Cavanaugh lied about replacing parts also my truck had oil on it from the break down and oil on tire and on my exhaust system and all under the back they didn't wash the oil off my truck is 2017 GMC HD 2500 they don't do a very good job

Not a good place to do business they will screw someone over in a heartbeat. We bought a truck there with 40,000 miles had it for 2 years and had major issues with it after it hit 65,000 miles and found out that it had frame damage and they won't cover any kind of warranty. In my book they need to be shut down

We drove 3 1/2 hours to this dealership to purchase a pre-owned Chrysler Pacifica. The price was very good (which is why we drove the distance). I was sent photos of the vehicle at my request since there were none posted online. When we arrived at the dealership, it was raining quite heavily. We had seen several of these vehicles previously so we knew what to expect. We drove it and it met our expectations. I didn’t get to inspect the outside of the vehicle due to the weather conditions. I did discover that the power lift gate wasn’t working as it should have. They offered to take $200 out of the price of the vehicle and that would cover the cost of the repair. They weren’t able to fix it since their Chrysler service department was closed. This way we would be able to get it fixed at our local Chrysler dealership. When we called our local dealership to get it scheduled for the repair they told us that it would cost $660. When I called Cavenaugh, the sales manager informed me that the $200 was “a thank you for driving down and doing business with us” not necessarily to pay for the cost of the repair. This same day, the check engine light came on in our vehicle, after owning it for 4 days. When I mentioned this to the sales manager, I was told, “it’s probably not a big deal.” I was told that I would receive a call from either the sales manager or the general manager and have not heard a word. They are obviously not concerned with customer satisfaction and “making things right”. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Was impressed they fixed an issue with my windshield upon purchase but after a few days of driving my 2011 Genesis I discovered two costly issues with the car... joystick for radio not working and cruise control not working at all so now I am stuck with the payments. Got a car though.

We took our Chevy Captiva there to get oil changed, they changed the oil ok,but then informed us that the car needed rear brake pads and rotors and front left axe seal was bad. I didn't get it fixed there, I ordered the parts to do the job myself as I worked many years as a mechanic. The parts came in and I started to replace the parts that they said were bad, guess what didn't need rotors ,they were still like new only needed brake pads and they were not that bad, the axle seal they talked about could not find a leak anywhere.so now I got these extra parts I don't need.
