Took my 2001 Odyssey in for a front end alignment. The service tech warned me that sometimes they refuse to work on old vehicles because the manager doesn't think it's the best way for customers to spend their money. Sure enough, later that day they called me and told me they couldn't align the vehicle because it had a small oil leak! The van was an extra vehicle that I took over when a close family member passed away. I wanted to keep it for sentimental reasons. I think it's disgraceful that they refuse to work on a Honda to pressure you to buy a vehicle. I don't need another vehicle and this one couldn't be replaced anyway. The next day, they emailed me to encourage me to 'Upgrade Your Ride Today'. Maybe telling their customers 'your vehicle isn't worth fixing - you should just buy something newer' is a great sales tactic, sometimes it may even be true, but I purchased three vehicles at this dealership and there will not be a fourth. Update: Ignore the GM's response below. I emailed him two days before posting this review - no response. He says 'I am looking into this', but they're enforcing his policy exactly the way he intended. Nothing is going to change here.

I really love this dealership. Like some, I’ve been skeptical of dealerships because of past experience. These folks are awesome. Zach in finance helped put my mind at ease when I was traveling home and had an issue with my alternator/battery. Sadly, the Honda dealership where I had the issue was not so kind. Jimmie in the service center has always been great and informative. I’ve come across others in the dealership/service center, and so far all of them have been nice, I just don’t remember their names. We bought our 2009 Fit here and have had all of the service done here. They are always pleasant and reliable. Our car is in good hands, holding up beautifully, so that I forget how old it is and what high mileage we have! When the temperature changes dramatically and the tire air pressure sensor lights up they fix it at no charge. They have replaced headlamps for the cost of the bulb, no labor added. I had always heard it costs more to use the service department at the dealership but in comparison shopping I haven't found that to be true here.

Alex Baldwin was our dealer representative. He is very knowledgeable and courteous and made the buying experience pleasant. I like being sold an item. Meaning that the salesman knows about the product and can demonstrate its traits to you in an understandable way. There are many comparable vehicles out there and when comparing price you must account for the cost of financing. And even if you can pay cash you can’t afford not to finance these cars. That said, the price of this car was equivalent to the Subaru which we were also considering. But for me being a tech geek, the continuously variable transmission did it for me. Auto engineers have been trying to get one of those in a car for 40 years and it has finally happened. Then coupled with driving and safety technologies that Mercedes was introducing only 10 years ago, this and the Subaru were amazing. Alex is a driven 20 year old young man who has a plan for his life and is executing it. He is straight forward and honest. Unusual characteristics compared to the archetypal car salesman. Amazing car. Amazing salesman. What’s not to like.

Beware! (At least if you're buying out of state) Let me tell you my story of purchasing my new Honda vehicle here. First off if you are out of state don't bother. They didn't let me do an extended test drive on a new vehicle, first they said it was because I didn't have a full driver's license, then I showed them proof that I did had a full driver's license. Then they said I needed a local address so I gave them my hotel's. Then they said that they wouldn't let me do an extended test drive because I was out of state period. I ended up only driving the car for less than 20 min. And made my decision based on that. Now I realize I don't really like the car that much. But guess what, it's too late now. I traded in my 14 Impala. They gave me 9500 after a month they sold it for just under 13K. I purchased my car and told them that I was there for work and would be there for at least 2 months. They promised me that they would give me temp tags since I'm a MD resident and I couldn't go back to MD and get my tags since I was in Springdale working. Well first tags expired, and I went back to get my second one. I almost had to beg them for it. They sure treated me different. I then left Springdale, and tried to get my tags in MD done. However. Maryland still hasn't process the paperwork yet. I was due to go to Charlotte, North Carolina for work again. 2 weeks ago. I called the dealership and told them MD hasn't process the paperwork and WILL NOT allow me to register my vehicle yet. I told them I was due to go out of state and needed a third set of temp tags. They promised me that they would give it to me. So I got here in Charlotte. I called them again. They tell me that they gotta wait 2 days before the old ones expire to issue new ones. Well guess what? They DIDN'T! They left me stranded here in Charlotte, North Carolina. 500 miles from home. My tags expired July 17. They do NOT CARE. Already asked to speak with the person in charge of this that refuses to give me the temp tags and he is always unavailable and won't return calls. His name is Lance. I tried calling the GM and left voicemails for him. Never bothered to return my calls. My question now is: How the H*** does giving me a temp tag to move around hurt them in any way? I was willing to pay for them. I told them that. This is not how you do business. I'm so very disappointed. I had the money to purchase a whole second vehicle and leave my new one back home in MD. But they did promised they would give me temp tags, that's why I brought it here to Charlotte with me. They made a profit from reselling my trade in, made a profit from the new Honda Civic I bought from them, from the gap insurance I got and other add ons. I still wonder what do they gain from treating people this way. Or do they really care about their customers? PS* don't even bother calling me again about this. You guys suck and I'm willing to pay a flight back home and leave my car here until MD finish processing everything. Then get a flight back to pick up my vehicle. Special thanks for my sales person who tried to get me these. He is the only one that did always tried to help me even after the sale was done. Five stars for you! I have nothing but good to say about my experience with Honda service department. Eric Barrales met me as soon as I pulled up for an oil change and he was very professional and nice to work with. I asked them to look at something else that usually needs an appointment and I informed them that I was going out of town. My advisor Matthew Jordan immediately got me in on the schedule for that day and took care of the issue. I have dealt with Matthew for several years now and completely trust his opinion. You can tell he truly cares about his customers. I give them 5 stars!

Very poor service. Walked in with my wife and they literally had no customers. Two salesmen with faces in their smart phone. One looked up and asked what I needed. I asked about a bike and could I take it for a test drive in the parking lot. He said no it was a consignment bike and then went back to his face planted in the phone. Its a very poor dealer ship.

The staff go the extra mile. I've had issues, but they were genuinely hard to solve car problems. They're trustworthy and reliable, bring your car into them. But don't do the tires there, Sam's Club across the street does tires perfectly fine for a fraction of the cost.

I own a 2007 Honda Accord. Honda sent out a recall notice for a replacement for the inflator of my airbag. I call to make an appointment on Monday (4/29) through the service number and the lady tells me there are parts in and they get me scheduled for Wednesday morning. I get to my appointment at 10:00 and the service tech, Brian, says he doesn't see an appointment made for me nor are there any parts in stock. It was only two days prior to when I made the appointment that apparently is nonexistent in their system. We get it rescheduled for the following Tuesday. At this point, I've been worried and anxious about my safety and I have to wait almost another week. I am also mildly perturbed at the fact that I somehow wasn't "in their system." I get a call Friday from Brian saying that, "Honda has backordered the parts and we'll call you when they're in." I ask him what in the ballpark range of time do you think they'll be in, and he doesn't have any idea. (it's been 2 weeks now) After hearing my story, one of my friends' brother who works at the Honda of Bentonville, told me they have the necessary parts. Told my mother about this incident and she told me about how they don't want to service older cars because they can't make a profit from it and I noticed another review of someone saying the same thing. This is a recall issue. Every dealership should honor recalls. I just got my car serviced today (5/14) with an appointment at Frank Fletcher Honda of Bentonville and it took them only 40 minutes. I told the guy there about what happened at Honda of Fayetteville and he said that each dealership is supposed to get at least 15 parts in a day. The quality of service from the service department that Honda of Bentonville provides is worlds apart from Honda of Fayetteville. It absolutely bothers me that the Honda of Fayetteville thinks turning around a profit is more important than the safety of a human life.

Honda of Fayetteville is the most customer friendly dealership I have ever had the pleasure with which to do business. If you are due for an oil change simply pull into the express lane and walk in where you will be greeted by a friendly staff member who will process your oil change request. You may adjourn to the comfortable waiting area with free cappuccino and television or magazines to wait for you vehicle to have repairs completed. They also provide a separate area for children to wait/play.

We have used Honda of Fayetteville to purchase three odysseys for our family. Keep in mind we live in Bentonvlle. The dealerships team in Fayetteville far exceeds Fran Fletcher in Bentonville. Need a sales guy? Use Ozzie very fare and will work & I mean work to get you the best deal. In Financing we used Zach also very fare & he doesn’t push you on things you don’t need or want. Again very fare. In the service department we recently used Eric Barrells. My family and were in a pinch and needed a flat tire fixed ASAP due to my dad being in the hospital. Eric went above and beyond and took care of us. From my own experience with this dealership and thes specific people I would HIGHLY recommend. Best bange for your $$$...

I was in the market for a new 2019 Honda Accord. I tried my local Honda dealer in Bentonville but we could not come to an agreement on price. One of the worst experiences I ever had. They don’t make any sense nor value their customers. For those who are stuck with this showroom please get everything done according to the deal before getting the car. They give excuses and never do what they promised once the payment is done. I went in to get the key reprogrammed after changing out the battery. Went in to the service department and told Matt (Service Advisor) what happened and what I'm wanting to have done. Not even 2 minutes with this problem and right away he said that I'm needing a whole new key (module, chip, etc). All in total with "Labor" will run around $200. FOR A KEY! I told him that I'm only needing just the remote inside of it (the guts) cause the key is still fine. He still stayed at $200 for that too. Went to the Honda in Bentonville and after trying to look into it, they came back to me and said that its the inside that needs to be replaced. The cost for that $46!!! Placed the order and will have it installed and programmed FREE!!! I think I found my new spot to get my car serviced even though its a little distance away but I'm sure its going to be worth the drive!!

I loved the service. The detailers could use some work. I had to re-detail my car because there was a film of something covering the inside windows and my leather causing moisture to build up on it. A company is only as good as their weakest link. If that's their weakest link; you'd bet I'll be back next year for an upgrade. If you stop in there ask for Gordon, he made everything easier for me.

I bought my first new car here Friday, and I imagine I had as good of an experience as a person can when buying a car. Ben McCain was my salesperson and he is amazing. He was always there to answer my endless stream of questions, well before I even had an appointment to come in and test drive my car. When I showed up to drive my car, Ben was polite and professional as well as laid back. I never felt pressured into anything. He made buying a car as comfortable as possible. It was a pleasure shopping with him. Then he handed me over to Zach Taylor in finance. Zach was very patient and explained things to me in a way I could understand. He went over the coverage the car has and explained my financial paperwork as well. Honestly, I could not have had a better experience. I had been having a ton of trouble with my previous car and a ton of trouble with their service department ( my previous car was not a Honda)... I was just done dealing with the issues... I called Chris Everitt and he told me to come on in! As soon as I got there, Chris and a salesman named Galberto were waiting for me... They asked me questions about what I wanted... they actually listened to my responses... and then showed me a few cars that they thought I would like. I ended up buying the first car I test drove... Galberto answered a million questions for me... He could not have been any kinder ( he did a longer test drive with me so I could show my kiddo the car.. so sweet of him!). He was also extremely knowledgeable about the car I bought... I ended up purchasing the car 2 days later and Galberto made dang sure that my new car looked amazing when I picked it up! I have never written a Google Review before, but my experience was so good that I had to share!

Best buying experience we ever had buying a car. The only thing I dislike about buying a car is dealing with the sales people. This was the first time we ever felt comfortable and not pressured buying a car. Our salesman was Kyle Henry and he was great. This is the first time we ever bought a car from this dealership and it won’t be the last. We checked prices in Fort Smith, OKC, and Tulsa and Fayetteville Autopark has the best value. Huge, Nice, Clean lots and I have never seen so many people buying cars on the same day. Everyone was nice and Courteous. They was no waiting everyone was attended to. I had a appointment with James Pierce at 9:30 to look at a Honda Insight on a Saturday and he was so helpful not only on the vehicle I was interested in, but also showed me other vehicles that where less priced and other models in the same category as the one I was interested in. He pointed out the price difference, options and gas mileage. I definitely felt that he was looking out for me as a customer and not just sell me a vehicle of my choice. Went in to the service department with a friend to get an electrical issue checked on his 2015 Civic. The man who spoke to us talked like he didn’t want to be there and asked us ridiculous questions, the most ridiculous being “Did you buy the car wrecked from us?” (He was asking if the car had been wrecked after we asked if the car had warranty). He came out to look at the car and had someone test the battery. The battery tester guy said the car needed a more advance test to check the battery, alternator, and other electrical components. He told us he’d go talk with the man we initially talked to to see what he wanted to do. I guess he didn’t want to help us because we waited outside for him for 10 minutes then went inside and saw him walking around and relaxing in the lounge area. My friend also needed a fender liner so we went to Parts and ordered one. The man walked over to Parts and we thought he was coming to get us to check on my friend’s Civic, but he just walked past us and didn’t even acknowledge us! My friend and I left and decided to get the issue solved elsewhere. I was also planning on taking my 1995 Civic in for service the next day, but after experiencing such ridiculous and terrible customer service I think I’ll look for a better alternative instead.

I cane in for a simple oil change and for a quote for a new skid plate. He not only got me a quote but also quoted me on new tires, fixed something that had a recall also got the technician to reset my GPS system.
