We have traveled to the Hot Springs area from Iowa and a vehicle concern has developed. The service department at Greg Orr Honda got us in this morning, the Saturday of a holiday weekend and checked our car over. They advised we are safe to drive home and see our mechanic there. In regards to the service department: Went in to get a flat tire patched up and was greeted with prompt service by Chad and team. While they didn't know about the Honda Sentinel program, they were very polite and kind to an out-of-towner. Hopefully I don't get another flat, but if I do, I'll definitely come back since they did an excellent job.

Salesman tried a tactic to intimidate me into purchasing a more expensive vehicle by stating the vehicle I wanted was sold, when I said no to the other vehicle it magically became available again. I was also told the vehicle was AWD because it is a Denali. Even when showing him there was no rear axle he still insisted. Got vehicle home and within 24 hours check engine light came on. Was told they couldn't take the vehicle back and I was stuck with a fwd vehicle regardless of what I was told. Was also told sales tax would be provided by dealership and that was a lie. Management took zero responsibilities for the lies their salesman told. Completely unprofessional.

The service was great and the trade and purchase itself went well .One thing missing is that it would have been very good business to sit in the new car with me and talk me they phone and navigation and point out all the buttons and tell me what they are and do .set seats etc When we bought our Honda the lne we traded the salesman we had did just that .he sat in my car with me and walked me thru everything inside the car .He even sincedcthe rote gate opener for me That was exceptional salesmanship One other thing. Why on Earth would the finance person not be there on a Thursday .we had to go to Cadillac dealer to do the financing Which was great no problem but that's just wrong,! Love my Crv touring. Tho. I was a first time buyer and they took full advantage of me. I was told by a manager that the bank was forcing me to buy a warranty, gap, and quantom or else the bank refused to finance me. I looked more into this and its illegal for them to tell me this. They were supposed to include a kit for touching up the quantom which they did not. I also told them i want them to touch up the paint and fix the bumper clip cause it was broken before i bought the vehicle, big surprise, they didnt do either one. This is the worst car lot i have ever been to and i wouldnt recommend anyone buying from them. Also the TVs in the headrest do not work and i pointed out that feature to the salesman and told him thats perfect for my son. They lie and do anything to make a quick buck of first time buyers.

American Tire & Wheel charged me $21.78 to have 4 tires topped off with nitrogen. Sounded a little expensive the more I thought about it, so called Stroupe Tire(didn’t purchase the tires from them) & Orr Honda (I didn’t purchase my car or tires from them). They both offered to top off the tires at no charge. That’s a good customer service!

I was traveling from out of state and needed an oil change. The dealership charged me $89 for an oil change and tire rotation! I have owned Honda(s) since 2007. I have lived in three different states. I have NEVER paid more than $35 for an oil change and they always included the tire rotation for free!!! Then...I asked them to check a "popping" noise my new Pilot was making. They said it was fine without ever testing anything on it (I could see them on a camera). I wondered why the dealership wss deserted. I guess the locals know what I had to learn the hard way! I know you need a to make money, but maybe you would have more business if you charged a fair price!

I had brought my car in on 6/15/19, for my car smelling of gas, to the repair department. I asked them to figure out what was wrong with the smell because i was in town when i noticed and thought they would diagnose the issue and give me the best idea as to what needed to be done. I dropped it off and left to get dinner, and within 30 minutes got a call from them saying "there is an obvious hole in the gas tank and unrelated the knuckle on the driver's side control arm is crushed". This being an obvious concern I asked my fiance to look at the damage the next day while they have the car in the shop available to be lifted for a clear view of the said damage. He goes in and asks them to show him the "obvious hole" and "crushed control arm knuckle", they couldn't show him either and when asked they vaguely gesture towards the part as if indicating that it was apparent. Even though the "hole" was not at all to be seen, and the knuckle looked identical to the one they had said was fine on the passenger's side. They urged that the car is not safe to drive and that the damages would cost well over $2500! THEY also suggested that we get insurance involved to cover the cost, even though we had not been in an accident So with our frustration of their clear negligence with our diagnoses, we drive it home. My fiance then takes the gas tank out himself, and low and behold the part that is broken is a nylon fuel line that is a $25 dollar fix for the part itself (i understand that the labor they provide is added to the price quoted, but they are clearly trying to take advantage of someone they believe to be naive). This is the last time ORR HONDA will ever get my business, and i will always make sure to suggest otherwise to my peers when shopping for cars. I love my Honda, but CLEARLY orr honda doesn't care about their almost 5 year consistent customers.

My coworker has nothing but problems with Orr Honda. I will never deal with them. The work/parts she gets on a warranty were still useless. Instead of honoring the warranty they use every excuse possible to get out of it. Their way of making it up to her was to offer her a free oil change. I wouldn't trust them to do the job right. Exercise caution when dealing with them and don't expect them to honor anything they say. There isn't a way to give 0 stars so by default they get one.

First off let me say this place is not perfect, because no one is. and I've had good experiences before but this time was a little bit Unnerving. 05 Odyssey into replace the roller wheels on the sliding door because they didn't last 12 months it was causing the door to not open and close properly, causing an error. So I dropped it off and they said OK will take care of it three hours later I call and I said hey and and it was a lot of confusion about whether it was done where it was so gentleman called me back and told me that the mechanic said that they needed to order a part and they can do it tomorrow I said really? I said well I called and make sure the part was there so something is wrong so they hung up call me back and apologized because the mechanic lied and said that he needed to order the part because he didn't want to do the job. They apologized and said that he was reprimanded in that they were going to keep him there to do the job I said OK no problem but this time I've waited 4 hrs+ so I show up at almost 5 o'clock and then was sitting in the bay there was grease on the side of the van and scratches which I can t prove but now I'm told that the door will not work and I said Did the tech reset it and they said oh yes. " there's a whiny noise coming from the motor we think the motors out." Really?????? So this is where doing YOUR research comeS INto place and I said OK let me hear it? No noise OK! I proceeded to say well let's reset the sliding doors and so we pulled number seven fuse on the left side number seven fuse on the right side and two fuses of a engine bay compartment manually open the sliding doors turn the key on and then we press the buttons on the sliding doors and they both began to work properly!!!! Tried it several times and they begin working I don't really want to get into the attitude that management had but they were polite which you can tell was hard and it wasn't their fault it was the mechanic who didn't want to do his job properly. There are great for forums out there for your year make and model that people have problems with and what they do to fix them, do your research !! continue to be polite but expect the best when they call themselves the best. Thanks Jim for being a professional and to Jerry the mechanic, who I would trust with my van.

Stopped at Orr's as the tire pressure indicator went on (and we were just passing by the store). They were the most courteous folks you can imagine. Not only that they took care of the the problem and topped up the pressure, they even explained patiently what might have caused this, checked the tires for cuts or any other damage, plus gave the car a wash. They sqeezed this extra work into their mechanics' schedule and within a few minutes we're on the go again. (Given, we bought the car there, so this might have caused all this.)

I was passing through town while on vacation when my air pressure light came on. Luckily I happened to be right next to this Honda dealership. I pulled in and I was promptly greeted by someone in the service dept. I told him the issue and he immediately told me no problem we will check it and see whats wrong. While I was waiting I had a friendly chat with a salesman and we discussed a little bit of everything. Soon my car was pulled around and I was told that just my air pressure was low and it was all fixed. Not only did they air up my tires but they washed my car for me too! This was above and beyond what I was expecting. Great Job Gregg Orr Honda!

Service department got me in for appt only 2 hours after calling to ask for an oil change. Long wait when with child so I'd suggest offering loaner vehicle during wait or creating a kids area where children could read, play games, watch TV other than the news channel that's typically on in waiting area with no remote laid out for customers preferred choice when there aren't any other customers in waiting area. The employee's seem nice and the service has always been good although pricey.

BEWARE of this place... the Staff is fu**ckin' Thief. They Stole My Money almost $300 from My Messenger Bag. Me & My Wife came on Wednesday Jun 14, 2017 around 3.30 PM. And I look out Honda Odyssey 2014 PRE-OWNED & Test Drive for like 15 mins. Then, we went to the Sales Office to Check the Price of Honda Odyssey 2014 and I asked how much if My BMW X3 worth it for Trade-In with this Honda Odyssey. The Salesman (Daniel) he asked me for the Key of My BMW to check inside My Car. I didn't realize that I had Cash Register for my business inside My Messenger Bag almost $900 with My iPad Pro inside. When I remembered My Messenger Bag still inside My Car then I go there to grab it after like 10 mins they were Checking on My Car. When I Open My Messenger Bag The Money & My iPad still in there but I didn't count it until the Next Day. Thursday Morning I Counted the Money for My Cash Register and I was like Missing almost $300 of My Money from the $900 that is supposed to be. I just realized at night that I went to this ORR HONDA Dealership on Wednesday on My Day Off. There's Salesman & Another guy who checked My Car for Trade-In that Stole My Money. I Never had Any Dealership that Stole Money in My life besides in this place. So Please, BE AWARE if you come to this Dealer..., Don't leave any Important Stuff specially Jewelry, Money or anything inside the car.

UPDATE....they responded below that they’re discussing with upper management, but still haven’t even bothered to call me or return any emails......ORIGINAL: Have had my van for one month when the sunroof literally exploded driving down the street. Apparently this is a common problem I’ve discovered since then. Was told since this is a brand new van, it would be covered. Took it to them, then they decided to change their mind and charge ME for it. Apparently exploding car parts on brand new vehicles are totally your responsibility. Will NEVER do business here again. I was a loyal Honda owner and will now buy toyota where they even cover a flat tire the first year. Never again!

I went with a friend to get her oil changed among a few other things. The mechanics were very pleasant to work with and we're also fairly quick. They have client waiting rooms with coffe, snacks, and drinks. There is even a vending machine and television while you wait. They have the cleanest restrooms I do believe everything I have seen. All around a pleasant experiance.

Traded my vehicle in on a used 2016 Honda CR-V. Noticed vibration issue during test drive and salesman told me it wasn’t a issue. Turns out there are documented vibration issues with 2014 thru 2016. When I complained to salesman about the vibration he said in his 15 years at ORR Honda he never heard that complaint. I look at it as the salesman lied to me to get me to buy the car. Hondas are not what they used to be! Turned out I was immediately upside down on the CRV so much I couldn’t trade it in. So that tells me I got shanked when I traded my vehicle in and the deal!

I have bought multiple cars from these people but will never buy another for one reason: their service department is awful. For one thing the cost is insane. You can get the same work done for half the price somewhere else. But that’s not the main reason. The main reason is I don’t trust them. They’ve told me I needed repairs that other mechanics said were not necessary.

Worst experience ever. 10 hard hits on my credit. Then they screwed up and got names and addresses wrong, so they had to redo the entire loan so that was an additional 10 more hard hits WITH THE SAME CREDIT COMPANIES and they STILL screwed it up. They were supposed to add in sale's tax. They failed to do so. They sent the tag the day AFTER the deadline to register. They are getting there money, tho... Direct draft. I would never recommend this place. I highly caution against it.

Bad experience got a used 2017 jeep grand Cherokee bought auto care insurance they put stain resistant on carpet and seats they delivered car next day we ran a Carfax shows no accident but notice a few days later the drivers side door was just a little different shade of color and the vin sticker was missing from the door and found glass under rear seat I guess when they treated the car with the stain resistant they did not do a good job tried to return the car they would not take it back said it was not in a accident . Arkansas DMV send a letter said there was another lien on the car title took 3 weeks to get it If you buy a used car look it over good you can’t trust carfax because some of the companies will repair cars and not report it Don’t buy auto care insurance it’s not worth it I will never buy a car in hot springs or from ORR

I didn't buy my honda from these guys, but they helped me fix my radio when i accidentally locked it up after changing the battery. also, Amber is great. very polite and professional staff. Glad to have these guys in my neighborhood.
