Okay how many times do you need to call this place before they will call back .we bought 14 gmc sle sierria and had to trade to diffrent dealer due to job loss but want to cancel service contract 10 weeks later still no check and no one will call back seems like once they get paid they don't care about customer service after the recent deals with gm I'm trading my truck to to Toyota. Bought a 2016 Terrain Denali the end of December 2015. I would NOT recommend this vehicle to anyone!!!!! The air condition rattled and had a horrible mildew smell, there was a squeaking in the suspension, which I was told was a defect in the Terrain body, the engine rattled when gaining speed around 3rd gear, and the sunroof leaked. I took the vehicle in over 9 times in the 8 months I owned it for service and the problems were NEVER corrected. The Service Department Employees would tell me that the noise could not be recreated, and they said they could not smell the mildew or find any leaks. Amazing how everyone who rode with me heard the noises and could smell the mildew, but then make those statements. Very POOR Service Department!!!! I also took my husbands 2016 GMC Sierra in for the first oil change and it definitely took a couple hours not just 20 to 25 minutes, like I was told when I set up the appointment. At checkout the gentleman was upset, saying the guys were playing around in the service area. Also, as I waited to checkout, I overheard them tell two other customers the noises they were complaining about could not be recreated, and another man was complaining he had sat in waiting area for 6 hours for a minor repair. I buy a lot of vehicles and I can guarantee I will NEVER purchase another one from Central GMC!!!!! As for the review from Brian Romine on this review board, just know he works at Central GMC. I took a $12,000 loss, but trust me they lost a lot more than that by losing me as a customer!!!! Ladies they literally spray it with air freshener and put a little grease on it and tell you nothing is wrong with it. AMAZING!!!!!! LOL Would not even give 1 star, but had to in order to post.

They changed the oil on my truck. Let grease on door, door handle and something in the seat. I showed it to the service manager and he took paper towels and tried to clean it...kinda. The when it wouldnt come up, he said. 'Oh, sorry bout that'. I'd rather have WalMart change my oil than you guys. Makes me rethink my future vehicle purchases.

Well where do I start, On the 14th of December I bought a new 2018 GMC 2500 Denali from a dealership out of the Jonesboro area. I first looked for one here even though I had heard some of the horror stories about Central dealerships. However after speaking with a salesperson they did not have one in stock at that moment. My wife being awesome as she, is she found me one in Batesville at Stanley Wood( they were awesome). Well the 27th December while driving down Stadium Drive I was alerted by a warning about my power steering. I called Central about it and got an appointment the next day. The next day I dropped of my truck and was later told that the part was on National Back order and was unavailable for however long. Out of curiosity, I called my dealership and was told that them the situation and was told that they could order it and have it over nighted. This kinda upset me that big huge dealership like Central couldn’t get it but little old Batesville could. After hearing this over the phone I went to Central GMC to speak with the service manager. Upon making contact with this gentleman and asking why my dealer could get the part but Central couldn’t, I was told that simple they couldn’t get it and that they were going to take care customers that purchased vehicles here first. I asked him for a card (for his name) and he said sure and walked away. He came back he had the General Manager Zach Gartman with him. (Still didn’t get a card) I attempted to explain to Zach what was going on and after hearing what I had to say, he told me that they would not work on my vehicle and to take it to the dealership I bought it at. Wow really!!! Well the next day after I calmed down and had time to think I message Zach the below message: “Well after cooling off from yesterday I looked you up on fightbook today and low and behold their you were. We have 27 mutual friends and if you ask anyone of them they would tell you I’m a good guy. I was not trying to escalate a what if situation I just wanted my brand new truck fixed. You ask we what I did for a living, well first of I’m a veteran! I served two tours in Iraq and one in Afghanistan with the Marines. Once I retired from there in 2009 I became a Jonesboro Police officer and still am a police officer today. I do buy rental property in Jonesboro but being a retired Marine is who I am. I understand that if someone buys a vehicle from Central sure you guys take care of them, but you guys didn’t have a silver 2018 GMC Denali when I bought mine that’s why I bought it some other place. But that has nothing to do with warranty work right. I think things just got out of hand with to see who had the bigger dick I guess. Bottom line.... I came into Central to build a report with you guys for my truck and now what.” Well I get a call back from a supervisor at GMC about my complaint and said I threatened Zach via social media and that Central would no longer work on my vehicle. However, after hearing my side of it and reading what I wrote him she agreed with me their was no threat and that Central should have fixed my vehicle. I’m just one person with one complaint but I’m standing up for the next guy. Central is so big that they think they can lie and only work on vehicles that were only purchased at Central.

Sales guy (Josh) did not have his information on cars right. Or he was just telling me what I wanted to hear to sell me a car. Your choice. The vehicle I did purchase of showroom floor was eaten up by mice and i went through hell to get them to fix the wiring. I think the only reason they fixed it was because I had a half dozen texts to the salesman (josh) that there was something wrong with car. He just started ignoring my text...lol A.H. Now the windshield wiper pump is out. Will See how this fix goes.

9/16/2016 I had an appointment at 10:30 am to have my oil changed, tires rotated and a seat bottom replaced on my 2016 GMC Denali . I drove away after 3:00 pm very disappointed in how everything was handled. While was getting my oil changed, I was looking at a new 2017 GMC Denali. Josh King, a salesman for Central GMC, came to me and said he'd like to work out a deal on a trade. This was about 10:30 that morning. I have bought new trucks the last 3 years. I bought a 2016 Denali from Central GMC .We negotiated several prices on the 2017 Denali. I kept going up on my offers to try to make the deal. This lasted for several hours while I was supposed to be getting my oil changed. I shot one last offer within $750.00 of their price and they wouldn't come down. In the amount of time this had taken, you'd think my truck would be ready. It wasn't. Josh (the salesman) had told the people working on my truck that he had traded for my truck and it was their truck. So the shop put the truck on the back burner thinking it was their truck. So they were in no hurry to get it done. Obviously, the trade had not been finalized, so Josh King had jumped ahead. I'm very disappointed in the way business was handled. By now, it was 3:00PM . So I drove off very angry in this whole ordeal . I got down the street and my phone rang. It was Central GMC wanting to make it right with me. They offered another price-an additional $500.00 off. Now the price was within $250.00 of what I had originally offered. Let ask you what you would have done .They still couldn't swallow their pride and make it right and accept my original offer. If they would have offered this deal 4 1/2 hours earlier, I would have accepted it. So ,Josh King, good luck in future sales. We all learn from our mistakes, and remember -your customers are your future.

We bought my wife a car on February 22 and buying the car was fine. It is the after that is a headache. Took the over a month to repair the windshield they said they would replace when we bought it. On April 5th after over a month of giving my wife the run around on the spare key, I went up there and told them I was there to pick up the key. He told me it would be a while because the girl that deals with the spare keys was not there and he did not have a key to get in. I went to pick some things up at the store and then came back. He asked if I would like to come back tomorrow due to the girl not being back yet and I said I would wait. 1 hour passes and he tells me he is going to go help her find the key at the other dealership. He comes back and hands me the key. When I get home where my wife's car is, it is not the right key. Good experience buying the car. Get everything you want done before you sign the papers because you will not have a good experience going back to get what was promised.

We told him that we were looking for a red Terrian and he came up with one .We drove it and was very pleased with it. We feel that we were treated fairly and with respect. From the minute I walked in (without an appointment) they were friendly and quick to assess my vehicle to see how they could best serve my needs. I did not purchase the vehicle from them, although I have purchased from them in the past and they recognized me, they still treated me with first class priority. I had an extended warranty through Ally and they were very knowledgeable with that as well and I left feeling very confident that they would handle the situation correctly. They even provided me with a very clean courtesy vehicle from their lot to drive until my vehicle was complete. They kept me up to date on the progress by a text messaging system which was very nice. This cut down on the "unknown and second guessing" about what was going on with the progress of the service. I was amazed at how quickly my vehicle was completed and they were prompt about calling me to let me know to pick it up at my convenience. I am so thankful for the service department at Central Buick GMC for helping me get back on the road so quickly. And I feel confident in knowing that the work that was done was quality work.

They lied and told me that my parts would be covered under warranty when I dropped it off but then they called me back and said the parts weren’t covered u see warranty. I told them then I didn’t want them to replace anything but then they charge me $119 for a diagnostic fee!! I would have never left it there if they wouldn’t have lied and said the parts would be covered in the first place!! So I payed $119 for absolutely nothing!!! Do not go here!!!

Went online filled out information on price watch for a truck, internet salesman did get back with me. Was told someone was working on a deal for me to purchase a new truck, have yet to hear from them. Poorly run business and disrespectful, you can expect same from central chevy. Same nonsense, both seem to think if you want to purchase a vehicle they are the only ones that sell them. Would give it zero stars if I could. Edit... Edit. I recently made a bad review and I am now editing it after giving this dealership another chance. I recently purchased a new 2015 GMC Sierra SLT and I talked with Billy Edgar. It was a much better experience than the first couple of times and I got a huge deal on the truck. I had a terrible experience with the service shop. I could hardly ever get in contact with them, they hardly called back after I did leave voice mails, they told me parts were in stock, then said they weren't. My main complaint, however, is I wasn't treated like a good paying customer. I was ignored when I came into the office. I was mis-quoted the price and paid more when I checked out, and the information on all the paperwork was not ME, and finally, the oil change I was told I would get without charge (and assuming I did actually get) was charged, not to mention the information on my handy reminder sticker? Not even for MY car! $800.00 may not be a lot of money for this place but it was HARD earned money for me. I would have at LEAST expected to be made to feel like a valued customer. A friendly smile would have gone a long way! EDIT--Zac, the manager there, was amazing and when I voiced my experience to him, he was over the top willing to do whatever he could to make my experience a good one. I have NO issues with anyone other than the main service desk person. Because of Zac, I will try again. :)
