I was never walked through any of the paperwork, signed for 33,123. Never got any paperwork when I asked for it, they mailed it to me to find out they're charging me an extra 4,000 dollars! Worst car dealership I have ever been to! I called the sales manager to straighten things out and I was blown off! I will never buy a vehicle from a crain dealership again and I will tell everybody to stay away from crain dealerships, especially kia!

First thing I’m told as I walk in the door $115 for diagnostics. Woah there Cowboy, I came here to figure out why my airbag light was on- whether recalled, or not. Then we go on to how I have to front the cost for a diagnostic to even see what’s going on with my car. Can you not look up recalls to see? Finally got that done- there’s one...which might be affecting the light. However, if that’s not what is affecting the light (the recall), I have to pay for a diagnostic, regardless.

My husband and I bought vehicles from crain kia on Monday 1/26. My mom used them and her sales rep was Justin and she referred us to him because he was so awesome. Justin defiantly lived up to my expectations and even more! He was very attentive, respectful and helpful. He made the experience wonderful and fun. Well half way through the procress this sales "manager" came out named Drew to try and bully us into vehicles that we did not want. He came out with a attitude of "If you have this budget that your not willing to move on then you deserve the bottom of the barrel." He brought out this truck that somene had traded in before they had even checked it out to see if it passed their inspection, it had a door handle ripped off scratches all over and stains all in the seats not to mention double the miles on it. He pretty much said this is the only truck your getting on your budget. We refused it and he became even more irritable, the entire time Justin was with is trying to take back over and looked very apologetic. After saying that it was a waist of his time to run the numbers as we had them he did anyways and came back and of course it was approved. We then told him that we would sign papers for my car and then wait to sign on the other truck we wanted after they delivered it here so we could look at it in person and test drive it. He refused saying "I'm not sending my guys somewhere for something that may not even be a sale." We ended up signing it anyways since that was the only option of truck we saw we liked and it worked out to be a good truck but Drew made the entire procress from the time he came out stressful. But going back to Justin he was AMAZING and I could not have asked for a better sales person. In the future we will definitely go back to Justin but we will be asking to make sure either Drew is not working at all or to make sure he stays back away from the customer because he just about caused crain to loose two sales. My kia survey will be perfect scores to reflect Justin!

I purchased a car from this dealership the end of March 2016 and I was very pleased with Justin my sales guy he made the experience very easy and pressure free. I have had amazing service from the service department they go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. All that being said I referred my daughter and her husband to Justin since he was so great during my experience and once again he was AWESOME... however at one point during the negotiation process trying to get a payment they could afford one of the sales managers Drew came out to talk with us and his demeanor is just very rude my daughter and her husband felt like he was pressuring them to buy a vehicle they didn't want and he acted annoyed that we were asking question and that we were trying to consider their budget and what they could afford monthly. He told them they had to sign papers on a vehicle they hadn't even seen or drove if they excepted him to go get it from the Springdale lot that to me was just a ridiculous thing to ask someone to commit to a vehicle they haven't seen or driven. I understand that the dealership has to make money but I know that there is also wiggle room in the price. My daughter and her husband were both able to get the vehicles they wanted in the end but Drew made the experience very uncomfortable and stressful for them because of his demeanor. No one should feel pressured to buy a vehicle or be made to feel like they are stupid or not important just because they are younger and have a lower budget. Each customer should be treated the same if you are buying a $5000.00 vehicle or a $50,000.00 vehicle. The point to this review is this I would 100% recommend this dealership just might want to ask which sales manager is working. Bottom line if you want to buy a car ask for Justin if you want great service in the service department ask for Andrew honestly all the people in the service department are very nice.

A month ago, I bought a 2012 F150 truck from Crain Kia in Conway. It was by far the best buying experience I have ever had. Brandon Peck was my salesman. Super nice low pressure guy. I highly recommend asking for him.After a month of going over the truck with a fine tooth comb I'm thrilled with it. they gave me the best price, highest trade in value, and I ave a warranty via Crain. I bought 2 souls and referred another person who bought a vehicle. Jon Turner stated that I would get 2 $200 referrals. This was in November 2015. It is now February 20, 2016. I have tried texting and calling the sales person, Jon Turner, and I am completely ignored. Very bad for business!! Will not be a repeat customer at this dealer. If they lie like that, be wary of their practices. I am filing a complaint with the BBB! Not only that but the price of my first Kia turned out to be higher by several thousands than I was originally quoted!!!! Found that out when I paid the taxes, shame on me for trusting people!

Whoa! What the heck is going on at Crain KIA? Not evaluating sales but service. Primary the phone... the phone that customers use to call you. IMPOSSIBLE to contact anyone. Last week and today, Crain KIA kicks me around the telephone circuit UNTIL I get someone's voice mail. Trying to make a simple oil change appointment has become this maddening adventure. Guys, you need to get the phone system process working. It is extremely frustrating. Try calling Superior Dodge, they answer and schedule the customer's appt. They actually sound happy YOU CALLED. For Crain KIA, I get the feeling (from the tone of the voice) that I am totally disrupting their day. One lady said "You just called"... yeah, because you sent me to voice mail. I am a person that gives very few ONE STARS, but Crain KIA of Conway deserves ZERO Stars in their Service Scheduling and overall PHONE CONTACT.

This dealership and staff saved my life. A few months back driving across country from California to Philadelphia my car broke down. The staff was so helpful; they even put me in a free rental car as we waited for my part arrive the following day. These guys went above and beyond to get me back on the road!! I wish all Kia dealerships were like this.

Straight forward and fair deal with the car's price. However, they then made us wait around the store for three hours before heavily strong-arming us into an extended warranty. This was not appreciated. We also received a bunch of free oil change vouchers, but when I tried to schedule an oil change on a Wednesdsy morning, I could not get an appointment until late Friday afternoon. How long does an oil change take for pity's sake? I'd say you can do business here, but when negotiating at the outset tell them "no extended warranties and no three hour waits." Also, unless you have a very flexible schedule, oil and/or service vouchers may be effectively useless.

1-2-18 I'm NOT happy with the telephone operator. I was checking to see if Crain offered rental cars, since my car, (which I had purchased at that location) was involved in a collision. I told the operator this, and she said, "Yes, Ma'am I'll connect you to so and so." She transferred me to an answering machine to leave a message, which I did. After waiting half an hour, I called back and the same girl answered my call once again. I said that I was STILL hoping to have my question answered, and without a word I was sent back to the answering machine. I immediately called her back and I said," You know, it's not polite to just transfer people without telling them who you're sending them to, and why. I had been about to ask for Sales." She said, " Well, so and so handles loaner cars for people whose cars are in our shop, but we don't rent or loan cars for other businesses. " I said, "That was my QUESTION in the first place! Why didn't you just tell me that to begin with?" She said, "Oh, sorry. Have a nice day." Poor customer service, if you ask me!

On June 11, 2018 was my son 18th birthday. He was talking with a salesman that morning regarding a 2015 Mustang GT 5.0. so we went to Greers Ferry Lake for two hours and went boating that is what son wanted to do for his birthday, after two hours on the lake we went and drove one hour and thirty minutes to crain chevrolet (crain was not capitalized for a reason). We met the salesman my son been talking to and he gave the key to him to test drive. So the salesman needed to see the trade-in which was a 2014 black on black mustang in awesome condition we did not have the 2014 with us. My son asked the salesman if he would move the 2015 Mustang GT to the back of dealership so no one else would buy it. So, on June 12, 2018 my son left after work 2:30pm to get the car appraised at crain chevy in Little Rock AR. Two hours and twenty minutes drive, they gave him a price on the 2014 Mustang. Then my son had to drive back two hours and twenty minutes home, he arrived at home about 9:30pm. On June 13, 2018, crain chevy faxed the banker the price of the 2015 Mustang GT, so my son can bring the check to buy the 2015 Mustang GT in Little Rock, AR from crain chevy that day. Then my son getS a phone call stating that they sold the 2015 Black Mustang GT to another customer. The crain salesman and manager knew that my son wanted the car and my son had a check with full amount in hand to bring it to crain chevy on June 13.2018. No one told us on June 11,2018 or June 12,2018 that we needed to put a deposit on the car to be held. NO ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. IT IS APPARENT THAT crain dealership DID NOT THINK THAT A EIGHTEEN YEAR MAN CAN BUY A CAR AFTER BEING THERE TWICE. ACCORDING TO THE OTHER GOOGLE REVIEWS crain DOES NOT TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS LIKE PROFESSIONALS. WE WILL NOT GET A SINGLE CAR FROM crain ON HOW THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS. THANKS FOR RUIN HIS BIRTHDAY BECAUSE HIS HEART WAS SET ON GETTING THAT CAR EVEN THOUGH THE PAINT HAD A LOT OF CHIPS AND THE SALESMAN STATED THE CHIPS WERE ACCOUNTED IN THE PRICE. I've had them before and were great however I got a new Optima and a 30000 mile maintenance plan and never recieved the booklet, but told me I was still in the system but after the second oil change they just took me off instead of trying to give the voucher booklet and still haven't made it right. It's been almost a year since and I love Kia but I think this is that last one I will ever buy from them.

We moved from Washington state recently, and came to Crain KIA for oil change on our Sorento. We were greeted immediately by service tech and offered coffee and DONUTS and water as we waited. We love Performance Kia in Everett WA, and so pleased to find Crain here. Do yourself a favor and don't buy from Crain... Salesman are liars. Because of them my new car has nearly 400 extra miles on it and they put me out $200 on tax and title that was SUPPOSED to be included in the loan! I will never recommend their dealership. They also promised me that my trade in would be secure! But the saleman went through it and stole the title out of it!

Shown a new black Kia Optima with special price. Crain Kia mgr. said he would pay off my car. So paperwork came back $3000 over what was quoted. Looking at details, payoff of my car was added back in and price quoted was not correct. When I questioned about price, was told the black car we had decided on and drove was not the special. Told we could buy a red car for the special price. We didn’t want a red car. Mgr walked us out to show us the red car and it was dead. I feel they were very dishonest with us and I let them know it. We went to the Little Rock dealership and bought a new black Kia Optima with more options at the price they advertised and were treated unbelievably well.

I will NEVER go to Crain Kia Ever again. My husband and I bought two cars from them. The first few days after everything had been finalized or at least they lead on that it everything was done and we had gotten the banks approval on BOTH cars. Three weeks later I get a call asking for more information just out of no where! Stuff they already been given that they misplaced! My husbands car headlight was out (that we paid out of pocket to fix) the passenger side window didn't work and they did a piss poor job at cleaning it everything was sticky! ON top of that the car that I traded they still haven't paid off the debt on which meant the lender took $400 out of our account because they didn't do there part. But they made sure they locked us in with signing all the forms! Very under handed! If you do choose to buy from them I'd watch you back... They are good at ripping people off. I wouldn't NEVER recommend it though. I'm still getting in touch with Mangers. It has not been a pleasant purchase.

I have bought multiple vehicles from this dealership. However, I will never purchase another at this location. During my last purchase of a brand new Stinger I was given oil change vouchers for service maintenance. After driving 40 minutes today we showed up at the dealership to be told they no longer accept vouchers. Considering they were given as part of our purchase I believe this is a poor business practice on their part. I do not trust a dealership that cannot stick to their side of the agreement... After contacting a few individuals at the dealership with no luck I finally spoke with Mrs. Lesia Morrison. She was very helpful and was able to find a remedy to the situation. I had a very minor issue with my brand new Kia Optima that I purchased. I can definitely say the service department, Josh Meadows, Teddy Crouch, and Brian Gregg went above and beyond to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. I can be very indecisive when it comes to purchasing a car, but I can say this is the first dealership I've been to where I didn't leave with employees ticked off at me for all the questions and requests made. Took my Kia Soul in for some problems it was having, they had the car for 3 days and couldn’t find an issue until we went to pick it up. Left the car for the remainder of the weekend, went back to get the car and was told the problem might not even be completely fixed. Then when I got to my car, it was filthy. Spent $400 on repairs and they didn’t even run my car through a wash or vacuum it at all. The customer service representative and sales team were fantastic, but not impressed with the service department.

The folks in parts and service are the best. I spoke to Garry on Saturday about getting a replacement key for my daughter's Optima. Garry had the key fob shipped from Dallas. I called him on Tuesday, they had the key and fob assembled by the time my daughter got there, and programmed the key quickly. They even washed her car, aired up a low tire, and fixed her old key that wasn't working properly. We didn't buy this car from Crain, but we will definitely shop there the next time we buy a vehicle.

A tale of 2 dealerships. My wife and I used Presidents Day weekend for some car shopping, not finding anything in our hometown, we drove to Conway since they have more options. The first dealership we went to (name omitted) was just impossible to look at. The cars were packed in like sardines and even if you wanted to look at a car, there was no way to get in to it as there were literally only inches between cars. We had a list of cars we wanted to look at so we just went to the next stop on our list, which was Crain Kia. We noticed real quick that the lot was better so we parked and before we could shut our doors, Jason was there asking to help. We told him what we wanted and, long story shorter, we didn't have to go to the next lot on the list. We bought our 2017 Sportage on the spot, the finance officer was efficient and answered our questions and helped to make it a pleasant experience. While time will tell as far as any future needs arise, if it goes like day 1, I'm betting it will be just as pleasant. Thank you for a pleasant car buying experience.

First off, I did a trade for a used SUV from these slimebags back in April of 2015 and got utterly ripped off to the tune of about $11,000.00 and a new set of tires to boot. Nothing I can do about it, I was dumb and naive, you live and learn though the practice is utterly despicable and does not excuse their predatory behavior in the least. But that’s not why I’m leaving this review. You see, ever since I’ve bought that SUV, this dealership has called me once or twice a week without fail. Sometimes multiple times a day. Sometimes it’s a real person. Sometimes it’s a robot. Sometimes it’s a “You have service due on your vehicle” call. Sometimes it’s a scummy warranty extension scam. And no matter how many times I’ve asked them to stop calling me, how many “managers” I’ve spoken to, how many times I’ve blocked their number, they refuse to stop. I don’t even live in the State of Arkansas anymore, and I’ve told them that, and they still won’t stop calling. The woman I spoke to this morning (after she called back immediately when I declined the call) flatout told me that they “wouldn’t be able to remove me from their list” though she couldn’t tell me why exactly. Well, I’m pretty sure that qualifies as harassment, and I’m also pretty sure that the FTC will be interested in why. Along with the years of documented, unwanted calls on my phone records.

I've had excellent service dealings with this dealership on our 2013 Sorento. They have honored warranty work without debate, addressed any and all recalls and have a wash bay so after your vehicle is serviced it will look good as well. They have been flexible with appointment times, all the same it is best to honor their time although I have had rare occasions where they have worked me in. Their wait area has free wifi, free coffee or water, confectionaries, vending machine, restroom, and comfortable places to wait. They even have a bay window if you wish to watch the service on your vehicle. That's rare these days. See James if you are in the marker for a vehicle. He is very professional and patient and knows just about as much as you can know about their product line.
