From on the phone not knowing if I was going to spend a penny with them until today 2 months AFTER the sale Daren is still texting us to check on us and the car. It actually made the experience enjoyable. If you are looking to buy a car dont waste 3 days like I did. Also the Honda is a great, safe, reliable, and bank account friendly car. I'm not sure when it will be but we will definitely drive over 2 hours again for our next HONDA.

I own a Honda Civic. My car has a history of the air conditioner cutting out after prolonged use. I've described the problem to Honda of Jonesboro, and after they changed the air filter the air conditioner still blows hot humid air after an hour or so. I've had the usual run around trying to schedule a service appointment. Recently I had a problem with the engine not turning over. I'm not a car guy but I asked them to check the battery- it might be a problem with the starter. They checked the battery, said it was good, and sent me off. About a week later I got it checked at O'Reilly and the guy told me the voltage regulator was broken, and that was causing the engine to not turn over. Two days later my car wouldn't start and Firestone had to do Honda of Jonesboro's job. The people have always been nice, but the service leaves a lot to be desired.

This is the first time I've posted a negative comment.. but after my experience and finding out there is lotsa ones like it I'll post this... My wife took are odyssey in because a/c was not working correctly.. the service tec came back and said her freon was old!?? There is no such thing as freon being old!! It was not low cuz I had checked it.. so they charged $190 to replace cabin filter and change old freon for some new stuff

As I completed the purchase of my 6th Honda {a 2016 Accord} with Trevor, I realized that everything at Honda of Jonesboro runs like a fine tuned violin. The service department is second to none and the sales is always there for you. Trevor not only takes care of all my needs but he even anticipates some that I didn't. We bought a car here almost 18 months ago. We have used them faithfully for oil changes. During the inspection they found our battery was weak and needed a new one.. We had never had someone find a weak battery always just died on us. We were needless to say skeptical so we did not replace battery and went to have tested elsewhere telling them what was going on. They took us out with the machine at this other place and showed that the battery was weak. Needless to say I went back to Honda and they replaced the battery no questions asked but we are thankful they found it early and we were not standed somewhere with a dead battery.

Never purchase a used vehicle here, twenty something thousand miles linkage goes out, thirty something thousand miles transmission goes out, pushy sales men, sold me a warranty of no value, lied to me about coverage, then got mad and tried to tell me I couldn't cancel it. Which I did. Got a oul change here but received no sticker to remind me when my next one would be due. Horrible service all the way around.

Send me a flyer saying scratch to reveal a number. If it matches then a winner. My numbers matched and hence went to their dealership. Sales person said I won a MP3 player. He went to get it and returned to say they r out of MP3 players. This contest started yesterday. How did they ran out in just one day? In return they gave me vacation voucher with so many terms and conditions that it's difficult to meet those. 30 days advance booking, paying taxes before hand and lot more. Feel cheated. Don't fall in to their gimmick. Bunch of crooks. Prefer other Honda dealers.
