I have had a couple of small issues with the A/C and the service department has gone above and beyond for me and my 16yr old truck that looks and drives almost like new by the way. I have been driving by this business for years. I have always thought to myself that their vehicles were to nice and I would probably be better off trying to get a new vehicle. When I finally decided to purchase a new truck ,I decided to stop in and check out some of dream trucks and to see what their pricing was really like. When I arrived I was greeted by the nicest man who didn't try to sell me on any vehicle he was just generally interested in getting to know me. I was very impressed and he answered all my questions, which made me realize it might be a possibility to actually own one of these dream trucks. I left him my name and number , expecting to be hassled by a salesman later. To my amazement I received a call from Jason the next day and I thought here we go. But instead of trying to sell me a vehicle he was just calling to apologize for not being able to talk to me the day before. The friendliness of these people drew me back in the next day just to talk to Jason. Once again there was no pressure , they let me test drive a few trucks and we had a great time talking. By the end of the week I finally decided to get serious and Jason worked his magic and I am now the proud owner of a truck I thought I would only have in my dreams. This has been the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Countryside Motors made everything so simple and easy. Unlike the big companies, they did not try to sugarcoat anything, they were honest and transparent from the beginning. WOW!! Beautiful dealership, super nice folks and the cleanest selection of vehicles I have ever seen. I found y'all on Auto Trader, called the dealership about trading my Sierra in on a newer Ford. Pitiful. Found a car online, called ahead and drove from Little Rock to test drive it. Immediately insulted by the uninterested salesman who couldn't remember our appointment. I told him I had my grandfather waiting outside but he insisted that I sit down in his office where he made sure I "was going to make a real offer on the car, not some ridiculous lowball number." Excuse me? If I'm searching around the state for the specific car I want, I probably mean business. Finally got out to the car and it wouldn't start. Obvious mechanical problems. Will never consider this dealer again. Word to the wise, buddy - take your female customers seriously if you want to stay in business.

I found a vehicle through Facebook and visited their website to query further. I set a time through their website and they responded within 15 minutes letting me know they looked forward to me coming. Upon arrival I was greeted by a friendly staff who answered all questions. Every vehicle on their lot is clean. Some even appear as if they are brand new with zero miles. They were great when it came to applying for a loan, explaining everything and just overall amazing throughout the process. I highly recommend them for anyone looking to purchase very nice used vehicle.

Using Autotrader to search for my next vehicle, I discovered that the truck I wanted was 370 miles away at Countryside Motors. I had a few questions about the truck, so I filled out their web form late one evening and hit send. At 7:30am the next morning I received a very polite, thorough response from Barney, the owner. I was more than satisfied with his response, but having not worked with this dealer in the past, I obviously needed to inspect the vehicle for myself. The owner let me know that they were available 24 hours Monday thru Saturday by appointment in case my arrival time needed to be very early or later than 5pm. When I called to let him know that I was driving 6 hours to see the truck, Barney said that as a courtesy for out-of-state customers, he'd hold the vehicle while I was in transit. I'm glad he held it for me, because it was exactly as described (and there was another offer that had come in while I was in route). They had performed a routine maintenance (oil change, etc.) and had filled up the gas tank. He didn't move much on the price because, as he described, they price their vehicles to attract internet buyers and don't have much room to move. I understood because the deal that he was offering was the best one that I could find during my internet search. There were also no hidden fees or extras - the price that was on Autotrader was the asking price. I've bought and sold cars before and more often than not you deal with "used car salesmen". You know the type: just a little too smiley and a little too slick. I can say with all honesty that Barney Burrow is *not* like that at all. He's a down to earth guy that has a good thing going at his off-the-beaten-path dealership in central Arkansas. His outfit is one of the best that I've dealt with. I can only hope that I have the opportunity to buy another vehicle from him in the future.

This dealership in my opinion is 5 stars. Honest, integrity, great vehicles, honest and fair on trades, and just all around the place to buy a vehicle. I trade, probably more than I should, but finding an honest dealer, is very hard now a days, Barney Burrows, owner, call me on an email I sent, and did everything he said, met me at 8 pm on a Saturday night. I drove 3 hours to get there. No hidden games, beautiful dealership, made me feel like a part of his family. Attention military, the usaa car buying experience with countryside motors, hands down is awesome. Customer service is appreciated the old fashion way. When I trade my truck, I will only call one place. This place is worth the drive, His wife called me about my title and all, everything was done in a fashionable manner. Filled out a credit app . was several days later with no response so I contacted them . told them I had a minimum of 1000 bucks but could put more down . was looking at a artic cat 4 wheeler. They told me that I couldn't be approved with 1000 dollars down . told them I had more to put down . got no response . guess they don't want my money . thought they were in business to sell. Oh well ill move on .

We bought a 2017 GMC Sierra SLT 6.2L on March 2nd. We were referred to this dealership through our daughter and Son-in-Law as they also had a very good experience. We made an appointment on Saturday with Barney for around Noon. We got there about 11:45 and was out of the dealership by 1:30. Very quick and painless process. Jason over at Country Side Motors is the epitome of the ideal car salesman. I'd already researched both the car I intended to purchase and how much my car was worth, so the price they were asking for their vehicle was an honest/fair price. I made an appt to look at a specific vehicle and he didn't try to sell me something I wasn't looking for, haggle over prices, and/or talk exclusively to my husband (who is the least interested in buying/selling cars). He listened to my concerns and respectfully explained why some of the concerns really weren't a huge deal. Also, if I had any issues w/ my purchase that CSM would definitely take care of them. Jason also made contact with us after the sale to let me know he was still trying to locate an additional key that I'd requested at time of purchase. The leveling kits, wheels, and tires they put on themselves make the trucks pop and are priced extremely fairly.
