I recently purchased a 2013 Flex from Crain Ford in Jacksonville. I had a wonderful experience and even with my negative equity I was carrying on my current vehicle I was able to stay in a reasonable monthly payment. I would reccomend this dealership to everyone. The sales, service and CSM staff were incredibly helpful and explained the process of purchasing a new vehicle step by step!

Awesome dealership

Candi Barnum

Thank you Alex for taking great care of my sister. We came from another dealership that was not interested in helping us. My sister is a proud owner of a 2015 Nissan Pathfinder because of you...

Cindy Morris

Bought my first new vehicle here and they did me terrible. I was not knowledgeable and they definitely took advantage of me! I paid more than the vehicle was worth and on top of that the Ford focus is not a quality vehicle! They are in it for the money not to satisfy there customer! I would not recommend this place to anyone! #neveragain

Michael Daugherty

Alex I did a great job! He did not forget me and followed up with me. Thank you very much! Go see him!

Despite the renovation currently underway at the Jacksonville location, the service center is still running smoothly and they had my truck in for routine maintenance and out even faster than normal. **Update** Renovations are now complete and the waiting area for service is very comfortable. I really appreciate the work station (including a nice desktop available for guests to use) so that I can get some work done while watching my truck getting its service done. I was in and out in less than an hour for an oil change and regular service. Four star review bumped up to five stars for the comfy waiting area.

Great service, great sales people.

WATCH OUT!!!!! Despite the word around town and all the negative reviews we decided to give Crain Ford in Jville a shot and they lived up to their reputation- shady AF! Agreed on a price, thought we’d worked a deal until we went in to finalize everything and basically caught them trying to slide in an additional $3400 worth of overpriced warranties and gap that we did not want.

In April I purchased a vehicle from Crain Ford in Jacksonville. I was told two days later that I needed to return the vehicle because my boyfriend works there and I was not eligible to purchase a vehicle at the internet price. I asked for proof of the policy but was never given proof. I want to purchase the vehicle That I thought I bought. I sign paperwork, took delivery, and I drove off the lot. There should be no legal reason why I had to give the vehicle back. I have since contacted the AG and the one and only response they had was "they exercised the right to sell or not sell a vehicle" I do not understand that response, I BOUGHT the vehicle. Before I purchased the vehicle the trade was appraised by General Sales Manager Keith Ingram and the final numbers were approved by General Sales Manager Josh Meadows. On more than one occasion Mr Meadows stated that there was no issue with the transaction. It is clear that I have been singled out in a form of undue prejudice. I purchased the vehicle for the price that was listed on the website. I was told that after the transaction was complete that the CFO Chris Bird required that I pay more for the vehicle. Does the CFO review every transaction placed at every dealership or did he specifically single me out? Can the dealership provide any previous instance where a customer purchased a car and the CFO demanded that the car be returned? This clearly violates truth in advertising.

I first talked to a young lady that had 0 phone etiquette, and she thought I was trying to buy a motorcycle when I asked about a used jeep. Then I was told by 2 different people that without the stock number the vehicle could not be located. I ended up buying a jeep down the road (same day) and when I drove by Crain. There was the jeep I called about sitting on their lot. No no no Crain team doesn't have it.

Had a flat tire traveling from Texas to Illinois in my Ford Transit. No car jack but a spare tire. The spare had a key i didn’t have either. I was lucky enough to get off freeway and make it to the service dpt. Talked with Tim Glanert. He said it was going to be over an hour wait. He brought out a floor jack to my van and had me out in 25 mins. Very thankful for them going out of their way.

They service department are thieves they stole my homeboys spare key and they stole my radio amp

I bought from Crain Ford in Jacksonville, Arkansas the 3rd week of August 2015. I went on to Truecar to access a special internet price, which was guaranteed, for the used car I identified. Bottom Line: When I made my deal and got home, I found the original window sticker, and Crain Ford’s “special internet price” for this used car was $1000 MORE than the new sticker price fully loaded. Crain Ford sells used cars (at least in my case) for more than when they were brand new! During my negotiation, I was told they couldn’t budge on the “special internet price” because it was a “special internet price”. Also, on my trade they tried to offer me $6K less than the Kelly Blue Book “trade in price” listed for a pristine low mileage sports car. When I identified this, they brought that trade offer up substantially. But they got me on their list price. I don’t think I’ve ever before paid more for a used car than it listed new. Lesson learned. I won’t buy from Crain again. Subsequent to my purchase, I received an email from Crain’s internet manager (Mike Raney) to rate my satisfaction with my buying experience and the vehicle I bought. I wrote him back, in courtesy (prior to posting to any site), about my disappointment that they would list a “special price” (non-negotiable) that was more than when the car was brand new. He called me on 9/2/15 and tried to tell me that their servicing of this low mileage (5K mile) vehicle to ready it for sale cost money and that prices always change on vehicles (as if a used 2014 FJ Cruiser could go up in value from when it was new). I told him that made no sense to me and I have never heard of such a thing. With regard to the original window sticker I found in the glove box, Mr. Raney said personally he wouldn’t have left it in the glove box if he had prepped the car. Mr. Raney also said I drove the car and had the opportunity to find that original window paperwork in the glove box before I signed the paperwork and there was nothing I could do – now that I’ve signed the paperwork. I told him that he’s right, they fooled me and that I didn’t appreciate the dishonestly. He insisted there was nothing dishonest on their part or in the way they do business. Be very careful in buying a vehicle at Crain Ford of Jacksonville, Arkansas. Dr. S

If you want to know why I come back time and again to Crain Ford, you only have to visit one time to find out. The team at Crain Ford make you feel like one of their most important customers, by the outstanding customer service they provide. The knowledge and training they bring in the service department, is bar none, the best I've had to pay for. You can rest assured, when your ride needs tender loving care, look to the Crain Ford Team, you'll never go wrong. Keep up the good work everybody!!!!

2nd car I have purchased here and I love these guys. They worked hard to find the car I wanted ended up being in Texas. They got it here in just a few days. During the wait time they took a 2nd look at offers and found a better deal on the financing for me saving 2000 dollars. Thanks for the help!

Good service department

It was an awesome experience. I was nervous about buying a new Mustang, but the staff made you feel at ease and didn't push to make the sale. With a staff that was not pushy, it made my decision to buy the Mustang really easy. This is going to be a place that I will get all my vehicles from.

This is for there service department... a year ago I took my truck ,a 08 f150 5.4 130000miles ,to them because of a knock and raddle at low rpms. They charged me $450 to take my valve cover off, tell me I needed a new motor ($8000+), put it back together, and send me on my way. After that I changed the oil, added Lucas oil treatment, and it quieted down.... fast forward a week ago truck started running rough again, did some digging, found out the VTC solenoid can cause my issue. To check you simply unplug it and drive and see if the noise stops, sure enough it did. Look up how to change it out looks simple enough online, but apparently that’s only on the 04-06 5.4 , 07 and 08 5.4 they changed the design and you have to remove the valve cover to change it. So now I have to pay someone else to remove the same valve cover to replace this $30 part that could have been fixed a year ago, when they the had the valve cover off the first time.... now thanks to this ,and Ford’s poor engin design choices, I , a loyal f150 owner, will be buying a Chevi for my next truck

Diane Hanks

Always throygh with every vehicle we have purchased in their service department anf always polite and courteous

Except selling the car fast, rest service is just poor!

I cant speak for everyone but the salesman i got only showed me one car...pushed that one car and it was an auction car...didn't know full details on the vehicle....although my parents bought it anyway... the vehicle has been hell ever since and they wont answer or return calls.

Shannon Jones

I would not buy a car from them I know someone who took there new car in there for there first oil change and they guy hit the yellow pole and they didn't fix it the way they said they would they told him he is going to deal with the way they fixed it they are rude and don't know what they are doing go the Russell, crain Ford in Jacksonville just try to make money off people and don't care about there customers there employee should not reack your car and them say you are going to deal with it

Lindy Lu C.

They were honest and willing to work with us on trading in our vehicles, when other dealerships would not. Highly recommend this place.

Great friendly folks

Crain Ford Jacksonville is addressing my concerns and i am satisfied with the resolution we are coming to. I should of just elevated my concerns to the GM, he is handling this very well.

Bought my 2014 Ford Fusion Hybrid brand new from Crain Ford. I've taken my car there several times for oil changes. I scheduled one over the internet for today at 2:45 pm....didn't get finished until 5:00 pm. Over 2 hours and 15 minutes waiting. Then when I get in my car, they also changed the cabin air filter (at my request) but the A/C blower was loud! I called them back out to show them, pull cabin filter back out and guy said leaves probably fell onto the blower. NOW I will have to schedule another service time to get the blower fixed. With that being said, I was not charged for this service BUT I missed a couple of other appointments at 4:00 pm and 4:30 pm. because of the long wait time. In the future, I will call before my scheduled oil change to make sure they are on time. Was also told by the service schedule guys that "mam, we are like a Dr. office or emergency room, we can't tell you how long it will be."

Awful, I was lied to and the salesman tried to play me. I talked this salesman on a Saturday morning and told him what I was looking for. He already had my application since I did it online. He called me back a little later and said for me to be able to get the vehicle I was looking at and the monthly payment I need i would have to put $1000 down. I told him I couldn't do that much right now and that I would try at a later date and I thanked him for his time. About 6 hrs later he called me and said he could get me this suv at the payment I need with no money down. I said ok and I drove 40 miles to the dealership. After signing every paper but the one from the bank he told me it would have to be Monday before we can get the final paperwork due to it being late. He then said take the SUVs home for the weekend and enjoy then come back on Monday and sign the papers. When Monday came around it took me all day to get him to tell me what my payments will be. When he finally told me they where $100 more than what I am currently paying and $200 more than what he told me on Saturday. When I asked him what happened he wouldn't give me a answer. I believe this guy and the finance guy thought that if I took this thing home for the weekend I would fall in love with this sub and still sign for that crazy price. Well they where wrong. Thanks for wasting my time and lying to me. I was honest up front saying what I can and cannot do but he lied to get me in there and try to push a high price on me. I will never go back to a Crain dealership again and I will tell any friend of mine not to go there either.

Recently bought a vehicle from Crain Ford. They were told to only run my credit through one institution and I gave them the name specifically, yet I have 5 hard hits on my credit report that showed they shopped around the loan to multiple institutions. My loan is through the institution that I specified. Amazing how that works. They could have had a happy customer if they actually listened to what the customer wanted.

linda jo counts

Everyone is courteous and professional. My truck is serviced at the recommended mileage intervals and Crain Ford in Jacksonville has done the work each time .

My car, a Honda Civic, broke down next to the Crain Ford dealership in Jacksonville, AR due to an overheat. I normally take it to the nearest Honda dealership, but I did not have that luxury this time. They said that they could fix it, but they would have to order the part. The part was a hose and fittings that they said had a leak that was causing the overheat problem. They fond this by conducting a pressure test. I got my car back and all was normal until two days later when my car showed the same symptoms. I brought it back to them before the next overheat where they told me the problem was now a crack in the engine block due to an overheat. My car was essentially totaled. The engine was worth 3/4 of what the car was worth. The service manager refused to refund my money ($803 - $670 of that was for labor). He told me the general manager would give me a call- I never received one. I would never recommend this dealership based on their shoddy business practices and unwillingness to stand by their work. Its not every day a Honda Civic with 115,000 miles has an engine blow. There's my two cents.

Kristy Martin

The sales guy was very nice & not overly pushy

Rae Bryant

I had bought a car from Crain and after having the car for a month, they called me and said the bank would not finance the warranty, so they took my extended warranty away. And they was bound by a contract, I will never buy another car from Crain Ford in Jacksonville BEWARE

Coleton Gorecke

I went in with a pre-approved loan with USAA of $18,750 to look at a used Tacoma priced as $19,997 AFTER texting and speaking with a representative saying that they could get it close to $18,500. I get to the dealership and that representative isn’t there, and I am greeted with the Sales Manager. This guy seemed nice, but I could already tell he had no interest in me or my money. We exchange information and he gets the keys to the pickup, then I have to walk across the lot to go get it, toddler booster seat in hand, in the rain. After driving it I loved the truck! The A/C actuator was busted (would only blow on high), and that is a very troublesome fix as you NORMALLY have to take the dash apart to replace it. Knowing this I wasn’t going to buy it broken. I return to the dealership and guy isn’t there, have to call him back to his desk. He then comes in and tells me he can beat my 8% APR so he runs my credit without asking me, only to find out that he COULDN’T comes back asking if I can afford $650 a month for a 100k+ mile vehicle. Told him I would use my USAA financing. He goes and talks to whoever, comes back and tells me to fill out this paper (I read it first) and it’s setting me up to pay $21k. I told him no, im not paying that as the ac is busted in the truck. Then he tells me what the truck costs, and that I have to pay a $500 FINANCE FEE for not using their services. (SCAM AND YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PAY THIS FYI) I tell him that if they do their “safety check” and can’t even notice the A/C being out then how can I trust what they checked? We go up front and I explain to the boss he gets snarky with me as if I had told him I wanted to buy his first born. I then tell him because of me having to get into the dash and whatever else for the pickup I’ll pay 18,000 for it. He asks the older gentleman and WITHOUT LOOKING UP FROM HIS PHONE he says “No”. I’m a 22YO man with a wife and child, and he tried taking advantage of my age and lack of experience with car buying and I didn’t let him. This is not how you treat customers, and I won’t be setting foot in another place in Jacksonville because of it.

Desiree Roush

$100 for a diagnosis on a vehicle is ridiculous you can go anywhere else and not have to pay to get your car looked at

Jason Barber

Trevor O'Dell and the sales team are phenomenal. They will treat you fairly and make the payment affordable to your budget. I'm so grateful that they took care of my friends who needed to purchase a new vehicle. I highly recommend them!

David Zajac

Excellent job

Leroy Walker

Very refreshing, new remodeling is comfortable, and service was as I expected, timely.

Tommy Mcclure

Great people awesome deals

Gabe Stephens

Service is great!!

Sid Dgras

Horrible service! Neither of the sales people introduced themself or else I would post, the one that stuck with us was short dark skinned guy with beard. He acted as though we were bothering him when we showed up. I felt as though there was an underlying prejudice. The "new car" had a dead battery and they could not find correct key fob. The car was missing center caps on rims. He innstantly got indignant because I couldn't understand why my contact information was needed to negotiate a price for the Ford Fusion couldn't answer questions about rebates offered. They claimed the were eager to move the car but when quoted he was only willing to give me the sticker which was $10,000 over the quote I received from another dealer as we are shopping for the best deal. Apparently Crain has this kind of reputation after speaking with some friends, I would not have wasted anyone's time if I would have known.

roger frank

Terrible Service. Go to Mclarty Ford! You'll be glad you did.

Michael Laureano

Trey Graves helped us here and gave us incredible service. Anybody who is looking for a new car needs to come here and ask for him. He'll take care of you in every way possible. Very grateful for an honest salesmen these days.

Madeline Young

Amazing staff of people and will do whatever it takes to get you in the car of your dreams

Brock Brian

Sold a vehicle telling me ssying it was tow ready. Went to have the tow package installed. The SUV is not tow ready. It does not even have the wiring harness that comes factory for that year on tow ready SUVs that year model. So now I'm stuck paying even more money. Lie number 1.. oh wait it gets better.. Had taxes financed in. I am military and they asked me to use my Alabama address instead of my Arkansas home of record address for my taxes. Then when I got back to Alabama and went to pay the taxes, come to find out crain didnt even use MY ADDRESS when they figured my taxes. they used some other county in Alabama to get a lowere rate. So when I went to pay with the check they sent ( which also took a month to get when they told me 10 days) it was $356 short. This place will do anything for a sale. The fact that there service department couldn't even explain why the harness for the tow package wasn't there is nonsense. Next stop for me is the better business bureau.

Greg inConway

Sales reps are pressure free and allows the customer to review inventory without being stalked. They have an excellent selection of vehicles with some high end Mustangs. Nothing remarkable with pricing. All employees were friendly and helpful. FOUR STARS.

Cody Pace

Not only did they waste my time, but they tried everything they could to try to rip me off. I finally had enough so I told the guy I needed a minute, walked outside and called another dealership and in under 5 mins had a lower price for the same car but with aftermarket wheel and tires. Went to the new dealer the next day and was driving off in my new vehicle before lunch. Safe your time and money and looks elsewhere.

walter Lemke

Juju was amazing! So helpful and friendly.....not the typical pushy salesman. Will definitely purchase from him again soon!!!

Matthew Adamson

I first went to Crain Ford in July 2018 to test drive a new F150 and that’s when I met James Masters. He asked me a few questions and off we went on a test drive. No pressure, no obligation. I decided against a new truck at that time but still kept in contact with James. Fast forward to February 2019 and I was in the market for a new Super Duty. It just so happened Crain had one on the lot that checked all of the boxes on my list. Before I knew it my Silverado was traded in and I was driving away in my new F-350! Seamless hassle-free purchase the way it should be.

Philip Rogers

Dishonest flat out! I told my sales man my after market rims and tires are not part of the trade..i even have a text message confirming this...long story short when I came to pick my new truck up (the traded truck had the after market wheels off and factory wheels back on) the salesman saw it, I drove off....4 days later a "sales manager" I wouldn't call him that...called me cussing me threating to call the cops for stolen truck cause I didn't give them the aftermarket wheels....bought plenty of trucks and this was by far the worst transaction, if the "sales manager" would have let me explain instead of yelling at me we could've came to an agreement...

Mary Pickett

She saw something she liked, flex, but it was a little to high payments.

Stephan Baden

Worst car buying experience I have had in 45 years of buying cars. Crain Ford of Jacksonville had a 2017 Ford F150 for sale that they had moved from their new car lot to their used car lot. The ad said the car had only a few hundred miles on it. My son called, agreed to the price and flew from Colorado to Little Rock to get the car. Once there, he found out the car had 3,400+ miles on it but he purchased it anyway. Before he drove away, they were looking for the second set of keys, but the salesman David Bean couldn't find them and told him they would mail them to him. This was four and a half months ago. I have repeatedly called and spoke with the salesman, who no longer works there, then the sales manager Brandon Valencia who told me the keys were getting cut and the fob was being programmed and then mailed to me. A few weeks later I called and once again got the run around and no results, just false promises. Then Brandon told me that he no longer works there, although he is still on the web site. I'm told to talk with Jonathan Walker, another sales manager that assures me he will take care of it. He says that it's all set and they'll cut the keys here at our local Ford dealership; he just needed to work out the payment to them. After several days I call and leave him several messages with no return phone calls. Once again, the Crain Ford runaround. I then speak with yet another manager, whose name I did not get and he also assures me it will be taken care of, but of course nothing happens. It's hard to believe that after paying $30,000 for the vehicle that these guys will do everything they can to avoid paying a few dollars to provide the second set of keys that should come with the truck. Again, the truck was on their new car lot and moved to the used car lot, so they should have all of the goodies that would have come with the truck. The lack of service and follow up is the worst I have ever experienced. There are plenty of good, honest Ford dealers out there that one could buy from, so if you're looking for a vehicle, I would encourage you to look somewhere other than Crain Ford of Jacksonville.

michael denby

friendly service and great selection

Evan Ferguson

Bought a vehicle in January of 2018 .... now it is may , still no title . Not impressed by the service I've had . Have yet been asked how they could fix my customer satisfaction as I am very disappointed in the customer service I have received. I had to personally do ALL of the work in finding my vehicle ... I found an issue on the lot with the first one I found they didnt want to fix it . Instead the wanted to replace it with a cheaper replacement. I agreed to another vehicle and got It sent to Jacksonville to deal with them because i heard good things about them. Very dissatisfied to say the least

The mechanic tech was great, it was like home for gear heads here. Walking through the door to warm greetings and the price on repairs is fair. I mean ya get what ya pay for right? Might as well throw in the few extra $ to get the right part. I'm a repeat customer now.

Nina DuBois

Service guys are fabulous!

Lori Brandon

As usual, the Service Dept. at Crain Ford in Jacksonville made the experience of taking our Mountaineer in for maintenance, easy and stress free! Each time I have used the Service Dept at Crain, I have been treated with respect and have always been pleased with the service itself. All the kindness in the world would be tossed aside if poor service was received. Fortunately, everyone I came into contact with was warm and friendly and efficient in their jobs...And my vehicle received excellent service and attention to detail right down to the carwash was evident. I recommend Crain Ford in Jacksonville to anyone who will listen!

Marcia Correia

I had such a positive Experience! I was actually looking at 2 different vehicles from different places. They were not pushy at all. They did everything they promised! Even more. I respected the fact that they didn’t put down the other dealership just so I would go with them. I can’t say that for the other dealership. James our salesman even drove the car all the way to me once it was finished being detailed. That was an hour and 10 min drive. Even after the sale was final, I had questions and he promptly responds every time!!!!

Keri Tyler

This is Scott, I am commenting on your response. We have not talked to anyone like you said we have in your response. None of our phone calls are returned. I just want to know what happened. Salesmen like the one we had is why people hate going to car dealerships. He lied to get me in your building. Your answer is there was a misunderstanding. No there was not. How did my monthly payment go up $200 in two days. All I ask is for someone to call me and tell what happened. Your losing a sale and any other future business from me and I will tell anyone I know not to do business with Crain. This is proof to me that y'all tried to play me and get me into a very overpriced vehicle after being lied to since nobody will call me and tell me what happened.

Rhonda Atwood

I recently took my car to Crain Ford to have them fix a transmission leak. Everyone was very friendly and pleasant, and I'm completely satisfied with the work done. It did take very long to get my car back...10 days! But Tim, the gentleman I dealt with, explained that they had a huge backlog of transmissions to work on. I didn't really mind the wait, because they gave me a very nice, comfortable loaner to drive while my car was in for repairs, so I didn't suffer any inconvenience.

Stacey Myers

Not EVER likely to return to this car lot. Like ever...

David Bacon

Ordered a part for our 2002 ford taurus. Very good service!

Carla Britt

My Boyfriend and great Salesman Sean Smith made sure my tires were filled with nitrogen where I needed them to be and he showed me great specifics on a car I may be getting in 2019 also to top it off I love his very nice manager Melissa..Positive vibes all over this dealership, so please go buy a car from Sean Smith please. As I also did back in May of this year

Awful People

James Heard

Service department has provided excellent service and attention each time I've had routine service.

Donna Fagan

It is too cold in the service waiting area. 64 degrees. Ask the young lady to turn it up and she said they have no control. Too cold.....

brandon gonzales

Great place to get all your vehicle needs.

Amber Martin

We purchases a car from this establishment and apparently there was a lein on the vehicle they sold us and it took them 7 months to pay it and get us a clear title. With alot of run around, they finally promised to make it up by servicing and taking care of our vehicle for the near future. We took our car in to give them a chance to make it right and they refused to do the work they promised to do free of charge. We will not be back.

Stella Cash

We went to the service department to pick up a part and their associates were friendly, attentive and got us in and out quickly

Bobby Rose

Big waste of time. Drove there to test drive a specific vehicle (referred by a different Ford dealership) and they "lost" the vehicle! 45 minutes of my life wasted, plus all the hassle of trying to get to the dealership with all the construction.

James Mathews

You guys were great. Got me in and back on the road fast today. Thank a million !!

Abbey Hall

My husband and I just bought our first car together at this dealership, we had the best experience and walked out with a great deal. We couldn't be happier. If you go in ask for Trey Graves, he did whatever it took to get us the car we wanted at the price that we needed. Anytime we need anything as far as a car is concerned this will be the place we go and the person we go to!

Darrell's Meridith

Stuck up won't even look at you unless they think you can buy one of there cars and if you look like your poor forget there interest in you as the won't look your way

Richard Stobb

I may have just moved here but i will not be afraid to drive back to where I'm from to get somebody to actually do their job. I had no idea it would take so long to buy a vehicle. I have been working on this since last week and still don't have an answer. What a joke! When you tell someone you will call them back, how hard is it to pick up three phone and stick to what you say you're going to do. I really don't feel its asking too much to do your job and actually try to sell a car. Furthermore, i am not brand new to buying a car so don't treat me like i am.

This was a 5 star review, till we had to deal with the service department. We have taken our vehicle in multiple times for the same issue. They keep our vehicle multiple weeks, we get it back and it still is not fixed. We have escalated the issue with Ford customer service. Ford stated that the dealer ship has been sent the dealer options on our issue. The service department says they don't know what Ford is talking about. Shane Wohl is the service manager, he "promised" to contact Ford on this issue. He never called us back and will not answer texts, even though this is how he asked us to contact him. Called Ford again, they stated that the service department has responded to Ford though email. Now Ford is escalating our issue to the regional ford manger. I am very disappointed with this Crain location. We have bought 5 new cars from Crain locations, this will be the last one from this dealer. We will not give up and take our issue some where else, we will keep bringing it here till it's fixed correctly.

Good, helpful and friendly service.

Debbie Ronnau

Quick and through. Repaired to our satisfaction.

Roger Craig Awbrey

Very fast service ! Excellent customer service. Even washed my F250 after the service. Could not ask for more. Glad I bought my truck there. Thanks to everyone.

Monica Benton

My experience with purchasing a vehicle was great! Eddie went the extra mile in giving me good service, price, and APR. My experience with the service department hasn't always been great. It has been great at times and not so great at times. However, due to my 100K mile powertrain warrenty, I have to go to them for service.

Nastase Rivers

No pressure from them nice and simple

LaShan Hall

They take excellent care of your car.

When given SPECIFIC requirements, what we want, what additional packages, what price etc, you would think that would be the type of customer a dealership wants. Apparently not! Never, never E V E R again!! "What do I need to do to make this happen?" was the question asked..."give us the vehicle we requested at the price we were quoted, with the options requested". Answer? "You got it." What really happened? We turned up to get our new truck and it had NONE of the options requested, apart from a gooseneck trailer hitch. We then had to HAGGLE to get the difference refinanced for the packages not fitted to the vehicle...WHY should that even have come in to question?!?!? We were TOLD the vehicle we wanted was what we were going to get (and that's why we signed the paperwork for the "deal"!) and what we got was NOT it!!! Had we known IN ADVANCE that the truck we wanted (and were told was there!) was NOT available, we would have either ordered and waited for it, or gone elsewhere. Now we're stuck with a basic truck that we (I) have to live with (due to time constraints and a new job) and it has NO storage inside, NO electric windows, NO central locking, NO cruise control...the list goes on...as well as OVER 300 miles on the odometer!! Brand new truck with 300+ miles on the clock?!?!? Absolutely disgraceful and we will never, N E V E R be going back to this dealership! Will make sure our friends are made well aware of this also.

Bill

Service was quick, price was good. Friendly staff

I decided to not post personal negative feelings but just state facts of my experience with Crain Ford and let the viewers form their own opinions. Starting from the very beginning, I went to Crain to a certain sales manager a buddy of mine knew and felt like would take good care of my wife and I. This sales manager was going to "fix us up." I wanted a nice truck at a fair price. We should have shopped around and checked prices with other dealers but did not and that is completely my fault for not doing so. Anyway, we go to sign papers at Crain and he tells us "I got y'all hooked up with an extended warranty, gap insurance, free oil changes, etc." We were like "wow, thank you!" Two weeks later the paperwork comes in the mail. My $44,000 truck was now $50,000. We were charged $6,000 for all of those things he "hooked us up" with. I called him out via text so that I had record of it. He responded that this is how he makes money and that he sets up all of his customers that way. I still have the texts saved on my phone. Yes we should have gone through the contract with a fine tooth comb but we did not expect there to be anything snuck in. That was our first experience with Crain's service. This week while driving my kid to school the plastic oil plug came out and within seconds my oil drained, the truck shut off, and the engine locked up. I had it towed first to a local guy I know and trust. He put the plug in and put oil in it. It wouldn't start. He said "those plastic one turn plugs were definitely not Ford's smartest idea." I then had it towed to Crain. There I was told it needed a new engine but they would not cover it since the plug came out. They chose to blame Splash for changing the oil and putting the plug in wrong. The last oil change was almost a month ago. A few months before that the mechanic at Splash told me their other customers have had several problems with "those plastic plugs" and he does not like servicing them with those plugs. Splash always does an outstanding job for us. They have great customer service. The service manager at Crain said he's never seen or heard of these plastic oil plugs being problematic however Splash, a whole thread online with the same problems, myself, and others I've talked to since do know about the poorly designed plug. So now the truck that I owe $40,000 on has no engine unless I pay $12,000 to Crain to replace it. When I asked if they would give me a loaner so I could go to work the next day I was told they were out of loaners. My wife took her Tahoe to Everett GMC to have it worked on recently. Everett was out of loaners also yet she left there in a brand new Denali. Everett is serious about customer service. The next day Crain had an extended warranty person come look over the truck. After the weekend passed I called to find out where we were at with everything. I was then told I have to authorize Crain to do a tear down to see if the extended warranty company will cover it however if they deny the claim, which they had already said their was little chance the extended warranty company would cover it either, then I'd have to pay an additional $1,600 for the tear down. So I've drug my feet and held off for a few days from posting this, hoping they would come through and own it but they have no intention of doing that. I do not feel like it is right or honest to go after Splash when it has been close to a month since the oil change was done AND since they had told me long before that the plugs were a major problem for a lot of people. If it was only a couple days after the oil change I would feel completely different. That's just what I believe is right. Again, the viewer can form their own opinion. So that has been the facts alone of my personal experience with Crain. Hopefully I can find a solution to replace the $12,000 engine. The Crain Commitment: It's all about YOU, Our Customer.

Came to the dealership to get a buddys oil changed on his mustang that i have sincerely enjoyed driving so i was going to see about getting one. Walked the park lot for like 45mins and nobody even asked us how we were doing or asked if we needed help. Once again I was seriously thinking about getting a new car due to my increase in income. Will never be back to this or any other Crain dealership.

RJ Durham

employees were friendly and very helpful, my salesman todd and the managers helped me find my car and he and the managers worked to get me the best deal which other dealerships fell short of. fell in love with my car on the test drive, and david robinson and the customer relations team were all making sure i was ok throughout the process. definitely will be returning in the future

Deon Burks

Alex volpert

Overall a good experience. Nice store. I Was able to quickly get a deal worked out without all the added b.s. lies that you get from other dealerships. Gave more for my trade and I paid alot less for the purchased car. I recommend Crain ford in Jacksonville .

Ronald Edwards

Jason Garrison is the most knowledgeable salesman I've encountered in several years. If you are shopping at Crain Ford in Jacksonville, you should definitely ask for him.

kyle pennington

I bought a new mustang and traded in my old truck. I was treated with respect and we had previously talked about a monthly price over the phone and it was honored when we got there. I was given kbb for my truck in excellent conidition even though there were minor flaws and overall would buy my next vehicle there if I ever got rid of my mustang. Haha!!

George Platt

They was very polite and professional. They made sure I knew what was going on in each step. This is my fourth car I bought from crain ford And I will most likely buy my next car from them.

Bill Lee

Service is always amazing. The service and parts employees really do care about their customers and it has always shown! I arrived around 9:00 am and was immediately taken in for service. I decided to shop around for my next vehicle which I have been researching for a while now. It shocked me when there was only 1 sales person that had even shown up to work. I thought everyone was in a meeting! It was almost 10:00 am by this point and there were still NO sales managers and no other sales staff at work! It was disheartening to see the dealership that I have always done business go down so terribly in sales. The service is the only part of the dealership that I will bring my business to.

Casey Beasley

I recently had to have my car serviced for a radiator problem. This is the second time i used crain ford in Jacksonville within the first year of having my car. Ron in service was really nice and kept me updated on the progress of my car. I will definitely be using them again.

Dayton Thomas

The staff is not nice, and made fun of someone for walking away from a deal. I work in customer service myself, this is not how you act. The sales personnel are just animals. When I called to schedule an appointment to get my car looked at for a remote start issue the technician department was rude. I had an appointment yesterday but did not come in solely based on the fact that I do not want to waste my time, with someone being rude to my face nor talk behind my back. I will try the other Crain Ford dealership for my appointment next..

Corey Jones

They are very rude, and dont purchase any of their gap insurance.. Because if you do wreck the vehicle, they will cancel your insurance the next month and your out a vehicle!

shelby sanchez

They never update the site. Drove 20 miles to look at a car after seeing it online and talking to mellissa on the phone. The car was not there, they never apologised and tried to sell me a really ugly car for almost twice the price. Had a ruined interior and they just kept saying the website was messed up. If they can't even check stock before having people ready to pay cash arrive from out of town. How can they be trusted with a good car buying experience. I will never return.

Megan Reid

Crain Ford provides pleasant staff that will help with any needs you may have! Who wouldnt want to make this their personal Ford dealership?!?

Donnia Stabler

I have dealt with several dealerships since moving to Arkansas a few years ago, and every experience has been horrible. However, the experience I had with Crain Ford has changed my opinion, and has been one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Starting with Abigail Martinez…talk about customer service. She listened to what I wanted, responded to every request/question I had in an above average time frame and even made sure someone was available to greet me when she wasn’t going to be there. When she wasn’t available she had Henry Bey waiting one me. Even though he was busy with other customers, he addressed my needs immediately and continued to check on me to make sure I was being taken care of. Then there was Bill Veuleman…I can honestly say he was one of the most down to earth Sales Managers I have ever dealt with. I told him what I wanted and what I was willing to pay and he was so HONEST and worked so hard to get me in the vehicle I wanted. I just can say enough about him and the rest of the team. When I showed up to sign my papers, Adam Turnbull was just as efficient as the rest of the team. He had everything together, explained every detail of what I was agreeing too, and I walked out feeling informed and valued as a customer. As a woman car buying is never something I look forward to, but this dealership and the team that I was working with changed my entire perspective. They will be my dealership for any future purchases. Other Crain dealerships should be forced to spend a day at Crain Ford to see what a true customer service experience should be. Donnia Haynes

Vivian Harris

Great service. Very Fast and Efficient. Thank you!

Dealership fixed my Ford F250. Answered all questions quickly with much knowledge. All staff polite and professional. Part Prices seem a little steep, but what do I know?

M Watkins

We purchased two vehicles on the same day, a 2013 Ford Focus and a 2013 Ford F150 STX. We had picked out the vehicles days prior to driving the hour and a half to the dealership. When we arrived the vehicles were not at the dealership but we were told they would be there within the hour. It took over 5 hours for the truck to arrive and we never did get the car we had picked out, instead we agreed on a car they had on the lot. Of course they tried to charge an extra $400 because it was red and not silver. I said they could go get the silver car and suddenly the price was the same. We made a deal that included window tinting and splash guards for both vehicles. It has been 3 months and we are still getting the run around over the splash guards! They didn't order them, then they did, then we took both vehicles back to get them installed. We ended up with the back only on the F150 and the back only on the Focus..In the wrong color. We have spoken with the sales person, Eddy Hill, the service manager and someone named Eric. All have promised to call us back and to fix the issue. No one calls back, no one fixes the issue. The splash guards are 49.99 a set online. Seems like a small price for customer satisfaction. Guess I am mistaken.

LouAnn Howell

Tim worked hard to make sure our truck was fixed!

Got my oil changed. They have a comfortable waiting area and a decent staff, if a little unfriendly. They washed my car too without me asking, which was awesome. I waited an hour and a half for that oil change though and they didn't seem that busy.

Very fast and couteous

Great staff.

I got help quickly and there seemed to be minimal wasting of my time. Both Bill (Sales Manager) and Joshua Johnston were great work with, and I feel they did their best to make me happy and meet my needs. Very refreshing.

I took my vehicle in for an oil change. I was greeted immediately on the service drive, and my oil change was taken care of within the hour. Thanks, Crain Jacksonville, for servicing my vehicle quickly and with quality! I will be coming back for my future service needs.

Thank you Waylon. Emailed him about a specific truck and the add-ons that I wanted. Gave him all my info to do the credit application. Came in and was out in less than an hour and a half with exactly what I wanted.

Dan Speck

Seriously concerned and disappointed with the Service Department. First Oil Change for my new F-150, they forgot to torque the lug nuts and damaged my rims while performing the rotation. I was missing 3 lug nuts a couple of days later. They fixed all of the issues from that visit. Just did my second Oil Change, and even asked the Service Advisor before leaving if they torqued my lug nuts, which he told me they did. I was filling the gas in my Truck a couple of days later, and thought that I would just walk around and check the lug nuts, to discover that I could remove one with my fingers. I also noticed new damage on two of my rims. You are trusting these people to perform the job they are being paid for and to do it safely!!! They don't seem to care or get that you are trusting them with your Safety and Life!!! I will never use their Service Department again and will go back to McClarty Ford for my Service needs.

Billy Ballard

Friendly and courteous

J Horton

I recently stopped by Crain Ford for an oil change and accompanying services but asked Ron if there would be any trouble getting me out in time for a luncheon meeting I had scheduled. I was very happy with the time it took and got my car washed to boot. I even had a little time to spare. I was happy with the services I received and will continue to depend on them to keep my car in good condition. Thanks, Crain!
