Service department told me they could get a part I just needed to pay for it before it shipped so I came the next day to get it done and they told me they don't make the part anymore. Then I wanted to test drive a truck while I was there and when someone finally found a salesman he told me I couldn't drive it. His exact words were "just because I like a Lamborghini doesn't mean they're gonna let me drive the mother******". Just find a real car dealer don't bother with these idiots.

I have called several times and even left messages on the manager's , Seth, voicemail along with two ladies in finance that never return calls. The people are extremely nice when you actually get to talk to them. I have been calling since November 2018 to get the PAYOFF on my extended warranty, you would think they would want my money. I have been very patient. I have even sent emails to them on their website and have received a text back that someone would call me soon and that has not happened either. This is the lack of service I have received multiple times. The buying process of a vehicle was great with Terry Ault but after that it falls off. Still waiting for my PAYOFF.

Don’t not go here. Customer service is horrible!! Finance people messed up VIN number on paperwork 2 times. I now have a title that is someone else’s vehicle. They give you the run around when you do actually talk to them. Manager will not help do anything either. I do not recommend buying from Fletcher. If you do buy vehicle from them you better double check your numbers on paperwork before you sign.

We brought in our 75th anniversary edition Jeep Cherokee. It was sold from the Jeep factory defective. Our warranty would be over in a short 8 months and my husband, and I were extremely worried and aggravated. We'd already had this new Jeep in 8 times and it was like the problems hit reset. Can't afford to sink in money to a 2 year old new Jeep with only 21,795 miles on it! Then the cloud's parted it seemed and a nice man listened to our story. You could see genuinely cared. I was frustrated and was looking at the cars on the lot. He came walking up with my husband and had actually calmed him down. He encourged us to look around. We didn't go there for any other reason but to try to get this darn Jeep Cherokee fixed for good! Then Mr. Allen Bright showed us a Chrysler 300. We had already had two Challenger's from there, which were amazing..but getting older and wiser, I couldn't deny how beautiful this 2019 Chrysler 300 was. This man Allen Bright didn't try to snow us. Talk over our heads. He was honest. Which was so refreshing! He got the payment to exactly what we were in on the lemon we so had gotten accustomed to, but then Mr. Bright said let's ride. He wasn't pushy..you know like some seem like their listening....but if you asked: " what do you think?" to most salesman, they weren't really listening,. Listening. Mr. Bright was a breath of fresh air. This is the 4th vehicle I've bought from Fletcher Dodge Jeep and with salesman like Me. Bright it probably won't be the last. My husband and I were so angry, and sour that this special edition Jeep Cherokee was giving us fits, WE'D NEVER buy another car from them! Like I said...there are still great people in this world and Mr.Allen Bright is one in a million! We LOVE the car we have now. Will probably be obsolete in 5 years, but that makes me love it even more. I was ready to really right a horrible report about our experience. I was emailing Mr. Fletcher. I was emailing the factory. And working our way down. However, when a man with as much charisma and honestly runs circles around the lot trying to give you what you want, need, can afford for hours.....Mr. Bright saved the day. He did everything for us the customer....not to line his pockets or the dealerships...just good ole Southern Hospitality and he saved the day. The winners? My husband and I! Don't have no worries. Mr Bright did everything and then some. He definitely goes the extra several miles! Feel like we're best of friends. So if you want honesty..a salesman who really wants what's best for you. Just bought a new 2019 Laramie wanted to pay cash and was to;d if i finance i would get a $500 rebate and could pay it off in 4 months and save money, The business office said the interest would be around $200 this is a outright lie the interest on the 4 months will be over the $500 rebate so don't get sucked into this. Infuriating. I took my Jeep in hoping their service department could find the problem (I had taken it to 4 other places before Fletcher) and I told them up front they were not the first, and the last thing I wanted them to do was put the Jeep on a diagnostic machine only to tell me they couldn’t find anything wrong because the diagnostic couldn’t find anything. But that’s exactly what they did. The guy I talked to (Jake) had forgotten in the span of a few hours everything I had told him. I explained to him again there was absolutely something wrong and two other places had told me the same, but no one could figure it out. He apologized and I agreed to bring it in again. Well, sure enough, after waiting for 2 hours, they found a problem with my throttle body. Jake told me they could fix it in 1 hour because they had the part there, so I decided to wait more time. After TWO hours (that made 4 hours total I had been waiting), and still no sign of my repairs being done. So, I went to ask Jake what was going on, that he said 1 hour, yet 2 had passed. He went to ask the mechanic, came back and admitted he didn’t want to tell me that the mechanic was still waiting on the part and hadn’t even started it yet. WHAT?! Needless to say I took my Jeep and left. I’m apalled that so many mechanics nowadays are so lazy they only rely on diagnostics to tell them what to look for if anything. FLetcher is one of those. I bought a different Jeep from them in 2013, but never again. If that’s the service I get, it’s certainly not something I ever want to deal with again. Not to mention all the people who were in the waiting room that day - one man had been there since 6:30am he had said, just to get a recalled airbag installed. Fletcher is not about the customer. At least, not AFTER you walk off the lot with one of their cars.

My wife and I have been shopping for a new car since December, and just haven’t found what we wanted......and more importantly, haven’t found a TEAM that was easy to work with. We bought our last car from Fletcher (2017 Chrysler Pacifica Limited) and were very pleased with the whole experience. We are in town for an extended weekend, and thought we might as well see if there was an SUV at Fletcher we might like. Our last salesman, Justin, was not working today. But, General Manager, Mark Miller, was. He paired us with the most chill salesman, Chris. Other places we have been are very high pressure. They also try to “sell down”. Not at Fletcher. They made the process so easy. They let us pick the vehicles to look at and drive. They were very straightforward with pricing and trade in. And, the end result........we got exactly what we wanted. 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude Edition. We really appreciate the fun and positive process. Our 6 y/o daughter was even having fun. Thank you Collette, Ryan, Mark, and Chris!! Y’all are awesome! And, now that we know Fletcher has other dealerships we can shop from remotely, they have customers for LIFE.

They also failed to get any insurance information, which we later found out she canceled before she test drove. They broke protocol and caused a wreck that could have been avoided. Have been in twice now for service. Made appointments for first thing in the morning both times. Each time, I was first one in and watched several folks come and go while my service took 2-3 hours longer than it should have. Both times, I was told “they only had three techs” on those days. So my work apparently keeps getting put in hold for others or they take too many appointments for the staff they have on hand. Not the best approach from a customer service standpoint in my opinion. Will still give two more chances, but only for simple oil changes because I bought a package.

Corey Bealer was our sells person. He was very friendly, kind and respectful. He worked with us to where we thought we got a good deal. They processed pretty quick for a car dealership. The only issue was Corey asked another sells men to have the jeep cleaned. The person came back later and said it was done. It wasn't even touched. We had been there for a bit and was getting pretty hungry. Corey himself took it and cleaned it himself to our satisfaction. I definitely recommend Corey to do business with!

As awesome as the sales department is, I have had some interactions with the service team. Truly this department is just as wonderful to work with. All cars have issues at some point, therefore, it’s how you are treated and how the problem is resolved. Stan is the service manager and he and his team are the BEST. They take care of issues quickly, fairly and are super friendly. Best dealing I’ve had with a service department! If I could give this dealership 10 stars I would. Came in for an oil change. I’ve waited two hours. I was told this was only take one hour. Same thing happened to me the last time I was here. 2 1/2 hours. Fletcher service department is the just got my jeep back 2 1/2 hours later. Check the fluids it was low and oil no windshield wiper fluid in the back and low in the front I wonder if they serviced anything else. I guess I’ll have to take it to Superior. In Conway.

This is for the service dept. Went to get my oil changed had an appointment for our change and tire rotation at 8am. As of 10:15 am they came to me and asked where my key was to the stock lugnuts on my ram 1500. I asked if he had even done the oil change at this point and he said "I think so".... told them don't worry about the tire rotation I just want my truck back. Fast forward to 10:45am still no truck. Horrible as I have watched people come and go through this 2.5 hour period. Icing on the cake I asked when I got here if I could get a courtesy car they said they didn't do that on saturdays as I watched a woman get a courtesy car while I was in the waiting area. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Don't like being lied to. I also prepaid for the 3 oil changes package and bought this truck from this dealership. SMH... Update: they aired my tires up to 63 psi.... These are the stock tires that came on the truck and the side wall says 43 max psi...

I was applying for a new vehicle. Cody told me I was approved and then 2 hours later he informed I was not after telling me all I had to do was come up there bring my trade in and sign the papers. They are liars and need to learn how to tell the truth and not tell some one that they are approved then turning around and saying there not. Also cody ran my credit 3 times after being told several times I did not want it ran more than once and he said it would not be a problem.

Buddy Brown was a nice guy. Everything was great until I got home and started going through the car and found out that the service department didn't clean the car out or vacuum under the seats. I took pictures. There was waded up paper, corn kernels, cigerate ashes in floor under back seat. Buddy told us they were cleaning out the car for us before we left. We went and ate and came back a hour later and the car was ready. Should have checked it then. But I had heard nothing but good things about y'all, that trusted what I was told. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS DEALER FOR SERVICE. This is especially true if the factory warranty has expired. I took my truck (which I also bought there) to have the radio replaced, since it just stopped working for no reason. I was given the runaround for 4 weeks as to why they could not get a replacement radio. They removed my radio the day I took the truck in, and now I just have a hole in my dash with no replacement available. Every time I called to find out what was going on, they told me that had no record of me being there. Other than trying to get my factory radio back from them, I will never be going to Fletcher Dodge again for any reason.
