I had my 2010 escape in on July 24th for a recall on the fuel delivery module. Immediately upon starting the vehicle while still at the dealership, I noticed it had a long cranking time before it started. This continued throughout the day, the long cranking time before starting. I could even remove my hand from the key and it continues to crank. I brought it back a few days later and was told that they tightened a fuel line and that should fix it. The problem is still persisting. Long cranking times before starting. This was never an issue before the recall was done

I purchased a shelby gt350 and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Everything was ready upon my arrival and I was in and out in less than an hr. I have purchased many cars over the yrs and will say this was my best experience. Everyone treated me like I was family and congratulated me on my purchase. I would recommend Cavanaugh to anyone shopping for a car be it new or used.

Not very reliable on returning calls. I would call and leave a message and four hours later they still didnt call back. I understand people get busy because I work in healthcare, but good customer service does not make someone wait hours and never call back for a response. I had to ca several times to get an answer about my vehicle. It is the only vehicle I had to be able to go to work so I had to rely on someone else to drive to work and my kids activities. I was told one time they were short staffed and that's why they didnt call back. That should never of been told as it was an excuse and blaming others for not calling back. I was not impressed with the customer service in the service department. If I didnt have a warranty on my vehicle I would not of used that place.

Cavenaugh Ford has a terrific service department. Employees know what they are doing and are cheerful, obviously enjoy being there and made me feel welcome. Check in was fast and the work was delivered when they said it would. The waiting room was clean, very comfortable and had complementary wifi. The price was very reasonable and they checked everything to make sure my truck was in tiptop shape. Cavenaugh has performed all of my service work since I've owned this F150 and for an Explorer I owned previously and I've never been disappointed. I highly recommend Cavenaugh Ford.

I only give this review a 5 because of the young man who helped me. He was patient while I whined and complained. I left TOTALLY disappointed but it wasn’t his fault. Cavenagh tech(s) COULD NOT program my keyless entry. Then it cost over $300 to get a new one.

It was one of the things that helped to decide to buy it. I was never told of any limitations. This is something that could cause me to take my business elsewhere.

Worst experience. Got pushed off until I got upset. Got called & was told my car was ready.. showed up to pick up (Saturday)& was told it would be ready on Monday . Wow . Glad I could borrow a friends car or I would have definitely been out of work for this. When you tell someone your doing something or it’s done you do it & tell the truth. I would have been just fine picking up on Monday but when you call me & tell me Friday it’s ready that’s their problem! Total inconvenience!

Not this time, but on past occasions I have found it very difficult to get in touch with the service department. I was disappointed to learn that there is no pickup service for my Lincoln Navigator. This was touted as a service offered for the Navigator when it was purchased.

Long line today for scheduled oil change but the guys were very busy helping move things along. It took about 18 minutes to drive through to the service bay. The guy that helped us found us options to get somewhere else while our vehicle was being serviced. Great experience and timeliness to get us off & on our way.

I went 4 miles and it broke down again after I just spent 447.00 dollars to get it out of the shop I have had it in the shop 2 times in the past week and now check engine light is on and it feels like the engine is about to fall out of the truck. I am really aggravated bc I asked them to test drive it and it had the same mileage it had when I brought it in both times. So again I paid 447.00 for spark plugs and boots and I am telling you that was not the problem bc it's doing what I brought it in for the first 2 times but now it's worse. Brandon in the service department did a good job but the mechanics did not fix the issue.

scheduled a drop off two weeks in advance for an oil change and a drivers side window changeout. They lost my first appointment and rescheduled. On my second, they didn’t have the glass yet because someone forgot to order it. On my third drop off appointment now and they forgot about it, so here I am waiting another hour at the dealership for them to get it done. Incredibly poor service, not what I expect from a dealership.

Terrible service. My car sat for nearly a week with no one ever looking at it or calling me. After repeatedly caling to find out what was going on and receiving empty promises, I finally picked up my car and took it to an out of town dealership who promptly fixed the problem and gave me a loaner while the work was completed. I highly advise you to NEVER use Cavanaugh Ford in Jonesboro. I have since found several people who have shared similar experiences of being ignored and without a car for days on end with this dealership. Their promises mean nothing. Beware.

There work has be great for years and I need my trucks as reliable as possible and Cavenaugh’s guys make that happen. I’m a very picky guy I want my parts installed and look like nothing happened. With my years of using Cavenaugh Ford all there mechanics take care not to damage the hardware like the nuts and bolts there never stripped or damaged it looks like a true professional has worked on my vehicles.

I had my vehicle in for a repair and it came out with a $500 scratch on the hood. Of course they are saying it did not happen there. Normally pictures are taken when a vehicle comes in, however they failed to take some of mine..hmmm. convenient. I wouldn't give one star, but apparently you have to rate at least one to post.

Update: The sales manager spoke with us and apologized, and offered to help us make a great deal. We didn't initially take him up on it, and went back unannounced. We ended up having a great experience, and my girlfriend ended up in a vehicle she just loves at a really reasonable price. The rest of the staff here is amazing and friendly, but avoid Aaron if you can. Everyone else went out of their way to give us a good experience. Original: 1 star, the salesman was very short with us and honestly didn't seem like he wanted our business.

I brought a 2013 F150 in, by appointment, on Wednesday, for brake pads and to have them check out a fluid leak. Cavenaugh kept the truck for 4 hours, and then informed me that the leak was a coolant line which needed to be replaced, but that they would have to order it. They also indicated that I needed front rotors (in addition to pads), but they hadn't actually done anything to the vehicle. However, they said that if I got it in on Friday (today) by 8:00, they'd have it out in 4 hours. I brought the truck in at 8:00 this morning, and went back to pick it up at 1:00. I was informed that they received the wrong hose and that they couldn't get the new part until late this afternoon. I responded that I would simply pay for the brake job and bring the truck in another time, to which they responded that they hadn't done ANYTHING to the truck, yet again. Because I had taken the morning off work to get the truck fixed, I had no choice but to take it and leave. If I set an appointment to have something fixed, I expect the service department to attempt some work on the vehicle. If complications arise, I expect a phone call and an explanation. What I don't expect is to set two separate appointments for work on a vehicle and have exactly nothing done.

I made appointment at 9:30 am to bring 2009 ford escape to have brakes checked. Primary problem was noise rubbing sound from right rear. As secondary, wanted oil service done also. They first performed oil service then cursory maintenance check then did nothing until 3pm when I called about it. Called me later that brakes were really dirty and 25% left. I approved replacing all pads and shoes. Had to keep it over nite. Had to call at 3pm next day to find out status. Was told it was ready to pickup. Brakes are making more noise now after service. I hope the cause is just too clean and new brakes not setting yet. Only more time will tell.

The serviceman checked with service section and they said they could put it in in less than a half hour. So, I waited 20 minutes total, thinking it was being “checked”, and instead the serviceman came to get me and let me know they fixed it!

Not satisfied with service department. Had appointment for my truck at 8:00am. Had truck there at 8:00. They said they would call me when they checked truck. They hadn't called at 12:00 so I called them. Service department didn't answer, person answering phone said they would have someone call me back. Hadn't heard gt anyone at 4:00pm. So I called again. When service department finally answered they said they were getting ready to call me. I call this bad service.

We have a brand new 2018 Ford Explorer that is under warranty and the radio is messing up changing stations on its own every few minutes. Service worker saw it happen and have video of it happening. They kept it overnight and we were literally told by the service manager that we were “out of luck” until they could prove what was causing it, because Ford wouldn’t pay for parts unless a faulty part could be produced, however no effort was made to even pull radio out, etc. to try and find the issue. Hard to believe that you pay $40,000 for a vehicle and cannot get it fixed when it’s very much under warranty. Taking it to Central Ford in Trumann in the morning where a real service department will take care of you. DONT BUY FROM CAVNAUGH. THEY WONT HONOR YOUR WARRANTY WHEN SOMETHING GOES WRONG.

I always have a great experience when I go here. I went without any appointment this time and was told it would be at the least 2 hours, I was in and out in about 45 minutes to an hour and that's getting my oil changed everything checked and tire rotation. This is the only place I go for my maintenance and I drive 1 1/2 hour to get there so that should tell you something.

I am a loyal Ford customer and believe in working with your local dealership for maintenance and repair. However, since moving to Jonesboro I have found that the service at Cavenaugh is poor. I took my wife car in for replacement shocks/struts, then a noise began from the left side. They replaced everything, but this did not resolve the issue. Also, having a memeber of your service department tell your wife "the noise is fine, it's just the hub caps" is completely just arrogant and misogynist. It has taken over two weeks to get a response, multiple hang up from there staff, promises of returned calls. I will not be purchasing our next Ford next year from Cavenaugh.

Usually only leave reviews if I am happy. Don’t like to give bad reviews- I just don’t return. But sence you texted me asking to rate my experience- here ya go. The $140 evaluation fee to check why my low beam on my headlight was not working- will be the last cent you will get from me. Especially when I told you it was not the bulb because I just changed it. I feel the $680 you require to change the headlight assembly is excessive. The possibility that it could be this expensive is something that should have been told to me before I let you even look at it. With prices like that I would hope for better communication on the potential cost. Thanks for letting me know the evaluation fee is good for 30 days to apply to the changing of the headlight - but I will just consider that the cost of my Cavenaugh Service Experience. I will return to my previous garage where they communicated my options and worked with me. Maybe Ford is needing the money so they can find better designers and engineers to come up with a headlight that works and doesn’t need the whole front end of the car removed to replace. The only reason I came there for service is because of how kind the sales team was when we purchased a vehicle. But after this experience - no more Fords and no more Cavenaugh autos for this family.

Was taking our car in for service and decided to look around while we waited. Had been thinking about something larger than our current 2016 Lincoln MKC. Found a 2019 Lincoln Nautilus and took it for a test drive. Liked the size and the way it drove, but the interior and exterior color were not what we liked. Weston and Tyler performed a dealer search and found one that matched our desire. Made a deal and finished the paperwork in about an hour. Would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a new car.

Have back brakes done on my van they did an excellent job thank you Cavenaugh Ford.. 7/21/19 apparently Cavenaugh Ford should have replaced my rear rotors and didn't.I had work done again because of a shaking that this van experiences.. They kept staring at the gauges in my ears and laughing at the track mark's on my arms. Recovery isnt a laughing matter. I've been sober for 3 days now. That's a start ain't it. Snobs,slobs and I even saw a full fledged goober gobbler but I kept my comments to myself now didnt I. That's the hardest part right now,getting stared at and not fu#@$&^ snapping at ppl. Oh well. They programmed my key. It took like 5 minutes but they made me sit in this corner booth so they could stare at the animal in the cage,having involuntary foot tapping spasms.lolz

I contacted Cavenaugh on Wednesday and asked for Sevice Department. My call didn't go through so the receptionist took my name and number and told me that the service department would call me back. I never got a call so I called again On Friday and was scheduled. I was told it would take a hour and half or two hours to complete my oil change and they would call me when it was done. I called back a little after 4pm and after some searching they found out it was done. I went in to pick up my truck and the service department could not find my keys. I looked around and found them on the cashiers desk. There was one other customer in the room at that time. In my opinion, the service department needs some organization and follow through of what they tell the customer they are going to do.
