So far so good. A lot of people tried to steer me away, but I went out on a limb to give car Mart a try. Haven't had a problem with th em. I hope I wont. So far all I see are a bunch of people blaming everyone but I themselves for their struggles.
Vehicles are not priced according to value. When vehicle has warranty covered maintenance issues, I'm fairly certain they have elite automotive do the bare minimum to limp it through warranty coverage. They'll make it as difficult as possible to to have vehicle called in for repairs. It's one giant hassle and believe me when I say that I'm not the only one with continuous mainenance issues from car mart. My fiance bought a car here, and I bought a truck, the truck has had extensive repairs to keep it running, and the suv is going into the shop for the second time this week. Same issue as before. Think twice before you trust the manager as she thinks she's a mechanic. You're better off taking your money elsewhere.

It was nice of them to let us buy a car but the way it happened was underhanded. I got a Jeep the young guy that sold it to me told me the tires were in great shape. And the rage top was knew. He lied. On the way home the Jeep almost went off the road. The belts in the tires were broke. The cigarette lighter didn't work. The heater motor didn't work. I called him back and asked for a new top. He said he would see about getting me one. A month later I called Kim. The lady running the place. She told me they couldn't get me a top. I can't use the back zipper or the window zipper. It has staples to keep it from coming apart. Now I tried to deal with the district lady and she hung up on me. So Fridays at 830 til about 1.00 I am out front with a sign telling people to watch out for lemons. It's going real well. The sheriff's office says I can stay there. The cars going by are taking pictures and honking for support. In 5 hrs that's about 5000 people getting my message. They are starting to put it on face book. There employees aren't working when I am there because their customers are seeing my sign and leaving. At this rate they have to be loosing 5000 a day on money for interest they could charge knew customers. I will be back next Friday.

Bought a lemon, a week later a coil pack went out, also bought the vehicle with front end damage that was covered up with a bra, charged me over 2,000$ more than what the vehicle was worth, stay away!
The absolute best car lot around. Great staff but Aundie is the greatest salesperson, very knowledgeable and very helpful.

First and most importantly, management has changed! Chris Youngblood has taken over and has a great group as they work to re-establish their mission and provide honest, fair service as you shop. All the vehicles go through a 51 point safety/mechanical inspection before they are offered for sale. Now that being said, I too had issues with previous management and did not purchase anything at that time. That changed with the new management and we purchased a very nice, clean, low mileage, excellent condition and priced to sale second vehicle from them. Not only did everyone listen to our want in options they had several in the class we needed. Explained all our options and every fee (which were few compared to other lots we visited) no hidden costs and not only did they meet our payment zone they actually made it lower! We honestly were blown away with the service and upfront cost breakdown in writing that we received. Danny and Daniel went above and beyond in helping get everything together for us and all my previous reservations about purchasing a vehicle from Car Mart was dismissed with their excellent No Pressure customer service! It is very rare for this type of customer service and we were very impressed. Give them another try if you previously had issues with the last management, I believe you also will be as pleased as we are with them.

Nothing more than a joke Save your money and time it seemed to me that the most important thing to them was that they dig as far into your personal life as possible I assume it's so they can market their pathetic services to everyone you know in the world there are much better places to buy Vehicles So save yourself a lot of aggravation and search elsewhere

I've heard so many horror stories about buying cars here. My friend got a horrible vehicle that has so many problems and he still has to pay off. Go to a more reputable car place!
Didn't buy just looked at a few cars they where all old with a ton of miles and they wanted alot for then
Went and purchased a vehicle here yesterday and everyone was very nice. They are very honest and professional. We delt with tiffany which she was nice and we ended up finishing off with jason. Jason is very professional but also a character at the same time he made the buying experience more fun so to speak. We also delt with Chris and he seems to be a very honest manager. They will try to work with you the best that they can. They will be straight up and honest with you. I honestly wish we had gone to them sooner because we wouldn't have been without a car for 2 weeks.
After several trips back to fix problems that was supposed to been repaired before we got the truck, Kim sent our truck to Harrison to have we were told the transmission fixed. Instead they put in a salvaged transmission that blue less than a week after we got the truck back. Now once again love with no car and only a promise that they will replace the broken Salvage transmission with another Salvage transmission

Had to take my truck to a shop to be fixed, on my own. Payment was due also. Cost me around$480 to fix it, they don't even want to defer my payment.
I don’t think people realize, that these are used cars. They aren’t going to be perfect, but for the most part there is a great selection. Out of every car dealership that I’ve been to throughout my life, Jason is by far the best sales associate I have ever came across. He is funny but professional at the same time. Ask him any question and u will get a straight forward answer or his honest personal opinion. If he were to try and sell me a bag of dirt, I’d probably buy it! :)

This is the 3rd vehicle I have bought from them. This experience has been the best so far. I have had mechanical issues with the car since I drove it off the lot. But with the great customer service and personal concern from Audie and the manager Chris, it has all of the bad things so much more bearable. I have not had to pay for any repairs that were needed. They have made sure that my experience was worth choosing this lot to get a car.
They start off nice but then, Almost had the car paid off and ran into situation having to move. Was told they could work with us on a lower payment,then got threatened about what they would do if we gave them the car back.they called us one of their best customers and that's how they treat us... So was left with pay the car off or be homeless... Enjoy the 3 times of what the cars worth profit... Because we have a roof over our heads now....
Kim, and her staff are great. They have always worked with me and taken good care of me. Which is why even though I have built my credit back up. I will continue to do business with the Mt. Home Car-Mart. I would hope all your locations are managed as well as this one.
Well rather disappointed. Wasted our time to fill out paperwork and chit chatting and hyping us up that we would be approved just to come back and tell us that they won't except our 2000 V W as trade because of a company wide ban on taking in volkswagen's . And wanting us to pay $ 3.500.oo down-payment on a $ 5.900.oo used car. We've bought 2 trucks totalling about $ 13.000 from them and paid them both off in full and they didn't want to work any deal with us. Also didn't report any of our payments which were all on time, not one was reported to any of the credit bureaus after they assured us they would. So we will be taking our business elsewhere and would be advising others to do the same.
They were very friendly and made me feel comfortable with my purchase. They’re under new management so I personally urge anyone who has had a negative experience with them to give them another shot! I look forward to my continued business with them.
Won't bay a car every a gen thay treat me badly and suck me in to bay a car from them
Unethical management. I test drove a car last week. Fell in love with it! They spent the afternoon trying to talk my husband out of it. Chad (our sales person) was great! The management team leave much to be desired. We weren't treated very friendly. It felt like they thought they were doing us a favor. Repeat customers keep things running! We were told we couldn't take it that day because THEY were waiting on the title. They told us it'd only be a few days. WELL, they sold it out from under us. We are repeat customers because we've gotten good vehicles. After this, I don't ever want to work with them again and will encourage my family and friends to go anywhere but carmart of Mountain Home.
