Would not sell my wife a vehicle because she was still learning to drive a manual transmission. Was told to leave by the General Manager while in the process of purchasing the vehicle because I did not want to go on the loan for my wife's vehicle purchase. Since I can't reply. The 2nd rep I spoke with on the 1-800 number stated that this was fine for the GM to do what he did because it is his store. There is no law stateing that if one is married they have to have their spouse on the financial agreement to purchase a vehicle.

Had a great experience with Car-Mart. Moved from Louisiana to Arkansas a couple years ago and needed a reliable vehicle for my family and I with reasonable payments. Found a car I liked and they helped me get it with a convenient payment schedule. Any issues that have arose they made the issue less of a burden on me by working with me and my wife. Glad that I recently paid it off. Great customer service and their always giving back to their customers with family friendly events from time to time. Not saying you can't find a good vehicle from any CarMart. It is possible. Just make sure you know or bring someone with you that knows how to look over a vehicle, inside and out to make sure before you sign on the dotted line. If you have any issues, DOCUMENT EVERYTHING from day one and know your consumer rights. It will come in handy if need be. Thankfully my issue was finally settled fairly for both sides and I appreciate that.

The car developed a leak after two days and the manager said the 3 day “grace period” didn’t cover it, I fixed it myself but I feel like the manager should get on the same page as everyone else who works there. I don't know what happened to this company. This is not the company I've done business with for so many years. But, me my family and friends will never darken the doors of this company again. Please do not buy from this company. They can repo your car if your one day or If you can't make the complete the total amount of a payment even if your $5 short, they will not work with you. Payments are due every two weeks unless you get paid once a month. To me that's called loan sharking...and they will not even considering if your a repeat long time customer or if you fall on hard times for a week. I'm currently buying a car from them and it will be the last. The down fall of this business will be thier do what they want policy....versus good customer service and customer first. And I've been in customer service and support for 20 plus years with an 8 time J.C Power awarded nationwide company....This is pure bad business....

We came to Car Mart in a crunch. Our vehicle had broken down and we didn’t have much to work with as far as downpayment and I don’t have the best of credit. They were able to find the perfect vehicle for our family. The entire process was easy and the customer service we received was phemonenal. Alexis helped us when we came in Tuesday and got the process started. We had to come back in the next day and Sanorris helped close the deal. Both of them are an amazing asset to the team and were awesome. Bernard was also great helpin us. We will definitely recommend this Car Mart to our friends and family.

I have to say 3 because they do report to your credit now so that is great but I guess when they say drive easy they mean it. I still can't drive my car because it dies on me all of the time. They force you to buy the warranty but then they want you to pay a $75 Co pay if they work on the car and it takes a act of God to get them to believe that some things wrong with the car

I found a car I wanted online and drove 83 miles to go look at it. I arrived at the dealership, gave the salesman my driver's license so I could test drive the car. After driving the car, running my credit, asking how many miles was on my trade in, I lived outside their service area. Don't know what the real problem is, the vehicle I was trading in is financed thru carmart and I have never missed a payment. Very unprofessional. I hate being lied to.

If I could give zero stars I would. The people at the Conway, AR location are rude and disrespectful. They are liers as well. For 2 days I've felt with trying to purchase a vehicle from them and they have wasted my time and lied to me. I went up there on a Friday and started the process for them to tell me they would call me back the next day with an answer. They call me before business hours and tell me to come up there at 9 am Saturday morning to do the paper work and pick up the car I was trying to purchase. I drove across town up there for there sales manager to tell me he couldn't let me get that car and try to put me in a piece of junk nobody wants. When I refused the deal he tells me get a co signer and he can put me in the car I want. So I did I had my dad with amazing credit drive up and do paperwork. I then get told it will take 30 min to an hour to find out anything thay he would call me back up there then. I Waite 2 1/2 hours with no call so I called and get disrespected on the phone and told they where to busy to deal with me. I waited until 4 pm call back and there still to busy to deal with me. The lady on the phone gets rude start a talking over me and hangs up on me. Do not deal with these people there lieing crooks.
