Worst place ever to purchase a car. Was pressured into buying a car that I’ve already had to sink a lot of money into ($1000+) and it still has issues and doesn’t want to run. Would not trust them with any vehicle whatsoever. If I could give them fewer stars, I would.
I am super thankful to have the opportunity to serve my community here at Crain Hyundai of Conway! This is the most unique, genuine, and fun dealerships I’ve ever had the opportunity to work for. Courteous and straight forward
Jermey has not held up his end of the car deal so far. I was promised by him and the sales manager that they would get the smoke smell out of the Durango, Now they have ran an OZONE machine in it twice and it hasn’t helped AT ALL, I have been in contact with them several times a day to get this handled, I advised that they need to have it cleaned by a company that can get it out since the detail department is not able to. They are now trying to tell me that they are wanting me to pick out another vehicle, (which is NOT an option as I was promised the smell would be gone since I am ellergic to this, I would not have bought the vehicle if I would have known that they were going to lie about what they are going to do) I am being professional with them and simply want the vehicle steam cleaned as it should have been done before it was ever sold to get the smoke smell out, so far unless they correct the issue, I would NEVER!!!!!!!! Recommend ANYBODY buy a vehicle here as they have promised stuff that they are not willing to do. Of coarse they are offering to run the ozone machine in it again which last a day and a half then back to smelling like an ash tray. I have bought 14 vehicles in the last 10 years and I’ll make sure that it’ll never be here again. The service dept needs to learn how to update their customers. I’ve called 4 times today for an update and just get told that they will find out or that they don’t know and never get a call back. Not all the sales people are bad there, and the owner seems great, but the people I have been dealing with are NOT doing what they said. Even the customer relations person (which has actually listened and called back as promised, thank you for that) heard me stress that the smell HAS to go for me to buy it, and several people (sales manager, sales person Jeremy, and the detail guys all assured me it’ll be gone and won’t come back) here I am week 2 going into work smelling like smoke, going home smelling like smoke, playing with the kids smelling like smoke. As the finance guy advised that “I’m being to picky” I am NOT being picky, I am simply asking for them to do what they promised. So I can actually enjoy driving the vehicle I purchased. This review will be removed once they take care of the issue.
Great service and great experience
Very disappointed. Low appraisal on vehicle. Wouldn't tell me price on vehicles. Only showed me one vehicle they wanted me to buy. Very poor customer service. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Was contacted about a free oil change as detail on my cart and made appointment then when I asked about it told me to call some other time and make an appointment. I will never go to our suggest this company to anyone. There are way to many car companies to be doing bad business like this.
Great customer care
Nice service
Very happy with the salesperson and the finance department love my Hyundai
The best experience I have ever had had purchasing a car ..or anything for that matter. They made a huge, stressful decision easy from beginning to end. Our salesman Brian and the finance team worked for us not for just another sale for them. Blessing for sure Paula Coleman
This team is fantastic! I was in a bind with my car breaking down during the first week of school out of state, and they provided top-of-the-line, excellent, fast, personalized service and care. They were kind and personable, and I definitely recommend giving them your business!
Awesome over-the-top service.
My experience was amazing. I never met an owner of a dealership, interact with their customers, ensure all is good and that you have the best possible experience the way Chris did. Chris is the owner and he went above and beyond to help me as well as others. The staff was courteous, nice and helpful !! Definitely recommend them if you are looking to purchase a vehicle!!
" I went with a friend who a new suv."
I had heard bad things about the quality of service at Crain dealerships but never experienced it - until today. I now know they are experts with creating new, unexpected charges to add onto your service contract. I will never bring my vehicle in for your servicing again nor will I ever purchase a vehicle from you again. I wish I could rate you lower.
Very friendly and professional
I called for the first time 3 weeks ago. I first called the service department and received no answer and left a voicemail asking for someone to call me back on a warranty issue. I didn’t receive a call back so I called the main number and she transferred me back. The phone rang until it finally forwarded the call back to the reception desk. She asked what my problem was and I told her that I owned a 2016 Sonata and the paint on the roof started peeling off. She said oh that’s not a service issue you have to speak to finance and talk to him about your warranty. So she then sent me to finance department and no one answered. I left a message and later the next day I did receive a call back from him. I explained my issue once more and he let me know that there was nothing that he needed to do I needed to talk to the service department. I explained to him I had already tried to contact the service department and the receptionist told me that was not who I needed to speak to you and still three days in no one from service had ever returned any of my messages. So he forwarded my call to service. Once again the service department did not answer and I left a message. I followed up with a call later that day around 3pm and aprox every other day for the remainder of the week. Each time leaving a message on an answering machine. I did not call over the weekend as I didn’t figure I would get a response from the service depart on a weekend. On Tuesday of the following week I called and left yet another voicemail requesting a call back. Finally on Wednesday I call to the receptionist again. This time a different person answered she identified herself as Ashley with customer service. She was not the regular receptionist she sad and seemed very helpful. I told her I had called the service department numerous times and already spoke to the finance department trying to chase down the warranty status of my defective Paint. She asked me why I felt it was defective I told her that my car was a 2016 and that the paint on the roof was flaking off. She agreed that that did not sound normal and I told her I had taken pictures of the paint as it defected. She viewed pictures and said that she would forward the article regarding defective paint and that It would probably be under discretion of the service depo but that with this obviously defect it shouldn’t be an issue. And my warranties were confirmed less than a month earlier as my car had to be repaired for defective seals and o-ring that was causing my engine to overheat. I took it to this same location and had no issues getting in touch with mark the manager and getting an appointment and seen the very next day. So I decided to call and take a different approach I called and specifically asked for mark whom had just handled my last warranty claim. I was informed that mark was no longer there and that the service departments voicemails weren’t getting to them and that they were busy and extremely understaffed so they may not answer. Great so now I send my pictures and article information to Ashley that I spoke to on Wednesday. The article I’m referring to is one regarding to the class action lawsuit against Hyundai regarding the defective paint on white pearlascent vehicles. Which mine happens to be. So I wait and on Friday I get a call back letting me know that she had sent my message and information to the paint and auto body department (instead of the service as we had discussed and I still am trying to reach) and apparently they notified her Friday that she needed to call the service department. No she tells me she has emailed my message and information to the service department and will contact me by COB that day or first thing Monday. On Tuesday feb 19 at 5:30 I received a call from the service department (Clinton) to schedule my appointment. Oh okay great. Finally it only took 2.5 weeks to get the appointment but finally we are getting somewhere. But no Clinton was calling to tell me that although they agreed that the paint was defective I would need to pay out of pocket.
I bought a car today from the Crain Hyundai left at 2:15 pm broke down before I could get home where I broke down could got killed the car would not move st all I was stuck in middle of the road i I just built it sign all the papers for years of payments no car I didn’t even get home with it it already broke down
Excellent service
Go see Roberta white she's great person and always ready to help you find a car!!!
Went here for a car and got to the finance part they offered smart pay I decided to leave and do some research on it and wow I found out that there was a $399 membership fee is retained from your initial accelerated debits.I never went back to get the car I wanted guess what I was never told about this fee $399 that money could go to the principal not going back they have a crazy girl doing the commercial and even crazier sales folks
Great personnel, great service, however unable to make deal. L R. dealership $2600 cheaper.
I wish I could give two separate reviews because the sales department and the service department are totally different when it comes to customer service. The sales department is amazing! Stephen Gamble did an excellent job of getting me into the vehicle I wanted and exceeded my expectations. I have no complaints and no recommendations. If you need to buy a car, go see these folks. Keep doing what you are doing here! The service department, however, could use some work. I brought my wife's car in to have it checked out because it was having some issues. When I pulled into the service bay, there was no one there to greet me. Every other dealership I have ever been to has had at least one person in the service bay to greet customers. Because I had never been to this dealership before, I had no idea where I needed to go. So, I went to the cashier area. I was then instructed to go across the bay back to the service area (no problem there). I was escorted over there by the service manager. The service manager led me to the service consultant who seemed as though they were bothered by me being there. There was no smile or friendly body language (yes, body language tells a lot). I was asked what I was there for and told them that I had had a previous issue that was covered under warranty, and I seemed to still be having issues and wanted to get it checked out. I was then asked if I had purchased an extended warranty, which was irrelevant because I had explained that the work previously done was done under warranty, the car was still under warranty, and the work previously done was done less than a year ago. We got everything squared away. I asked the service manager if I could wait on the vehicle. I was advised that because the service technician that needed to look at my vehicle was at lunch, it would be a little while. They also had a staff meeting, and it would be around 2 P.M. before they could get to the car (My appointment was at 12 P.M.). I told the service manager that I suppose I would wait because I had to go to work the next day. I then asked if someone could take me home, and he said yes. It was then determined that it may take longer than that day, and it was suggested I get a rental vehicle (Fine). We then go and see the cashier. The service manager told the cashier I needed a loaner car. She told the service manager that loaner cars were low and that she hoped someone brought one back soon because some other customer was going to need one tomorrow (This information did not need to be discussed in front of me, the customer. It make the customer feel as though they are a burden). We got my loaner squared away and I left. I would suggest having a staff meeting and going over basic customer service skills such as smiling, asking how someone can be helped, customer acknowledgment, management of staff (if you're busy, postpone a staff meeting for the sake of the customer or have it at the end of the day). These are simple concepts that can make a world of difference.
My visit with crain Hyundai was great. All the team at Crain's treat you like family the minute you walk in the door. The are all so friendly. Cris the owner will do everything in his power to get you in your dreams vehicle.
I am giving 4 stars simply because Crain Hyundai of Conway Sales Team is wonderful, super helpful, and made buying my boyfriends truck super easy. But on the other hand the Service Department needs some help. They do not explain anything or tell you what was fixed or how they fixed it, no one greets you when you walk into the door, and no one shows you where your vehicle is parked they just point and say its parked over there. So like I said the Sales Team was Fantastic but the Service Department needs some work.
Jeremy Hess is the best! I’ve bought 6 or 7 vehicles from him over the last few years. I won’t buy from anyone else.
We were in a pickle. The motor on our vehicle went out and we were looking at some pretty impossible scenarios to get back on the road. Enter Crain Hyundai of Conway and Jeremy Hess. These folks helped get us out from under the non-working vehicle and worked it out for us to get into a newer, more reliable vehicle that met the needs of our family. Was incredibly pleased with the way they handled our situation and how understanding they were to the circumstances. They helped us in a major way and we're happy to recommend Jeremy to anyone that is looking to make a vehicle change.
Bought my new Sonata today and I love it! Thank you to Roberta White who got me in it and Amanda Hagood for referring me and helping as well! Great customer service!!
Got a car for my wife that she very much enjoys and at an excellent price.
Very helpful and friendly
Grear customer service
My husband and I came to Crain Hyundai to buy 2 new trailer tires and get them mounted onto the rims. They were friendly, efficient, and professional. We dealt directly with Chris, one of their service managers and he was excellent. He made us feel taken care of, and they did a great job on the work! We will definitely be coming back!
The sales person promised us Weathertech floor mats for the Santa Fe but just put in your company standard mats, (After she made a second trip) . This is not acceptable as my wife specifically said Weather tech twice and I my self also said Weathertech twice. We also purchased a 2013 Accent and the same sales person after my wife noticed it did not have a spare tire or jack (Basic Safety) has said repeatedly that he is still looking. So to summarize two cars two cases of poor to deceitful sales tactics The sales man agreed to this but used typical sales tactics, we went because of recommendation from a co-worker, now myself and my wife plus my co-worker ( who recommended them) are leery that they use old school sales tactics on customers, we cannot recommend your product to any of our other co-workers or friends, I wondering if a lost sale or sales is worth $200 dollars in floor mats. I intend to pursue this until I get the satisfaction I want. I will not be lied to by a sales person or have my wife lied to for the sake of a sale.
Bill has gone above and beyond to help Mike Nigro with his new vehicle. I highly suggest this place if your're looking for a new vehicle.
Drove from Fayetteville to test drive a Kia Soul+ unfortunately it was sold. But we worked with Kyle and ended up with a Soul+ with less mileage and a better price. There was no pressure to buy, the transaction was done professionally, they did not try to push packages to us, they showed us and clearly explained all the available service options, once we picked they accepted our decision with no hassle. I highly recommend Crain Hyundai of Conway especially Kyle.
Service department leaves a Lot to be desired! Had to take the car back in to get the ac fixed. Maybe this time they will do more than take out a minute amount of freon. Ac doesn't work at all now! Awesome extra heat source now!
I love my job. Everyone I meet has a story. I want it to help all my clients. Come in and see me. Let's get you in that new or pre-owned vehicle.
Great deals reside here love it! Thanks for the deal you gave me!
LOVING my new 2020 Palisade Limited! Originally contacted the dealership through an online, internet request. I received an immediate response from Bill Carson (sales) through email. Bill worked with me for a solid week finding the exact Palisade I wanted to test drive and letting me know when it arrived on the lot. Bill is a great communicator and quickly responded to text messages and emails. He was NEVER pushy, aggressive or annoying! The purchase was easy and done quickly. Jason Hollis in Financing was professional, informative and super easy to deal with. Two thumbs up for these guys. I was contacted about a week after my purchase by Ashley just to make sure I was happy and did not need anything. I've purchased lots of cars - I have never received a follow up call to see if I was happy - until now! Way to Go Crain Hyundai! Now I'm crossing my fingers the service department lives up to the same quality.
Tried to help me
Customers beware
Went to get NEW CAR SERVICED. THIS IS ONLY ON THE SERVICE DEPT. They were great working with us to get car in when we would be in town, and at a good time for us. Job was done quickly and as far as we can tell done well. The waiting area was comfortable. Don't like the finance Dept, but sales and service are great. Miss Gigi
Excellent dealership!!
They have EVERY car you could possibly want! And the BEST deals, seriously I'm am looking for a car this weekend & just stopped by a couple of other dealerships, just b/c they were on the way. The difference between the the other places is clear, when you drive through their massive lots, it's hard to decide which one you love most! Plus you can NOT find better prices, financing & warranties. I'm just saying...go here 1st &final.
Thank you Jeremy for the easy transaction.and great prices
Excellent servos
