Had an issue with my starter going after getting my 2008 Chevy Malibu, the manager not only repaired it but is also working with me to pay off the repairs as this was not a covered part, if you need a reliable Used car the Hope Carmart does have them and the manager is busy but great at getting back to you when he gets a chance!

I have to say that Car-Mart in Hope AR is awesome. They gave me more than fair value on my trade, worked with me to find a car that met my needs (fuel economy), and fixed all the little issues that bothered me before I took delivery. Shaun, the General Manager, is awesome to work with and helped me to get what I needed and what worked within my budget. All the staff is professional and courteous and went out of their way to make me feel welcome and like family. I will continue to do business here and would recommend others to check them out. Don’t discount Car-Mart just because it is a buy here pay here dealership. If your credit is less than perfect and you’ve been turned down elsewhere, it is definitely worth checking out.

So I went up to car-mart in hope in need of a newer truck ASAP spoke with two guys Brent and javon the manager he worked his rear end off on trying to help me well at the end of the day I got me a New truck with little down so what I am trying to say is that if your ever looking to help establish credit don’t go to any other car lot besides Hope CAR-MART and ask for javon tel him you read the review and was hoping he could help you out.
