First off I was screwed over by a salesman about a year ago and paid about 3k more then what a car was worth. After I traded that in at another dealership to get a better deal Crain was a nightmare to work with to get my gap refund check. In fact it has been four months and I am yet to receive that check. Every time I call or go up there somebody gives me a different date at which i will receive it or they tell me it hasn't been sent yet. Then after calling the fiance department and leaving numerous voice mails (which the recorded messages said "We will get back to you in 24 hours") which i never received a call back i was forced to go in and was told my check will be here in a week. A week and three days later I was informed they still need something from me and I dealt with an extremely rude finance manager. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered.
This is a horrible place to do business. They have sold me a lemon. I would not recommend this place to my dog. I have had my car 2 years and have constantly have had problems with it. Of course with it being under warranty they never could find anything wrong with the car now that it is out of warranty they all the sudden see the problem. It has been in the shop 4 times in the past 2 weeks. The first time they had my car less than 24 hours and hit me up for 500 dollars and claimed they “fixed” the problem with in 24 hours of having the car out of the shop the same problem happened and worse so then of course took my car back in and within 25 minutes they claimed they “fixed” the problem. This time had the car with in 10 hours guess what same problem. Took the car back in they had my car for 2 days and again claimed the “fixed” the problem. I have now had my car 2 days out of the shop and guess what still broke. I contacted the service department again they of course told me to bring it in but in the same breath they told me I might think about taking it to someone else so they can fix it then turned around and told me that I might just need to look at getting another vehicle. They think people are made of money. I am a single mother and I work hard to support my family and don’t have extra funds to keep fixing a car that shouldn’t be having problems and or buying a new car. They really try getting over on you especially if you are female. DON’T BUY A CAR FROM HERE unless you want a lemon and want to keep it in the shop
I’m very disappointed in my salesman, Isom. I purchased a used vehicle and before driving it off the lot I noticed the back light was out. After a week I had to call the dealership to find out he had not done his job. There was no ticket order for the light. Though I had spoke to him days prior and he gave his word that the part was the hold up.... Lie! Poor business man, if your only thinking of self when saleing something, just remember word of mouth goes a long way!!

I took my car to the service department here because I was smelling exhaust fumes while driving my vehicle. When I called I spoke with Eric in the service department, and from the time I took my car there until I picked it up he has been the best!!!! He made sure it was looked at promptly and that I was taken care of so far as having transportation. I didn't purchase my Impala here but I've had the best experience than where I purchased my vehicle.

The sales dept was awesome but it went straight down from there. I have a list of complaints but the worst of my problems is that now almost 30 days after we traded in a vehicle we are going to have to make payments on both vehicles so our credit won't be hurt and they could care less. They have been slow on returning phone calls and now won't call us back at all. The technology on a dealership this size I would think would be state of the art but NOPE that's not the case. Beware and save yourself time and money.
Most terrible service experience I've ever had a dealership had to come home and retort my wheels myself 3 lug nuts left completely loose and the rest were way over tightened that's my ticket writer about it and he ignored me will not repeat it

Everyone at Crain was amazing when we went there to purchase a vehicle. We kept getting the run a round from Landers so we left and went straight to crain. Our salesman Zach greeted us before I even parked my car. We explained our financial situation and what we wanted to pay and they showed us cars that would be in our price range. They never pressured us and they listened to what we wanted. I definitely recommend them!!
Went in just kind of looking around at some things and, while I didn't end up buying anything, talked to a salesperson and they were really great. Very helpful without being super pushy. They were very patient while I asked a lot of questions. I will be coming back when the time comes to buy.

Unfortunately, after placing numerous calls and sending numerous emails no one has contacted me regarding my coverage. I contacted the gap insurance company and they referred me back to the dealership. Customer service is of poor quality. Updated: No one has contacted me yet.

I would like to say the first sales man that we had was a wonderful person. His name was Jarrod. Because he had to leave and we ended up having another salesman that was also wonderful. The reason that we had a very bad experience. The finance guy (Ricky Love) step in and started talking to us about the car. When it should have been the new sale person. I knew that there was something not right him. This man basically suckered us into buying a car that should not have been sold to us for the price that it was sold at. We paid $10,000 more than it was worth, the car is a 2015, and it had 11,000 miles on it. They told us that the car was a demo and it was still new. That is BS. The car was used and it should have been sold to us as such. Me and my husband were taken advantage of. We will not be back to this place ever. Best believe I will be telling all over family and friends about the terrible service that we got.

I purchased a used car in May that I did not get a detail job and only left with one key. The other key was supposed to be at other dealership called 3 times for run around about key. Drove to Dealer today just left about 10 minute ago. No detail job but have extra key. I have family who have been with GM for 35 years and customer service is high standard. I knew what make and model of car I wanted, I went online and did a 200 mile radius search for the vehicle I wanted, I found the exact make model color and interior with low miles and the best price, it was at Crain Chevrolet. I called them and was connected with Isom. I talked to him and told him the vehicle they had that I wanted. I told him the deal I wanted to make with them to purchase the car. He told me he would see what he could do to make it happen and that he would call me back as soon as possible. He called me back that evening and he had worked out everything pretty much as I asked. I lit was almost closing time for them but I gave him all the info they needed so he could get everything set up so I could come and get the car the next day. The next day I came and signed the papers and went home with my car. Great experience and a great salesman. If you need a vehicle give them a call and ask for Isom. You will be glad you did!
Service was fast and friendly. Don't think they did what I had requested because the price was lower. Guess i should have restated everything again but thought them scheduling the apt would tell them what I wanted. Will go back.

Gene helped out. They didn’t want to rotate tires on the car I was buying, however he offered to bring his own tools and a jack over on a Sunday and help change them himself. Great guy. Gets the deal done. Come visit him when you need a new or used car.

Well, I’m forced into a corner. I tried solving this between finance department somebody named Todd and new guy and customer relations manager Julie without exposing my business to a review, but I’m left with no choice. Let’s get straight to business, 1. My salesman was already fired within a few months her name was I believe “Ginny”. Never given reason why she got fired when I tried to get in contact with her and ask for window sticker she apparently thrown away before car was sold said that was what everyone did at a dealership. 2. I never got my paperwork including warranty information and details plus original contract I asked a copy of it when signing papers was told by this rude finance guy named Todd that it would simply be mailed to me. 3. I paid off this car in a week I got it when I noticed all these extra charges they were giving me plus finance charge of 6-7 grand on a spark with interest rate of less than 6% with credit score at that time of 750 ish. So, you imagine my surprise of total price tag not including sales tax of car (1400 or so) plus warranties (700 ish). High dealer fees of 800 ish. Already got clean title and willing to confirm. 4. I tried so many times even showing up at dealership just to be dismissed the first few months. I took a break from nagging them. Decided to nagged them again this September. Called today on update since yesterday I talked to Julie CRM with what seems like good news about gathering all paperwork I’m supposed to receive months months ago plus asking about compensation for my troubles or better prorate they offer me only 3700 when I paid over 6-8 grand on warranties to what to do you know no show. And rude attitude of salesmen well gals. Even phone pick up and rapid hang up, today. 5. I’m about this fed up with Crain, and hope I warn others not to do business with them. I’m usually too nice, but this is too much a young girl could handle being charged high price tag for a budget car. If I didn’t paid it off I would’ve been paying a total of approx 26 grand on a Chevy Spark 2018. Putting down 3000 in cash, too! Update: Thank you Crain Corporate for helping me gather information I was supposed to be given in first place. Corporate got things done faster in less than 3 days compare to months of waiting and inquiring on paperwork of my warranty information that was never mailed to me as promised by dealership. I would know. Just only got original contract to pay the sales tax that was for the car and the warranties that have been extremely abbreviated on the original contract so now I got the warranty contracts I signed I know exactly what warranties I purchased and could match with warranties that as I said been extremely abbreviated that I couldn’t tell what it was. I wished I was more persistent in getting it than I already put into this mess but feeling dismissed and neglected after making my purchase made me feel depressed and paid it off and contacted my lender to make sure title been released after getting impression from dealership that I still have Lienholder?!?!?! And department of finance and admin plus transferred to dmv to make double sure of my concern of my car still not with Lienholder. I’m sure this is lovely dealership establishment. I’ll take responsibility and accept my loss and learned a valuable lesson never trust what they say but read what you sign. Good luck getting business trying to belittle someone on fb. People have said worse things about Crain, and I’m one targeted. That’s simply lovely. Only wanted what I was supposed to receive in the first place.

Purchased a 2017 vehicle, with an agreement that the cracked windshield would be fixed, no charge and hole in seat would cost $1000. Upon return of vehicle, the chrome is bent and coming up on windshield, the seat is bubbled and penciled in to appear as same pattern. I have been going round in round for a week now, to be told the $1000 covered the windshield and the seat and most of the money went toward windshield, so the seat had to be patched. As a dealership, I would think one would know the cost of windshield and seat to not under price. Had they said the $1000 would only cost this or that or given the price of both, I could have chosen to move forward or not. I am dissatisfied with the work of my vehicle, Every time I ask for a manager, I get the run around. I will not be doing business with Crain again and do not suggest anyone else does with the dishonesty and poor service that the contract with.
This is my second vehicle purchase through Crain Chevrolet. Both experiences have been very pleasant, and I've had quick service. Jarod Horton has been my salesman both times. He's very courteous and cares to work out the best deal for my family. I have not experienced service like this at any other dealership; I feel like my business matters to them.

I can't say enough good things about this dealership! Not only were they the only one of the four local Chevrolet dealerships who found the exact car I wanted (2017 Volt) - they also offered me the best price and highest trade in value for my car. They were diligent keeping me informed in the process and making sure I was 100% happy with my car and the buying process. This is my second time purchasing a brand new vehicle from Crain. Shaking my head. I am here to talk about the customer service that I experience the second time around. I came to Crain Chevy ... I spoke with a sales man told him what I wanted (had the vehicle in mind). Long story short the man did not take me serious he literally told me that he had a customer that was coming in and that they where paying cash and pushed me over to the next person. I simple stated the same as I did to the other man adding that I was going to get a vehicle today no matter the car purchase location (keeping in mind my price ) despite the salesman’s antics I got my vehicle along with the unsportsmanlike conduct of both the reps. Fast forward some years. I go to get my vehicle service and bring attention that I have a warning on dash board concerning my air bag driver side. The individual that helped me informed me that it would cost about $400 ( he quoted less than that but I rounded up) given that my warranty ran out 1,000 miles ago it sucked but he said that he could see if he could get a deal I call about a week later and he said they would pay half. I’m like cool until he started quoting me another price. I immediately correct him and he tells me that he will call me back and get the numbers correct I agree. Not a Holy roller but GOD is on top.... days after the initial call no call back and for some reason I look down my driver side and I see a piece sticking out, plug like and I knew it right then in there that it was just a matter of me connecting it back and the issue was fixed! My thing is that they saw this and it was just a simple matter of them doing what I did and in 1 minute tops. Shame on all the workers who had a hand in trying to play me!

I had a terrible experience today, 12-29-18, with Crain Chevrolet. We are 3.5 hours away and found a 2017 Yukon Denali that we wanted they had listed online. I inquired the day before regarding trading our Tahoe in and worked out a trade in deal with the salesman. He assured me everything was perfect on the vehicle. We left out this morning with plans to buy the Denali. The problem started as soon as we drove off in the car to test drive. I immediately noticed something was wrong with the vehicle. I knew it was either the rear end or transmission slipping. I asked the salesman if he really checked the vehicle out like he said because he assured me it was in perfect condition. The main question I asked before we left was, "I'm not going to get there and find something wrong with it am I?" We could not help but be very upset due to the fact we were mislead by the staff and on top of driving half the day just to get there. There is no possible way this vehicle was ever checked out because we immediately noticed it when we test drove the vehicle. We were about to be sold a $43k car with transmission problems. I would not recommend anyone buying a used vehicle from them. I hope the owner of the company sees this post because I would be embarrassed if I had employees trying to sell vehicles that are not being tested at the business I owned.

Several years ago. I went due to saying I had won something. They had excuse as to why I didn't win Looked for a used truck. Oh my am I out of touch for prices. I don't think it was them, but some company doing that at the car place. It wasn't them. BUT... Fun trip though . Super nice inside. Sellsman took for a drive to look. He was so polite. Treated me like a grandmother ATTN: I can't reply to Crain spokesperson. Will have to add this. This was about three years ago. Got card in mail, showed we were were of the big winners.
They left tools in my engine bay, but they were snap-on so 3 stars.
I will never do business with this company again. If you choose to buy from them get everything they promise in writing with a signature. Do not expect good follow up service once you have signed the deal. They would not even address my complaints by phone, personal visit, or complaints on their web site. This experience was an expensive lesson for me and also ruined the excitement of owning a new truck. I will not even take my truck to them to have the service performed that I paid in advance for.
Wished that this could have negative stars that I could give these people. A dealership that runs through sales people the way they do is pathetic. My experience I buy a car that's is on their sister lot from Fayetteville and they sends it down to the LR lot I put my deposit on the car so it wouldn't be sold. Long story short if you have anything that's promised to you don't leave that finance office without making them put it on the WE OWE YOU CARD. These people lied and said it was a discrepancy with verification of my income I called the financial institution that was financing my car and actually talk to the lady that had previously called me to verify some other information only to find out it was 400$ discrepancy in the contract and all they had to do was fix it and send it back. Long story short they wanted me to pay more money down when the financial institution confirmed that what they were telling me the problem with my deal was completely false. They wanted me to pay another 1500$ on top of what i had already paid down. Then for them to tell me to bring my car back and pick out another one well horse**** if my income didn't go through on the car I already have signed and is in my garage why would I come back and pick out something else. Needless to say after it all I didn't get what I was promised and my salesperson quit because they way they do their customers. I kept my car resigning the contract never showed or had to prove anything else with my income. But I had to school these a**holes my wife sales cars and I unleashed what I knew they was trying to do I'm happy with my 2014 ACURA TL SH AWD. But WILL ABSOLUTELY NEVER BUY ANOTHER CAR WITH CRAIN AUTOMOTIVE TEAM. THEY SALE MORE LIES THAN CARS. I MAKE OVER 6 figures stupid how is there a discrepancy with my income. On my way to purchase another Commercial Vehicle with no money down DONT INSULT MY INTELLIGENCE CRAIN. Especially Shaun he is the biggest lying loser up there. And he admitted to me that if it was his deal he would have wanted it to go differently when I asked him if it were me selling him the car how would he like being treated the way they thought they were going to strong arm me.
WELL I WANT TO THANK CRAIN CHEVY IN LITTLE ROCK FOR SELLING THE 2015 MUSTANG FROM UNDER MY SON BECAUSE HE JUST BOUGHT A 2017 BLACK MUSTANG GT IN MEMPHIS THEY CARED BECAUSE THEY HELD THE CAR FOR 4 DAYS FOR HIM, NOW THATS HONESTY. THANKS MEMPHIS SALESMAN. On June 11, 2018 was my son 18th birthday. He was talking with a salesman that morning regarding a 2015 Mustang GT 5.0. , so we went to Greers Ferry Lake for two hours and went boating that is what son wanted to do for his birthday, after two hours on the lake we went and drove one hour and thirty minutes to crain chevrolet (crain was not capitalized for a reason). We met the salesman my son been talking to and he gave the key to him to test drive. So the salesman needed to see the trade-in which was a 2014 black on black mustang in awesome condition we did not have the 2014 with us. My son asked the salesman if he would move the 2015 Mustang GT to the back of dealership so no one else would buy it. So, on June 12, 2018 my son left after work 2:30pm to get the car appraised at crain chevy in Little Rock AR. Two hours and twenty minutes drive, they gave him a price on the 2014 Mustang. Then my son had to drive back two hours and twenty minutes home, he arrived at home about 9:30pm. On June 13, 2018, crain chevy faxed the banker the price of the 2015 Mustang GT, so my son can bring the check to buy the 2015 Mustang GT in Little Rock, AR from crain chevy that day. Then my son gets a phone call stating that they sold the 2015 Black Mustang GT to another customer. The crain salesman and manager knew that my son wanted the car and my son had a check with full amount in hand to bring it to crain chevy on June 13.2018. No one told us on June 11,2018 or June 12,2018 that we needed to put a deposit on the car to be held. NO ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. IT IS APPARENT THAT crain dealership DID NOT THINK THAT A EIGHTEEN YEAR MAN CAN BUY A CAR AFTER BEING THERE TWICE. ACCORDING TO THE OTHER GOOGLE REVIEWS crain DOES NOT TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS LIKE PROFESSIONALS. WE WILL NOT GET A SINGLE CAR FROM crain ON HOW THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS. I have never been lied to so much in my life Seth is a lier. They told me that i would give me a 1000 got my car but i read the paper work after i signed the paper work and they only gave me 250, but when u trust some one with your money u believe that they will do the right thing. WRONG. I will never go back there and encourage everyone else not to either. Also when i got the car I had a crack in my windshield and they wont fix that either after they said they would. But because I had no prove that it was said NOTHING

I bought a used truck from them big beautiful green Silverado TX LTZ this is the second time it’s back in the shop for motor work, I’ve only made two payments on it, I’m glad we bought the warranties because here they are saving us. It’s been a little scary but they have done a good job of making sure I had reliable Transportation and allowing me to talk to the service Personnel that really explain everything out and I don’t feel stupid or left out like other places, I’m very happy with the service I’ve received due to these issues.

I called ahead and was told that the service department was not busy and could have my oil change done in 45 minutes or less. I check in and am reassured that they are not very busy and 45 minutes shouldn’t be a problem. At the 45 minute mark, not only was my car not ready, but they hadn’t even started. I am now late getting my child from school and had to make other arrangements for her to get home! Integrity is important and this is certainly lacking!

I came in for an oil change and there was no inspection done on my vehicle. If I wouldn't have went to the tire shop the next day I wouldn't have known I was about to have a blowout.

I have cancelled my warranty because I traded in my vehicle and I tried calling the finance mgr. To inquire as to when I would be getting my refund and nobody would call me back! I called like 5 times! And also don't purchase the classic finish pro because even though you get charged for it, you don't get your money back from that and I never used or received it! Ripoffs!!!

If I could give no stars I would! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO GET SERVICED HERE. I had my car towed here to get a diagnosis. I was told initially that the “main problem” was my water pump. I decided to get the water pump fixed per suggestion. I went in when they said it was ready, paid $800, and drove off the lot. My car literally broke down on the freeway. I had to get it towed back up there for them to hold it for another week. Had to keep calling the next week for updates, no answer. Finally got a call telling me my car would be ready on Tuesday. Tuesday comes “we’ve looked at your car and your car needs a new motor” WTF! So I paid $800 for a water pump when it really needs a new motor??!! Marty was the “advisor” and clearly misadvised me. Everyone I told about my dealership problem asked me if I had gone to CRAIN CHEVROLET!! I would respond yes... and they’d say “THEY ARE THE WORST”!!!! Smh... the least the could’ve done was given me a refund. It wasn’t like I went there telling them that my water pump needed to be fixed. BAD BUSINESS. Will be reporting to the BBB.

I would give this dealer -5 star! They are rude, unhelpful,not willing to answer questions and just no help at all... It is sad when you want someone to paying $150.00 tow for a simple battery warranty... Then again I can not even get a simple answer if the car even needs to be at the dealer to have a battery tested for warranty.. The Vehicle has no power to even be started, has no power to even turn on the gauges and yet you want me to drive it to you and risk my alternator for a simple battery warranty... So if this is how you treat people who buy vehicles or parts from your dealership.. I feel sorry for anyone who does business with your dealership! -5 start review and will will reporting to the better business bureau on this one!

My visit was OKAY. I went in because I had a service special coupon. The wait was a bit longer than I had hoped. I just can't say I was blown away with excellent service. The service staff seems friendly enough. The WIFI connection is awesome.
Do not use their repair department!!! I had my car towed to Crain 2 weeks ago because my car shut off going down the road. They told me to come pick it up today because they couldn't find anything wrong with it. While I was at the dealership, my car shut off while they were pulling it around for me to pick it up. I don't know how they could've drove my car for 2 weeks without a problem but then it shut off while I was there waiting to pick up my car.
I wouldn’t go here if you are looking to trade in your car they will rip you off. The quote I got was literally laughable from some sad sales manager
My wife went to have a key made and came back to realize it was the wrong blank and wouldn't work. The rude man in parts making it said sorry no refunds that's the right key. She had to get stern with him to get a refund and he gave her the stink eye and sighed loudly before doing so. This dealership has been by far the worse in the Pulaski county area for years. Mr. Crain please clean house and purge unprofessional employees so we can patronize your establishment again with an appreciative staff who values the customers. This is not an isolated event there have been deficiencies with every visit in the last couple of years.
We had a wreck on the interstate riding in an Uber on the way to the Jimmy Buffet concert and these awesome people offered to give us a ride to the arena. We live in Oklahoma, but are from Arkansas, and we’ll get a car from Crain next time we buy one. The Crain team’s got us!

My father and I stopped in Little Rock on our way to Colorado to purchase a new truck and test drove a couple vehicles at Crain Chevrolet. The staff was friendly and Gene, our salesman, was very knowledgeable and helpful. I test drove the managers' current demo Silverado, which was a great truck and had many desirable accessories-- Flee, the GM, happily agreed to take care of everything we needed the same day if we had purchased that Silverado. We ended up purchasing from a different brand instead of Chevy, but the experience here was definitely above par and worth mentioning! If I had decided on purchasing Chevy, which are great trucks, I would have bought here with Gene!!

We paid extra for an extended warranty, and we have been trying to get a service issue addressed over the course of over three months now, and we still can t get any straight answers. We have tried reaching out to Richard Cook the service manager, Pat Bailey and Kaila Brazeal in customer relations, Seth Pinkerton in finance, and others in between. We've made several trips from North Little Rock and spent hours on the phone, and we still can't get a simple answer. They dodge our calls and don't return calls. I would certainly not refer a friend or family member to this dealership. They don't have good ethics, and they will throw you under the bus.

Horrible Customer Service and no loyalty to existing Customers. Got my Compressor repaired after a long altercation that took weeks for them to finally fix my vehicle under warranty and the General Manager avoiding my calls and never calling me back. The I get home and notice that I am missing a lug nut from my tire.

This is a horrible place to do business. They have sold me a lemon. I would not recommend this place to my dog. I have had my car 2 years and have constantly have had problems with it. Of course with it being under warranty they never could find anything wrong with the car now that it is out of warranty they all the sudden see the problem. It has been in the shop 4 times in the past 2 weeks. The first time they had my car less than 24 hours and hit me up for 500 dollars and claimed they “fixed” the problem with in 24 hours of having the car out of the shop the same problem happened and worse so then of course took my car back in and within 25 minutes they claimed they “fixed” the problem. This time had the car with in 10 hours guess what same problem. Took the car back in they had my car for 2 days and again claimed the “fixed” the problem. I have now had my car 2 days out of the shop and guess what still broke. I contacted the service department again they of course told me to bring it in but in the same breath they told me I might think about taking it to someone else so they can fix it then turned around and told me that I might just need to look at getting another vehicle. They think people are made of money. I am a single mother and I work hard to support my family and don’t have extra funds to keep fixing a car that shouldn’t be having problems and or buying a new car. They really try getting over on you especially if you are female. DON’T BUY A CAR FROM HERE unless you want a lemon and want to keep it in the shop

I was applying for a new vehicle. Betsy and the financial guy told me I was approved and then later they informed I was not after telling me all I had to do was come up there bring my trade in and sign the papers. They are liars and need to learn how to tell the truth and not tell some one that they are approved then turning around and saying there not. Also they ran my credit 13 times after being told several times I did not want it ran more than once and they said it would not be a problem.

They were helpful and friendly. The sales woman worked with us without being pushy. All other staff was friendly too. They worked with us for an hour after closing. I was pleased with the final offer and purchased the truck. I will definitely go back next time I purchase a vehicle.

I went away unhappy, considerably less money, and an unrepaired vehicle that had to be returned the next day to an unwilling and an uncooperative service manager trying to gouge me again for a repair that should have been included with the first deductible.
We were driving our GMC Acadia through Little Rock on our way to Houston on New Year's Eve around 1:30 pm when the check engine light came on. We followed the instructions to try to reset it but it didn't work. We called our dealer in Houston as we had this same problem fixed in August. They told us to find a GMC dealer in Little Rock. We did, but they were not able to fit us in and suggested Crain Chevrolet. We called and they told us to bring it in. We brought it in and they checked it out and were able to resolve the problem quickly and didn't even charge us! We were so grateful they were able to fix it quickly so we could be on our way. Andy Gates and the rest of the staff there were fantastic! Their waiting room is very nice with 2 TV's.

I went in for hole in my tire and it took them almost an hour to come and tell me that they couldn't find anything but then later on that day my tire went flat took my car to Wal-Mart and it took them less than 5min to find the hole I ended up having to buy a new tire from Wal-Mart I really like taking my car to where I bought it but crain don't give you many options when things like this happen.
If I could no stars I would. They are very I’m uncompassionate and uncaring. They were so interested in closing early that they wanted to run me away, traveling through Little Rock on the way to CO. If I lived in Littlr Rock and these people were my option for buying a car or going for services, I’d drive out of my way to go somewhere else. RUDE!!!
My name is Samuel Terry. I purchased a 2017 Chevrolet Camaro on November 19, 2018 from Crain Chevrolet, Little Rock, Arkansas. I purchased the vehicle for $31,500 plus $129 doc fee. The total price of the vehicle was $31,629. I paid them with a credit union check in the amount of $34,000. I reside in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and wanted to pay taxes in Oklahoma. Initially, they were going to pay the taxes for me and later decided it might be easier for me to pay the taxes. Therefore, I was due a refund in the amount of $2,371 and was advised it would be mailed to me. My issues are: (1) I have not received the refund check (2) have not received the title and necessary documents for me to pay my taxes, tags, etc., which must be paid within 30 days as required by law, and (3) I specifically inquired about the trial period for the Sirius XM radio. I was told I would receive the 1 year trial subscription. When I activated the radio I was told I would only get a trial subscription for 3 months in that someone had activated the radio sometime in June 2018. Please keep in mind the vehicle had never been titled (to my knowledge) and sold as a new vehicle which had been certified as such. I have made several calls and left several voice mail messages for more than a week. A lady by the name of Julie, identified herself as the consumer relation manager, called me on December 4, 2018 at 9 a.m. She apologized for no one getting back with me earlier. She also stated she would need to forward the information to corporate office to resolve my issues and would contact me later that day with an update. To date, I have not heard from anyone. I called on December 5, 2018 at 2:53 p.m. and asked for Julie or the general manager. I was told neither was available. At the time of this writing I have not been updated on my inquiry. Before I contact the Arkansas’ Attorney General Office, I hope you can assist me in getting some resolve to this matter. Thank you in advance for your assistance.
