I strongly recommend you consider other auto dealerships when shopping for your next vehicle. I purchased my 2019 Kia Sorento on July 7, 2018. The Crain team associates were very polite and showed excellent customer service when purchasing the vehicle. Terry/Carlos took care of everything in a timely manner. In the next few days the troubles began. My bank had notified me to let me know that Crain had ran my downpayment check twice (once via E-check, then deposited it into the bank). After dealing with that issue, it comes time for us to tag our new vehicle. Only problem-we don’t have a title. After MONTHS of calls, emails, messages, and trips to the store we finally have an answer as to what happened to our title. It had gotten lost in the mail according to Crain staff. In September I received a call from Terry the sales manager assuring me that the problem was being taken care of and I would in no way be responsible for any of the late fees associated with registering my car. By November I still had not received a title, despite multiple inquiries. In December I am notified that it has been “lost” again! Please keep in mind, nobody in the office can provide me a tracking number to even prove that it had been mailed out. Finally, in mid December a third copy has been sent to the Crain store. Upon picking it up I am again reassured that “all late fees are being taken care off”. I successfully tag my vehicle and take yet another trip down to the Crain store to get reimbursed for my late fees like I was promised all along. I walk in to have the general manager finally meet me-this was the first time he has ever made himself available to me with all of these issues going on-and tell me they have to send the receipt to corporate to get a check sent to me. I believe his exact words were “It won’t take long since I am the general manager”. So that brings us to the end of January 2019-no reimbursed late fees, no returned calls from anyone at the store despite multiple attempts to contact. I have resulted in calling Crain Kia of Bentonville to get any information I can. I have made multiple attempts to contact anyone at the corporate office only to leave a message that won’t ever get answered. I know that most of Crain Kia at Fayetteville reviews have been fantastic, which is why I was so excited to purchase from them. This isn’t everyone’s experience with Crain Kia of Fayetteville but it is mine, and I’m hoping you will take that into consideration before purchasing anything from them.
