Overall I couldn't have been more pleased with Landers Ford, great price, nice folks, and no pressure to buy. I went to several other lots and meet some great people but turns out I knew more about the truck than they did. It's $50- 60k, not buying a blender at Walmart.......I need to know!!! If you looking to buy an F-150 and want an education about what your spending your money on go see Ron Edge. His product knowledge was awesome and his ability to effectively communicate was second to none! A+++++ Ron and Landers Ford

Very helpful staff at Lander's Ford in Benton. After truck shopping for several months, Jonathan James is the only sales person who did as he said he would, which was keeping his eyes open for the specific truck my family was looking for. We had an absolute horrible experience at Superior Dodge in Conway with a salesman by the name of Corey Bealer. Would not only NEVER buy a vehicle from Mr. 'Bealer the Dealer', but unfortunately Superior lost a potential lifelong customer. Highly recommend Landers Ford in Benton and look fwd to doing business with Jonathan for many years to come...

I was there on 12/29/14 for a repair on my Ford Expedition. My check engine light was on and I had a misfire on cylinder on 7. I took it to the Landers Service center to get my coil and spark plug replaced. I ended up getting cylinder 6 coil and spark plug replaced too. The representative, Brandon, explained that I really needed to get all my spark plugs replaced along with the 2 coils but it would be over $900 and that was way too expensive for this service. I ended up paying $543.47 for the 2 spark plugs and 2 coils for cylinder 6 and 7. $257 for parts and $210 for labor. It was more than I expected but I was in a bind and was trying to get my vehicle fixed to get back home to Memphis. I dropped my expedition off at 8:00 am on Monday morning and it was ready at 2:45 on that afternoon. It took longer than I expected but they got it done before closing. Overall, it was an "ok" experience. My dealership in Memphis got a similar job completed much faster a few months ago on 2 different cylinders.

I can honestly say that beyond the shadow of a doubt that our salesperson Bryan was the best salesperson that I have ever had. He was very personal, friendly and seemed to keep our best interest at heart throughout that was a pretty long day. We even shared stories about our children and our lives that made the experience a lot better than just buying a vehicle. During our time together, not only did we buy a vehicle, but I would like to think that we gained a friend or at least someone to do future business with! In a nutshell, he was awesome.

My experience with Everett Ford was overall great. Adam gave timely professional responses to all of my questions and concerns. He tried to ensure that I was going to be happy with my purchase(I am). I would highly recommend asking for him to be your salesman. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because of the service department. Cliff in service is rude and talks down to people and acts like people are unaware of what is going on. Some people just are not meant to deal with the public.

Updated review: I had a lot of complaints to begin with about my experience, but this dealership was lightning fast on addressing my concerns. The original review is below but I have changed my end result. A lot of complaints were just simple things that weren't communicated very well and the dealership was more than willing to help and were very attentive to my concerns. I'm keeping the original review because it was, in fact my original experience. I also think it serves to show just how much ground can be gained back by just trying to help your customers concerns. That being said that, I would go and shop there again. Mistakes are easy to make and and easier to ignore. Even when it came to mistakes that i had just misunderstood, This dealership didn't ignore any mistakes/misunderstandings and seemed willing to face them head up. In retrospect, a much better experience. Original review: When buying a car the little things make a big difference to me. If they matter to you, I would say this isn't going to be your choice dealership. Let me preface this review by saying that that my complaints are probably smaller than most, but to me, they smack of an uncaring and a (potentially) dishonest environment to buy a vehicle. Let's start with the positives of the visit then I'll go into the negatives. Positives: From the outset of dealing with the dealership, I called and talked to a salesman named Zak. Zak was friendly on the phone, seemed eager to have my business, and above all he wasnt pushy. So after talking we Zak, we come to the dealership to look at the Chrysler Town and Country that we had seen online. We walk in, meet Zak, and he directs us to the van. We test drive the van and everything is great. In fact, Zak hasn't pressured us this entire time, which I found refreshing. We go to negotiate the price of the vehicle and trade, and it was thankfully very simple. They told me what they wanted to give me for trade and wanted for the price and I told them what I needed to make it happen. They discussed only once, said they could meet my terms, and we were set to buy a vehicle at the price I wanted and at the trade amount I needed. That was probably the easiest negotiation I've ever done at a dealership. The negatives: Upon sitting down to do the paperwork, I told Zak that I would need one of them to show me how to access the spare. He says that is fine, but somehow neglects to mention that there is no spare until after all the "as is" paperwork is signed. Then,as he hands me the keys, I ask where the second set is. He goes to check, and surprise, no second set. This is on a vehicle that it costs $350, no joke, just to get a copy made. Once again, this is after the paperwork has been signed and nothing can be done. Finally, I ask if they will fill the vehicle up with fuel to which the reply is seriously: " you already got a good deal on the vehicle and we only put 5 gallons in upon a sale." Gas, at this time, was $1.45 a gallon. Meaning that ,at most ,it would have cost them around $15 dollars to fill it up from where it was. After buying an expense this big, $15 dollars in gas was like a slap in the face telling me to never do business there again. Finally, as i was getting ready to leave i asked if the vehicle somehow had a major problem or mechanical issue within the next couple of days, would they do right by me and take care of it, warranty or not. He balked at the proposal, and made it seem like i was asking the moon to expect them to help me out within a couple of days of buying their vehicle. That completely let trust out of my sails. Who doesn't stand by their product for a week, regardless of whether or not it had a warranty? Also, as a personal note to Zak, I have a couple of notes as constructive criticism: 1. Don't ever try to justify not filling up a vehicle with "you got a good deal already" 2. When the sale has been made, come out with me to the vehicle you just sold me and do one final look through. It makes it seem like you care and its a personal touch that buyers will appreciate.

We spent the day with Mr. Tommy Ward and they were able to get my son into a 2016 Impala! My son is 19 and this was his 1st car. He wasn't not treated any differently because of his age and that was greatly appreciated!

Oh, my where should I start. Well, for starters there is only one good thing to come of this place and that's Mr. Al Roseburrow (sorry if misspelled Mr. Al) Great great salesman, outside the rest of the place is horrific that I have dealt with. I didn't see Mr. Al when i came back to buy my 3rd vehicle in 8 months, well, i got seen by a younger guy that didn't know jack, which is understandable as he hasn't been there long, he talked to his supposed manager Patrick Tibbits, this gentleman isn't the problem neither, but he is kin to him unfortunately as he is great himself but there lies the problem, his dad took over, which isn't even whom i was talking to, which considers himself as not working for them, but yet took over like he was? Sound fishy to anyone? Must work there if you are taking over the deal from these two gentleman. Anywho, Don Tibbits, phew arrogant and a liar to get anything sold, not a good way to deal with customers, but ok, i can somewhat let the arrogance slide, as i have unfortunately met this guy before at the Ford store that he doesn't work for either, oddly. Not sure how that works out, anywho, the guy loves to cuss customers, and very unprofessional. That's not the only kicker, get ready to have problems with any car you buy from them, as i see other reviewers are having problems, i bought a car last June/July, it has already had the torque converter, and transmission completely redone, thanks to Everett Chevy, which Penske/Landers sold because they couldn't make money imagine that, anywho, then they sell me a car for my wife we assumed was nice, as it was an 18 model, well they have not honored to fix anything, they want to send me to everett which is fine, as i will not set foot on this property again, unless it is to get a check. Anyways, let's finish up this little shindig, i go to talk to Mr. Al which i saw after the fact was actually working that day, talked to him and the so called used car sales manager, well guess what this clown is kin to Don Tibbits to, guess what his name is, Travis Tibbitts, which happens to comment on all of these reviews, and isn't helpful at all, as he just blew it off when i said something about Don cussing, and being very unprofessional, So lets get to the Pros which are minimal and the Cons (haha): Pros: Al Roseburrow (great salesman) Very professional, and courteous. I shall mention Mr. Patrick Tibbitts as well, as he seemed professional, and courteous, unlike his counterparts. Cons: Dob Tibbitts (very arrogant, unprofessional, loves to cuss customers, and call them liars) Travis Tibbitts, which i'm sure will comment on this so disregard his professionalism or comments. You better buy new if you buy from Landers Ford/Dodge, go somewhere else, and spend a couple hundred over all more and get better service, and sales. I want to give a big thanks to the receptionist as well, which is a very friendly lady. Thanks, to Mr. Al Roseburrow for being a great salesman, and always greeting us, and anyone you come in contact with. I have bought 8 vehicles from this place, but i can tell you one thing, the other reviews are very much correct. I will not set foot on a Penske lot again, research Penske, if you know anything about this place, they are also trying to sell the Dodge place or so i'm told, that says a lot. Considering this is who they have working for them, and in management is a bit scary. I have not talked to the GM as i'm told he is a good person, but not sure anything will be done as i have seen Don working there for a while, as they say they put customers first, apparently not. Most of this review is for the Dodge store, but they are connected, and this Don Tibbitts guy works at the Ford store. If you happen to go to a sales person at either dealership do not i repeat do not go to a Tibbitts unless it's Patrick, or any other sales person. Edit: Employee works for Landers Ford and so happened to be at Landers Dodge, thanks for trying to protect your horrible employee that cost you business.

Just traded in an bought a Chevy Equinox at Landers. Its been 3 years since I've "dealt" with a dealership and wasn't really looking forward to it. But Johnathan James and the rest of the team changed the way I felt about buying a used car, much less trading one! These guys are on top of their game. Johnathan listened to what I needed, didn't try to pressure or sway me, and was very professional and courteous. I LOVED the deal I got and the Equinox is awesome. Great job guys. Ill be coming to see you again when I need my next vehicle!

We found a 2014 Dodge Durango on their website and since we live 4 hours away in Broken Arrow Oklahoma we didn't want to make a 4hr drive and find out the car had issues or wasn't for us. We called and we're put in contact with salesman Danny Maultsby who said it had a few minor scratches (which he sent pictures of) but overall it was in great shape, we made the 4hr trip and it was just what Danny said. We agreed on a price, traded our car and drove the Durango home. A few days later we took it to get the cooling system flushed and found it had transmission fluid mixed in the cooling system. I called Danny, he asked that we take it to the Chrysler dealer to get checked out and keep in touch. We expected a major issue but it was nothing more than the wrong fluid in the wrong tank, $250 to flush and clean the system. I explained this to Danny and my concern about being stuck with the bill. He said get it fixed and Landers would take care of the bill! Wow! Would I deal with Danny again....absolutely! Would I buy from Landers again...absolutely! Being from out of town they could have left me hanging on this at any point along the way but did the right thing and were true to their word all the way through. Thanks Danny and thanks Landers!

I have purchased several vehicles over the past five years or so, but this was the worst experience I have ever had. I waited around for hours to purchase a vehicle that I wanted, then 8pm rolled around and the financial person decided it was time to go home, so they asked if they could just bring me the truck and sign paperwork then. I lived an hour and half away, but regretfully agreed to do this. I waited around and finally the truck arrived. The elderly gentleman had me sign the paperwork. The next day I receive a call from the dealership saying the man did not have me sign everywhere I was suppose to, so I had to drive back to the dealership to sign. Within a week the check engine light came on, the air stopped working and the truck did not want to start three different times. I called and called about this issue, but no one ever called me back like I was told so this issue could get handled. After two days of trying to get a hold of some one to fix the issues I finally talked to the sales manager and had to get ugly with them for anything to get done, but honestly no one acted like they gave a rip. I finally got advised to bring the truck back to the dealership and they would fix it. I took the vehicle on a Friday morning, they gave me a loaner to drive and I came back home, because they said it would be the next week before it was ready. At 5pm on Friday I receive a call stating the vehicle they gave me had been sold and I had to switch vehicles. So at 8pm I finally receive a call from the man bringing the vehicle saying he was almost to my location. I was beyond aggravated. The next morning I spoke with the finance company and luckily they had not funded the money yet, so after speaking with them on all the issues, we both agreed that this vehicle needed to be returned to the dealership and not go any further with the purchasing process. I called the dealership and advised them of this, they said they would call me back. Monday I finally was contacted and advised of three different times they would come pick up the loaner vehicle, so waited around and Tuesday it finally got picked up. I am still waiting on the down payment to be returned to me! I asked about picking it up, or bringing it with the guy to pick up the truck, but no one would say, or return my phone call. This is the worst experience I have ever had! Just horrible all the way around! I would not recommend Landers Ford to anyone! Horrible!

Beware the service department. Brought my F-150 in for overheating and asked Cliff to hook it up to the computer and see if any codes popped up. The next day I get a call that they want to charge $700 to replace a part that I had replaced two weeks prior. I refused service and went to pick up my truck...they charged me 150 bucks to drive my truck 10 miles and then try to steal 550 more from me. The bill didn’t even show where they hooked it up to the computer. They are either incompetent or cheats. Either way don’t bring your car to their service department.

Had my 2013 ford focus worked on here under warranty work. Ended up needing a new clutch. Had it towed up on Friday (memorial weekend), and got it back the following Tuesday. Exceptional service. Very fast and customer oriented. I will definitely be back. With service like this my next vehicle purchase will continue to be Landers Ford in Benton. Great job guys!

Let me just tell you to start with that I love my car. 2012 ford explorer, but that means nothing if you don't have the great sales team that landers ford has. Brian Fitzhugh and James Bryan sold us a car at a great price. When I went looking for a new car ford wasn't on my radar. But that quickly changed when the sales team listened to the details of what I was looking for. Right away the knowledge of this team knew exactly what I needed. They didn't show me a bunch of cars that didn't fit my wish list. The first car they showed me is everything I wanted and more. No nonsense, no trying to up sale, no let's look at this or that. In today's world who has time for that? When we went to sign papers they went out of their way to make sure everything was ready and time efficient. There is no reason for me to ever go anywhere else. This place far surpasses any other dealership I've done business with. They go completely out of their way to satisfy the customer. After the sale we noticed that the key pad on the door didnt work. James fixed it for us at no cost to us. Service after the sale gains repeat customers and this team has done that. On a scale of one to ten this place is an 11. Oh and did I mention I LOVE MY FORD from LANDERS in Benton

I was having problems with my 2017 ford f250. So i took it into the ford dealer in benton hoping they could help me with the problems.. zak mcspadden the service advisor was very knowledgeable about my truck & was able to tell me there was a few things that could cause the problem i was having.. so i left it with him & by the end of the day zak called me & had my truck back to me with no more problems. I recommend zak mcspadden for all your service needs.

This was by far the smoothest car buying experience I have ever had. With our third child on the way, we purchased a new Explorer from them 9 months ago. The transaction went perfectly. Fast forward 9 months and two road trips with three kids and we realized the Explorer just wasn't quite big enough for our family. I paid another visit to Landers Ford and was immediately greeted by a salesman named Zac. I explained the dilema to him and told him I didn't think there was anything they could do since I only had the Explorer for such a short time. Before they ever asked for my information or ran any credit, he brought his GM in to see what ideas he had. The two of them worked to make sure they could get something done for me without costing me a fortune. I ended up trading my 2017 Explorer for a 2017 Expedition EL that was much nicer without raising my payments. Thank you Landers Ford! As long as you have employees like Zac and Mark Burns, I won't shop anywhere else.

Friday 8/19/2016 I purchased a 2011 Ford Fusion from Chase at Landers Ford. It was purchased "As Is - No Warranty" so of course my luck would be to have the blower motor go out Sunday 8/21/2016. I brought it in Monday 8/22/2016 afternoon and was told they couldn't look at it until today 8/23/2016. Frustrated, as I'd driven from Little Rock with no a/c in 90 degree heat, I asked to speak with a manager. Michael and Chase put me in a 2013 Ford Fusion to drive until my car could be diagnosed and repaired, which I am so grateful for. Worried I'd be left with a hefty bill, as the car was under no warranty, I spoke with Michael again after hearing the total. He offered to cover half of the expenses for the repair. I was worried my experience in this purchase would be terrible after this incident but thanks to Michael and Landers, I'm pleased. Thank you for your help. I definitely won't forget my experience working with you all.

I have purchased a number of Ford vehicles in my driving lifetime and this was by far the best experience I have ever had! I think I could have gotten more for my trade in, but the overall experience far outweighed that. I had corresponded through email first and gave my information because I did not want to spend hours in the dealership waiting and waiting. Therefore my paperwork was completed as much as possible before ever arriving at the dealership! I was amazed at the quickness and the fact that my wants were known by a number of people who worked with me. That let me know this was truly a team working together for the benefit of the customer. They were not out just to benefit themselves. The speed my wants were met was a big plus in my eyes! I did not have time to waste and they worked hard to satisfy that request. I had previously owned a 2002, 2005,and 2008 Ford Escape and now I own a 2015 Ford Escape. I am one pleased customer. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, you really should check out Landers Ford; they will do you right and they will do you good!!

I bought a Ford Ranger from this dealership in November of last year (2015). I drove it for a little while and everything seemed fine, but when the weather warmed up I realized the air wasn't working. That is when I realized the truck doesn't have air conditioning. I feel like a stooge. I am a novice at buying cars and I didn't think to ask if it had A/C, but I wish that was something the sales person would have pointed out to me. I wouldn't have purchased it if I had that knowledge. An aftermarket A/C will run me roughly $3000. If that was the only problem I would accept the responsibility, but recently the brakes started locking up. When I took it to the mechanic it turns out that the truck is a total rust bucket (the truck only has 55,000 mi on it). It was someones salt car from Indiana and the fix for the brakes is going to be close to $700. And that will only help until the next thing goes wrong because of the rust. I have a loan on this truck and I have no idea what to do with it now. The mechanic suggested I sell it, but I can't in good conscience sell it to anyone knowing the problems. I'll be paying a loan on this truck for the next 4 years and probably won't be able to drive it much during that time. If you buy here BEWARE. Check the car VERY closely first.

Bought 2 vehicles from this place Was pleased at first as we had "lifetime" free car washes. For the last year we haven't been able to use the wash. It's always closed. I called the manager and left messages but never any response. Pulled up one day any it was open. I pulled up as there was a car in it ahead of me. An employee walked over and shut the door to the wash. I asked what he was doing and he informed me that I wasn't allowed to use it because someone had broken it. Update: I did finally receive my paperwork on 11/2 after purchasing it on 10/4. Addressing the Owner comment below: I have not received any phone calls or emails from Mr. Burns as he has stated. I did receive a voicemail from Rob Edge on 10/30 and was unsuccessful in reaching him 3 times. Original post: I haven't given a 1 star review before so I'm not sure where to start, I'll just describe my experience. I've purchased several vehicles for my family and myself over many years. The negotiation about the new vehicle and trade was pretty normal in my opinion. Once agreed on a deal that is about the end of anything positive. When I picked up the vehicle it was dark and raining so I can't comment on the condition of the exterior. The next morning in daylight I discovered just how dusty the interior was, the windows look like someone had just used a oily rag and smeared all of the windows. Floors looked as if someone had been in it with dirty boots. Also the next morning, less than 10 hours after I picked it up I discovered 2 of the tires had well under 30psi and 2 had well over 40psi. Ford even has documentation warning of the dangers of driving on under or over inflated tires. So i had to adjust the air pressure to the proper amount recommended by Ford. I think this could be a potential safety issue and Ford should put some kind of controls in place with dealerships to insure thier vehicles are given to customers in a safe to drive condition. One thing I would caution others about is paying for the add-on nitrogen filled tires. Less than 10 hours after picking up the vehicle I no longer had pure nitrogen fill tires since I had to add air (that is only 78 percent nitrogen). So i would either bring your own tire gauge to check the tires before you leave or just save the $113.50 and have plain old air put in the tires. I also assumed since I paid $100 for locking lug nuts a "key" would be included to remove them with, but it wasn't. I contacted the salesman twice and he was going to check on it, but never has contacted me back. Guess I'll just let Landers Ford or Ford Roadside Assistance deal with it if I have a flat tire. Lastly I purchased the vehicle 25 days ago and still haven't received the paperwork to get the licensing part done. In Arkansas you have to do it within 30 days. Again another phone call to check on this and again no word back on the paperwork. To sum it up; I feel an almost $50K vehicle should be delivered to the customer clean, in safe condition. Appropriate paperwork should be delivered to the customer in a timely manner. I would tell customers to be very vigilant when purchasing a new vehicle from this dealer.

Changing this review because when it was posted it was still Landers. 5 stars for Everett Ford who worked with us to get my husbands truck. Delbert was amazing and I’m glad he was our salesman. Husband went to get an oil change and was looking at explorers for me. We decided after his experience there today that we will no longer do business with them. We have been shopping around at different dealerships and have gotten multiple different deals offered and the guy at landers my husband talked to (11/5 between 8:30-9:30 am) told him he was a liar and that we in fact did not have these deals offered to us and that they could not do any deals on their explorers. That’s okay, because if you can’t do deals you can’t sell cars and we have been loyal customers to landers ford but will not be back to buy another car from them. Show up ready to buy a car, $7200 ready for a down payment. Adam tells us to not put the cash down but to finance the full price of the vehicle then apply the down payment to the 1st monthly payment. Then after we own the car for 3 months we should come back to the dealership to refinance the vehicle. All of this so the dealership can make more money! On day 1 interest rates were 5% the next day 7%! ***********update********** Contacted GM as requested, nothing less than a deaf ear. Bought a car at diff Ford dealer, test drive, what does it take to make a deal? Got the rebates, gave them a down payment and left with a new Ford Escape. It was that easy! ***My review was deleted*** They obviously dont want anyone to know. But I will keep posting so people know the TRUTH! So I bought a 2006 F250 little less than 2 months ago. Everything was great at first, the sales staff was very friendly and helpful and they worked with me to get me what I wanted. I signed the paper work which included the AS IS document. AS SOON as I get into the truck to leave I try and open the sunroof it would not open. I told them about it, they said were sorry you already signed the paperwork, we have to go by the paper worked signed. I said ok thinking it was minor and I could probably fix it. Here is where it gets bad. Within the first week my cruise control quit working my vents stopped blowing. Discovered the parking brake does not work. Also found my fogs lights do not work. Looked at my batteries and one of them is way too old (which causes problem in these trucks. My power steering pump which also supplies the brakes is shot. The brakes pads are already bad sqeeking like hell. Driving on my super bumpy road to work everyday again within the first week my whole suspension started to show serious signs of wear. Looked underneath the truck and noticed 4 out of 6 body mounts are shot. Everytime I hit a but it feels like an earthquake. JUST WAIT THERES MORE. my engine is having problems half the time I drive it, It runs like complete garbage. Yesterday for no reason I had a tire go bad almost blew up on me so $300 tire and $100 Alignment later and my front end is still looser that an old mack truck. Long story short, with it being a used vehicle I assumed at some point I would have a problem or two but I have maybe put on 2000mi on it and Im looking at THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS to get this truck up and going good again I JUST GAVE THEM $18000 for the truck. For that kind of price tag I assumed the truck was inspected for problems. But based on the condition of my truck I can clearly tell they barely looked at it, they just slapped a sticker on there and passed it on to me. I did recieve a follow up call from my saleman which I though was nice. I told him about all the problems and again he said sorry you signed the as is paperwork there is nothing we can do. I said can you at least look at it and tell me whats wrong with it. he just told me well thats would be shop time and we would have to charge you for that. ARE YOU KIDDING ME I JUST GAVE YOU $18000 and you cant even look at it for free?!?!?!? So if you want a used car or truck that has problems and a customer service thats could care less about you stop by and give Lander Ford in Benton a visit.

I have been raised to admit my faults and make right any wrongs I have commited. I personally owe Johnathon James and Landers Ford an appology. I recently purchased a 2012 Camaro from them and found out later that the air conditioning in the car did not work and several parts were missing from the a.c. unit itself. This is the kind of dealership that makes people afraid to go to dealerships. first of all, we weren't shown the huge dent out of the back plastic piece of the vehicle when we test drove it and said we were interested in buying it. This vehicle is certified, going through 172 point inspection, so it's hard to believe it was missed. If we had bought the vehicle, without noticing that first, we would have been stuck with the repairs ourselves.We insisted on them fixing that for the sale to go through. Second of all, we were told that 3.75% was the lowest percentage we could get. After making a call to another Ford dealership, I was informed Ford has special financing for certified vehicles. When the car salesman came back I asked for him to check again on the financing bc I know there is a lower rate for certified vehicles. Within minutes he came back and said they can do 2.99%. It's hard to believe he didn't know about the financing , and even worse, the financing people didn't let me know. They tried to get away with selling the vehicle to me with a higher interest rate. Third, my wife and I asked if the price of the vehicle could be lowered at all, even by $500. We were told no, our salesman even brought over a manager and explained it was the lowest they could go.The next day , I went to show a co worker the vehicle I bought online and saw the price had been dropped by $1000. Whoever did that didn't know the vehicle had been sold the night before im assuming. I called back and insisted that I be sold the vehicle at that price bc we specifically asked if the price could be lowered and we were told no at the time of the sale the night before. After being at the dealership for over 3 hours I was able to walk out with the keys in hand of the vehicle we bought. Buying a vehicle you are promised a full tank of gas. I followed the salesman to a gas station to gas up, and was only given $30 worth, which didn't even fill up my SUV. So that again was a misconception. Fast forward weeks later, still not getting anything from the bank about payments, I called the bank and the dealership had given them a wrong address. So if I hadn't of called I never would have received any kind of mail from them such as paperwork for payments, and any other important documents. Also, the console of the vehicle had something spilled all inside and was filthy. When I buy a vehicle I expect it to be clean, which is why I didn't check it before buying it and driving home. I didn't figure it was worth the hassle to bringing it back to have them clean. But from now on I'll sure know to check thoroughly before buying. My overall experience with this dealership was horrible and I will never be back . This is what makes people not trust car salesmen or dealerships!And I have paperwork to back up everything I'm saying. Such as the documents showing the previous sales price and interest rate they tried to "stick me with."

We bought a 2013 Ford F-150 king ranch, we gave Robert Edge a check to pay for the truck in full. The week we purchased the truck the sunroof broke. Also they gave us bad keys that hardly work after we drove the vehicle home. Both keys were in bad shape, I called and talked to Mr edge to try and get some kind of help to fix the sunroof, I was basically blown off so I called the service department and basically got the same results. So finally I gave up. It's like once Mr Edge got the check that was it. All we wanted was a lil help and what we went through the first week we got it was enough for me. Everybody at my job asked me where I got the truck and really complemented me on how nice the truck looks. My trade in was really good. Everything else on the truck was good, and it rides good. Just purchased a 2017 fusion. I feel they treated me Farely on my trade in bc alot of other dealers really tried to low ball me. My salesman was Ron blue and he wasn't pushy at all like some can be. Besides the fact it was a raining cats and dogs that day the experience was pretty good. Most time u dread buying a car bc u just know your gonna get a run around. Mr blue was a down to earth guy and felt like someone I could trust and would be straight forward with me. I'm a salesman myself so his approach reminded me alot like my own. Thx ron..

I bought a 2016 Chevrolet truck from Landers Ford they promptly told me when I went back that they did not work on Chevrolet's even know they sold it to me they said they took it down the road to the GMC dealership what should come to find out they did not they lied to me and the gas tank was messed up on it and I asked him for some help and I would not give it to me they went ahead and wrote me up a little letter charged me $140 I have never seen a more phony bogus organization in my life and I've never seen anybody who had called and asked me to change my Google review and I deeply regret that I did I will give them the review. They deserve right now
