If I could choose no stars I would. Siloam Springs car mart sells incredibly overpriced vehicles & their customer service is absolutely awful. They do not work with their customers if there's an issue regarding payment & are downright rude. I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from them (or any Car Mart, for that matter) & I strongly advise anyone else from purchasing from them.

I have had my car for a month and last night my car decided to do some weird stuff and just give out. Come to find out my alternator was giving out..I called Carmart first thing this morning and Spoke with Jeremy..He asked if I was in town so I could bring it up and they check it out. I couldn’t cause I was putt puttin’ to work. He talk to his manager Mandy and offered to come to my job, check it out, called me at work and told me that it needed to be replaced. They needed to take it to their shop and asked if that was ok for them to take it and I said yes! They took it, replaced the alternator and brought it back free of charge. The relief i had! You ever need to talk to someone up there, Jeremy and or Mandy are the people to talk to! So nice and understanding! Thank you so much! Very satisfied!!!

So I got a car with car mart about four months ago The car had no problems at first then about two months ago the transmission Started to miss up it’s been up there 4 time with in two months and there Repeatedly tell me that they are going to fix it but three days or four days later that happens again they will not put me in a different car and they will not fix the problem

We had an awesome sales lady and candace was great also we love our car but I had gotten sick and missed work for a week over it so we made a payment arrangement for 1 week out but ended up only being able to pay half of the payment. We figured an effort would keep them happy till we get paid in 3 days.... NOPE rude financial lady calls and calls repeatedly letting us know that it's not good enough and we need to make the rest of our payment NOW! This is the first time we have had to do this and didnt think it was that big of a deal considering how kind the ladies were that helped us get the car. As soon as we get it paid down enough we are trading in for something somewhere else so we dont have to deal with these hateful people anymore!

I know people have their negative things to say about Car-Mart and yes the cars may need some work, but when you have a place that's willing to work with you whether it be for repairs or payments it makes all the difference. If there were a "0" stars option that's what I would have picked. We bought a van from them in December of 2013. A few weeks after our 1 year warranty ran out we started having car problems. After the van went out, we contacted Car Mart and asked if there was anyway they could help us out considering we still owe a little over $5,000 on it and we estimated that it'll cost around $3,500 to make it operable again. They said they would. That was 2 weeks ago. Our van has still not been looked at. Every time we call or go up there they either hang up on us or give us a ridiculous excuse to buy them a few more days. It is the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. If they couldn't do anything about it, that's fine. But don't tell us you can. I'm determined that Car Mart will pay to have our van fixed. I don't care if I have to go to Hank the president.

You know we had a bumpy start after buying a 15000 tahoe thats probaly worth 8000 but then the ac went out just a few days later after a lot of lying and cheating ( carmart) and fussin and cussin (our part) they fixed it like they said and wow no charge. Then we pay ontime or early every week. Except maybe 2 now in the couple years we have had it, and we r all well ok. I would do business with them again but this time with no money down or they can kiss my assets.

This is the most unprofessional place to even consider getting a car from! My husband and I bought a car that needed a couple things that needed fixed and they told us that they can fix them for us. Well each time we brought the car up there they refused to work on it. Now the car hasn't been able to even run over a year now and we tell them multiple times that it's STILL not running they just hang up. The manager Peggy is very unprofessional as well.

Yea I wish we had read the reviews before we dealt with those idiots. We fell on hard times and got behind. They would call all our "references" and harassed them before they would ever call us. My husband finally got a great job and the second day of his job, they took our truck, saying "we NEVER talked to them." Ok how come we have numerous payment agreements? We spoke with their RUDE account woman RHONDA almost on a daily basis till we got tired of dealing with her being hateful and then Brandy was nice to help us until their manager JASON and collections dude JOSH started lying and saying we NEVER contacted them. I had never heard of this JOSH person until today. Everything I have heard about Car-Mart is true. They are horrible people and their cars are pieces of junk. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.
