In my opinion they have Horrible customer service. Actually had salesman smirk and laugh at me. They have set prices that are thousands above book value. Refuse to lower price at all or even negotiate. Stay away. Our first vehicle came from there and 6 months later the big problems started. I thought they would want to make it right with the new sale. Boy was I wrong. Everyone be warned they sell the junk there that Cavanaugh cant sell at their dealerships.

DO NOT PURCHASE A Vehicle from this company. They we charge you more for the vehicle that you want and the people that fiancé it from Don’t do their job right and steal money. Good luck if you don’t believe and I know there are other people that will say the same about these cars cause they only work for awhile and they have high mileage

My brother is currently having a TERRIBLE Experience at this Dealership! He Purchased a Buick Enclave! HAS WARRANTY ON THE VEHICLE AND IS EXPERIENCING ISSUES AND THE DEALERSHIP IS GIVING MY BROTHER THE RUN AROUND. AND NOT FIXING IT. LADY ASKED MY BROTHER "WHAT DO YOU WANT US TO DO ABOUT IT?" WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THAT? MY BROTHER DRIVES A BUICK ENCLAVE WITH HIS 3 LITTLE ONES AND WIFE EVERYDAY! THE MECHANICAL ISSUES INVOLVES THE WHEELS! IF YOU PLAN ON BUYING A CAR DONT GO TO NEA CAR TODAY!!! THEY WONT TAKE CARE OF YOU! YOUR WELCOME!

I've had two vehicles from car today....the first was a ford flex...that caused me problems within the first year of having it....i had to put $3000 down and payments were about $450 a month...the wiring kept messing up...it eventually stopped starting up....so to "replace it" I was given a dodge journey...they required me and my husband to put ANOTHER $3000 down...and all the money we had already paid on the flex...did NOT count for the journey...which btw is a 2013 model and we are paying over $30,000 for it...and with payments still at around $400 monthly. We feel like we are getting ripped off BIG TIME!!!! We didn't even get to pick out the journey thats what they wanted to put us in...which is a nice car...BUT not so much our style. Its crazy to have to pay that much for a car that you didn't even get to pick out yourself....we could buy a brand new 2019 model with all the money we have invested!! Not worth it at all!!!! Not to mention they would not even give my mother a replacement car after her wreck (that wasnt her fault) even though she was never late on a payment...and her ride was still under warranty!!!! Only use car today if you want to get ripped off or extremely desperate!!

If you make a part of a payment and your vehicle breaks down after paying them 6700 dollars they can't help you till you struggle through that week without a car to finish your payment then they will be able to help you then that's the POLICY is what they told me I could fix it myself Friday what good are yall

The car was good condition however they don't negotiate on how you pay your csr. All payment are biweekly no exceptions

My sister-in-law bought a vehicle here and referred us... We purchased a 2016 model and everything went smooth as can be expected. My sister-in-law had issues with her vehicle a month after purchase and the service department is having it fixed. Never seen a dealership respond the way this company has so far, I'll update as needed if things change as its almost to good to be true.
