Great place
Always go the extra mile to make sure your taken care of. Tha ks Mark
The customer service here is always great and people are really helpful.
Seen first-hand that they are more then willing to work with anyone to get you in a car.
I have been getting solicited by companies associated with crain auto because I bought a car there but it was a TERRIBLE experience! Now I have to repair a trailer hitch that they installed for me incorrectly. Probably would have just fixed hitch and gotten on with things but it just reminded me of what a TERRIBLE experience it was.
Andrew did a great job of keeping us informed of the repairs and the cost. Excellent experience.
I always get my Kia serviced at this dealership. They are always able to fit me in on short notice, and they always give me a ride to work so I can just leave my car. They have always had my car ready when I asked for it to be done, and they call me if there is any other work it needs. The complimentary car wash is also a great perk! Everyone in the service department has been really courteous and professional every time I visit.
Typical car dealership was not impressed! Going to adventure Subaru! They let you test drive without sales man pitching you the whole time!
Great customer service. Put my needs first. Thanks!
This is a great place!!!! Never knew a dealership that is this great. First service today. Will keep coming back. One hour drive. It's worth it. Staff are committed to the brand.
Where are my reviews? And do all your sales ppl give 5 star ratings over & over or just a few.. .. I saw several from 1 sales person ( I wont mentionhis name?? Sad, even on your reviews you are dishonest
Benjamin Gordon was a great sales representative. I appreciated his fresh approach and honesty upfront.
Good group of people to deal with. Issue resolved promply.
Very nice place to get a new car
Bought my second car from Mark last night. They really listened to what I needed and worked hard to get me to a price I was comfortable with. Great customer service, not just my salesman, but everyone I was in contact with was very friendly. They stayed past closing to get me in my car. As long as Hyundai makes a great product, I will shop at Crain! I highly recommend Mark!
I went here because I wrote the dealership describing my frustration with car buying. I'm a 100% disabled veteran and the last dealership took advantage of me. When I arrived here they were very nice and respectful. My only requirements were: make me feel like I'm getting a deal and I need some sort of SUV. In addition, I will most likely be paying in cash... I didn't even get to look at anything. They went straight for a credit check, and tried to get me to buy a sedan instead. It was parallel to my last car buying experience; a sly tactic to get what they want. I need an SUV because I have a son to get in a car seat, and my back was blown out from an IED in Afghanistan. The guy even asked me "why do you even need an SUV. Why can't you just get a car". I felt very disrespected and left wondering what I did to these salesmen. Not people or veteran friendly. They weren't directly rude, but very intrusive and pushy towards something I do not want.
Had an amazing experience at crain Hyundai the service manager Charles is very personable and on point with everything. Will use them for life.
My salesman was Aaron Hensley. His ability to listen as I explained what I needed was wonderful. He knew the cars and how they drove. It took all day but he found me a 2016 Tucson that was perfect.
Friendly and great place to buy a vehicle.
I wish I could've given them zero stars. Although I've had my vehicle for awhile I've learned that they skipped me out of a lot of rebates when I went to buy it. I had gone to refinance it and instead they said they could get me in a new one. Little did I know that they would put me so incredibly upside down on my payments that I can't do anything with it. Bunch of snakes up there. Good thing I work with one of the biggest insurance companies in the area because I will make sure that anybody I talk to never shops here. And I meet with dozens of people every week. I served in the military and for anybody who's been in, it's a very frustrating environment. But this place takes the cake.
Went in for my service. Pointed out that I was constantly having to come in for them to air up my tire and for them to check them, which they should do with the regular inspection. They said my tires were good to go. Needless to say, after 5 times of coming in to get my tire aired up and after this inspection with tire rotation and balance I left and was almost home before my tire popped. They had plenty of chances and deffinatly should of pointed out the nail in my tire that finally led to it busting out the side. Thank you Hyundia for doing such a great job at truely checking my tires the 6 times I came in for help.
Crain did not do right by my daughter. They knew her budget but still showed her a car that I believe they knew she couldn’t afford but said they would make it at the payments she needed. She took it home and they made her believe that everything was working out exactly as planned all the way until she sat down at the desk to go over the paperwork. All of a sudden the payments went up $60 more a month more than she could afford and none of the deals that were discussed were in the final deal, including paying the sales tax. They proceeded to make her feel worse by talking down to her and acting like the $60 extra a month should be not be a big deal. I want to point out that they knew everything upfront, credit score, payments needed, and everything. She didn’t pick that car the SALES GUY did, saying this was the car (which she loved) that fit her budget and they could make this happen for her. I even asked several times what the final price was on the car and neither the sales guy or the manager would tell me!! Who does that?!! They were hiding that from us through the entire process as they proceeded to make her feel bad that she couldn’t afford it. This is not how a car company should do business. We were very upfront with everything but they weren’t. When the process started they said they needed the sale to make their monthly goal but before the deal went through they said a lot of people came in and bought some cars so I’m assuming that since their goal was met before her, they didn’t care as much now on hers because it all changed fast. Very disappointed. Would not recommend doing business with them. So proud of my daughter for knowing this deal was NOT in her best interest and walked away with more integrity than what she was shown.
Read all fine print and dont believe a word spoken, verbally or implied is never binding! Can't give less than 1 star. Stay away!
Charles at Crain Hyundai of Fayetteville is awesome! He's always so helpful and has helped us get some great deals!
Fast friendly service on my oil change! I even got a free car wash
The nicest people in the world work here
Tried to sell me a car while waiting on service. I feel like this is a scummy way to operate a business. Also, expect to wait on service, they only have two service writers.
They don’t even deserve the one star. Seriously do your business else where.
Great selection, great staff!! They were very helpful to me and my wife. We're going back to get our next vehicle! I recommend everyone looking for a vehicle to check these guys out first.
Unbelievable experience... Crain Hyundai of Fayetteville delivered as promised.. They went above and beyond my expectations.. I would recommend Crain/Fayetteville to anyone wanting a great buying experience... My salesman Dereck was the best
Excellent service and salesman still calls me by name. Service department is excellent as well.
Have always had great service at this dealer. From buying a car to then getting service on it.
Patient and helpful staff. Convenient location. Good selection of trims including plug in hybrids.
The service department deserves 5 stars. My family has purchased 4 cars here. The sales department has finally seen the light and as promised I have changed the review! Thank you
the new dealership is beautiful. the service department is fantastic. the overall attention to customer service is the best I have ever experienced.
We have bought 2 vehicles here and really love this place. Ben Milford is one of the best salesman. I found him to be honest and genuine. The place is always immaculate and we get all our oil changes and car washes here as well. Only con is the oil changes usually take around an hour and half. Other than that great.
I’m giving this 1 stars, because this rating site won’t let me give them 0! don’t do busy with dealership. Bought a truck had the truck 3 months and the whole dash lit up when my husband was driving to work engine reduce power.husband gets off work and the truck doesn’t even turn over. Called and talked to the guy who sold us the truck and he assured us they wouldn’t leave us high and dry, and that we needed to have the truck taken to the Crain gmc store Bc Hyundai isn’t certified to work on gmc, mind you we drove an hour to get the truck in the first place. So we had it towed to Springdale. My husband is without a truck and missing work and pay, turns out it’s the fuel pump and the warranty only covers the fuel pump. We have to pay 250 deductible and the remaining balance on the work they did to the truck at gmc Crain. So i wait to hear from the guy who sold us the truck and he has another manager call me and tell me that they will NOT help in anyway, after they told us to tow the truck all the way from fort smith to Springdale! That the truck was sold as is basically not their problem. I wish I could get ahold of Larry Crain SR, and let him know how they are treating their customers after they told me on the phone to tow it to their facility and they wouldn’t leave us high and dry..... which they did! Don’t do business here go else where!
I had a great experience. Thank you.
These dealers said my car would be exactly like the car I was driving and told me I had to sign the paper work for the car or they would not bring the color of my choice down. After negotiating with them and paying welll over the amount I wanted to pay. I just loved the loaner car that they said it would be exactly like. A week later they call and tell me to pick up my car.... this is what I find. CIGARETTE HOLES in my "non smoker car" A Brown headliner in my "non smoker car" Trunk had a broken henge Found a Dent on the side Scratches all over the dashboard I found bugs (cockroaches and spider webs) all over the car And after all of this i told them i did not want the car and that that was unacceptable. What they wont tell you before the sale is that they pulled a fast one on ya. The "Crain return" policy is a made up system that goes a little something like "we wont return your car but you can get a different one of equal or more value" They proceeded to negotiate AGAIN with me and try to get MORE MONEY in payments after THEY made the mistake of giving me a crappy car that was NOTHING like what they promised me. They took advantage of me as a first time buyer, but thank you Crain for the lessons learned.
The service team at Crain Hyundai in Fayettevile are fast and couteous! I highly recommend them!
I couldn't have better things to say about this place. I actually bought an awesome Hyundai Sonata and I live in ATLANTA. The staff at Crain was super responsive and helpful in getting the car to me in Atlanta. On top of that they took my trade in from here as well. If you deal with the team here professionally they will reciprocate with incredible service and value. Thank you again.
Excellent visit The problem was fixed in an hour, the people were so nice, and there were no charges.
Really aggressive sales guys that can't actually sell you a car. Lots of waiting on your "sales guy" to go talk to the "manager". Don't dare look at their prices online because (somewhere in tiny print) those prices include every discount they could possibly offer. Test driving was a pain too because you can't just drive cars to find what you like you have to sit through a tour and demo from the sales guy and HE drives it off the lot. After needing to leave, the sales guy wanted me to sign a promise note that I would be back to buy a car that evening and even questioned if my wife's input was actually necessary in making a decision. I wouldn't send my ex-wife to this place.
Crain Hyundai of Fayetteville gave amazing customer service. Everyone I worked with was polite, knowledgeable and hardworking. I am grateful for their service and we are loving our 2017 Santa Fe. We will be repeat customers!
Zach and the crew in service has been excellent at keeping me updated on things while getting my car serviced. They really pay attention to detail and I will continue to take my vehicle there for service.
Super aggressive when it came to upselling unwanted warranties. I agreed to one thing then they came back, added $1,000 in unnecessary fees and felt cornered, claustrophobic and very pressured to sign things when not ready and in complete in disagreement with said charges. I am a vet and felt completely disrespected, would not send family or friends at all. Please double check before you sign as it may not be what you originally agreed to.
We had a wonderful experience! They were professional, efficient and thorough. I would recommend there service to anyone and do recommend it to my friends and family.
Great new store and even better group of people. I wouldn't buy a car from anywhere else.
I bought a new 2014 Hyundai Elantra in April of last year and I LOVE it. The salesman and manager were very helpful. I will defiantly be going back when I need another vehicle. I drive 30 miles just to get my oil changes at this location because they tell me what they are going to do and they do exactly that plus. THANK YOU Kim
Our daughter in college in Fayetteville had her check engine light come on last week in her Hyundai. She sort of panicked, being away from home and not having us to fix the problem. We are 3 1/2 hours away and as parents it is tough to help your child at that distance. We sent her to Crain Hyundai hoping for an easy fix and an honest experience. Of course worrying whether our daughter will be targeted as an easy money maker. My husband had called to make the appointment for her and explained the situation. The technicians were extremely thorough and explained everything to our girl. The fix was very simple and the cost was exactly what we were quoted initially. We all felt comfortable with the service at Crain Hyundai. Thank you so much
Outstanding after-sale service.
Awesome place, friendly people, lots of options and vehicles
Update...after waiting 3 hours and being told that the GMs were arguing who would do the service I was told they couldn't recreate the issue. Even though the sales rep who backed it out heard it. Then I asked if they replaced the bulb that was out and got a deer in the headlights stare. Grabbed my keys and left. Got home and took a video of the squeaky brakes and sent it to my sales rep. We'll see...very disappointed and angry at the complete lack of communication. All they had to do was ask me...
Nice enough staff, but I didn't get my vehicle back when promised
Ms. Wanda and the staff's service etiquette is outstanding. I've never owned a car until now and I got mine used, so they've been wonderful in explaining the how, why and what I need to keep it going, thank you!
Incredibly helpful did a great job of helping us Finance brand new car extremely courteous knowledgeable and more interested in taking care of the customer than anything else
They seemed very dishonest. I would recommend going somewhere else.
Ben Milford and the entire staff have been extremely friendly and helpful and made buying our vehicle quick and even enjoyable!
Good place for service friendly people very helpful
I get great help from the service department. Last visit had pushy salespeople.
The service was great, and the sales person was courteous and pleasant. A nice environment.
Timely service.
Had the best experience buying a new car! Told Ben Milford what we wanted and what we could afford. I honestly thought it would be impossible but he did it! I love my new ride and will make sure i send any friends or family to Ben when they need a new car!!
I love the service here. Will be coming back.
Updating post-customer service manage contacted me personally to discuss my experience. Old post-Disappointed with the level of pressure from the finance team to buy.
I don't normally leave reviews but I would like for everyone to know Crain Hyundai is the place to go for your next car! Tyler Mccaslin is the best he is extremely knowledgeable he will make sure you get everything in your new car that you asked for and things you didn't even know that you could afford to get and still come under budget and still be cheaper than any other Hyundai dealership within a 150 mile radius!!!!!!
Great new car buying experience!
All the staff and leadership at Hyundai of Fayetteville are absolutely wonderful! They make buying a car fun and enjoyable! I felt so welcome because everyone was so kind. I will definitely be referring all my friends to Hyundai of Fayetteville for their next vehicle purchase for sure!! =)
Friendly and professional staff. Pleasant lobby to wait in while my car was serviced. I would have liked for the steering wheel to have been readjusted to where it was when I took the car in. I should have taken the car back, but got lost on my way to find it again. Totally my fault. I thought I could fix it myself. Wrong. I will check the manuals about steering adjustment as I can't drive it like it is. I think I'm just being a sissy.
I bought my favorite Santa fe here. Mr.Craig finally made this happen. Should improve in Greeting customers.
Took my car on a Saturday to get some mechanical work done. I made the appointment early in the week, and explain to the representative what the issue was, and she made the appointment. When I got there on that Saturday the employee was extremely rude and told me they couldn't do that type of work on Saturdays. He argued with me and never apologize for my inconvenience. Bad customer service.
Crain Hyudai in Fayetteville is such a great place. Always taken care of with great service and never pressured into doing something I'm not comfortable with. Ben did a great job of helping me decide the best options and went above and beyond service I habe experienced at other dealerships. Crain Hyundai rocks.
Great place...they put me in a new Hundai Elantea.
Bought a used car last week. Noticed the brakes squealed when backing up. Came back and the sales rep said that the service department closes at 6. Told him I got off at 5 and could be here by 5:30. Did that and was there the next day at 5:30. Was then told the mechanics leave at 5:30. Came back Saturday (today). Got here at 9. An hour and a half later I’m told that the Volkswagen side is where my paperwork is and they’ll take my car down there. It took them 1 1/2 hours to figure that out?!? I’ve been here 2 hours now and still don’t know if they’ve even looked at it yet.
Crain Hyundai service department in Fayetteville, Ar went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Big thanks to Levi and Charles for the excellent customer service and the superior knowledge. Great job guys. Highly recommended.
Will not take my car back again. Took 2 hours for oil change, rotate tires and alignment check when I had an appointment. Upon looking at my car I told them that tires where not even rotated, they said "oh we forgot". Now having to take my car somewhere else to have the tires done
This was the smoothest car purchase ever!
I get my oil changes done here and the customer service is great. The waiting area is clean, has internet, free bottled water and coffee, and a vending machine. There are phone chargers and work stations available. I take my laptop and work while I wait. I also trust them. I had an issue with my car radio not working and had been told by another local car repair shop it would be over $300 to fix. The service manager at Crain looked at it, said he could fix it for $35, ordered a part and solved the problem for $35.
My credit was ran 11 times by this company!!! Hard inquiries and than not approved. They were also hard to work with being people taking off and different people calling and texting me constantly. It started feeling like a circus or someone taking me on a merry-go-round, lol! I felt so frustrated. One person to work with is better than three or four- forgot the number. It also strung out of about a week or two about one car. I got tired and went somewhere else. The experience was actually kind of strange. I was approved easily at Auto Park that ran my credit only 2 times and that's more like it! I also had one salesperson that worked hard and got the job done! Auto Park first for now on was like a breathe of fresh air for me.
I’m a super reasonable guy and I’ve had the absolute worst experience with this dealership. Wasted money and tons of time. They do not care. Spend your money somewhere else.
Great place. No high pressure. We had our bank loan approval and called them with our offer and made the deal on the phone. Went in and 30 min later I was driving away with my dream vehicle. Seriously. Thanks guys!
Excellent salesperson. Upon returning to the dealership for service to car, it was a very pleasant experience. Very timely and informative.
Very easy experience! Clean, professional, no hassles. They changed my oil, aired up my tires, washed and vacuumed my car. They have a new receptionist who is a HUGE improvement! And the facility is very clean!!!
Took my 2009 chevy duramax in to Crain Hyundai in Fayetteville to get get fixed. I had all sorts of service light flashing. The service manager, Charles White, and his crew at this place is top notch. Service area was a very professionally ran environment and I was impressed with how well Charles and his team operated. Charles' team got my problems diagnosed and repaired in a timely manner and had me on my way. The prices are competitive. Service was great. Thanks Crain Hyundai Fayetteville and thank you Charles White for a great automotive service experience. I will definitely return for any future needs.
The staff was knowledgeable and friendly very willing to work with us and get us the best deal we possibly could get. I definitely recommend them for anyone looking for a car or etc. We went in and did everything backwards, instead of finding a vehicle first made, them run in the our credit and confirm that we could actually get finance. Then picked out our car. They were awesome with working the process backwards to suit our needs. This is the second vehicle we have gotten from them.
Down your throat salesmen. If you say that you're just looking, good luck in finding someone to answer any questions.
LOVE my car. Great service all around.
Service department is lacking customer service. Waited around for over an hour waiting on someone to let us know about our car, finally had to ask a service dept specialist and they had to check on the status.
Ben Milford was great to work with. He went above and beyond what I expected.
Only came in for service to get a Crain warranty inspection. Very nice and respectful service department. Drive in for service has a automatic door and is inside. Very nice waiting area with computers, WiFi, tv, and free waters / coffee. Wish they had free drinks / cokes though. Waiting area is very large and was not busy at all like some other dealers. Driving out of service needs an automatic door as well or something though. I had to wait for a guy to open it manually. Signs on how to get out of their back lot could be better as well as it’s easy to get lost back there. But overall great experience and highly recommend. New cars look great, but did not interact with any salesmen as I’m not in the market for a new car right now.
when you get an offer of $65,000 for a vehicle with an MSRP if $33,000, and then get called ridiculous when you turn it down......It is time to leave, and never come back. And let others know. Trust, no vehicle on their lot is worth what they’ll try to scam you for it. Response to the owner’s comment: I will not be contacting you for anything, I bought a vehicle from a competitor. I can assure you that after that experience, there is quite literally no way for me to ever believe anything you say.
Got a fantastic new car, go see mr. Cox he will help!!
Blood thirsty for money ! Wanting to make a sell so bad they approved me with no credit putting me in a car I told them I couldn't afford to keep the insurance on. I told them what year I wanted. Oh no they didn't listen and didn't care. I voluntarily surrendered it back to the bank. I have to wait 2 years til that comes off my credit report. Fayetteville autopark was honest and told me I didn't have credit! I'm buying from them in the future . They care and their honest. I would refer my worst enemy to you all , let alone my pet fish. Buy your car elsewhere.
This lot is good on service your vehicle the right way. Their sales people are always ready to sale you a car an even work hard to get you in a nice car or suv an truck's.. If your credit isn't that good..their are even banks to take you even if you're trying to get your credit going again..
The salesman are not pushy and they're very sensitive to your needs and made me very comfortable about purchasing a new car their service after the sale is phenomenal I would recommend this place for buying a new car experience to anybody
Dereck Smith was amazing! I will never buy anywhere else as long as he's there! Even months after my purchase he is still willing to answer questions and assistance.
I recommend the Bentonville dealership. Stay away from Fayetteville. They were very aggressive and lied to me. Bentonville got me exactly what I wanted for an awesome price.
We have bought multiple cars from them over the years. Dereck is the best!
Sales team was good but their service dept is a absolute joke. I have free oil changes left and I won't even go back for those.
Didn't offer us what they should have. The 50 dollar card for test drive, they say they don't do it. And then there was a 0% interest for up to 72 months, didn't offer it either.
Thanks HOF! We got the white glove treatment the entire time. Great experience and we will tell all!
I will never buy a vehicle from this store ever again. This store has been very uncooperative from day one. This is the end of January 2019, I purchased a vehicle in July of 2018 and I'm still having problems getting issues resolved. My next step is to go to corporate. I've dealt with human resources to lower management to upper management and have gotten nowhere. I know how the car business works as I was married to a GM for 9 years at Chuck Frazier Nissan in Hot Springs and this is far below how one operates, nor is this how customers should be treated. I might look at the situation differently if I was dealing with a small mom & pop operation, no I take that back they wouldn't have been as dishonest as this Fayettville Crain dealership has been. No the vehicle is not a lemon, it is other minor issues that should have been already taken care of; then the fact how they....and I found out at signing! This isn't over with yet.
Great Deal, awesome employees I've bought 2 cars, one from Ben and one from Tiger! Thank You Shane and team for a great experience Jonny and Lisa Vowell
Chuck, the general sales manager at Crain Hyundai is a person to do business with! Friendly, professional and more than fair are the words that describe the environment he has created. We have come to know Hyundai vehicles over the last 18 years as dependable and affordable. However where you buy one is extremely important. I would buy at Crain Hyundai in a heartbeat.
Thank you Ben Milford for an awesome and easy car shopping experience! Was very hesitant to go to a dealership but you made it stress-free and got me a great deal.Love my new ride!!!
Crain has the best vehicle options anywhere in Arkansas they don't have it on the lot that you just went to they will get it there lickety-split
I bought a 2013 Kia Optima Hybrid they said it was a great car no problems whatsoever it passed all their inspections but less than a week of having the vehicle I had to pay to fix it about $500 two weeks after that I had to pay another $400 I've had the car almost 2 months and is been in the shop more than on the road I feel I've been cheated out of my money I paid almost $12,000 for the car and put 2,000 in repairs within the first month every time I fix the vehicle they said that they ran it inspection on it and it passed but yet every 1 to 2 weeks it broke down I feel they should own up to their mistakes and refund me my money but they won't because all they care about is money not the customer I will never shop or buy recommend anyone to go to Crain Hyundai I've had so many problems with the same car and all they have to say about this whole thing is they would be very mad and upset too if this happened to them but they still aren't going to right this wrong they really do not care why even say you understand and you would be mad too if you're not going to make this right just a bunch of Lies as long as they keep making money and ripping people off that's all that matters to them
Our sales representative, Tiger was so nice. Made the experience so pleasant. Car buying made easy.
Great group of people. Very helpful and knowledgeable.
Fred was very helpful. He got us the car we wanted at a better price then we thought possible. We got a new elantra we are very happy with.
Visited the new store and the staff was top notch. The store itself is beautiful, has a great selection, great prices and sales staff was not pushy. We will be back!
Everyone at Crain Hyundai goes out of their way to make your experience a good one! My husband and I bought cars from Crain and had a seamless experience...fast and easy. The service dept. is great as well. Thanks Crain!
Perfect. So nice people working there and patiently helping you.
They are so nice
Warm and friendly people to greet you. Sharp new facility that is easy to get to in northwest Arkansas. Lots of vehicles to choose from. So glad they have come to Fayetteville!
We bought two different cars at this dealership from Derrick and could not ask for a better experience. Everyone is exceptionally nice, even the finance guys! Go ask for Derrick and you will be taken care of!
Best deal and car ever! Go see Tiger and tell him Paul sent ya. He got me a 23k New Elantra for 13k and I don't have the best credit. Great man!
This was my first time at Crain Hyundai because I’m a first time Hyundai owner (as of February of this year when i got my Santa Fe at Fayetteville Auto Park), so when my car started acting up and would deaccelrate mid-drive, I went in on Friday pretty desperate for help. I didn’t have time to make an appointment because it was an emergency, and Anthony at the service department was very helpful. Donnie the technician spent about 2 hours on my vehicle with the inspections/diagnostics and fixing a recall issue that i didn’t know about, (which I very much appreciated!), but turns out they needed to order a part for my engine. I had to wait over the weekend for the part to arrive so that they could finish servicing my car (which is no biggie), but my only complaint is that they forgot to call me when the part arrived on Tuesday, so I had to wait until Wednesday morning for them to schedule me back in. I wish they had called me like they said they would because it would have saved me a lot of anxiety. Other than that, they fixed up my car with the part and now I have peace of mind. They charged me what they told me they would charge me when I first brought it in, didn’t add any secret fees or charges, and for being a first time customer I didn’t feel taken advantage of. They also provided me with an inspection list that includes an estimate of the prices of the possible services I might need in the future, which is very helpful. So they get 4/5 stars (I wish I could do 4.5) only because they forgot to call- other than that it’s 5/5!
Mark Proffitt was a wonderful associate, very helpful, kind and seemed like an honest man. Very friendly, straightforward service! Would reccomend working with him.
Great customer service. Love getting my oil changed here because they wash and vacuum my car every time.
I'm still loving my Hyundai Elantra that Derek sold me 2 years ago. Seriously, if you need a car ask for Derek, he's great!
Derrick is literally the best! After being manipulated and deceived at multiple car dealerships, Derrick held my hand as I was indecisive, needed each car to be test driven by multiple teen drivers, had second thoughts etc. He was patient, answered tons of questions, many more than once, and let me walk out the door with no pressure to return the first time I couldn’t pull the trigger. He never pressured me to move faster than I was comfortable and always gave me the time I needed with him and without him. This is the way buying a car should be. I had given up hope and had very nasty thoughts about used car dealers. I am so grateful for having met Derrick and been able to buy a car with him. I feel badly I used so much of his time, but very thankful he was willing to give it to me.
Ask for Brandon! He's great! The whole staff made a previous bad experience at another dealership a VERY positive one!
Purchasing a car from them is an absolutely amazing experience. It is wonderful! The problem comes when you need service. We prepaid for our service. They charged every single time we brought the vehicle in. I'd say "we prepaid" and they'd say "No you didn't." Then I have to get our sales person to come over and clear it up. This went on for over a year. We finally switched to Hyundai in Bentonville, who has never tried to double bill us. Also after about a year they call constantly wanting us to upgrade our car. They never stop, even when you ask them to. I finally had our sales person put an invalid phone number in the system for us. It got to the point of harassment. Want a Hyundai? Save yourself a whole lot of irritation and go to Bentonville. Why review now they asked in their response. Our salesperson left and because after about 18 months with Bentonville, I can say for certain that they are the better dealership and these are the reason why. Never had a sales call from them; never tried to double bill us; always welcoming and helpful. Just what you want from a dealership.
Great!!!
Oil change and full inspection on my wife's Tuscan, and they even corrected recall issues on the spot.
BEN MILFORD is very enjoyable to work with, he's personable and understanding of our needs. MARK DARR is undoubtedly the best finance guy we have worked with EVER! We appreciate him taking the time to explain everything to us and working with us.
The one time I came here, the salesman seemed very slimy.
Bought my first car here and I am so pleased with how generous our salesmen were! They got us a steal on a new car and a heck-a-of deal for our trade! I'd give more stars if I could! Thank you, thank you, thank you, Crain!
Extremely poor experience! Bought a used car from them two weeks ago that they said passed safety inspections. I took that as meaning the car was safe to drive, but as I was dropping my wife off to work the morning after the car instantly dropped speed on the highway from 70 to 50 and continued doing so. I had to pull over and try to inch my way to a safe spot off the highway so I could get the car towed. They took it to servicing and found the problem was a broken water pump. When I asked the sales manager why that wasnt brought up when I was assured it passed safety he just replied they did not check for it. I asked if he could help pay for it, but he flat out refused saying he was not legally obligated to. I expressed my concern that it was a pretty dangerous situation that we were put in and that we took them on their word when they said it was safe to drive. He responds by mocking me, making rude analogies “you could also get slapped by the door on the way out” - something to that affect, I was at work so I couldnt hear clearly - and treats it like it was some hypothetical scenario instead of a real concern we were faced with. Add that to the fact that they agreed to fix a broken windshield that they conveniently did not mention to us (my wife spotted it), and its going to be three weeks this Thursday and they still have not gotten it fixed! I paid for this car in cash THREE WEEKS AGO and I have only driven it once when it broke!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP - THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND LAUGH IN YOUR FACE ABOUT IT!!!
I purchased a 2018 Elantra at Crain Hyundai, and both the sales and service department are excellent in my experiences.
Can't give Crain Hyundai enough praise. Keith in Service is the greatest. Receptionist always has a smile and of course, the Salesmen always are so kind and knowledgeable---just in case they can make a sale. But never any high pressure.
My salesman Mark was the only pleasant side of this visit. The finance person and who was over signing the contracts seemed like they thought they were God's gifts to earth and I was trash. I honestly was afraid to ask them questions, and felt like I was putting them out with asking for other options. But hey... I get free car washes for life though right..... Cause going to the dealership and waiting for your car to be washed is so much quicker than the drive through wash.
Great people and great service! I enjoyed every second I was there.
I have bought two 2016 Hyundais from Crain. I was told i never had to wait and was able to get a loaner while my vehicle was being serviced. I go in this morning and was told no we ran out of loaners at 8 am this morning?? I even came early for my appointment. What matters to me is honesty and i was lied too when i was told i could get a loaner vehicle regardless of which service is being done to both my cars.
Outstanding service, very friendly staff. Brandon “Tiger” Andrews is the man go to.
Bryan was great. Answered all my questions. Made the process easy. Crain auto is the best!
Zac is a super custermer service person
Awesome customer service. Fast and great service.
The buying experience at this location is second to none. The team does a great job taking care of their customers, one of the best buying experiences I had in the area in years! Thank you again Crain Hyundai!
Was required to bring my car here for service till my "coupon" book that I paid for ran out. I live almost an hour away which stinks when you sit waiting over an hour for an oil change. I specifically asked for them to look at my driver's airbag light and they acted as if the note in the appointment wasn't there. I brought it up and get told their machines won't hook up to my Nissan so they can't run a diagnostic or anything. They also state I need to consider new tires but on their fancy special checklist.... NOTHING was filled out. I will not use them for oil changes, repairs and for sure never another vehicle. You tell them a limit and they push and push and push.
I bought a brand new Hyundai elantra from them. The breaks started grinding real bad and the car didn't want to stop at 12060 miles. I got the car to the shop and they said oh well we can't look at your car for another week and we don't have and loaner cars available. So they wanted me to load my 2 toddlers back up in the car with break issues. I will never buy a car from them again and will no longer be coming for oil changes.
Had a really good experience and went away happy. The salesman, Benjamin Milford, was extremely helpful. After going to several places, I recommend this place and this salesman.
There are so many wonderful things I have to say on this review. I don't usually write reviews unless I feel like it would be a crime not to. This dealership is just amazing. It's not like any dealership I've ever been to. Everyone that works there is honest and loyal to each customer and every employee is just the sweetest (especially Daniel!) I don't know anything about cars so going into a dealership can be very stressful because most places just want to take advantage of you and sell whatever they can just to make their goal. This place is not one of those dealerships. They work with you and will explain everything to you in such perfect detail you'll start to feel like a car expert! I felt very safe putting my car troubles into Daniels hands. I knew from the start he would take good care of me. I also really admired how connected the staff is. They work as a team and that's super important. It tells me that the most important thing to them is helping their customers and making sure they do absolutely everything they can to achieve the highest level of satisfaction everytime. I know I can trust this place. I will be back again and I just can't wait!!
I will update this to a three star review if Crain Corporate ever decides to call me back to address their complete lack of customer service. I have bought two vehicles in the past six months from Crain Hyundai of Fayetteville. Almost everything went very smoothly during the buying process and the salespeople were very friendly. My first car was financed through the dealership and the paperwork came in on day 27 so I did not have any issues with the Revenue Office. The one hiccup that I experienced on my second purchase during the buying resulted from the fact that I had my own financing squared away prior to purchase with a check in hand for the car and sales tax. I was told at first that the price agreed upon for the car was contingent upon them financing the car, and that it was “posted all over the website” that it was a requirement. This was a LIE and when called out on it, the Sales Manager said he “misspoke.” Something told me to walk away then, but I did not listen. Here is where the real issues began. Today, I went to the dealership (day 35), after receiving the paperwork on day 32 (and consequently have an expired temporary tag) to ask where the refund check for the sales tax was and to get an explanation as to why I have a car sitting at home with an expired tag. With no General Manager at the dealership, I was told that Larry Crain (the owner) was in charge and that I would have to contact him if I needed answers to why the corporate offices were so late on sending the paperwork. As far as the refund check, Crain sent it to the finance company on day 14 even though the Finance Manager (who come to find out has been fired) told me that we would receive the check with our paperwork. No one bothered to let us know. If this is the type of Service After The Sale that Crain offers, then I will not be buying anything else from any Crain dealership, and I would strongly recommend that others use extreme caution when doing so. Harry Robinson Buick GMC in Fort Smith, Lewis Automotive of NWA, and even Fayetteville Auto Park have never caused me the type of frustration that I have had since dealing with Crain Hyundai of Fayetteville. After posting this review, the Regional Manager called to discuss the situation. Even though there was no resolution to the situation, I am a man of my word and updated the review to a three star.
NO STARS! These people are snakes in the grass!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. GO ELSEWHERE IF YOU CAN! They are liars and have no ethics or scruples of any kind. My 20 year old college student daughter went there for ONLY an oil change. First they up-saled her on a cabin filter. That's one thing but we all know their sorry butts do stuff like that....BUT THEN here is when things got weird...a high pressure salesman approached her and put her in a new 2016 Elantra and was trying to get her to trade hers in. Well she sent me a text about this new car she loves and I called her and said "no way tell him you are not trading in until it has 400,000 miles on it." and I hung up. A few minutes later she text me again and she said she told him what I said and he proceeded to tell her "well if your motor busts we will have to trade it and you could just "throw some sawdust on your motor." I responded back and told her to get out of there right now before I throw some sawdust at him! I of course called to speak to the "GM" James Morgan. I told him what happened about the filter and the sawdust comment. I wasn't so upset about the filter and that's all he wanted to talk about, but all I wanted was for him to address the sawdust comment. When he finally did he smugly said "Look my salesman would never say that maybe you need to talk to your daughter." That's when I lost it with this arrogant pompous jerk. I have done business with Subaru and The Auto Park and never had any issues. The whole outfit over there needs new mangers and they all need ethics training. Hyundai should be ashamed to have these people representing their product. And whoever Mr. Crain is he too should take heed and hold this staff and the GM responsible for running a business with such low ethics and integrity. FOR REAL! STEER CLEAR OF THEM! And please to CRAIN HYUNDAI no need to comment back because all you are going to do is lie and justify your behavior. Save it okay!
They all are very nice . they will help you find what you can afford and work with you to get into something new or pre-used vehicles.
I feel that the Crain Hyundai car lot of Fayetteville is an excellent place to shop for vehicles. The salesmen at this lot are very friendly and also very professional. I also feel that the people at this lot will have your best interests in mind, My car salesman "Bryan Huddleston" was very professional and kindly explained everything to me in a most professional manner. I will be recommending Crain Hyundai of Fayetteville to friends and family as I am sure you will as well after doing business with them.
I bought a used car from Crain in September 2017. When I purchased the car, the salesman noted that the "antenna was a bit wobbly but they had stabilized it with a bracket". I bought the car on a Friday and scheduled the free safety check for the following Wednesday. I had driven the car maybe twice between Friday and Tuesday, but when I walked out to my car on Tuesday I found that the antenna was dangling from the car. When I contacted the salesman to tell him about the fact that the "wobbly" antenna had fallen off, he told me that it "must have been the result of vandalism to my car as the brackets had kept it in place securely". Long story short, they told me they wouldn't fix the antenna and that it would cost me $150 to fix even though the antenna had brackets slapped on it when I bought it. Shady car salesman work at its finest. My real problem with Crain though, is the sexism I've faced in my encounters with them. I am the owner of this car, my name is the only name on the title, and I am the person who bought this car. My boyfriend came with me when I initially bought the car, but had nothing to do with its ownership or financing. And yet, when I took the car in for that safety inspection the salesman had the audacity to call my significant other to get his approval on what to do about the antenna. At the time I was upset that the salesman would not consult me- a woman- about matters of my own car, but as time went on I got over it. But here I am, 11 months later still facing the same issue. I took my car in to Crain several weeks ago to have the rotors inspected. They gave me a quote for the rotors and I told them I'd think about it. Two days later my significant other gets a voicemail from Crain saying that his "wife brought HIS car in for brake service and they wanted to make sure HE was satisfied with the work they did". They didn't even bother calling me, the actual owner of the car!
Justin wiltz is a rockstar. My wife likes having nice vehicles and for many years Justin has been the man to see. Even though he is now in management he roams the Lots what a ton of knowledge and if the buyer is eligible for the vehicle that they are wanting she makes the cell happen, Justin has even reached out at other praying facilities to ensure my wife gets the vehicles that she's looking for down to color year and style. You Go Justin
They have good customer service and always take care of what needs to be done.
Extremely disappointed to find out what I thought was a great deal was in-fact a terrible deal. I would never a buy a car from here again. The car I bought is not worth anything close to what I paid for it, and I have been told by multiple dealership that I paid to much for my car, and that I will never get to the point that I am not upside down on my vehicle. I was sucked into a deal that I thought was great. I will not be buying another vehicle from this dealership ever, and I wish I had read all of the terrible reviews on here before I even considered buying a car from this place. If I had it do over and knew what I do now I would never have stepped foot into this dealership.
Great place to buy a car!
Worst experience. They increased the price by $2600 on my deal after reaching the showroom in the name of weird fees. Had to drive 3 hours in the rain to reach the showroom and left depressed. Will NEVER recommend Crain Hyundai Fayetville to anyone.
I had a fabulous experience with Crain Hyundai of Fayetteville. James Morgan did an excellent job with his service and I will continue to buy through James. This is a top notch dealership under James' leadership. Be sure to visit James and his staff if you are needing a new car.
I can't stress enough how much I appreciate the level of professionalism we received buying a used KIA from Crain. The sales professional *DEREK* went out of his way to make sure that all the drivers in the family were satisfied with the car. Then he helped us with the car price and the loan percentage rate to help seal the deal. Although there are plenty of negative comments about car dealers and the car buying process, I can attest that on this day we were treated very fairly. When you hear about the "Crain Commitment" I believe that this dealership tries to meet and exceed customers rational expectations in the car buying process. Crain's trophy case has multiple customer service awards from the manufacturer. It's easy to see why with the car buying process that we encountered. Thank you *DEREK* and the Crain Team that backs you up!
The fat young dude name Braxton at the service is worthless to be the ambassador for the company. He can't even make an eye contact when talking to customer. He just stare at the computer with a mouth full of burgers. Don't hire young people who don't show hospitality to customers and who don't know what they are talking about. Never ever do business with you Hyundai!!!!
