On 12/30/16 I traded off the car of my dreams for something a little safer and more economical. Our sales person was Derrick. Not only were we not told things about the vehicle we purchased, we only received one key fob. We asked about a second one and Derrick told us he would get in touch with the previous owner and get back to us. About a week or so went by and after not hearing from him, I went in and was told that they never returned the call so that was it. I finally called the Sales Manager, he took my information and said he would get with Derrick and would call me back. It's been almost 3 weeks and no call. I think when we trade-in our other vehicle, we will return to the dealership we have used for the last several years. They always went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. Even got us another key fob when the car I purchased only had one. They may be costly items, but they did what was needed to keep their customers happy. With Harry Robinson, there is no customer service after the sale. Never again.

Always seemed to be in Texarkana when I needed my Yukon serviced. So I took it to Orr. If Harry Robinson wishes to remain in business, they need to figure out how and why Orr is far superior looking out for their customers. I dropped my vehicle off for an oil change. I made an appointment which didn't show up in the system, but they could work me in they said. $70 later when it was done, the car hadn't been touched by a vacuum or wiped down...the standard nearly anywhere else. Hopefully Orr's superior customer service will force this place to change, or force them out to get in a better business!

Purchased my vehicle less than a month ago We thought we were getting a good dependable vehicle before we purchased the vehicle my bf brought to Victor Magana attention that the rear air condition wasnt blowing cold air and that you could barely feel the air coming out of the vents his response was that he would have it checked and fixed we never heard from Victor wether or not they checked the air condition So my bf called and spoke to Victor about the rear air again his response was that he was going to see if he could get the service guy to check it and get it fixed and that Victor was gonna call him back Victor never called back very unproffessional on Victor part in my opinion Victor should have gotten the rear air checked and fixed before we even bought the vehicle and the detail they did on my vehicle wasnt a very good one there was dirt still on the seats and nasty old dirty water left in under the seat compartments which left my vehicle thats why my vehicle smells musty and not even a month of having the vehicle we started having issuses with my vehicle again I called and made another appointment for Harry Robinson to get our transmission checked cause it was slipping prior to that we got the brakes checked the service guy was very nice and proffessional we made another app.to get the transmission checked and I was told that they couldnt check it their because they were backed up in the service department so they sent us to Breeden Dodge to get it checked come to found out the transmission was going out was very disappointed to have rhis happen Thank You Breeden they were kind enough to get us a rental until our vehicle was fixed We finally got our vehicle hopefully we wont have anymore issues with it Dont get me wrong I appreciate Victor on helping us get a car just didnt exspect these issues and we feel we are getting the run around with the air condition not professional !!

I bought the 2016 Canyon Duramax brand new from Harry Robinson and it has been nothing but problems. It has 52xxx miles on it now and has been in the shop about 6 times. I took it in to the service department last week for a misfiring issue and they kept it for 3 days only to say they don’t know what the misfire code is but the lagging I’m feeling is my transmission slipping and that they recommend I get my transmission flushed for $270. I told them not to worry about it, got my truck, and went home to Florida where I took my truck to the GMC there. They told me in less than a day that my truck has misfired over 22 THOUSAND times and I have a bad ECM and it is being replaced under the warranty. Terrible experience and I would avoid going to their service department at all costs.

We were out looking at vehicles and Stopped here. Nothing really excited us till we started talking with Gus. He was telling us all about the dealership and the vehicles. We expressed an interest in a Convertible that they had out front. It was a trade in but he told us they had just rec'd one the day before that hadn't even been processed yet. Told us to take the trade in ( it was only a year old) for a test drive and see how we liked it. I drove it and fell in love with it immediately. I have a 2 convertible but wanted a bigger one and This was is it!!!!!!!!!!!! We were told and shown all the features the car had and then taken to look at the New One. A beautiful Red Body and Black top. Just like my current convertible. Needless to say we talked price and made a Great Deal. Bought a Jeep Cherokee 2 years ago and it didn't have a antenna si they robbed one off anothet vehicle, ok but what I didn't realize is the antenna hole only had a couple of threads because the original one broke off in the assembly( was that way when I purchased it), the one they put in come off now I have no antenna, also when I first purchased the vehicle they drilled right through my front bumper to install their name tag. For the second time I brought my vehicle in for the same two distinctly separate problems. Again the service dept could not get them to recreate the problems on the machine they use. So it could not be fixed because of this. I am very frustrated and a bit angry. This last time I was given a loaner car, which I appreciate since I live over an hour away from the dealership. They kept it two solid days. I am at my wits end not knowing what to do. I was offered to move up in a new vehicle. Up selling is fine but it does NOT fix the problem. The service manager was kind this time compared to the condescending treatment I received the last time I brought it in. I'm not sure what the solution is, but I do expect one. I have been a dedicated customer all my adult life and a General Motors employee for 30 yrs. If I feel this way, what does the rest of public feel when they are turned away from problems they incur???? I will not give up on getting my vehicle repaired properly.

Trey in sales is great! He is the only reason we returned for a second vehicle at this dealership. When I purchased my first, I never seemed to have a problem but once I went back for a second and had to use the service department I started having issues in which Amanda solved quickly. She is also great! I wish I could say the same for service, I had an appointment scheduled for a week and a half and once I came in for service they gave me a wait time of one hour. I waited an hour and a half before I went to check on my vehicle and then was told it would be a few more hours. No one came to me to update my wait time. I asked if a loaner was available so I did not have to wait another 3 hours and they informed me they had zero available. I was forced to cancel the rest of the maintenance on my vehicle due to the extended wait time I was not informed of in the beginning.

Pulled in 10 minutes later, waited, got out of car to go in and was stopped by a RUDE service guy in a red polo shirt stated " what do you need, if you don't have an appointment, can't help you". My sales guys was good but the next day my truck showed turn signal failure , after looking it had a cracked tail light i missed upon purchase it took several days to get back there due to work then they tell me take to service see what it cost and what we can do , the light needs replaced and is $567 plus labor so management tells me if i woulda got back in 48 hrs he coulda helped me but now theres nothing he can do and my fancy warranty i bought wont cover it . Harry Robinson always provides top notch customer service and this car buying experience was no different. Not having exactly what we were looking for on the lot didn't stop our salesman, Jerry Corley. He cast his net far and wide and delivered exactly what we wanted within a couple days, keeping us in the loop throughout the process. They made us a fair deal and stayed late for us on delivery day to make sure we were completely satisfied and followed up the next day. I bought a used 2008 Hyundai SUV. The salesman that sold me the vehicle told me everything was working. I bought the vehicle in the winter time so I checked the heat but didn't check the air and I should have. The salesman had assured me everything was in good working order. He also told me the car had been detailed and it had not so I had to take it back to have that done. But they did detail it eventually. Not a great job but decent. Not even a month later, my husband and I were driving to one of my offices and it was warmer so we turned the air on and the car almost caught fire because the compressor was locked up. Smoke poured out from under the hood to the point that we pulled over and got out of the car... very scary. Spoke to the dealership and they refused to fix it due to the fact that we got a good deal on the vehicle.. Good deal does no good if its not what they sold me. The salesman specifically told me the air worked great. Very disappointed in them refusing to repair the air.. Now bought a vehicle with no air but still making payments and its summertime. I don't recommend this dealership to anyone. If they had fixed the problem, I would still continue to do business but when you don't take care of the problems, that's when you lose your customers.

I actually got started with Harry Robinson by having my Toyota serviced in their dealership, that’s when I met Derek Creekmore. He was/is awesome, super honest and very patient with me. He was not pushy, but comminicated enough to keep me engaged, but not push me away. Once I was closer to my decision, I met with Joey Thomas, Mike Hesson,and Adam Archer, again, all great guys! Harry Robinson gave me the absolute best trade in value of any dealership around, of course the trade difference is what it’s all about, and I didn’t find another dealership that could meet or beat these guys. Once purchased, I met with Adriana Burton and Saralinna Wilson, both were very helpful with getting me up to speed with my new truck. I was impressed with their knowledge and patience, as the OnStar network was having some issues. But they handled it with grace and professionalism. Called yesterday (9/24/19) 3:09pm to set up an appointment with the service department to get a sensor on my car fixed, since it’s covered under the cars warranty. The person I spoke to was extremely rude, acted like I didn’t know anything that I was talking about. I told him what I was told needed replaced and he laughed and asked how I was sure that’s what it really was. After that phone call I’ve been feeling so uncomfortable with how that interaction went down that I called back today (9/25/19) 3:15pm to cancel my appointment so I could take my car somewhere else and it turns out my appointment was never even made. I came here before at the body shop and got my car fixed and was pleased. The service department is a joke and makes me uncomfortable to have my vehicle fixed here. Wish I could remember the name of the person I talked to.

We have had our truck for a month now and our screen had gone out and our tire was/is leaking.. so I took it in and the screen I had accidentally fixed. But they never checked the tire. So we started working with Jerry Corley the first time we came in to look around. He was very no pressure and let us take our time to find the right fit. We decided to wait and left without making a purchase. About three days later we went back to look at a GMC Terrain because we had finally decided on what we wanted. Jerry was swamped but unselfishly handed us off to Victor. Victor was great! He took the time to help us make the right decision and even showed us some stuff we didn’t see. We where looking at a base model SLE and he showed us a better vehicle for the same price with the sunroof my wife wanted. Joey Thomas gave us the right price for our trade in and Pam Thompson and Adriana Burton took the time to walk us through our finances and the all of the features of our new vehicle. I have made many purchases but I have to say this has been the smoothest one yet. This was our first purchase from Harry-Robinson but we will definitely go back.

I bought my truck new at Harry Robinson GMC. I have been paying $9.95 for oil changes. This is something that we agreed upon when I purchased the truck. Today I went in for an old change and the price changed to $49.95. I was told Harry Robinson himself informed the staff they would no longer honor the $9.95 oil change agreeemenrs. It is about time for me to purchase a new truck. I know I will not purchase it at Harry Robinson because the dealership does not stand behind it’s word. This is also the last time I will get my truck serviced at this dealership. I would rather take my business somewhere else that is more honest. I read your response below. I am not sure why you feel like your decision to switch to synthetic is grounds to break an agreement with a customer. It’s not like regular oil is no longer available. The fact you use this as an excuse to justify your actions tells me all I need to know about your dealership’s values and culture.

Victor searched the lot for vehicles in our price range that we may like and we loved that he wasn't pushy!! We have noticed at the other dealerships they were pushy and we wanted 5 hours of the day on Toyota for them not to get the deal done and we turned around went to Harry and they got us approved by the same bank that declined us at toyota!!!

I had read great reviews of this place, but there were several individual things that occurred during our purchase that has me concerned. I have purchased many vehicles and I have never left any dealership without all of the paperwork I needed for the revenue office. Yet for this place, I have to wait for it to be mailed? And it has been more than a week and still no paperwork? [UPDATE - after posting this review I learned that a message was left for my husband that the paperwork is now ready and we can come in and pick it up. We live an hour away and were told that it was going to be mailed, now we are being told to come get it?] During the negotiations, they gave us the wrong mileage information (was off by about 8,000 miles). After we had negotiated a price and went to sign paperwork, the salesman came back and explained the mistake. We decided it was an honest mistake at the time and decided that the negotiated price was still reasonable. After we signed the paperwork, however, we learned that the vehicle only came with 1 key fob. We were not informed of this until after we signed documents and wrote our check. It was decided that they would use our key fob insurance, which we, of course, are the ones paying for, to replace the key fob. Apparently it will take months to get it. I would have been impressed with the place if they had offered to replace the key fob as soon as possible themselves, but I suppose they already had our check, so why should they. I am feeling a little taken advantage of. . [UPDATE] We just returned from Fort Smith with our new key fob. After reading this review your salesman went ahead and replaced the key fob. Thank you. I am glad your company values its customers enough to respond to and address these reviews. I agree that better communication among your team will alleviate these difficulties in the future. I raised you a star. If the service today had taken the estimated 2 hours instead of 5 hours and I had been able to make it home in time to get to the revenue office as I had planned, there might have been another star. But, thank you for your attempt at addressing at least some of my concerns.

I've bought 4 new vehicles from harry Robinson in the last few years.this last go around was great.everything worked out really well.i had a problem with the sales tax paid part.it doesn't matter if I live in Arkansas or oklahoma.They should of made that clear.So living in Oklahoma I was not getting my sales tax paid on a new 2019 duramax denali.I was going to go with a dealer in northwest ark.but I stuck with harry robinson.With that said the truck is beautiful.its unreal pulling a big trailer.alot of powder,quiet drive and definitely demands attention.the guys at GMC harry Robinson made always good,especially the service dept.i get all my vehicles serviced there.Over all we are good.i just think the sales tax thing was bad.When your bill board says we pay your state tax and they don't because I live over in Oklahoma that takes the wind out of your sail.i called before I went there and they told me that taxes were going to be paid on my new purchase.But it did not end that way.They offered to pay half but it would be added to my monthly truck payment.Not happy at all on that one.they should of came through like they advertised.
