I am not trusting this team for car servicing. I lost my ~2000$ for replacing a/c components and the repair given was not even worked for a month. They didn’t take the responsibility for the failure.

I traveled from El Paso,Tx to Bentonville,Ar to buy a car because the prices were awesome, also i want to thank Craig Whitlatch the sales manager for taking care of us, he picked us up from the airport took us down to the dealership and helped us with the process of getting our dream car. I was a bought car at this dealership and i was not drove to home and came back to dealership and Told them that i want to return the car because i was not satisfied and i have crain commitment package that will i can return the car within 100 hrs after purchase. They didn’t given proper response.

I have 2 separate reviews for this dealership. 1. The sales department was fantastic. Joey Allen took great car of us and the help we received from him was second to none. He, by far, went above and beyond what we expected. I would highly recommend the sales department and Joey for anyone looking to buy. This is why I gave 5 stars. 2. The service department is lacking in areas for us. I would rate them 3 stars at best. We had a warranty issue with our back glass 3 days after we bought the vehicle (I know this wasn't their fault. It was a defect from the factory). The big issue we had was when they replaced our glass, the technician did not properly hook up the rear defroster. We didn't find out there was an issue until we needed the defroster and it didnt work. Now they promptly fixed the issue once attention was brought to it, but I feel there shouldn't have been any issues to begin with.

Customer service in the service department is terrible! It takes all I have to be kind & stay positive while I'm explaining the issues my car is having. The technicians and sales men are usually very nice, but the men that sit at the counter have never once greeted me with a smile. They act like it's such a hassle to do their job. The last time they had my car, they never even called to notify me that they were finished working on it. A couple weeks ago , I called to check on it & they seriously told me that they had no clue where my car was. It had been just sitting for days instead of being worked on (I know this because the guy at the counter got an attitude & actually had the nerve to tell me "Yeah, it's been sitting, because we didn't hear a noise").. I was late for work so I could show them exactly what the problem was for the second time...so I could have my car back in time to go out of town. After I got my car back (FIVE WEEKS LATER)...new problems! Surprise, surprise.. This time, I even took it to another mechanic to get it checked out so I would know exactly what to tell them the problem was. I tried to take it in the same day, but when I got there the man at the counter felt the need to inform me very rudely that "They work by appointments only, unless I wanted to drop the car off & who knows how long that could take." The other man told me to bring it by the next day. Surprisingly, I received a phone call when it was finished . He said there's nothing wrong with it. & told me that it was my car was adapting to the way I drive. Hmm , sure.. How rude! My car was running differently when I picked it up . The "non existing" problem(s) seemed to have been fixed..or something like that. Probably forgot to plug something back in, knocked off a sensor, forgot to reset something, etc. But I'll never know. 2 weeks later & my car is back to doing the same thing . Doesnt show what gear its in, jerking around, takes forever to get going, & acting like its going to break down on the highway with my daughter in the back seat!? No thanks , & I am more than willing to pay 10 times my deductible to go somewhere else that actually cares about their customers enough to do the job they get paid to do & actually fix it. This car lot has ruined my experience with Hyundai, in general. We will not be returning to this lot if it can be avoided, & will absolutely not be purchasing a new vehicle from them, like we had originally planned. Extremely upset!!

I have purchased 4 or 5 cars from this dealership, always have had fair and honest dealings with the salespeople. I have referred several of my friends there and they have purchased as well. The only issue I have ever had was this afternoon. I dropped my truck off at 7am for an oil change. I also had a "birthday coupon" that offered a Free Detail of my truck. I asked if they could do that as well, and was told yes, no problem. When the service person called he told me I also needed a new battery (recommended it) which I agreed to. When I went to pick up my truck everything was done EXCEPT the detailing. The truck had not even been washed on the outside. Later that night the Service Manager called me and apologized for the confusion and offered a detail at a time of my choosing, that is great service!

Worst place to buy a car, I acted like I didn’t know how to buy a car and they thought they were gonna fool me lol wanted to sell me a Elantra for a whole lot more then anything else. But not only that wanted me to buy extended warranty, very pushy and in the end I went to Honda in Fayetteville auto park and it was amazing, got a good deal felt great and gm and finance was great with me , would I ever go back? Heck no

They call on a monthly basis with a false pretense to get me to stay on the line saying things like I requested info on a new model when I never did. Then they give me the spiel about lowering my monthly payments for a new model. I have said several times I don't want a new car. And my next car definitely won't be from them since they don't get the idea and keep hounding me. Not interested means I'm not interested. I'll come to you when I want something. (Sure I "get" that my monthly payment will be lower, but it tacks years onto the backend, and I'm only two years out from owning my car outright. Also that new model may be 19k on the lot, but once the title is in my name, it drops a couple thousand, and I'd be underwater on the car loan/mkt value again. I'm not an idiot, I'm an accountant.) Mainly, I find their "I'm not a salesman" ploy to be incredibly insulting. If you can't talk flat out to me about your true intentions, then don't even try. I answer my phone during the work day in case it's my kid's day care employees calling, and thesee salemen take time out of my busy schedule with some bs narrative that goes on and on in a tone that lets me know they think they have a sucker on the line.

My son bought a car from them only had it for a short while. The wiper switched is stripped and when he called to see if they could fix it they told him no go to the ford place and have them fix it. He has a family and the only one who works so he doesn’t have the money to pay for expensive repairs. That is why he traded his vehicle in was to have a dependable car. It was raining ice last night he couldn’t even go pick his baby up and had to have his sister do it because he has no working wipers. Upsets me that these car lots do this to people!!

I took my Jeep Rubicon in for service on the AC because I had purchased it used there. They had the presence of mind to recommend I take it to McClarty Daniel Jeep as it may still be under warranty. It was still under warranty but only for 10 more days. But, after dealing with McClarty Daniel's service, I now appreciate dealing with Crain Hyundai's service department much much more!

Okay, now I can sit down and write a review about this dealership since they finally fulfilled a promise made in October of last year. See, in October I got a postcard in the mail about second chance cards for people who have had a bankruptcy and have little or bad credit from this dealership. At the time the sales team was great. They helped get me into my first brand new, never been owned vehicle. Granted, the payments are ghastly, but they are worth it right now. Well, part of the deal was that I got a $300 gift card upon purchase. I got my paperwork in the mail, but no gift card or check. So, I contacted them and I have been trying since then to get the check. I finally got it today after a lot of hounding! I have to admit i had totally lost my patience and even threatened them that i would not recommend any Crain dealership again if they did not have a check to me today. But i did get the check today and am now a happy camper who would gladly recommend their Bentonville dealership to any that are looking for a new vehicle. Derrick and Pat helped as much as they could with corporate and them messing around. I am now a pleased customer.

My parents recently visited this place looking for a new vehicle, soon after they found a vehicle they liked and agreed on the price, my parents told the sales person that they would be paying for the new vehicle in cash for the agreed price( my mom's car was totaled in an accident and the insurance company had just come thru), immediately afterwards the dealership backpedaled and told my parents that they would not sell them the vehicle cash and that they would have to go thru one of their lenders in order to make the deal happen and no further explanation was given. My parents walked off to another dealership that was more than happy to do business with them. Buyers beware, stay away from these shady dealers.

The people where very nice that work at Crain! "Very" That would be the only reason for my return to buy another Vehicle. They go out and beyond. Next time I will not "Ever" go to an off site to purchase a Vehicle. They contract people in to get rid of the inventory from out of State. So, they are only their for a couple of week's. They were nice also. A lot of mis guidance to the Inventory that they needed to get rid of. But, I suppose you have to do it some how. It was crazy! A lot of happy people and a lot of pissed off people were misled in a flyer they put out and said you WIN!!! Well for me I did win. But for many the numbers did not match. I do not know how much Cost it was to do this. "But, a lot." They did have a big inventory of Pre Owened Cars. Because, they had Several Crain Dealerships with their Inventory. I suppose that is the name of the game. Is to sell to make room for the New Cars that will be coming in. All, I have to really say! The people that work at Crain Hyundai really go beyond to please you. And for all of thier Pre Owned Stock. They give a 3 year Bumper to Bumper Warranty just as a new Vehicle. In many case's. It is buy as is. Long two days! It is done!!! Far most they treated me wonderful. I personally will keep my buisness with them.

Service dept hours need to change if you're not willing to help people. Your website shows your service dept is open until 18hrs, however you won't help anyone after 17hrs. Had to go to a dealership down the road that gladly helped eventhough they didn't sell me the car. Never bringing our Hyundai or business to this dealership again.

Purchased my Hyundai Equus from another dealer before Crain sold that model. At about 30,000 mi. the car began using excessive oil, and after running an oil test to confirm, Crain and Hyundai installed a brand new engine! Hyundai definitely stands by their warranty, and Charles White in service was most polite, respectful, and efficient. This is one of the best automobiles I have ever owned, and by far the most exceptional service I have ever experienced. Will probably purchase another Equus from them, if this one ever wears out.

my wife and i bought a 2008 impala from them in February on the recommendation from her mother. when we got the car i was in love at first site but after one week the inside dome light had a short in it, and one of the back doors locks stopped working and they offered my mother in law 50 dollars for telling us about them which she never got! well after complaining about the car i was told the lock would cost over 400 dollars even though it was still under warranty and never heard anything about the light. i would tell anyone to stay away from these people. i should have went to car mart or aaf for this kind of treatment!

I purchased a car from them with an extended warranty. Service department has been a real let down. I understand that the car I purchased was not a Hyundai but a month to get the correct part a fix a simple problem is just not right! They also were unable to put in a simple note about the warranty that they sold me and I have to supply the service department the information both times I needed to use it! Don't buy a used non hyundai car from this location!

WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! The salesman and finance person there completely took advantage of me coming in their appearing to be a single female with 3 children in tow. I was in a vehicle with high miles and still paying on it with no warranty left. I do not have the greatest credit but I was trying to get back in to another car with a warranty. The salesman had called me to tell me he was able to get me into a car for under $400/month with sales tax paid and no money down. While signing paperwork (after I had turned in keys for my car I traded) I was informed of the sales tax I would have to pay???? I immediately was upset with them and told the finance person that the salesman said that was figured in so he called him in to his office and lied right to my face. Not knowing any better I thought I was already stuck in the deal because I had already signed everything and they already had my car. I got the car on 2/22/2016 and the car I traded had a payment that would have been due on the 2/24/2016. I have a 6 day grace period so I was not worried about the payment because I was assured it would be taken care of within a weeks time. It is now 3/16/2016 and they still have not paid off the balance for the car I had traded and the finance company for that car is about to turn me over to the credit bureau for non payment!!! UPDATE...... I just want to add that I appreciate that a spokesperson for Crain called to get my side so to speak as to why my experience with Crain was such a bad one. Let me backtrack.....Salesman called and told me sales tax paid and no money down and payment of $395/month. Incorrect. After having given up keys to my car and signing several documents I was told sales tax was not figured in. Crain was gracious enough to work the sales tax INTO my financing along with the extended warranty (which also was not figured in when salesman called me). To get the sales tax and extended warranty my payments went up to 460/month. Since THEY were able to get me the sales tax paid and the no money down which is what I requested a representative wanted me to reconsider my complaint that I have posted here. Well after careful consideration sir and the fact that I just had to fork out an additional amount of money since your company did not pay all of the tax due as you stated you would I will not be changing my review. CRAIN did not get me what I wanted.....I did by allowing my payments to be increased. On a good note...Thank You for finally paying off my car on 03/22/2016. I understand I signed papers stating the transaction would take 20 days (it took 29) however the person I was dealing with in finance advised me it was due to be paid on 03/05/2016.

Darren Andrews was so patient with me. I suffer from anxiety issues when making large purchases. He walked me through the process several times. I have never seen someone who worked so hard on making me feel comfortable. I would give him 5 stars. However, the music they play at the dealership is 80's trash. Several times I had to walk outside. Music should be relaxing but motivating. Music selection would receive 1 Star.

I visited Crain Hyundai of Bentonville because I'm a car geek. Although I wasn't in the market to immediately buy a new vehicle (because my current car is only 2 years old) I enjoy being knowledgeably about car/tech trends. Lately I've seen lots of news about the Ioniq and contemplated giving it a test drive. Less than a week later, I was hit with a $50 test drive offer Hyundai was offering to anyone willing to setup a test drive. This was enough to get me in-store. Once I was there Mario R. was very helpful and gave me all of the info on the Ioniq, including the unfortunate news that our market likely will not have the plug-in hybrid model. Overall I was very happy with my experience. I was not pressured to buy and the staff understood that I was just doing research for my next purchase. This in combination with the $50 amazon gift card earns 5 stars from me.

I like the dealer tans the people. But, please be specific when quoting service work. I was quoted $91.00 for a part and 1.5 hours labor to install. The job would have cost me about $240 before tax. I did my research, found the right part for $41 (Genuine Hyundai replacement) and did it myself in 20 minutes. (Thank you YouTube).

I would have liked to give zero stars if it were an option. This is the first Google review I've ever written, but after my experience with this dealership I want to worn others in hopes they will not be duped the way I was. I saw a new vehicle online for an unbelievable price so I contacted the dealership. Since I live two hours away I wanted to make sure I knew the price I would be paying and have everything lined out before I made the drive. I told the salesman what company I was using for financing and then we agreed upon a price $200 less then listed. I then asked him if the price we agreed on included any rebates I may not qualify for because i didn't want to get there and be surprised. He assured me that the price we agreed on was my price. After that I had to fill out a credit app online for him even though i had been preapproved through capital one and planned on using them (as I had told the salesman before). Once my app was approved the salesman told me if I used capital one, my price would actually be $2500 higher than the price we had previously agreed upon. He said in order to get the price we agreed on I would have to finance through Hyundai and my interest rate would be over 2% higher than with capital one. This was not disclosed to me when I asked him this question point blank. Needless to say I did not buy a vehicle from this dealership nor will I ever even consider it again. I was blatantly lied to. I caution anyone considering buying a new car from this dealer to be extremely careful. I've never been lied to by a car dealer as blatantly as I was here. UPDATE: I called and spoke to Pat the sales manager as requested in the response to my review. Pat did not know what I was referring to because the response was actually written by a different department. I was told the salesman and I had a misunderstanding. This is the most ludicrous thing I've ever heard. If there is a way I can post the screenshots of our text conversation to show it I will.

When I picked the car I wanted, Stephen and Greg were very helpful in streamlining the process. Stephen gave me a fair price for the car, and then walked me through what I needed to do to buy the car. He followed up with me by phone to make sure I was a happy customer, and when I still had questions he took the time to answer them. Greg made financing my new car a breeze, and I was out the door in no time!

WE spent over $14,000 for our Elantra GT with 58,815 miles on it. 8,000 miles later was told the wrist pins failed prematurely and the car needs a new engine. I spent 2 months and 22 phone calls trying to get an answer as to whether the dealership was going to offer any sort of help whatsoever. Was told by the sales manager Pat that he was looking at our contract and would be willing to give us close to payoff to trade us out of the car. I was later told by the general manager Shane that would not happen but he would be happy to "smoke" Pat for telling us that. How about honoring what your management team tells you customers instead? Was also promised a return call personally from the general manager on a particular day by noon. 3 months later still have not received that call. Yet another promise from the customer relations manager Terry that he will personally have Shane return my call the next day or he would "personally" call me himself. That call never came either. FINALLY, after making the 2 hour trip to the dealership and asking the general manager if he intended to help in any way I was told he would "do nothing at all" and not "pay a penny" to help. I inquired about the buyer guide which was on the car at the time of purchase stating 10yr/100,000 mi. warranty. That does not cover the second owner. The second owner warranty expires at 60,000 miles which was gone with our drive home from the dealership the night of purchase. So, why post the 10yr/100,000 on the vehicle knowing that it does not cover any other owner except the original purchaser? Surely not to be deceitful? We then stopped dealing with the Bentonville dealership and contacted the service manager John from the Fayetteville location. John told us to bring him our vehicle and he will have it repaired for "little to no money out of our pocket". So we made the four hour round trip to drop the vehicle off. 3 weeks later I called to check the status only to be told that John is no longer an employee and the new service manager informed us that it will cost us around $1500 for repairs. At this point the vehicle had been out of service for 3 months so I agreed to the $1500 repair cost. I was told the car would be completed the following Wednesday. I called on the Thursday after the vehicle was to be complete and then told my parts were on back order with no known date of expectation. 1 month later the car was completed. Traveled to the dealership this past Saturday 8-11-18 to pick the car up. Paid $1335.00 for the repair and started the return trip home. 15 miles up I-49 the car started smoking extremely bad. Returned to the dealership and informed the service team of the situation only to be asked what I want them to do for me? They are extremely helpful digging into your wallet but after the sell if you have any issues do not expect anything more than a buy here pay here lot experience. BTW, drove across the street and traded for a new Toyota. All is good and a valuable lesson learned. By far the worst customer service we have ever experienced. BTW, they haven`t even offered to refund the $1335 which we paid for the engine repair that failed within 15 miles.

So after 4 year and my 2nd car here they screwed me over in service and just getting my car. At first to draw u in is customer service at first but after awhile they could give 2 craps about you. I'll never be return here again. And no Shane calls me back and threatened me to tell me that I'm never allowed to being my car back and if I want any warranty work done I have to go to Missouri for work to be done. I have never ever complained about work done on my cars tell yesterday they wanted to charge my alone over $70 bucks for a tire rotation and balance. Flat outrageously overpriced.

If zero stars was an option it would be zero! The gave me a loaner car, while my car was getting looked at. (Written contract stating it was a loaner not a rental!!!) When I picked up my car today, they charged $570 for the rental car. And on the same invoice on the bottom they call it a loaner car. We had a trip planned to Wisconsin, which we had to pay for a rental car, because the "loaner" car couldn't be taken over 200 miles away! After spending $24k a car from them, this is how they treat their customers. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH CRAIN, EVER AGAIN!!!!!

I bought a 2013 Hyundai Elantra GT just prior to moving from Texas to the Bentonville area. Even though I did not purchase the car from them, they treated me exceptionally well when I took it in for my first oil change. The dealership recently changed ownership to the Crain Automotive Group, & I believe they also purchased the other nearby Hyundai dealership. They appear to me to be trying hard to make a good impression & establish a good customer relationship as the "new" guys on the block.

DO NOT COME CLOSE TO THIS PLACE.I was active looking for a car for the last 2 months ended up here. I was surprised at how different the advertised price was vs actual price when you get there. They have some wheel locks/nitrogen add on to the price for well over$1,000. It was nearly impossible to just get an actual price of the vehicle I was interested in.

We drove two hours to get there and another couple of hours of them collecting all of our personal information and left feeling like we’d wasted our day and a tank of gas on these jokers. Service department is awful. I tooked my car for an oil change and they try to tell me that the oil pan was strip and we're trying to charge me 400. My car was fine before I tooked there. The only reason I tooked for the oil change cuz it was free..now after a week my car is leaking oil, and they had told me it was fix. This ppl are bunch of liars, starting from their sales department. Will never go there again or recommend this awful place!!!
