Fantastic experience. I started out at Crain Ford wanting to test drive a mustang but the sales lady wouldn’t let me unless I filled out a credit app first. So I left there and went to Excel Ford in Cabot hoping to get to test drive one. My salesman Brain was very laid back and fun to be around. He wasn’t pushy nor did he ask me to fill out a credit app until I was ready to buy. I finally got to test drive a mustang and I absolutely fell in love with it. I told Brian what payment I needed to be at and not only did he make that happen, he included a service plan that I didn’t have to pay extra for. This was a really cool experience buying from these guys, and I couldn’t have had a better salesman. When I’m ready to buy again I will defiantly be coming back here.

Shawn the sales manager and Trey the sales rep were very helpful and patient. I couldn't have asked for a better buying experience. Have to appreciate making a deal in my now hometown. I've been to 8 dealerships in Cabot, Jacksonville, Benton, and Little rock but none of them come close to their customer service and finding a better loan rate. When I buy another vehicle I will come to this dealership first. The deal on the vehicle was very competitive and you could see that they put the time and money into the vehicle to make sure it was right before getting out on the lot. Thanks again!

The entire team takes care of me like Im family every time I go in. First to buy my Explorer and then with follow on maintenance. I has the worst day when my car steering quit working on me. Course it fixed itself when I dropped it off and it really frightened me to have to drive it again until that happens and God forbid I get in an accident because of it. I expressed my concerns and the manager, Stan, and my car salesman Greg Hammond and the Service Department all treated me so kindly. I had coffee and waited in an office because Im telling you it was just a bad day. I recommend anyone to go there, see for yourself. Unfortunately Greg no longer works there but Stan will make sure the best salesman work there and they all will take care of you too!

DO NOT shop at Excel Ford. I have been there multiple times... each and every time I went there was nobody outside willing to help, and this was well within open hours. Furthermore, I had an experience to where what seemed like a very inexperienced old salesman downgraded my trade. Tried to trade in a Jeep, and he said "I thought you were trading in a nice vehicle" and then proceeded to show me his Jeep and said this is a nice vehicle. My trade was well worth over 6-7k, and he said he could only do 2-3k. They are greedy and lazy, do not waste your time.

Came by to test drive a used truck that I found on their website, they came out with the typical sales pitch and gave the whole spill about their inspection team and we cover every detail non sense. I drive maybe a mile and make a left turn into a parking lot and hear grinding. So I get out to look and the tires are actually too big for the truck as they rub against the fender walls on both sides, upon further inspection the fender walls are zipped tied where the plastic clips that hold it in place used to be, I guess their top notch inspection team missed that 1.after returning back to the lot,the solution from them is to cut and remove portions of the plastic that keeps water and debris from getting into the engine area.they keep hammering away with the sale as we walk around the truck. I notice on the passenger side the truck has obviously been in a wreck so I asked for the car fax at which point the sales manager gets an attitude and tells me this car lot isn't a museum and these vehicles are not to sit here and be looked at.

So my family and I are traveling from ny to California with my f-350 towing my 40ft 20klb fifth wheel RV when all of a sudden my truck slows down and I get a “reduce engine power” warning on my truck at 9 pm at night. I limp my truck into a local Walmart parked for the night and call THIS FORD DEALERSHIP first thing in the morning. I talked to Andrew (service advisor) told him my situation and told me to come on in and bring the Rv with you. I parked my rv there on there lot and met with the diesel mechanic Tracy, Tracy paused all of his current projects and worked his hardest to get me and my family back on the road asap. To make a long story short Tracy got my truck back on the road within 24hrs Tracy is by far 1 of the best diesel mechanics I have EVER encounter that man is amazing !!!!! Heck this entire dealership is amazing from the management down ..... they treated me and my family soooo well. I must say (Lonoke) Cabot, Arkansas didn’t disappoint one bit with there southern hospitality. It was truly a blessing to meet such fine , upstanding people.

Went in to have the guys figure out what the "noise" was that was coming from the truck, they put it up on the lift and was going over eviinch to make sure they knew what it was before trying to offer an answer. These guys are thorough. You won't be let down, and their not just trying to sell you something!

I took my vehicle there to get an oil change and I am very pleased with the staff that were at the service counter. Since they are the ones I interacted with, they are the main focus of my reciew. The two gentleman helped me out and gave me good recommendations on the oil types and other services that would work well with my vehicle. They didn't pressure me at all to get anything extra to make me pay more money than needed. They gave me all the required knowledge to make a good educated decision on the spot. Even with the air filter (since every oil change they pressure you to change it) they gave me the recommended mileage that I should have it changed at. Once it was all done I went home to look up on Google to see if they were really telling the complete truth. It turns out that they were. With my experience I would recommend taking g vehicles here for service. Unfortunately I had no interactions with the sales team so I am not able to give me opinion on them.
