Horrible people to deal with. The cars are trash and they have deceptive policies. I brought a car from them and after 3 days it started giving me problems, I took the car back and got into another car after 4 days in the current car I started having issues with the transmission. I took the 2nd car back and they refused to fix it and told me it was being repoed after having it 5 days. I was treated very bad by Kevin and another person who was rude and very disrespectful! They left me and my son stranded in Hot Springs an hour and a half away from home! Please do not buy here!!!!!!!

Recently I was struck in a vehicle crash, totaling my vehicle. My parents & I went to see what the various auto lots had. We arrived to Central Auto Sales & was greeted warmly by Rick. Having gotten approved by phone beforehand (a very easy process) we immediately set out to looking. I found the vehicle that I wanted, but it was slightly above the amount for which I was approved. Rick managed to get my financing amount increased so that I could get just the vehicle I wanted. The entire process was great & the entire staff made it very easy. The payments are less than what I was paying before!! My new vehicle is fantastic & I couldn't be happier!! I would highly recommend them & I would not hesitate to return. Thank you, all!!!!

I purchased my vehicle in February 2018. I drove an hour to the dealership & the salesperson I was going to be working with was working with another customer, so left me to my own devices. He said that I should qualify for 99% of the vehicles on the lot. After looking for a while, I found a few that I really liked, but he informed me that they were "out of my price range," which was fine. I ended up test driving several other vehicles and found one that I was okay with purchasing. The previous owner obviously smoked in it and there is some obvious body damage, but they would not come down off the price. Because I needed a vehicle, I went ahead and bought this one. While the salesman told me that they would finance in sales tax, when I went to pick up the paperwork to register my vehicle 2 weeks later, I was told that "they don't do that" anymore; I had to pay almost $1,250 in sales tax (which most people don't have laying around). I would NOT recommend purchasing a vehicle from here and cannot wait until I can trade my vehicle from here in to a reputable dealership.

We went to several places in Hot Springs in the same day to car shop. We went here and were impressed by the quantity and the quality of the vehicles, but the customer service was terrible. After a minute or two of looking, an employee asked is if a salesman had spoken with us yet. We told him no and he said someone would be out to speak with us. We stayed there a couple of minutes and no one came out, so we start walking around again. We walked the entire lot twice. We saw a couple of cars we were interested in, but we still hadn't seen a salesman. So we go inside to ask some questions. When we get inside, no one pays us any mind so we walk up to the lady at the front desk. She asks us to sit at one of the tables and tells us that someone will be right with us. When the salesman comes over, I start asking him questions about one of the vehicles. Instead of answering me, he asks if we filled out a credit app yet. When we say no, he tells us that we need to do that first before we can discuss vehicles. So, we thanked him and left. Any one that is not willing to speak to you until they know your money is in their hand, does not care about your interests or needs. They will sell you whatever they think you need. If he would have slowed down for a second, he would have made a sale that day. They're loss...

I have tried to get someone to call me. Some guy called me then wanted to argue about when I put in the app. He said I did it at 4am. I told him I did not do anything at 4am but sleep. The guy said you calling me a liar? I told him look I know when I put it in but I am not going to fuss with you. Have a good day and hung up. Then two days later some girl called and told me she was calling from central auto. I said good and then she acted like she could not hear me and hung up. Bad service.

Even when my A/C system was on the fritz the service department was friendly and very understanding and worked promptly to resolve the issue. Started of good, however, only a year down the line my transmission started to go(which is crazy). It was right outside my warranty window so it couldn't be fixed for free. I had them fix the issue anyway ( Courtesy vehicle provided), and it added a few additional thousand on my overall car not balance. After car was recieved back, transmission was still slipping in Reverse so I let them know and I took my truck back. After just one day a lady called and lied stating my truck was ready. I advised her that there was no way that my truck could already be ready Because it would not have been enough time for them to look at it ,she then replied that they actually could not duplicate the problem that I was having. A few days later They called and stated that a couple of screws were missing out of the gear shift And was put back in. After my truck was picked up the transmission still was slipping And it even started to do it and Drive again, as well as, still doing it in Reverse . After a couple of blank trips I had to take to Hot Springs(I'm from LR) because of them acting like it was miscommunication, I spoke with someone over the phone for the last time letting them know that I needed a courtesy vehicle in order for me to leave my vehicle up there Because I was not coming up there again on another blank trip. They advise me that a courtesy vehicle could not be given until they know what the issue is. They expected me to sit and a waiting room until the issue was figured out no matter if it took hours, Then a courtesy vehicle would have been provided (as if I was lying about what was still going on with my truck). I advise them that it was not fair nor good customer service for them to not help with a courtesy vehicle right off And would make me wait (not even knowing how long it would take). After that I never call back, I removed my account from auto draft( always paid on time previously), gave them the truck back a couple months later. After they receive the truck back , I received a call the next day stating that they found the issue and that it could be fixed but by this time I was done with Central Auto Sales and didn't want anything else to do with them. I would not recommend them.

This is the second or third time my brothers car has broken down.... Of course they do nothing unless he gives them $100 for the warranty and brings it to hot springs ..... Number one... It is BROKEN DOWN with BADLY MAJOR problems..... We are a "lower class" family..... How the heck are we supposed to afford ALL of that expense! Number two.... That is very HORRIBLE customer service....... At least provide the tow for the problem that is YALLS fault for not MAKING SURE IT WOULDNT HAPPEN!...... We are outside of Sherwood....... He is a firefighter and tries to work his butt off saving people like them! What happened to being trust worthy these days?! The other stuff he fixed.... This he can't! I personally have never done business with your company but, I do feel that your so called working with people with their financial struggles is a lie. My daughter recently got her car repoed in the middle of the night, no warning and to top it off her badge to be able to get in her place of employment was in her car. How do you expect someone to pay for your way over priced cars without being able to get to work? She was told that you would work with her, your solution was to hold her car until she could catch up on payments. She was let go from her precious job and just now was able to find a new one in order to play catch up on payments. So now that you took her badge, I'm going to have to drive her to Hot Springs to retrieve it. She was behind 600 and now it's 900 because of your towing fees. If she couldn't pay the 600, what makes you think that she can pay the 900? Wouldn't of been better to work out some sort of new arrangement on payment because now I have a feeling you can just keep it!

What they say over the phone is not reality. Drove over 30 minutes to find my vehicle only to be blown off by the salesman. The selection of vehicles is decent the quality of said vehicles is another story. They smell terrible and really don't look cared for.
