I went there and had a very bad experience after I picked a car i liked we went in and they checked my credit came back and said we had the car I got excited then about 2 hours later said sorry we tried but can't get you approved so we went home a few days later I got a call from Jeremy Hess at superior Hyundai in Conway he said I should come see he so we went there a few days later think here we go again with a bad experience but he talked with us about everything that was going on didn't just leave us setting there got us approvaled for a car we liked so if you need a car go see him you will love it

My mother in law purchased a vehicle from them on December 16, 2017. Nine days after the purchase of this suppose to be great car 2009 Hyundai Sonata went down. This car dealership was no help to her what so ever she had to buy her own parts and paid for the labor out of pocket. On January 20, 2018 I myself called because she still hasn't received the paper work to go get her tags. Come to find out they still haven't received the title on this vehicle that she purchased. Not only that she didn't even get to pick out the vehicle, it was picked out before we got to the dealership, and she's a senior citizen. She was straight black balled!!!!! Also on this day they said they dropped her another set of temp tags in the mail. Still haven't received them.

After speaking with the general manager of Crain Hyundai, and him telling me to bring in the vehicle, Service, told my wife there is no recall on her 2011 Hyundai Sonata for a steering problem that has the potential to cause her to have no steering and crash. but the NHTSC has a recall from Hyundai TSB# 10--1-32-1. WE WILL NEVER purchase another vehicle from any Crain organization. To start with, CRAIN KIA, agreed to our trade in value for the vehicle we traded. but added $3000 additional into our contract that they agreed to take care of. Therefor raising the cost of our vehicle to $25,000 (we purchased it in 2012) used as a demo. they didn't check any of the required TSB bulletins that were sent out for the car. I suggest you stick to other dealerships with better cars!!!!

I bought my Tuscon used from somewhere else, but I have used them a few times now for service. The staff is always very nice to me! My last service advisor was Phillip and he was great. They had to wait for a part to come in but my car was ready the very next day. They even washed my car afterward which was nice, I almost didn't recognize my car!

GO TO CHRIS SCHAMBER he's a sales consultant. he did a wonderful job people he gave awesome advice and a great deal plus showed us how to work our new car!!!! my car was the Santa fe 2013 sport.. I never had service like this my dad loved him so much that my dad is a Russell Chevy fan and now he's a Crain Hyundai fan too bc of him. and check it out :)))))))! still happy about it. also DO NOT GO TO LANDERS TOYOTA in LR UGH they lied to us and gave us a bad deal and wasn't really giving us good service too but I hope you liked my review its totally legit!!!

Extremely unhappy. I purchased a vehicle from Tank. He was a great salesman. I was promised that the squeaky breaks would be fixed and the few spots of chipped paint would be touched up. I brought the car in the following Wednesday like I was told to do. The breaks were not fixed. They were squeaking worse than before. I contatced the service department and spoke with Mike. He was unwilling to resolve the issue at first, but finally said he would approve replacing the break pads which shouold have been done to begin with. When I took the car to get the breaks fixed the second time, the front bumper somehow got scratched. Not just one, numerous scratches that were very noticable. They were not there prior to brigning the vehicle in. I called and spoke with Mike again. He was extremely rude and told me it wasn't his problem and he would have a sales manager call me. I was never called by anyone, so I called and asked to speak with a sales manager myself. Roderick finally agreed to resolve the issue. I was told to come in Thursday, July5th. My husband brought the car by on that day and Adam treated him like an idiot saying they told us to bring it in the following Wednesday. After filing a BBB complaint, I was contacted by the General Manager, David. He was beyond rude. He basically told me he was not going to resolve the issue and hung up on me. I filed another complaint with the BBB after this phone call. A couple of days later I was contacted by Tank, the car salesman. He told me to bring the car in and it would be fixed. Finally, they were true to their word. It should not have taken 2 BBB complaints and numerous phone calls to Crain to try and settle this issue. This process has been extremely frustating. I have 2 small children and have sat there while they were "repairing" my vehicle for over 7 and a half hour total. I wouldn't have never been there the second time if they had done their job the first time. Not happy and will not be purchasing from again nor recommending Crain Hyundai to anyone!

Pathetic. Couldn't fix an electrical problem on my Hyundai, had my car for six weeks. Joe's Garage fixed it in 3 hours. Inexperienced mechanics, incompetent staff.

12:30-3:30 wait for a oil change and a tire leak check. Checked wrong tire, then had to check the correct tire after all the waiting. No repairs were made. Now is low again at 6:15. Called at 10:30 to make an appointment. I was told they would call me back after I gave them my name and phone number. No call. So I went up there to have the services done. Very Disappointed... I should've taken the extra time to drive somewhere else.

This was an amazing car buying experience for myself and my husband. We had been to a different car dealership the day before and the sales person was not helpful to us. He kept trying to get us in a brand new car and high payments after we repeatedly told him we wanted a used car and what our payment could max out on .Needless to say we took our business to crain Hyundai and we are so glad we did. Our sales lady LaTanya was amazing we test drove so many different vehicles and she never once got frustrated or annoyed with us and she was so friendly and down to earth and never pushed us into anything. The entire staff great and very hard working to get us into the car we really wanted. Thank you team crain Hyundai for your kindness and willingness to help. During a previous trip to Crane Hyundai to replace a headlight, one of the service guys asked me why I don't get my oil changed at the dealership. I explained to him that I liked to go to DJ's up the road because they were personable, affordable, and most of all QUICK because that's what oil changes should be. I also told him that I feel as though the oil changes up the road were good quality and I had never had any problems. He basically asked me to give the dealership a chance and gave me a card for a free oil change. Flash forward 3 months and I decided to cash in that oil change. I made an appointment for 4 o'clock and showed up on time. I then sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes as my car sat in the same spot I left it. It finally got taken back for service. I then sat another 45 minutes in the waiting room without a word from anyone (it had now been 1.5 hours since my appointment time). I went and found the service manager to figure out what was going on and he only then informed me that there was a recall and it would likely be another 20+ minutes. While I understand that recalls are out of their hands, I would have appreciated a heads up that it was going to take longer than I had anticipated, rather than being in the dark to it until I took it upon myself to ask around. When it was all said and done, I was at the dealership for almost 2 hours! So, thanks for the free oil change, but I will continue to go up the road where an appointment actually means something and oil changes are quick and efficient and will only go to the dealership when necessary for recalls.

I dont know about the buying experience but the service department is just adolescents running the computers lacking knowledge or confidence just pure disappointment with everything and they do not do what they say they are going to do and they dont care about your experience it is plain to see on the faces and actions of these teenagers

Beware! I took my car in for 60k service and to fix a rattling passenger seat/sunroof and 24 hours later all they had complete was my 60k service. The service manager Ben is a joke. He said it would take another 2 hours (over the 24) for him to even give me a time estimate on fixing the rattling. He doesn't value people's issues. Save yourself the experience and go to little rock. Crain is great..just not NLR. I will say my car runs better so it was serviced well and Amy was nice.

Service Department I purchased my Sonata in May 2005 in Philadelphia, PA, moved to Henderson, NV in September 2005 and to Jacksonville, AR in November 2006. I have been driving for over 30 years and always take my cars to the dealers to get any work done, except windshield wipers. Crain is the FIRST dealership that I did NOT HAVE TO RETURN TO BECAUSE OF WORK NOT BEING DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME! I have been bringing my car here since November 2006 and as of right now, have over 140,000 miles on it and it runs like a charm. Adrian, the Service Advisor, I have found to be most helpful and courteous at all times. They never tell you that unnecessary work has to be done on your car, to boost the bill. My son purchased a new car from them in July 2012. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP FOR SALES AND SERVICE TO ANYBODY AND EVERYBODY!!!!

I purchased a 2013 Hyundai Elantra 9 days ago. I had to take it in for service because the brakes made a loud grinding noise. I found out when I came in for this service that there was a recall on the vehicle as well. Now mind you, the salesman never took me to see the vehicle that I originally wanted to see but lead me more towards the one I purchased. Stating there is a 150 point inspection on all used vehicles. HMMMM..... and they didn't catch the fact that there was a recall and it needed new rotors? I was approached as soon as I sat in the waiting room by a gentleman trying to get me to trade my car. Once he found out I just purchased he said he would let my salesman know I was there because they like to come visit their clients. He never came over to speak to me. This made me feel like once he made the sale he could care less about any issues. On top of that, I only received one key to my car. After several unsuccessful attempts at local hardware shops to have another key made I stopped in to see if they could make one for me. They wanted to charge me $30 for a key. This is not a chip key or a remote head key, it is just a plain old key. I found this ridiculous! Generally most dealerships will give you two keys to a used car when you purchase, especially if it isn't a chip key.

Do not trust these guys. They will try to sell you everything they can possibly find and then they'll do the work wrong so you have to come back and they can sell you more. And on top of it you'll set an appointment and I'll keep you sitting there for two to four hours for something as basic as an oil change

Went in for oil change today,set a 7am appointment on there website.arrived at 650am first one there.checked in at 7 and my car sat till 738 before they even moved it first vehicle in line.i had a coupon for a free car wash they had sent me from a previous visit for oil change.they returned my car unwashed thanks i will not return to this dealership for any further services

This was the most haggle free experience I've had buying a vehicle. I live 100 miles away, called ahead and they had the car and paper work ready when I got there. The internet sale guys, Bryan, Torin and Antonio we're great....above and beyond. Robert in finance was great, kept it simple with upfront explanations, Thanks. Made an appointment for oil change and road trip check. Arrived on time and everything went smoothly. Service team member was pleasant and knowledgeable and suggested what I needed for small issues my Elantra had. The only complaint I have is that the associate didn't call me when work was completed. I had to call to find out if it was finished but, it didn't take as long as I had expected and my car is running smoothly. Happy Camper!

This reviews the Hyundai Service Department. Got a nail stuck in my back tire 8:30 PM and I called and left a message asking for their earliest service. The service department manager, Tommy, called me at 7 AM to say they would have a tech there at 7:30 AM. I arrived at 7:40 and they took care of my tire and had me out of there in less than 30 minutes. I spoke with three techs and the cashier, and everybody was friendly, courteous, and helpful. I have always received good or excellent service at Hyundai dealerships, and this dealership's service department continues that trend.

I took my car in because my transmission was acting up. All of the advisors were so nice, they talked to me in a friendly manor, didn't treat me like I was just another opportunity for a sale, which was nice. Unbelievable! In short I had a recall on my car for a possible catastrophic engine failure. I took the car in they said it's not making a noise so we can't do anything about it. A couple months later the engine started knocking and so I took it in and they told me I had no recall and they wouldnt fix the car. The employee then proceeded to lie about my ability to call Hyundai or show proof from the government of the recall. So I called Hyundai home office and come to find out the people at Crain put in the system that the work was performed and they didn't even look at the car. After waiting 3 months to fix the engine my a/c didn't work. I mentioned it to an employee and he said condescendingly "let me guess it worked when you brought it to us" I said yes he then threw his hands in the air and angrily informed me that "of course it did there's no way it didn't work before, it seems to be the theme of the day!!!". They have been nothing but rude, unpleasant and condescending to me and my fiancé and lying to us.

Had a problem with my check engine light on, I came in to the service drive thinking they would just push me to the side. they treated it with urgency though, and made me feel less insecure about it! I ended up having to get a little bit of work done, the manager worked with me on price and gave me the best deal, and overall, they just took care of me. I would not advise anyone do their business at Crain Hyundai in NLR. I took my 2015 Hyundai Sonata 2.0T in as it was lacking power and it seemed the turbo had an issue. They had it for a week and told me it was all good to go after replacing a hose. Even after being assured the issue was resolved, it turns out it was not fixed whatsoever. I was still having the same issue. I bring it back the same day, and tell them I need it back within 5 days as I'm taking it to NY permanently, to which the service advisor agreed and even wrote on the service forms. I get a call days later stating there was an issue with my warranty (something I have cleared up with them months prior... and also strange it came up even though they did work to it just days ago) and they couldn't touch the car until they got an approval. Needless to say, I was given the run around and the staff there are nothing but lazy and incompetent. I had to pick my car up, after being without it for two weeks, with the same issues and had to drive it to NY like that. I get up to NY and bring it to my Hyundai dealer here today (27 Dec @ 1030). I get called into the service area and am told by 1045 that there was a broken rod in my turbo and that a new turbo was on order and will be next day delivered and replaced. Funny how little time it took this other dealer to diagnose and fix an issue. Again, I advise anyone and everyone to not buy a car, nor get their vehicle serviced at Crain Hyundai in NLR, Arkansas.

Purchased 2013 Hyundai Sante Fe Nov 18, 2012. I was told that I would get my documentation papers in the mail in a few days. As of Dec 18, 2013 I still had not gotten my paperwork. I went to the dealership and spoke with the finance manager and he said that the paperwork had been mailed to me. I told him I never received it and that he needed to do whatever was necessary to get me the paperwork ASAP so that I could get the car registered and licensed. I was told that they would start work on a duplicate title and that I should get it soon. Jan 18 I went back and the paperwork still had not been received. I asked for another temp vehicle license and was told that my paperwork would be in by Feb 8. Here it is Feb 13 and I still have not gotten my paperwork. I have filed a formal complaint with the AR State Attorney General and they are supposedly investigating the complaint. I will file a complaint today with the Better Business Bureau. Car is good, no complaint, salesman good, no complaint, but office staff and management have caused me a lot of trouble and grief.

Purchased a certified, inspected vehicle from Crain. Low mileage and fairly late model. Within 6 months, engine suffered catastrophic failure. Crain said warranty would not be honored because of my failure to maintain the engine although I had changed oil, etc. They said that there was sludge and metal shavings found in the oil pan. Cost for new engine - around 9,000.00 dollars. I pointed out that there was no way that, in my 6 months of ownership, neglect on my part could cause that kind of damage and that they should re-evaluate their obligation to honor the warranty. They ultimately admit fault and a new engine would be installed. Fine. Repairs completed and go to retrieve car. Rather than a new engine, ended up with remanufactured block. This was not disclosed at onset. Furthermore, they would have charged me 9k for a used and refurbished engine. Finally, I have to have 20 min inspection every 5k miles. I live 45 minutes from this place and always have performed my own maintenance. Now I have to jump through this idiotic hoop to keep vehicle under warranty. I will not be buying another vehicle from Crain.

Purchased a slightly used 2017 vehicle, was given $500 for my trade in and also gave them $2500.00 in cash. The vehicle I purchased is very nice; but sadly I was told a few lies about the vehicle. I asked if the vehicle had been smoked in and was told no. This was not true because after the scent they used in the car wore off cigarette smoke can clearly be smelled. I verified my suspicions by giving the inside of the car a very good cleaning and guess what, smoke residue discovered in all the hard to clean areas. Moreover when I looked over the paperwork I quickly discovered over $3000 in fees and charges, so not only do I have to pay the interest on the loan; but I also got to pay for the pleasure of being able to pay that interest and to have the dealership do the financing. If you buy a new or used car NEVER let the dealership handle the financing for you, they will rob you blind. I will pay for this vehicle as quickly as I am able and that way not give them the interest and I will never be foolish enough again to get financing through the dealership, lesson learned. I purchased the vehicle for my wife, I don't see well enough to drive so have no drivers licence. I had called my local US. Bank and asked about financing and was quoted a very good interest rate as I have good credit. I mentioned this fact to their finance guy and he said U.S. Bank wouldn't finance a vehicle for me because I do not have a drivers licence. Oddly enough I received a credit alert that shows two hard pulls of my credit information by U.S. Bank on the day I purchased the vehicle. I have called U.S. Bank and spoken with three people one from my local bank and two from U.S. Bank Corporate, they have all informed me that what I was told was not true and I could have gotten financing through U.S. Bank. Once again lesson learned NEVER let the dealership handle the financing because they will not be truthful with you. I just got my car back from Crain Hyundai today, it had been there a week to allow them to repair a chip in the windshield and a few minor paint scratched on the hood. I have to say I am very disappointed in the quality, or lack there of, of the repairs done to my car. instead of repairing the paint scratches they somehow managed to put a very small dent in the hood where the worst of the scratches are. The scratches are still there I can still see primer and now I have a small dent . I have pictures both before and after, and somehow they managed to damage the car not repair it. I will never take my car back to them for any sort of service, they are utterly incompetent and untrustworthy and I can not recommend them to anyone.

My wife bought a car here, paying cash for the full amount. When we went to purchase they had switched out the cars and sold her a different one with more mileage on it. By the time we got at home within a week it was squealing on the left front quill. My wife took it in and they gave her the little lady treatment, telling her it was just brake dust and sending her on her way. The very next day the wheel was squealing again. We now have it over there for the second time and they've decided to keep it overnight because they can't reproduce the squeal, even though we showed them a video where you can clearly hear it. I'm guessing crane doesn't care once they've got your money.

Just traded my 7 year old Elantra for a 2017 Elantra Limited. The Limited is a dream to drive, and it's hard to imagine the contrast between the two cars. I bought the 2017 mainly for its new safety features, like Smart Cruise, Lane Keep Assist, Backup Camera, Rear Cross-traffic and Blind Spot Alerts, but now I'm spoiled to the creature comforts. Knowledgeable and courteous salesmen, Josh Mize and Antonio Shawders were a great help. In closing, I'd say my 2010 Elantra was great, just a step up from base model, which had always been my style. But if you're ready to pamper yourself, be sure to look at the new Elantra Limiteds!

I'm currently waiting for more than an hour for "the only service consultant in today" to return my call after being hung up on twice! If this is the way they treat customers I see a law suit coming. I expect them to honor the warranty they overpriced me for!

Talked to a young man over the phone about a Toyota Camry that was at another site. Was told to come on to this site and they would have the car there. Once I got there the car was not there and the young man said he would have it on the way asap. After 2 hours of waiting, writing down my information, and having to look at other random vehicles that he would pull up for me, I finally asked where the Camry was once again. He replied "Oh I can get it heading this way in just a minute." I asked what happened to the 3 hours ago on the telephone and the 2 hours ago when I first got here?? What a waste of time... I have never been treated better by any car salesman than I was treated here. The GSM as well as the salesman named Joshua took amazing care of me, as well as found the perfect car for me. Bought a car after not planning to, had then agree to tint two cars as part of the deal. Drove down to the dealership after work arriving around 9am. I was given a loaner car and told it would be done by 130. 530 comes around, I've now been awake for over 24 hours and finally told that nothing had been done to my car and they couldn't do anything until the following Monday. Eventually got the cars tinted and it looks good but was definitely a frustrating situation and the lack of communication was appalling.

To be quite honest my experience at this dealership was not pleasant and the only reason we came to you guys was because my husband bought a car from your Crain Hyundai dealership in NWA and the customer service and delivery was superior. We thought we would get the same experience and boy was we wrong. When we came to buy this car we spent over 10 hours at the dealership from open to close to just be given the run around. The first part of the morning my husband spent the morning at the dealership to have one car sold from under him, and then having to waste hours at the Crain dealership in Conway to just be told that the current car we have now was not even at the lot, after it was told that it was. After all the run we found out that the Acadia was at the little rock lot, so more hours was spent going to get this car. When the car was finally brought to the NLR lot it was nasty and was told that the car would be service and clean up before delivery. It was so late after we signed the paperwork we had to wait until tomorrow to pick up the car and pay the down payment. So my husband goes to the dealership the next day to take care of the rest of the stuff, but before coming to the dealership, he explain to the salesman that he needed to have everything ready to go because he had to work and didn't have time to sit around again after 10 longs hours the day before. Well that wasn't done so he was almost late for work and the down payment was being paid by my uncle, which was explained the night before. 45 mins of his time was wasted for something that would of took just 5 mins to get the down payment taken care of, but he was to lied often and made of excuses instead of just telling him, he couldn't leave until the down payment was paid, so we called my uncle and got that taken care. My husband was in a hurry so once he got the car home, the car had not been clean property and the car had not been service. Several things was explain to the salesman that needed to be done before paperwork was sign. After all this we was fed up so we put a call out to the GM, and got in contact with him. He just made excuses and beat around the bush. What a real leader would of done is say Ms. Fouts, im sorry this happen to you, this is not how we do business and we want to make this right. We will take care of all these issues because we want your repeating business, but as we know this was not the case. After, all the excuses we just didn't want to deal with this dealership anymore so we asked them to just take care of the middle seat belt, because this is a safety issue. We put a lot of money down on this Suv and our time and money should be worth the same for somebody that comes in with perfect credit.

I definitely do not recommend anyone to purchase from them. Because of them, People end up with multiple hard inquiries on their credit report. They are crooks. And low and behold, You finally are approved for financing through Hyundai. If I had it to do over again, I would run far from them. Also there repairs for pre existing damages of your car seats are sub standard. Also there repairs of paint scratches are horrible! You end up with more scratches than you had when you sent it in for repairs to the paint job! People are rude there and don’t care about you after you sign the contracts!

Then I talk to the "boss" and he basic was rude to me about everything saying that I should have bought the other warranty. Which I did do that so I recommend going to a different dealership.

The mechanics are lazy and do not pay attention to the type the oil the vehicle specifies. Leaving the parking lot and the tire sensor light comes on so they do not check the tire pressure either. Ken Palmer service manager seemed to not have a care in the world when I told him the wrong oil was used the past two service visits. I will never bother taking my car back to this dealership even it it means I lose my power train warranty. I know my car will be in better hands of my trusted mechanic then Crain' s mechanics. Would highly recommending sending all mechanics and service manager back to school or just start the entire service department over from sctratch.

Service department doesn’t answer the phone usually when I call them the first time, and obviously has no master mechanics in the department because they have to make phone callls to get a walk through on how to do a fuel pressure test, 10/10 do not recommend taking your Hyundai here unless under warranty. Be careful when visiting the service center. The employees have integrity issues. I have had numerous problems while dealing with this bunch and I don’t think I can take anymore. Here are issues you should be aware of especially if you know little about technical mechanical information concerning your car: • I have had numerous instances where they said they did work but did not, including checking lights, hoses, and oil changes. • They had a mishap with my car, kept it for two weeks, then charged me for an oil change that they did not perform. • I know a person who told me that there was not enough oil in his wife’s car right after receiving an oil change here. • They have lied to me on numerous occasions about several different issues with my car • The most serious was the service girl Miranda (hateful and vindictive) losing a check left by an insurance adjuster. The whole gang tried to say that the adjuster never showed up and they did not know where the check was. A check was reissued for the same amount. • I had to purchase a new car after my car just suddenly start smoking and stalled. I am starting to wonder if they have been giving me the appropriate oil in my car after getting oil changes here for so many years. I am wondering if they have even put oil in my car all these years and if they are responsible for my engine problems.

If I could give this place Zero stars I would. It more than deserves a 0. They did nothing they said they was gonna do. My car has been up there for 3 weeks with a blown engine. They don’t tell you anything even though I call 4 times a week to find out any information. They avoid your questions with more questions. Rude to you when you ask about your vehicle. Very unintelligent about cars and maintenance on cars. Absolutely the worst experience in the history of a car dealership. If you can avoid this place PLEASE DO AT ALL COSTS. They will over price anything they can if they even give you prices. After waiting on my car for 3 weeks and they haven’t done anything to my vehicle I’m now having to pay the diagnostic fee even though they did nothing to the car. And also having to have it towed to another shop as they didn’t do anything to the vehicle. They give you nothing but the run around.

I purchased a car from them and ended up needing a loaner car after 5 days of my purchase for something that should have been taken care of before i bought it. After paying my first note something else comes up that again should have been taken care of before the purchase.... That now i have to pay for($249)....then i was told i didnt qualify for a loaner???..... i called them for 3 days and management is terrible and im still on hold as we speak!!!! Better business bureau is my next step because this is terrible!!!! I feel so let down because i had high expectations for them smh!

We were traveling in our car that is still under warranty. The air-conditioning had gone out on it the last 200 miles. We pull in soaking wet and hot as hell. We ask for help. The service guy comes out and asks what he can help us with. Told him and he went inside to tell a service manager. He came back out and said they didn't have anyone there that could hope us. He said we had to make an appointment for sometime NEXT WEEK!!!!!! Very disappointed in dealership. They should have sent over backwards to help us out. It was a Saturday about noon and I had hit a road hazard in the early morning and needed a tire , was on the doughnut ( spare) . The service department closes at 3 pm. Could not even get anyone to answer the telephone .After 3 calls and 100 rings . The Colonel Glenn location could school this crew on customer service hands down..they were just out of my size tire.

My best car buying experience ever. Michelle Sellers and Tuesday were great to work with from the time I submitted an on line inquiry to the time I walked out the door with the keys. They were respectful of my time and handled everything in an efficient manner. The sales manager James Moss was also outstanding. I had mentioned to him that I hate car salespeople due to the pushiness and hounding you normally get. These three changes my mind. Sales and Finance was incredibly efficient and pretty painless.
