They must have kindergartners working in their finance department. They screwed up paperwork on two different cars that we bought within two weeks of each other. When we call about it we never get a return call. They changed finance companies on one of the cars a couple of times after we left the dealership, when we thought everything was finalized. We will never buy another vehicle from ANY Crain dealership again. We will go to Tulsa or Fort Smith if we have to.

The salesmen do not listen to what you want. Ran my credit on a car more expensive than I wanted and messed up my ability to get any car loan at all. I do not recommend then at all

Not happy today. I've had my car there for service before and have had no problems. Today I had problems. The recall I took my car in for was not addressed during the 5 days they had my car. They did my oil change and an engine recall, but not the recall I specifically dropped the car off for. Shelley and Sam were very helpful in addressing my problem when I picked up the car, but I should have already been aware that there is a back order for the recall parts, but the gentleman (Cody) who took my car in did not pay enough attention to what I was telling him when I dropped it off. Hopefully they will correct the issue when the parts come in. Ask for Shelley or Sam when dropping your car off.

They overpromised and under delivered. I was very disappointed in their customer service and how they misled me into believing I could have a purchase (despite stating to them I could purchase it all in cash or some cash and some financed). Beware of this dealership, better to go elsewhere. They also make more inquiries into your credit than is necessary which will reduce your credit score.

Ran my credit score five total times between them and their banking people and got my credit messed up. Very dishonest from the beginning, definitely dont recommend doing business with them, would just be a waste of time and five inquiries into your credit report.

I strongly recommend you consider other auto dealerships when shopping for your next vehicle. I purchased my 2019 Kia Sorento on July 7, 2018. The Crain team associates were very polite and showed excellent customer service when purchasing the vehicle. Terry/Carlos took care of everything in a timely manner. In the next few days the troubles began. My bank had notified me to let me know that Crain had ran my downpayment check twice (once via E-check, then deposited it into the bank). After dealing with that issue, it comes time for us to tag our new vehicle. Only problem-we don’t have a title. After MONTHS of calls, emails, messages, and trips to the store we finally have an answer as to what happened to our title. It had gotten lost in the mail according to Crain staff. In September I received a call from Terry the sales manager assuring me that the problem was being taken care of and I would in no way be responsible for any of the late fees associated with registering my car. By November I still had not received a title, despite multiple inquiries. In December I am notified that it has been “lost” again! Please keep in mind, nobody in the office can provide me a tracking number to even prove that it had been mailed out. Finally, in mid December a third copy has been sent to the Crain store. Upon picking it up I am again reassured that “all late fees are being taken care off”. I successfully tag my vehicle and take yet another trip down to the Crain store to get reimbursed for my late fees like I was promised all along. I walk in to have the general manager finally meet me-this was the first time he has ever made himself available to me with all of these issues going on-and tell me they have to send the receipt to corporate to get a check sent to me. I believe his exact words were “It won’t take long since I am the general manager”. So that brings us to the end of January 2019-no reimbursed late fees, no returned calls from anyone at the store despite multiple attempts to contact. I have resulted in calling Crain Kia of Bentonville to get any information I can. I have made multiple attempts to contact anyone at the corporate office only to leave a message that won’t ever get answered. I know that most of Crain Kia at Fayetteville reviews have been fantastic, which is why I was so excited to purchase from them. This isn’t everyone’s experience with Crain Kia of Fayetteville but it is mine, and I’m hoping you will take that into consideration before purchasing anything from them.

This was by far the WORST deal I have gone through. We purchased a ford edge from them in February, 2019 (weeks before my wife was due to have our first child.) A few weeks after owning the car, we took it back to them due to it pulling to the left. Service called me back saying we had a bent sub-frame. At first they tried blaming it on running over some train tracks. After I pointed out how ridiculous that sounded, only owning the car 2 weeks, Doug agreed to have it fixed under their expense. Fortunately, they did give us a loaner car for the 2 months they had our car. They replaced the sub-frame and lower control arm, in the meantime triggering an airbag. The car had to go to ford to have the clock spring replaced and disable the airbag. We got the car back in April to still find it pulling to the left. We took it back, they mounted and balanced the tires and insisted the alignment machine was "in the green." When we finally got the car back, it is now making a popping sound when turning and is also creaking when coming to a stop or accelerating from a stop. These sounds were not present before. I called and spoke to the new General Manager Tom to hear "I am not covering that. You have put miles on the car after we repaired it. It will be your expense now." We will NEVER be doing business with them again

I have been looking for a new truck for some time and I went to Crain Kia to look at vehicles. When I walked in I was greeted by a guy by the name of Dom (#Domdoescar). He was super friendly really helpful and did not pressure me at all! it's the complete opposite of what I expected from a dealership experience! He made me feel super comfortable and showed me several vehicles. By far the best experience I ever had at a dealership. I'll be going back to Dom at Crain Kia everytime I need to get a car in the future.
