You come here because you have no choice. It's a Ford, but they think of themselves as a BMW dealer. GMC gives loaner vehicles to people dropping their car off for a couple of days. Not ford. They have a shuttle, but it's kind of on it's on time schedule. Then the "hours" required for jobs is a bit fitctional at times. Like an hour to reprogram a module. Where a YouTube video uncut shows the whole process start to end taking 10 minutes. But Crain will charge you 1hr and 80 something to do it.

I never plan to use any other dealer for a new car. We found our salesman, Bryan Fitzhugh , waiting for us in the lot late after dark on a cold night. He was very knowledgeable to every question we had and very eager to please. We ended up finding two cars we were interested in and went in to see if we could make a deal. I was also impressed with the manager’s ability to quickly come to a very fair and acceptable deal. Their team stayed with us until around 1:00 AM to seal the deal and we went home with 2 new vehicles. I highly recommended.

I would pick zero stars if I could. Crain had my car for almost three weeks before I got it back from their maintenance department after turning it in for an electrical problem. Approximately $1,400 later, it broke down less than an hour out of the shop on one of the busiest streets in Little Rock. To their credit, they towed it back to their place at no cost, but three weeks later after hearing nothing from them (it took me almost 20 minutes to get someone on the phone every time I called except once), they tried to convince me that they needed an additional $1,400 to get it running. They offered no explanation for why their previous work did not fix my problems, nor why my car seemed to be in worse shape than when I initially left it with them. Save yourself a lot of time and frustration and take your business elsewhere.

My 19 yr old son put $1000 down on a 2017 Charger from Crain Ford on 3/30. He paid $465 for car insurance and $1300 sales tax and registration on 4/29. On 5/8 *** 6 WEEKS AFTER BUYING THE CAR*** the manager TEXTS him to tell him that they were unable to get the loan to go through and to bring the car back. A grown man TEXTS a 19 year old kid to tell him to bring back the car that he has wanted since before he could drive. What a coward!! My son tried to contact the manager several times via phone calls and text to see when to bring the car back as we live an hour and a half away and he never responded. He admitted to ignoring him when confronted about it. We brought the car back on 5/11 and still had to wait nearly an hour for a letter to file with the State to see if the sales tax can be refunded and NO check for the $1000 down payment. They knew we were coming on Saturday three days in advance. The manager stated that it would be mailed first thing on Monday, May 13, and as of Friday, May 17, we still have not received the down payment back. We are in over $2800 deep for a car that Crain owns. I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General. ***RUN FROM THIS COMPANY*** SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES *** RUDE MANAGERS***

My husband went in this morning for an oil change and a tire rotation. They refused to rotate the tires, told him he needed new ones. Okay, he is aware but still needs them rotated. Went back to rotate the tires and they found a nail in the tire, so they took it upon themselves to start pulling the nail out, then came out and said they couldn't fix it because he needed new tires. He told them that nobody told them to pull nails out, and to fix it. They said they couldn't because it was a safety issue. So now he is leaving almost 3 hours later with a leak in the tire that he's going to have to get fixed and hopefully an oil change, but who knows because they can't seem to follow Instructions. Will NOT be returning. Just got home with the truck and the tech left oil all over the truck. Great job, nice to see that people take pride in their work.

Had my truck for over a week for evaluation of the check engine light. Couldn't get any return calls or had to call multiple times daily just to get someone to answer the phone. After they finally fixed the problem, picked my truck up only to find a half eaten sausage biscuit in the front seat from McDonald's from where someone took it to go get breakfast. Nice to know my truck was good enough to get someone else breakfast while I was paying to Uber back and forth to work for a week. Will not be going back.

I recently bought a SUV from Crain Ford in Little Rock with the help of an amazing salesperson named Henry. I had tried multiple other dealerships with no luck and the constant changing of minds that I felt that I was never going to be able to purchase a car. Henry went above and beyond anything that I could ever imagine. Not only did he do everything in his power to get me into a vehicle but he went as far as picking us up from our house, taking me to work, and then dropping my mom off at the dealership so that we could get a loaner car since we were promised things would be finished prior to that day due to us not having a car at the time. I have never had anyone treat us with such respect and stayed true to their word when purchasing a car in the past. I will continue to buy future cars from Henry and I am so grateful and blessed that I decided to give it another go after losing all hope. I feel that Henry deserves so much due to his amazing customer service and I feel that others can learn from his ways. He not only treats his customers with respect but he treats them as though they were part of his family. Thank you Henry for everything that you did for us so that we could easily buy our car.

My wife and I were out shopping for SUV's this weekend and stopped by this dealership to drive an Explorer. The initial greeting was friendly and we were handed off to Tanisha who is very friendly and knows her Fords. Though it took some time (about 20 minutes) for her to find an Explorer for us to drive she found it and we took it on a test drive. The test drive went very well and Tanisha was very knowledgeable about the SUV and what her sales management team could do for us, the customer. During the experience another salesman who was with two other customers a few feet away noticed my wife looking at him and said to her "Those are big numbers aren't they girl", referring to the numbers that he was discussing with the other customers, which you could not help hearing from where we were at. When we returned from the test drive, I confronted the salesman and told him to never talk to my wife like that again. He was aggressive and unapologetic. He went to the management booth. My wife told the sales manager what the salesman said to her. The salesman was in denial and very aggressive in his tone. No dealership should have a salesman who is a sexist and looks down on women as stupid or incapable of handling financial deals.

Im giving them a 1 star review mostly because I never got a chance to see how they conduct business. The reason is when i went to look at vehicles they have all the isles blocked forcing you to A: walk (which wasn't going to happen because of the fact it's hot) or B: come in and ride around on a cart with a salesman. I have bought many vehicles and NEVER EVER not had the freedom to look at the lot at my convenience, and the real kicker is when I went inside to find out if that was how it is and expressed I thought it was silly the two gentleman had ZERO desire to try and fix my problem. 90% of my business is phone related. New clients call all the time and it's extremely important to project a positive attitude on the phone as well as in person. That being said, Your receptionist might need to be re-trained on phone etiquette. She didn't offer her name, or any sort of greeting. All I got was "Crain Ford", and when I asked for the parts department, all I got was a click! Were it not for the hold music, I would have thought I had been summarily hung up on. Everyone has days that are less than ideal, but I see no reason to be so cold. I hope her days get better soon

I scheduled and had an easy recall performed. I routinely use Crain ford for scheduled vehicle maintenance. They often provide me with a loaner vehicle, however I wish they would be expected to have loaner vehicles available for every scheduled appointment that require a few hours... not loaner vehicles available depending on what vehicles may be around the lot. Many other dealer service departments readily offer loaner vehicles available without any hassle upon scheduling an appointment with someone who had purchased a vehicle new from them at any point in time...

If you own a diesel truck, DO NOT take it here. Made an appointment for my F250 yesterday for oil change and transfer case troubleshooting. Only to be told that they can't look at my truck until some time next week. This is the third time they have done this to me. I will never be back. This is also my last Ford. Worst experience at a car dealership for an oil change. I made an appointment online through the Crain Ford Dealership website for an oil change; 9:30 AM. I was here on time. Had to wait 10-15 minutes to get service from staff. Then I was told the oil change should only take a few minutes. I also, shared that I have been experiencing a loss of power during acceleration. I was told that would take a few more minutes to address... Two hours later... I had to find my Service Rep to ask for a status on my vehicle. The oil change was still not complete, and it could take a few hours to get the loss of power issue address. I then expressed my displeasure with the service provided and asked what could be done to expedite the process. The Service Rep came back later and said it would take several hours to address the power issue and asked if I would like to reschedule....!!! I explained as a customer it is unacceptable to have to wait over two hours for an oil change and then be told it could several hours to analyze the loss of power issues. Mind you, I was told it would only be a few minutes during my service consultation. I highly recommend you NOT use their Vehicle Service Department!! I won't be back!

I Went to purchase a used vehicle with 80k miles and thankfully, before I could sign the paperwork the transmission acted up while still in the parking lot and the car wouldn't move!! They still expected me to buy the vehicle even though it wouldnt run! No doubt, If I had already signed the paperwork- I would have been stuck with this vehicle with no leg to stand on! My terrible experience with this dealership started actually about a year ago when I went to get a steering wheel recall fixed on my car. I called about coming in, they said just come in whenever you can and it should take about 10 minutes to get it fixed. When I took it in, I waited for 3 hours before even being told that they had run out of the part and would have to order it. They said it will be in the next day, just come in the morning and I would be in and out real quick...no! 2 more hours and still no part. They said they would call me when the part came in, which they did. I took the car in, got it fixed, and for my troubles was given 2 free oil change packages. Used the first free oil change, no problem. Second free oil change was a different story. Waited almost 3 hours for just an oil change because the mechanic made a mistake and got oil all over my car and had to clean it. So, they told me they would not use the last free oil change. I took the car in today because something was wrong with it and decided to go ahead and use that last oil change since I was already there. They couldn't find anything wrong, which is fine. But when they charged me for the oil change I asked why. They said "Well you have already used of them." When I explained what happened, they said "sorry it shows you have use both of them already." I definitely will not be going to any dealership with the Crain name on it, because every visit has been a problem.

Our salesman was great, patient nice guy and he knows his stuff. Only thing is, better make your final decision before you put down deposit here. Mr. Will Allen, the New Car Manager asked us to put down deposit on 07/14 and we started to ask for refund 10 days later when we found a better deal. We didn't hear anything back after Mr. Will Allen told us that he would when we called him. Then he started to refuse to talk to us when we called later. Until today we still haven't received a refund from Crain Ford of Little Rock; Getting the refund back is hard but finding a better deal was not.

I purchase a 2012 Lincoln MKS on March 04, 2014. At the time of purchase the salesman behavior was extremely poor and very unprofessional. Against my better judgement I purchased the Gap insurance. My CAR was totalled on 4/29/2018 and I have been trying for over a month to get reimbursed. I spoke with Brodie who stated they have absolutely no record of me buying a vehicle and when I told him who it was financed through he stated they don't use gm financial because they are a ford dealer. So I asked to speak with his supervisor David Micheal, well no help there either, I've been waiting over a month for him to get back with me. Still waiting!!! Please stay away from this dealership. They don't know the true meaning of customer service nor service after the sale. You have been warned!!!

Had a coupon for The Works package. They charged me an extra 5 dollars, and then another 5 extra past what they said a new air filter would be. I asked Chad how he got my bill to what it was at, his exact response was "Well, ya know, it's all printed out here and uh... well, it's kinda, ya know. *makes hand motions like it's confusingly printed* It's just kinda there." Last time, they were nice enough to not charge anything, so that's something at least. The least they could do is have someone who understands how their billing paper is formatted so when someone asks "What am I paying for here?" They have a better answer than, "Ya know... stuff. It's confusing." The people at the Mazda dealership across the street who take care of my wife's car have always come across as intelligent, fair, and for the customer. Maybe Crain should shuffle some employees around so that they can have more effective transactions.

Took my car in for an electrical problem and they said it'd be about two to two-and-a-half hours. Six and a half hours later my car is done. they have to change a component that shouldn't have took no more than an hour, run a diagnostics which takes no more than an hour. Because my car is under warranty they took their sweet time and getting my car repaired. The previous group that used to be a cream for did a great job. Very courteous very kind let me know what was going on. This new group, in the service department needs work. The advisor who came out to even talk to me no card did not even introduced himself. I do not like writing reviews like this. As I don't normally write them. However this really bothered me because I know cars and the time frame was just totally inexcusable.

Worst experience I have ever had at a dealership! Took 3 weeks to get my truck in to get it fixed mind you a truck with 32000 thousand miles shouldn't need to have engine work done to it! I was lied to from the day I dropped it off. Was told they would have it done in a few days! Called a week later was told they hadn't started on it and they gave me lie after lie after lie on what was going on! Went in to confront the service rep that was working with me and he flat out said it will be done by next Friday! Well next Friday came and went so I go down sat to find out what is going on and they hadn't even started it! Was told the service rep I was dealing with is no longer there and that they would try to get my truck in to get it fixed I was extremely mad at that point! 5 weeks to try to get my truck fixed and I finally had to pick up my truck and take it ton another dealership to fix it! I will never buy another vehicle from crain ford or any of their dealerships or ever let them service any of them as well!

I went to get my oil changed and tire plugged up around 3pm, I didnt end up leaving until 6:15 ..after I was told it would just be about an hour and a half before my car could be done and the worst part when it was done I was not notified, they just asked for my name and then I didnt hear back after that, a guy from parts had to check me out because everyone had already LEFT! Then I wasnt told I was going to be charged $20 more than what I was originally told!

3 months ago I had called this dealership regarding a serious recall part for my car. The first guy I talked with asked no questions regarding my car and only told me to bring it up there whenever I could and they would replace the part. When I asked a about making an appointment, he said I didn't need one, just to bring it up there. So, that's what I did. I even had a friend who told off work so he could come pick me up. When I took it up there two days later, I was told they were out of the part and it would have to be ordered. The service advisor I talked to told me that she ordered the part and made my appointment for that following Monday. She gave me her information and told me to call her the Friday before just so she can confirm the part was in. Later that day I had missed a call from her. She left a voicemail and wanted me to call her back. I did. It went to voicemail so I left her one. I never heard back from her. I called that Thursday and no one even answered the phone. I called on Friday, as instructed. The gentleman I talked to informed the lady I needed to speak with was on the phone, and he came back and told me to hang on, she'll be with me in a minute. That minute turned into 10. At that point I had another call I had to take so I hung up. Not one person has called me back since. Not one. And this was a serious recall too. I'm speechless as to why the service department (and mainly) the service advisor hasn't called me back. It's just unbelievable how horrible customer service and customer safety has gone to the crapper with dealerships. I will NEVER use this dealership again!!!

Stay away from crain ford on little rock,they will say they fix something when they actually haven't, talk to Andy today to inquire why my brakes are still squeaking after having a complete brake job,I brought it back to the service dept several times this year for them to tell me they are okay, they say it probably condensation on it from setting up a night Okay I said that fine. Today I took it to McCarty to get a oil change and was inform that my front pad are 2-3 com which will need replacing soon. Contacted crain got the run around and was told to bring it back to crain so they technician can look at it? Isn't all Ford dealer the same?

I brought my car here for service, and they did the diagnostic the next day. The repairs were priced at 1,200! So I told them I would have to talk to my wife. I then explained that we wouldn’t have the money for those repairs right away and would have to wait. They convinced me to leave my car there until I made a decision because if I had it towed there’s have to charge for the diagnostic. I waited through the weekend, and went in to return the courtesy car (which was helpful of them). I’d planned on getting a copy of the diagnostic to get pricing elsewhere, but when we sat down they explained that THEY ALREADY PERFORMED THE WORK ON MY CAR!!! I left for work and called again later to speak with a manager, so they called me back and said they would reverse the work. When I asked for a copy of the $130 diagnostic, all I received was chicken scratch writing on paper. $130 and I can’t even get a printout?! We had the labor priced elsewhere for like $200. DONT GET SCAMMED BY THESE GUYS
