Bought my car at this lot but have not returned again I make my payment else where they are not nice at this location always rude had a problem when they did our taxes I mean even when the last was doing them she was rude and when I found out they didn't even do the Arkansas taxes I was upset and called the girl was ruse and when I asked to talk to someone the man gets on the phone and says I don't know but we have never had anyone complain on her for one i don't care about everyone else she was rude to me bottom line and oh they said they would do the taxes for 60$ more $ they already took 300$ or maybe more which to me was just to much I'll will never let me do my taxes again I big reap off

Jill Scott the GM is condescending, rude and spiteful. She will talk to you like you dont have brains in your head and make you feel like you are worthless because you cant afford to go to a "real" car dealership. Save yourself the headache and go see Aaron at Performance Cars in Bentonville. He is a wonderful man who's lot is a family owned business and he will do everything he can to put you into a great car, something better than what car mart could give you. I will not be going back to car mart and will tell of the horrible experience to all that are thinking about buying a car through them. Car Mart, you can sit there and say how great you think Jill Scott may be, when in reality, she refuses to work with the customer and do what's in their best interest. So she wont be earning my business at all nor will your company earn my repeat business.

I would have at one point given a review of negative numbers due to an issue we had with a worker but the review is now up and continues to increase in my mind as they have been extraordinarily helpful while my husband and I have been in a bind looking for work. I bought a 2005 Dodge Ram Quad Cab and had it for about 6 weeks when the motor started knocking so I took it in under by service contract I got that they offer. Two days later they call me and it turns out the motor and transmission was bad. So they tell me they can fix the truck if I really want as that is what the service contract is for but I also had the option to get into a new vehicle since I expressed my concern for my safety in that vehicle with these issues. I opted for a new vehicle and I was very surprised I wasn't given any hassle being a used car lot bc when I bought a brand new car at a New Car Sales lot and the transmission went out it was a 60 day process to get transmission fixed under the warranty. I was in a new vehicle of my choosing in less than two hours from the time I went in there to discuss my options of hearing the motor was bad to the time I drove off in my 2011 Nissan Juke. I would highly recommend CarMart on Sunset, Bobbi Jo as a sales associate, Debbie was great going over my paperwork and financials, and Jill as an excellent manager of caring about her customers needs and making sure they get everything taken care of with no hassle and that her office is ran smoothly and everyone there knows how to help the customer in an extremely friendly manner. I am extremely please with my experience here.

Jill Clark, the manager there is an awesome lady but her Account Manager, Gina, leaves much to be desired. She is rude and when she is having bad personal times it shows in how she treats her customers. She calls and calls and leaves rude toned messages on people's phones and I do not wish to have her as my account manager anymore. As for the other team, the few I have talked to are great. Sheila and Josh are good people and will listen to the customer. It is sad that one bad apple ruins the barrel because after I pay this one off I will not use this lot again.

I have had my SUV with carmart in Springdale west for almost a year and a half. They have worked with me so many times when I was having trouble paying my payment. Shelia is awesome to work with. If you communicate with her and tell her what's going on she will help you get your payments worked out. If you don't think you can get a car go to them they will work with you. There staff if awesome.

Changing my review from 5 stars to 1. They were great when selling but once sold, they dont care. I specifically told these people I would be driving to California and needed a reliable car. Nothing but issues since I drove off the lot and when you call to complain (after having to get rude with the sales reps in order to get through to a manager) they say " well this IS a used car" excuse me but engine coolant boiling like a pot of pasta water is not normal whether its used or not. We wont be back and we wont be recommending to ANYONE.

Went in this morning before they opened and a sales lady came right out to help, got us a test drive and sold us our car hassle free and fast! I bought a truck there maybe 7 months ago and it's just falling apart! I can't even drive it at the moment! I'm paying 14 grand for a truck I can't drive!! And they won't fix it for me so I'm paying out of pocket to get it fixed! I'm struggling to make my payment and fix my truck! I swear carmart just fixes the vehicles to last a few months before it breaks it down and u have to pay out of pocket just to fix it! You guys knew it was gnna break down! All you guys care about is money! Not the safety of the people driving your vehicles! I mean jeez you could of at least made the price cheaper if you knew the truck was crappy!! Bobbi jo is phenomenal!!! She got me in my car rather quickly compared to other car lots. Shes stayed in touch with me about different vehicles they have received on the lot because she knows im looking to buy another. I brought my friend in to her today and shes doing the same for her!!!
