I am a 78 yr old woman, that has bought 7 cars from Car Mart, one car I even had to have a friend drive in front of me, because I didnt think the car would make it to the car lot. Everyone that I have delt with at CAR MART has been above and beyond GREAT, helping me get into a car I could afford.. And I will continue tooting my mouth to everyone needing a car, and think they cant afford cars, never missed a payment, .I will continue talking about how awsome CAR MART has been to me.. I have traded 7 cars and SUV and Vans since 1983. I just finished paying for my recent car today, and if it starts miss behaveing, Ill go trade it for another one.

Very bad customer service. I just got a car from them in August and it was messing up within a week I purchase it they 1st tricked me like they fixed it. But it wasn't then I brought it to them early in the morning and no one still look at it that afternoon. When I ask why, they told me they was busy doing other things. Really I have missed 2 days of work already and they only concern is you still going to make your car payment. Never again I will tell everyone not to get a vehicle from car-mart.

Update - got switched to a 2014 Chevy Cruze it was sold to me with the check engine light on fasward to now put coolant in it cause my heat stoped working thinking that would fix the problem, started smelling this burning smell lift my hood up all the coolant gone

Look....let's be honest for a moment....we all know someone (even if that someone is you) that has SOMETHING negative to say about CarMart....but the truth is, for those who may not have perfect credit (or a ton of money for a down payment), or don't want to be paying on a car for 4 to 6 years, CarMart is great. I've dealt with them through a couple of vehicles, and they've always been great....even when I was going through a rough patch and lost my job. They worked with me across the board. If you're still stuck in your feelings about past experiences but need a vehicle, I suggest checking out Jeremy or Jason (pictured) at the University location. They, and the rest of the staff, will do everything they can to get you situated!

They make you feel like you're getting a good deal but the manager Michael said he couldnt give us the cars but then he went into the computer to change the information around so he could get us in a car that broke down 2 weeks late . They will con you into buying a car that doesnt even work that has check engine light on 2 hours after you drive off lot. Please buy at a certified dealer not this money grabbing place.

I went and got a 2010 Surban SUV from William in May 27. The 1st day I tried to get the truck, (the cost of the truck after the taxes & finance came up to like $18,000 no more than $20,000) I did all the paper work & ended up putting a &1000 on the truck for the deposit since I couldn’t put the whole down payment due to my bank card wouldn’t let me take all the money off at once. The next time I went up there (the same week), I had to redo all my paper work. I found after I had gotten the truck that he (William) refinance the vehicle after it was already done the 1st time which made the truck now be $24,000. All my paper work that I have plus receipts for making my payments doesn’t add up not one bit. Each paper work & receipt all add up to a different price.
