We found that they had a dodge Hemi 4x4 we drove over an hour to test drive and look after several calls etc we found the 4x4 was having an issue. They said they would put it in the shop and call me as soon as it was fixed. As I was to be first to buy it. This was a Friday Wednesday the next week no call so we called on it. They had sold it. They said that someone come in and bought it cash wholesale so I lost the truck I was going to buy. They didn't even call to let me know said salesman has been out sick. DONT DO BUISNESS WITH JONESBORO!!!!!!

was paying on a vehicle there recently.. after 3 in a half months of paying and using this vehicle it started having engine trouble by dying while driving down the road.. and not starting at all.. i have been late for work many times because of this issue.. carmart has also tried fixing our vehicle more then 6 times but it just kept on breaking down for the same issues wrong with it intel finally i had to send the vehicle back and go somewhere else to find a vehicle.. and not to mention they have reported the experience as a repo because i could not afford to pay on unreliable vehicle to take me back inforth to work.. and could not rely on this vehicle to take my kids back inforth to school and doctor appointments.. but i will admit they do work with you pretty good about payment plans.. and thats just about it..

Todd the manager is just an awful person if your car has anything wrong with it he will "fix" your car and within the next week it is already breaking down again. But he will make sure to add an extra 300$ to your bill for "Repairs". And the mechanic he takes the cars to will charge you an hour and a half labor cost even if it was only 20 minutes

It's okay if you have no credit and you are willing to pay $8000 over KBB rate for a vehicle that most likely continue you to break down. If you don't have credit a place like this is really your only option in a bind. Staff is nice and will help you to their best of their abilities. But my 3 year experience was just a huge headache.
